Bulgogi Queen Korean BBQ Restaurant in Stuttgart

My food was ok. The chicken wings were delicious but only with a separate sauce, the service (albeit quick) couldn't give me good advice because of my poor German. The fried squid arm looked more fried and was cold.

Ordered Spicy bulgogi and Spicy pork here for the first time, both beef and pork were unbelievably dry and lack of flavor, though it would be safe to order these two classic dishes which are considered to be hard to go wrong, but I was wrong, have never had any Korean dishes tasted at this level.

Pleasant welcome. Top service. Tasty meal. Too bad I didn't have much time. But I took the time to eat Korean BBQ (chicken). To recommend.

Quality of raw goods was good. Unfortunately, it is constantly too full and too few staff. 10 fewer seats would be good for the restaurant. The ambience is not noticeable due to the abundance, otherwise nothing special. You grill the food yourself, so it depends on your own skills. A lot more seasoning sauces should have been provided. With so many people there is hardly any time for the guests, even though they make an effort.

The four of us would like to come for dinner on Sunday evening. Unfortunately it is not possible to contact the restaurant to reserve a table. I called multiple times for 2 days in a row. An answering person jumps in, but doesn't say the name of the restaurant, only: they are connected to Tel 0xxx. I left a message with my request and asked for confirmation of the reservation. No reaction. Too bad. Not customer friendly.

I don’t know what people consider Korean food, but people giving this four and five stars have no idea. The worst was one of my childhood favorite dishes - Japchae. On what planet does Japchae have soup????? And it’s not served hot!! This is just a no for me. It also had no meat. Even their own menu describes it as a Korean noodle salad - what salad would be hot? Expensive and not even close to authentic - any of it. We all left sad.

Super tasty and very pleasant environment:) Meat is also very fresh and grilled is not tough at all but tender😁 We'll be happy to come back.

The food was very tasty and an experience in itself I can recommend to everyone. The only thing that was really unpleasant was the waitress, who almost urged us to eat quickly and leave the store. We wanted to eat comfortably and take our time and fry the different things at our own pace. They then simply came to our table and put all our things on the grill so that everything would fry quickly and then half of it was cleared away even though we didn't want to hurry. At that point we really hadn't been eating for long. It's a total shame, it was still delicious but you didn't feel comfortable because you were totally stressed out because of it. People also came to us all the time and took our meat off the grill when the waitress thought it was done even though we didn't want it...

I ordered here via ubereats and I'm completely thrilled. The quality of the food is hard to beat and worth every penny. Super authentic above all, very well packaged, lots of very good and exotic ingredients, some of which were unknown to me, extremely tender souvenir beef pulled into 3mm diameter strips, and little rice and glass noodles, and not the other way around. When you read the descriptions, you don't get the idea that something so complex is being delivered.

You need to reserve a table in a good place and on a good day. Bibimbap is so cute.

We ordered 1 Japchae and 1 Jeyuk Bokkeum. Jeyuk Bokkeum didn't have enough meat and Japchae didn't have it at all.. even though it said it had beef!!! When we complained, the woman with glasses and short black hair was very unfriendly and reacted extremely derogatory and negatively against our wishes!!!

We ate on site. Is a truly authentic Korean restaurant. The food was great and the service left nothing to be desired. The only point of criticism was that the restaurant is a bit cramped and so the coziness is somewhat lost. But would come back at any time.

The price-performance ratio is great. I tried beef ramyun and it was really well prepared. The portion is really big and there is no need to order an appetizer, although we did and didn't regret it because that was great too. The staff is friendly and quick, there were a lot of guests, especially from Asia, which perhaps indicates that they really have a good menu. I will definitely come back to this restaurant on my next visit to Stuttgart

So we had the Korean BBQ Queen for 4, you can't complain about the food because you are responsible for frying and seasoning it yourself, the quality was ok. The atmosphere is very crowded and you feel squeezed in. You don't sit comfortably at the table either because your legs are already hitting the table. There's no wow effect now. The service, the orders arrived quickly. The waiters were friendly at the beginning, but when we had almost finished our food after an hour and there was a queue at the door, the impatient looks of the employees pierced us. Immediately afterwards they came and asked if we could clear away. There was still a lot of meat that we still wanted to eat, so we stayed. At some point it became uncomfortable because you constantly had these impatient looks in your head. That you can't enjoy the rest of the evening. It ended up feeling like an assembly line operation. For a unique experience it was fun and varied but that was it.

Really good Korean restaurant. Eat like in Korea. It was a Wednesday evening and packed, so I had to eat outside. Thanks to the good weather, no problem. The staff is very friendly and the kimchi is nice and spicy.

I ordered food and it only came after an hour. The food was also cold. The employee didn't really understand German and told me I could just warm it up in the microwave and then just hung up.

Very nice restaurant in the middle of Stuttgart. Easy to find and nicely decorated. The service is really excellent. If you don't have anything left to drink, the staff will be there immediately to take new orders if necessary. The service staff are also very helpful, especially if you are grilling for the first time. The meat was of top quality and really nicely prepared. Super good and very authentic Korean restaurant in the heart of Stuttgart. The central location right next to the main train station makes it really easy to reach and therefore a good meeting point. Reservations are highly recommended on weekends. We had the Korean BBQ menu for 2 people directly on our table (grill integrated into the table). The platter had something for all tastes: beef, pork, vegetables, squid and various small appetizers. We found it super tasty and really authentic and therefore absolutely recommended. You should be careful about your clothing. Lots of people are grilling in the restaurant, so you can smell it 😅

The foods hier are kind of plain and not much of a wow for a 50€ per Person dinner. The meat are not marinated, so its just like plain meat or seafood on a grill. The korean fried chicken is not that delicious. This is the kind of asian restaurant that already being adjusted to western taste - rather bland. The presentation of the food is good, looks nice for foto, and service was normal - ok. I would recomend trying Kim's So Korean Food, which is also located in Stadtmitte Stuttgart.

We were really looking forward to this restaurant, but it was really disappointing. The food came quickly, but the taste was a bit off. Everything wasn't salted enough, the sweet and sour sauce in the Tangsuyuk was just sweet, the kimchi pancakes (Kimchi Jeon) barely tasted like kimchi. The jjajangmyeon and kimbap were just okay. Everything feels cheap and loveless. I really can't recommend the food, especially at these prices. I would have given the restaurant 2 stars, but by the time we got home we both had terrible stomach aches. If you want to eat Korean food in Stuttgart, you should just go to Mandu. Bulgogi Queen is not worth it.

Fantastic experience. I had the BBQ - they deliver a wonderful banquet of various meets that you cook yourself on a portable gas stove placed on your table. Wonderful Korean lady looked after me and ensured everything was chopped and cooked properly. Not cheap but worth it.

When I order an iced tea, I don't expect an over-sweetened fruit tea. The taste of the food was nothing special, the Bonless was pretty dry on the inside. Service was quick, like mass production.

The dishes ordered in the photo are all very tasty. Especially the cold noodles, which harmonize perfectly with the grilled meat and soften the fatty taste. I will definitely come back for the cold noodles! The seafood pancakes taste more like potato pancakes, but are just okay. The grilled beef is very good, but the three of us girls couldn't quite manage the vegetables. The fried beef rice balls are nice and crispy. The octopus appetizer is also very tasty and refreshing. All meat is well marinated and has a unique taste. Highly recommended!

When I was at the restaurant, my child accidentally dropped a glass. We then had to pay €5 for this and didn't even receive an invoice. I find this very strange, as I have worked in many restaurants and have never been charged for such oversights

The hot pot is not recommended. You get a meat soup with raw meat on a gas stove that is placed on your table, which you first have to cook yourself for 8 minutes. This creates a foam that is not nice to look at and you have to constantly sieve it off yourself. The taste is also rather average, as I said, a meat soup. And it costs €19 per person

Unfortunately no authentic Korean cuisine and Korean owners. Unfortunately, the bibimbap couldn't keep up with the taste and was almost bland. The remaining dishes (mandu, kimbap) were okay, but they didn't taste Korean at all... more like Chinese (?) Which isn't a bad thing in general, but given the name I expect it to taste like that. The service was nice and the food was on the table quickly. Maybe the bulgogi and grill is better. Wouldn't come back though.

I was at Bulgogi Queen recently and tried the ramyun. It was spicy and spicy - great. The toppings provided variety. The ramyun was delicious. All in all it was a positive experience. The restaurant itself is on the road to the main train station - so there's plenty to see, observe and linger. Also, the Korean BBQ smelled very good.

We are enthusiastic about the Korean barbecue, where you have the opportunity to grill and season the meat, seafood and vegetables individually. There is also a various appetizer platter where you can try many different cold appetizers such as edamame, kimchi or pickled radish. It's a great experience with the family and a real insider tip. Clear recommendation!

Unfortunately I have to agree with another review. We were there on a Saturday and had made a reservation. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait a while before we were allowed to sit at a free table. It was unbearably hot because there is no air conditioning and the many table grills made the room extremely hot. We were served quite quickly. We decided on the grill. The ingredients for the grill came quite quickly, but were slapped onto the table rather carelessly. The food itself is ok, but nothing special. What we found worst, however, was that after about 1.5 hours and after we had just finished, we were almost pushed out of the restaurant. You could tell from the looks that they wanted us out as quickly as possible so that new guests could get a place. There were already a few people waiting outside. The table was cleared very brutally. 2 employees "threw" everything onto a large tray very, very quickly and haphazardly. We didn't feel comfortable here. After all, you pay a lot of money and expect corresponding service. Unfortunately no recommendation from us.

I reserved a table for two today at 7:30 p.m. However, when we arrived there was no table reserved for us. The waitress looked around and then sat us down to wait. After a while we had enough and left. What disappointing service! What's the point of making reservations in advance if this isn't respected? Very disappointing!

Food tasted alright but not authentic. Service wasn't so great. There were 4 customers and service was still very slow and less than friendly. I overheard waitress yelling at a customer for moving to another table. Hygiene was also so great, everything was little sticky including the chair to the floor. And interior was a weird fusion between Korea and Japan (sakura wallpapaer and maneki cat = Japan). The owners were Chinese. And wished they would learnt more about the culture they are selling... While I tried, didn't managed to finish my meal

The service was truly outstanding. They were flexible with our changes and prepared some vegetarian dishes for us. Additionally, the portion sizes were quite generous, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

A nice Korean restaurant. The service was quick, friendly and helpful. We went for dinner with 4 people. The selection was large and the food was really original Korean. Everyone was fed up, but the Korean cuisine didn't impress everyone. But that comes down to personal preference. I can only recommend this restaurant for all lovers of Korean cuisine.

This store is miserable!! No table was prepared, despite reservations. The waitress splashed grease on my clothes when changing the baking paper. The food was completely overpriced. And at the end the staff asked very intrusively for tips several times. I mean something different by good service and inexpensive food!

We are extremely disappointed with our visit to your restaurant and would like to express our dissatisfaction. Firstly, the quality of the food was absolutely average. The taste was bland and nothing like what we expected. What was even worse was that when we sat outside we were harassed by homeless people several times during the meal. It is unbelievable that not a single employee came to help us or offer protection. This is really unacceptable and completely ruined our evening. The highlight of the bad experience was paying. It was nearly impossible to get the staff's attention. We called several times for a waiter, but no one came. When we finally got up to pay at the counter we were grabbed by the arm like we were thieves. After an embarrassing explanation, it turned out that a colleague had simply forgotten to bring our bill.

I don't understand the good reviews, unfortunately this restaurant is far too overrated which ultimately led me to this restaurant. The food tastes like nothing, authentic or not, the food has almost no seasoning at all. Price performance is also a disgrace considering what you get served. Korean chicken for 18 euros with only 8 pieces of chicken on it is extortionate, there is an unnecessary amount of potatoes on it. Everything that I and my companions ordered was not authentic and either didn't have any seasoning or tasted way too sweet (tteokbokki).

I fell in love with this store a year ago. The food is delicious and the service is good. The dishes are also rich. It is very suitable for gatherings with friends.

I chose this restaurant because the reviews were good but unfortunately I have to say we were very disappointed. The waitress apparently couldn't understand or answer our questions properly. There was a huge misunderstanding when ordering. Nobody tried to clarify this, apparently only the waitress was given permission. To be honest, the waitress was pretty rude too. We tried to understand the waitress' point of view but unfortunately she couldn't express herself properly in German. Unfortunately, the food that arrived was not edible, but I usually eat everything. My “Fried Chicken” pretty much only contained the dough coating. Maybe we were just unlucky that day. I hope others have better luck. I still wish everyone all the best and health.

There is a lot to choose from in the lunch menu. And the food tastes very good. Unfortunately, with larger groups, the food comes one at a time, so some have been eating for a long time while others still have to wait.
