Bulgogi Queen Korean BBQ Restaurant in Stuttgart

I’ve visited this restaurant more than five times, but today I experienced the worst service yet. I found a LONG BLACK HAIR in my food with no apology offered after they replaced the dish. Our waitress was inattentive and dismissive, gave us only one shared Korean appetizer even though each meal was advertised with its own. The side dish looked unappetizing and poorly made, especially considering that a year ago this restaurant served much fresher and better-presented sides! The staff made no effort to correct the bill or acknowledge the issues, yet still pressured us for a tip at the end. After this experience, I will not return and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, it was unfortunately a very stressful and unpleasant experience. There was hardly any time to look at the menu. After sitting down, a server came to the table every 30 seconds to ask what we wanted, even though we hadn't even seen all the dishes yet. Then they forced a dish on us that was probably prepared by mistake and had been sitting in the kitchen for a while because they didn't want to cancel it. When we tried to choose something else, they insisted we order that one specific dish. The food itself was okay. If you want to order from here, you're better off ordering delivery.

The food was underwhelming. I added about half a bottle of sauce to my bibimbap and still felt it did not have enough taste. The place is run by Chinese, and the lack of authenticity is obvious. My friend and I felt bothered and rushed by the waitress, who asked way too many times if the food tasted good, and also tried to take plates that still had food on them away. When paying, she directly asked for a tip. That was just rude.

The food was okay. We were a group of six and ordered the set menu for four people plus a beef set for €45. The self-service check was €200. Rice and dip were included free with the bill. I found there was too little meat for the price, and the quality of the meat wasn't very high either. What bothered us was that at some point they wanted to clear our plates, and we had the feeling they wanted us to get up and leave quickly so they could fill the table with other guests. There were already people waiting outside. I wouldn't go there a second time.

This was my first time at this Korean restaurant near Stuttgart train station, and I was absolutely thrilled. The quality was outstanding, everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and the food was superb! We ordered the BBQ and grilled the meat ourselves – the quality was truly first-class. I'll definitely be back. ❤️

We arrived at 8:30 pm on a weekday, but it wasn't a problem at all! We sat until almost 11 pm without the slightest stress. The grilled food arrived beautifully presented and tasted excellent. Thank you, we'll gladly come again.

The BBQ was a very new and special experience for me, definitely highly recommended. I tried some new flavors and am already looking forward to my next visit. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting; I personally felt very comfortable. The service, however, was the most outstanding feature. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. If you see a waitress with glasses and short hair, I can only say good things! Definitely a highly recommended restaurant with great service!

A very bad experience. Despite a reservation made a month in advance, including email confirmation, a phone call on the day itself, and a reminder upon arrival, the restaurant completely ignored our planned birthday surprise. Despite our reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes and were ushered out of the restaurant after barely 50 minutes of dinner. The full glasses on the table were simply cleared away. After only about five minutes at our table, we were asked three times what we wanted to order and finally pressured into ordering an appetizer (drinks had already been ordered by then). All in all, it was unfortunately the worst restaurant experience I've had in Stuttgart so far.

Cute atmosphere and decent food, though not very authentic. The owners are not Korean. The experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the service. When we asked for the bill, the waitress started negotiating the tip, which felt awkward and unprofessional. She urged us to increase the tip even though the service was not good.

Such nice people and the food is soooooo great! I highly recommend number 48; it's so filling and there's so much food! I could only eat half, but unfortunately, the fries next door are from the JA! brand, which disappointed me. Otherwise, everything deserves 5 stars.

The service was poor. Our food were cramped in our small table. Just image eating Shabu² with all the Butane gas stove on the table and the raw food are just cramped in front of us, it's dangerous and scary. In addition we ordered Samgyeopsal but funny there's no Kimchi 😁. And the worst of it, after eating the waitress has to insist for the "TIP" to be given, like it is mandatory! The atmosphere is good but apart from that there's nothing special about the food and service.

We were here for lunch, and the overall experience was quite disappointing. There was very little, if any, meat in the dishes. The beef soup tasted watery and basically tasteless... I understand that the lunch menu has to be profitable somehow. But you can't offer it for twelve euros if you can't maintain a certain level of quality. It can definitely be better!

This Korean restaurant impresses with fast service and a pleasant ambiance. The food was good overall, although the tteokbokki could have used a bit more spice. On the downside, the experience became rather tense toward the end – the staff repeatedly asked us if we were finished and eventually cleared away half-empty drinks. Despite this experience, the culinary offerings remain solid, with considerable room for improvement in the service area.

Noodles and rice have no shining point. The noodles is just the same as the convenient noodles you could buy from any Asian supermarket. The taste is worse than a restaurant should have. Not my dish, honestly..

The best Korean chicken in my life! I ordered seasoned chicken, and it was the worst. It had a strong meaty smell and was dry, so I thought they either used a bad cut of chicken or the ingredients weren't fresh.

We went there for the first time. I was very impressed with the grill-your-own option. The menu is a bit extensive, though, so you might want to check online in advance. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant gets very busy. The price, quality, and service are all very good. Don't wear your best clothes, though—you'll smell like grilled food afterward. :) I can recommend the restaurant to everyone, though, and will definitely eat there again in the future. It's simply an experience!

A Korean restaurant run by Chinese people. For lunch, I had pork belly kimchi rice bowl? Fried rice? Perhaps that's why the rice was made with jasmine rice. The ingredients were thinly sliced ​​pork belly, kimchi, onions, and green onions. The taste was just like grilled meat and fried rice (or the kind you'd make if you live alone). At 12 euros, the price wasn't bad. The restaurant's atmosphere blends all the elements of East Asia: Korean pojangmacha (traditional Korean food stalls), hanbok (traditional Korean clothes), Japanese maneki neko (cherry blossoms), and Chinese tea. While it's not a traditional Korean restaurant, it was refreshing and satisfying, offering a taste of European barbecue fried rice. The food was prepared and served within 10 minutes of ordering.

I've had the opportunity to visit the restaurant twice and have had a good experience both times. The food is delicious, especially the BBQ. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, with good background music and a beautiful decor featuring the colors of the cherry blossom and the South Korean flag. Nice little restaurant. I was there with my young son around lunchtime. The place wasn't very busy. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was truly excellent. I highly recommend the bibimbap, especially the hot pot. My child also really enjoyed it. The lunch prices were perfectly reasonable.

Upon entering, I was even greeted in Chinese. And when I paid, I was asked to leave a tip. That shouldn't be allowed. For those seeking authentic Korean food, this restaurant is not recommended.

This place is probably run by Chinese people. It definitely doesn't taste like Korean food. I ordered the budaejjigae because the reviews said it was decent, but the person preparing the food seems to have a very poor understanding of Korean cuisine. Just because Korean dishes are listed on the menu doesn't mean the food is truly Korean. I'm concerned that non-Koreans who experience this restaurant will think it's Korean and return. The staff were friendly, but the food was truly disappointing. If this continues to be the case, Koreans will never visit this place again. I hope they improve.

If you're expecting traditional Korean food, I wouldn't recommend this place. The rice is jasmine rice, not Korean rice, so if you go expecting Korean food, you might be disappointed. The tteokbokki is overly sweet, so it's easy to get tired of it, and the chicken has a texture that's different from the crispiness typical of Korean fried chicken. The lunch menu, bulgogi bibimbap, is also made with Southeast Asian-style jasmine rice, not Korean rice. The vegetables aren't seasoned well, so the overall harmony between the rice and vegetables is lacking. The bibim gochujang is slightly sour, which is different from Korean bibim gochujang. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant's food as Korean food.

We were there for dinner on a Tuesday. The food was delicious, but the service got worse the longer we were there. When we ordered another drink, the waitress was annoyed, and we were quickly billed. The guests after us were also loudly informed that we would be leaving soon and the table would be free. (After less than an hour!)

The various cuts of meat all have a musty, strange smell and taste. The "homemade iced tea" is simply an Aloe Vera King drink from a bottle. The main thing is that it's more expensive because it's "homemade." As if that weren't enough, the waitress wanted tips from all of us and, when my friend paid, simply didn't give him the change, saying I thought the rest was a tip. No questions asked, nothing. The tabletop grill naturally radiates a lot of heat, and cooking at the table leaves your clothes smelling accordingly. If that's what you like, this is the place for you. Delicious and an exciting experience.

This was our first time eating here and we really enjoyed the preparation of the meals, the service and ambiance. This was my husband’s birthday and we received a free soju to toast. We will definitely come back.

Ordered the gimbop, kimchi, dumplings, bulgolgi, and sweet spicy chicken. The gimbop kimchi and dumplings were amazing... really delicious. When it came to the main course the chicken was awful, it was somehow the lowest quality chicken and almost pure fat - i couldn't finish it and the bugolgi was just ok. I cant see myself going back unless its to try the bbq

We ordered via Uber Eats. The bibimbap tasted great. But here's the thing: - The food was cold. The Uber Eats driver probably didn't use a warming container. - The fried dishes were not only cold, but also soggy. We didn't eat them. - Our request for "no mayonnaise" was unfortunately ignored, and some dishes were garnished with plenty of mayonnaise. - Instead of the regular kimbap, we unfortunately received the fried version. Conclusion: We only ate half of what we ordered. It's a real shame. Next time we'll try it in person. It's definitely much better there!

I had a bad experience at this Korean restaurant. The menu featured a special for fried chicken for €13, which we wanted to order. The first server said they didn't have the dish. Later, another server said it was available. When we tried to change our order, the request was declined. We also ordered fried chicken with the bone and boneless, but both orders came with the bone. Additionally, we only received one sauce for both dishes. This was very disappointing, and the staff seemed disorganized. Not a good experience.

I wonder if this is really done by a Korean person. The owner or manager seemed to be speaking Chinese. I'm disappointed that they sell chicken, the soul food of Koreans, like this. I asked if I could get the seasoning separately, but they covered it all in some weird seasoning. It didn't smell like chicken. What... it smelled like they put in a lot of garlic and oyster sauce because Koreans eat a lot of garlic. And above all, the batter... it was too thick and hard. Originally adapted from Chinese zhajiangmian, jjajangmyeon became a staple in Korean-Chinese cuisine and is a common delivery food in Korea, especially eaten on Black Day (April 14) by singles.

The food was delicious, but the service was unfortunately not good. After paying, we were still sitting at our table, and the waitresses circled around us. We had the feeling they wanted us to leave quickly...

Sadly last year the taste is authentic, today june 2025 the taste is not authentic anymore. I mean, bibimbap with no kimchi? Its sad because i craved for korean food sometimes and this is our go to restaurant now not anymore.

The place is nice. Small but cozy. The menu is varied. The staff is kind and very welcoming with children, but there was one thing I didn't find nice. When we got the bill they asked us if we were leaving a tip and how much. I didn't find it nice because I would have chosen whether to leave it or not. This is the only negative thing.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio doesn't match up at all! A menu for 3 people costs €105. The selection of vegetables and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The tables are also much too small for 4 people! The food barely fits on the table. There's no room left to eat😢 Think about your company philosophy! When you pay, the waiter asks for an additional €4 tip. Disgraceful. That's not something you do. Totally overrated and disappointing. I can't recommend it. Never again!!!!!!!!

The deep-fried chicken was very thickly breaded and dry. The breading tasted very sticky, and the small rice cakes were also dry. The dumplings were okay, but also a bit old.

The food was great. Of the staff, only one person was super nice and friendly (short dark hair with blonde highlights). We made a reservation and arrived 20 minutes early and were seated right away. Less than two minutes later, we were supposed to order drinks and food. But we said we still needed more. Our conversations were overheard by an employee, so the three of us girls got iced tea because we had spoken and the employee understood. Anyway, we drank it. The iced tea was too sweet, but OK. After we got our drinks, we had to order. Less than 10 minutes later, the appetizer and main course came together, which was totally stupid. The plates were cleared away after we put the cutlery aside. Our drinks were still half full, but the waitress came and wanted to take the money. I just told her no, we wanted to finish our drinks first and then pay, and we were told we had to pay now. OK, we did that and had to finish our drinks quickly (the place wasn't full). So we're not coming back. The food was too stressful. Seemed like a fast food restaurant

We reserved a table 14 days in advance. When we arrived, guests still had to be moved from our table. The service was very hectic! We had to order more drinks ourselves and the beer was recommended as a negative before we ordered! When we were almost finished, the waiter wanted to clear everything away! When we said stop, all she said was... "You don't have to be afraid"... a short time later, the waiter was at our table with the EC device. Unbelievable! The icing on the cake when we paid in cash was that she asked how much money we wanted back 🤔 1 minute later, four more people were sitting with us as new guests at our (large) table!

I placed an order over two hours ago, but it still hasn't arrived. The driver's location hasn't been updated in the app for a long time, and the driver couldn't be reached by phone either. The estimated time of arrival has already been changed five times, and the driver has also been changed twice. When the map finally updated, the car was heading in the completely opposite direction—far from the restaurant and my address. The food will definitely arrive cold. I'm so disappointed and annoyed at this point that I have no appetite and don't even want the order anymore. I will definitely never order again.

Service team can seem intimidating at the beginning but as a person who has been here 3 times now, everyone does their job well and is actually super attentive and nice :) when you're stressed, rushing can be completely understandable. Food has never disappointed. Very tasty and perfect for sharing
