C1 Killesberg in Stuttgart

Authentic Korean food, waiter is friendly, and out up with my broken Korean, I see it as a good sign to practice lifestyle Korean in a restaurant, super cool, the food is amazing, I recommend the GangDoenJjang(if you ok with storing fermented bean paste) or Jaeyuk(very very good) .

Korean ingredients but not Korean food. The kitchen closes at 20h30, we got there at 20h10 having a reservation at 20h. The waiter told us that we needed to order right away. We had dinner and were rushed to get the bill and leave the restaurant. Overall not a nice experience taking into account that we paid 50€ for 2 persons.

Very cute, small korean restaurant outside of the main center. My food was very good. I got the royal tteokbokki, which is vegan. All dishes with the green V are vegan. I also got the veggie Mandu, which was tasty. I will definitely be back again 😋

it is delicious. If a foreign friend is curious about Korean food, I think I will come here without hesitation. I like the simple cuisine, the light and luxurious taste that is not too salty or greasy, and the relaxed atmosphere. It's not an easy price for international students,, but it's still so delicious that I keep coming back. The kimchi pancakes are really good on the outside and the inside, and the japchae tastes not like japchae from the store, but like homemade japchae with soy sauce,,,✨You know what it is. Rather than a provocative media Korean restaurant run by foreigners, I recommend stopping by this place that brings out the original ingredients and the original taste of Korean food.

All the food we had was tasteful. The starters as well as the mains were good. Service was good. Always asking if we were fine or need something else the place is nothing special from the atmosphere. From food point of view worth a try

Quick service 👍. The food was ok-ish, for me it was a bit too sweet, but I guess it is just personal taste. The price is higher than what we expected for the dishes we ordered. Big minus point was the glasses on the table were so dirty and we couldn’t use them.

Poor value for money; Food isn't much better than a fast food restaurant, but the price is more than twice as high; Price is not appropriate. Funny, we were the only guests that evening (Tuesday).

Great, nothing to complain about. We are dismayed when reading the reviews from other customers. The waiters are efficient and fast even with an almost full restaurant, certainly reserved, but very polite. The dishes were served piping hot, seasoned to perfection. The restaurant is small and friendly. A faultless one. As a bonus, the lemonades they offer are delicious too! I recommend it, especially if you plan to visit the Weissenhof which is located right next door.

Very good and copious food, it was an excellent discovery, I recommend. Smiling and pleasant waiters and waitresses. I don't really understand the bad reviews about the restaurant, it's not like that at all.

The dishes are very tasty - even for people who don't eat very spicy food. The restaurant is chic with a relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff.

The food was ok but not particularly good for the price.

When C1 first opened, we were excited to have delicious and authentic Korean food near us. At the beginning we were happy to come. But when the C1 opened in Ostfildern and the attention of the two owners was needed elsewhere, things gradually declined. After our visit today, I unfortunately have to lower my rating to 3 stars and can no longer recommend the C1. There are now too many other, better Korean restaurants in Stuttgart for that. We ordered food online for pickup. According to the website, Mandu should only cost €4.90 for lunch on Thursdays and Fridays and KFC should only cost €12.90. When I went to pick up the food, they didn't want to know anything about these prices. You would never have heard that before where I got it from. When I showed the website, it said that these were the prices from last year. Unfortunately it's not on the website anywhere. Reluctantly, after a phone call with the boss, the staff agreed with me about the price. But it should be clear to me that this is a one-off exception. If you react so rudely to a clear mistake on the part of the restaurant and I have to demand the price that was shown to me online, then that is simply not professional behavior. The reduced prices have now been removed from the website. As a tip: next time just write down until when the offer is valid, then you won't have a problem if you forget to remove the offer.

Small restaurant with super tasty food and a nice selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Everything freshly prepared and beautifully seasoned!

Kimki pancakes is very doughy. Gave too much rice that over powering the food. And when I talked to the server/owner(?) she was adamant that I was wrong.

The taste is good and the scenery is good

I have already visited a few Korean food spots in Stuttgart and unfortunately I have to admit that this one didn't convince me at all. Food was good but not traditional Korean. The ambience is very small, manageable and nice, so I was surprised that the service wasn't satisfactory. Waiting time was far too long and in my opinion not attentive enough. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to the visit.

We were in C1 for the first time yesterday. The store is not very big and not very inviting either. There was a waitress there who seemed quite overwhelmed. At the next table we noticed that the entire bill had been billed incorrectly. There weren't all the drinks because the waitress couldn't keep up and couldn't refill them. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. The portions are large, but unfortunately the taste has nothing to do with Korea. And the price is set quite high. A pity :(

Since it was our first time eating Korean food, we can't say whether it tasted really Korean or not, but it was delicious. Service was very friendly. The only thing we didn't really like was the ambience. We have drawn attention to this and are looking forward to seeing it implemented again. I expressly forego details in order to protect myself and the return. Everyone should form their own opinion. The most important thing is hygiene and that food tastes good. And it did.

Very tasty food and good service as well. But I think €3.50 for a “thimble” full of Korean radish is really excessive. Hence 1 star deduction.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Restaurant, kleine Speisekarte, daher haben wir die Klassiker der koreanischen Küche bestellt. Unsere Gerichte haben gut geschmeckt, das Bulgogi war dann doch vielleicht etwas zu süß, ist aber vielleicht auch Geschmacksache. Cola & Weißbier dazu bestellt. Kellnerin was sehr nett. In Summe ein schöner Laden mit leckerem Essen. Auf jeden Fall reservieren! Ach wir waren hier ein Tag nach meinem Geburtstag 8.Okt.

Very surprised! There is no Korean staff and no Korean guest. Food is more salty than actual Korean one but it would be nice for German people. Expensive than I expected.

Durch meine Reise in Korea bin ich etwas überrascht über dieses Restaurant. Essen ist gut man kann die korean. Küche herausschmecken , nettes Personal sowie Preis sind o.k. Für typisch Koreanisch würde ich es aber nicht bezeichnen.

War heute Mittag mit einem Freund zum Mittagessen dort, das Essen war sehr lecker, ich komme gerne wieder.

Essen war super, gar keine Frage. Service dagegen war unterirdisch. Der Mann der uns bedient hat, hatte sehr schmutzige Kleider an und war sehr schüchtern. Kein Nachfragen wie es geschmeckt hat, ob wir noch etwas bestellen wollen etc. Nach ewigen Warten sind wir dann zum Zahlen an den Tresen und haben da nochmals gewartet. Wären wir einfach gegangen, wäre es wohl erst viel später aufgefallen. Wohlgemerkt waren wir die ganze Zeit die einzigen Gäste im Restaurant.

Sehr leckeres Essen zu vertretbaren Preisen !

15.90 € für eine Kelle Reise und 6 Stück Hühnchen ohne Soße? Ernsthaft? Das ist total überzogen.

Sehr gemütliches Lokal mit leckerem, koreanischen Essen. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich aber alle Gerichte, die wir bestellt hatten, haben ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Für gutes koreanisches Essen in schönem Ambiente ist das für mich die Nummer 1 in Stuttgart

Bin zum ersten Mal dort Essen gegangen. Service und Ambiente 1a. Das Restaurant ist unaufdringlich vornehm und charmant. Unbedingt den Ingwertee probieren. Aufgrund meiner Südkorea-Kenntnisse wäre es noch schöner, wenn zu Anfang gleich 100 ml Suppe gereicht wird. Gerne auch in den typischen Grosskannen. Oder auch ein zusätzliches Kimchi. So ist es eben ein vornehmes Lokal.

In sehr angenehmen und ruhigem Ambiente werden tolle Speisen serviert. Ein Genuss! Unbedingt den koreanischen Zitronentee und die Mandu probieren!

Bin schon mehrmals dort essen gewesen und war jedes Mal mehr als zufrieden. Auch wenn ich Familie / Freunde dorthin bringe, sind alle begeistert vom Essen. Wer die koreanische Küche liebt, ist bei C1 am richtigen Ort.

Super lecker, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Essen war prinzipiell lecker und würde niemandem abraten hier zu essen. Es gab aber ein paar Punkte die für einen "Koreaner" eben no-Gos sind wie zB Beilagen, wie Kimchi, müssen extra bestellt und teuer Bezahlt werden. Der Reis war ok aber eben nicht auf Koreanischem Niveau. Die Bediehnung war an dem Abend etwas überfordert.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Service super super nett !!

Sehr nettes kleines, gemütliches Restaurant, kleine Speisekarte, daher haben wir auch ein paar Klassiker der koreanischen Küche vermisst. Unsere Gerichte haben gut geschmeckt, das Bulgogi war dann doch vielleicht etwas zu süß, ist aber vielleicht auch Geschmacksache. Fanta & Pils war leider aus, kann ja mal passieren, muss aber nicht! Die Kellnerin was sehr nett und hat trotz ihres ersten Tages einen guten Job gemacht. In Summe ein schöner Laden mit leckerem Essen. Auf jeden Fall reservieren! Der Service ist mit einer Person zu schwach besetzt, Tisch abräumen kann auch mal 30 Minuten dauern

Leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service. Die Vorspeise Kimchi-Pfannkuchen ist absolut zu empfehlen. Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde gerne wieder dort essen.
