Five of us went out for dinner yesterday and ordered a large portion of seafood pancakes as a starter to share and five main courses. After about 50 minutes the seafood pancake was served and 10 minutes later the main courses arrived. This long wait became increasingly unpleasant. After we paid, I voiced my complaint to the boss. But their reaction was that this was all the customers' problem, they hadn't done anything wrong, and the wait was normal. A simple apology could have resolved the situation, but instead it made you feel even more uncomfortable. After reviewing negative reviews from other guests and the restaurant's responses, I quickly realized that such complaints are unnecessary - it's hard to expect a fair response from people who don't understand service. You can run your restaurant your way, but I can decide to stop going there and spend my money elsewhere.

The food and the service were amazing.

You can feel Korea as soon as you open the door It felt like I was home. I really missed Korean food, but I enjoyed it. I think it would have been more delicious if the kimchi had been stir-fried a little more. I want to try other menus next time. 👍

Authentic Korean food, waiter is friendly, and out up with my broken Korean, I see it as a good sign to practice lifestyle Korean in a restaurant, super cool, the food is amazing, I recommend the GangDoenJjang(if you ok with storing fermented bean paste) or Jaeyuk(very very good) .

The restaurant is small and is located on a rather dark side street. But it's definitely worth the few steps away from the hustle and bustle of Königstrasse. The food was delicious and nice and spicy. We know it's difficult to cook squid properly, but the kitchen did an excellent job. We'll definitely come back. If you want to try it, you should definitely make a reservation because it is quite small.

Update: I now go to Soban Restaurant regularly and am still very satisfied. The food tastes very good and the portions are relatively large. The employees are friendly. The restaurant is well attended, which stands for quality.

It takes forever for our food to arrive.

Delicious and authentic Korean food, with amazing (lots) of banchan. We picked the 2-person menu and it was so much we couldn't finish it (although we tried as it was so good). Can't say a lot about the atmosphere as it was quiet due to holiday season plus Halloween. I definitely recommend this place.

My food was ok. The chicken wings were delicious but only with a separate sauce, the service (albeit quick) couldn't give me good advice because of my poor German. The fried squid arm looked more fried and was cold.
