Chic noble Italian restaurant in Hamburg Eppendorf with an outdoor area, good food with many offers outside the menu. Unfortunately quite expensive! Highly recommended the starters for 2! The fillet steak is also on point and excellent with Gorgonzola sauce.

We were there with 15 people, everyone, really everyone, was very happy with their food, it was super tasty, the service was unbeatable in terms of attentiveness. We were made to feel at home. Thank you for that!!

The best place to watch football in Hamburg, nice staff, good Italian and Greek food at reasonable prices - it's worth coming early, as it can quickly get very crowded during HSV, St Pauli and top Champions Leauge and Bundesliga games, but that's exactly what the stadium atmosphere in the Taverna Romana is all about!

Never again!! I ate at this restaurant, ate a tiramisu and then got food poisoning. Severe stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting – just plain bad. Something like this shouldn't happen! Why would you serve something spoiled?

Bin seit 1977 hier. Und es wird immer besser. Klassische süditalienische Küche. Plain, nicht überteuert, großartig. Trüffelpasta z.bsp ganz ohne Trüffelöl, nur mit viel Trüffel. Klar, ist nicht Parma-Style mit 100€/Menu. Aber so isst Italien auch nicht. Der beste Grund nach Hamburg zu ziehen.

Delicious food in a homely atmosphere

The shop on Harksheider Straße is a bunch of unfriendly people who barely speak German... It's unbelievable to cancel an order because garlic bread for €2.90 cannot be baked in the oven. The fact that no solution is offered shows the incompetence of the store. It's not the first time that problems have been had there. They then simply hung up on the phone. I really enjoyed eating the food but I won't order there again. The behavior is unbelievable

Essen war reichlich und gut, das Restaurant könnte durch eine Renovierung sein Ambiente aufwerten, leider war der Raumteiler am Tisch im gesamten Raum mit Flecken überseht und wirkte nicht sehr Appetitlich. Die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind fair.

Sowohl abends mit mehreren Personen als auch mittags zu zweit haben wir hier sehr gut gegessen, wurden zuvorkommend und aufmerksam beraten und bedient ("Wir kochen frisch und machen es so, wie Sie es möchten" - tatsächlich bekam mein Mann wie gewünscht nur einen Hauch der Trüffelsoße, viel gehobelten Trüffel auf das Nudelgericht (er wollte lieber Spaghetti statt Tagliolini - auch das kein Problem). Meine Seezunge war perfekt gegrillt, Zitronen-Salbei-Butter, frisches (!) Gemüse und geröstete Kartoffeln wurden separat gereicht. Selbst der Espresso ist perfekt. Wir waren mehrmals sehr zufrieden und kommen immer wieder gern!

We wanted to have dinner here, but the price was very high considering the area and the atmosphere. After we decided to just have a drink and just share an appetizer, the service lady (probably the boss) was very rude and a bit pretentious. Basically let us know that she didn't want us in the restaurant at all. Other guests who came after us received bread/olives and dip, but we were then very neglected. The food was ok, but didn't justify the price. The dish in the picture costs €17. Guys please, this is a small burrata and a few cherry tomatoes. I can cook this at home, chop a few tomatoes into small pieces and slap a hand of arugula on top. The restaurant itself was very small and tightly arranged, therefore quite loud. No recommendation from my side!
