Upscale restaurant. Very tasty food, but some items on the menu were missing, and the service was very friendly, but also slow.

I ate at the restaurant with my girlfriend. Truffle pasta and pasta with chanterelles – wow! They tasted so good! The roasted artichokes as a starter were the right choice! The service was very good and attentive. Thank you, we'll be back!

It was excellent all around. The pizzas (we were a group of six) were outstanding, all of them had that special something in terms of flavor, as did the pasta dishes. Great atmosphere, prices slightly high, but absolutely reasonable.

I'd rather not comment, just say that the kitchen team is excellent. From the person who had me do a job test, nothing professional. That man is a disaster.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We had expected more; the menu read well, and the offerings seemed plentiful, but the evening was ultimately very lackluster, not least due to the truly inattentive and careless service. Furthermore, there's no one there to provide the pleasant hospitality you'd expect from a good Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, drinks arrived only after repeated reminders and after the appetizer. The small lamp on the table wasn't changed, so we sat in the dark. The waiters didn't replace the dead battery lamps at the other tables either, which had a very negative impact on the atmosphere. Furthermore, empty tables were completely cleared from 10 p.m. onwards. This made it very hectic and uninviting. The appetizers were solid, but the main courses (pasta) were unfortunately only average. Considering the price, however, it would be a maximum of 2-3 stars. A real shame; this will be the last time we see this restaurant. I hope the owner gets the service under control; he should definitely take a look.

Great location, especially the terrace in summer, with very high-quality decor, excellent food, and non-alcoholic drinks that are very lively! We'll be back.

High prices for average food, perhaps because it was so busy. The ambiance, especially outside, was very nice; inside it was quite cramped but cozy. Service was okay, but not top-notch. It's a bit odd that you don't get bread with your starter but have to buy it for €4. Unfortunately, the pasta dishes and pizza weren't as good as the price would suggest. There are certainly better Italian dishes in Hamburg. The menu is appealing, though, and so is the ambiance. I'd probably choose a different restaurant next time.

Waitresses don't speak German and recorded our entire delivery incorrectly. A waiting time of about 1 hour!!! After a long non-German-speaking waiter discussion, we were also forced to pay for food for 4 people that we didn't want! It was crazy and outrageous. We had to pay a bill of €54. We will neither recommend nor go back to such an unreliable restaurant!!!

Very good Italian food with an upscale atmosphere, friendly service and delicious pizza. The menu includes typical Italian dishes, pasta, pizza as well as meat and fish dishes. There is a good selection for vegetarians, but vegans only have a few dishes available. We chose a pizza with truffles and potato slices, a pasta with truffles and tiramisu for dessert. The preparation took a little longer. The quality of the food was very good, and the portion sizes were also good. What stands out is the pizza, which was neither Neapolitan nor very thin. It has a medium-thick, crispy outside and juicy inside, which is a bit reminiscent of ciabatta. A very tasty change from the pizza styler you usually get. The pasta was also good. The wine selection is also great, the open white wine from an Italian grape variety tasted delicious. The service was reserved, friendly and mostly attentive. The prices are rather high compared to the average Italian restaurant, but reasonable for the quality of the food. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the Cucina d'Elisa restaurant and I can highly recommend it.

The restaurant is in a great location near the Hallerstrasse subway - so parking wasn't a problem. And reserving a table in advance was also absolutely easy. The Cucina d'Elisa has fairly tight seating and therefore privacy is limited, and bags are also a bit difficult to accommodate. But the team is very attentive, focused and always quick at the table. We had all 3 courses from the lunch menu and found them both tasty and well-dosed. Thank you very much, we will be back 😀

At the entrance you are immediately informed of the 1.5 hour time limit - absolutely stressful. Then the surprise at the table: different prices than on the menu! Unprofessional and disappointing. Never again!

Sehr gutes Essen. Ich hatte das beste Saltimbocca alla Romana seit langer Zeit. Das Fleisch war dünn geschnitten und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Soße war ausgezeichnet abgeschmeckt. Auch meine Frau war von Ihrem Essen ebenfalls begeistert. Wir werden gerne wieder dort essen gehen. 

Wir haben mit 5 Personen am frühen Abend (18:30) gegessen - eine gemischt Vorspeise, danach Pasta, Pizza und Fleisch, und zum Abschluss Dessert. Die Vorspeise, die wir geteilt haben, war super, es blieb gar nichts übrig. Besonders gut waren die Linsen! Ich habe Rigatoni mit Burrata gegessen - die Tomatensoße war wirklich toll - ich möchte das Rezept haben! Alles hat toll geschmeckt, das Personal war freundlich, fleissig und das Essen kam zügig. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen.

Honestly.... We've been there several times. It's a pleasure. Also yesterday. Dad food is great. Unfortunately the restaurant has "raised" the prices a lot Saltimbocca for €29 is already sporty. Glass of Pinot Gris 9€. That was an expensive pleasure.

Unexpectedly cozy atmosphere outside thanks to large awnings and good noise insulation from busy streets. Service courteous, child-friendly and accommodating. High quality food, prices within Hamburg standards. A highlight was the antipasti with calamari and lentils, vitello etc., all main courses recommended. We were there with a large family and made very different choices. Everything came at the same time and to the point. Waiting times for food were over 30 minutes on the outer edge but just within reason. We'd love to come back. Unfortunately, a very good former waiter is no longer there.

Went for a quick lunch outside, the service staff were very nice and attentive. We had very good antipasto misto vegetale and orecchiette pugliese, although the fennel salsiccia was unfortunately very gristly and didn't taste good. The tables outside have a bit of stained wood, which detracts from the otherwise good impression a little.

Good food and nice location. Unfortunately, the service staff focuses primarily on regular guests, so as a new customer you have to make a lot of effort to be noticed. It's a shame, because as Hamburgers we would otherwise have liked to come back. But there are enough alternatives in Hamburg.

I'm actually a fan of the Cucina. So far we have always had very nice evenings there, the food was always good and I was also impressed by the atmosphere. Unfortunately I have to say that the service yesterday wasn't even worthy of one star. We entered the shop and stood at the counter where two waiters were loudly discussing among themselves and paying us no attention for minutes. Then we were told - despite reservations - that it would probably be difficult to find a place. We were left waiting again until a waiter directed us to an uncovered table. We sat there for about 15 minutes in front of the remains of the previous one. The waiter didn't come back to re-stock as we had discussed, but instead, after asking again, a colleague stepped in to apologize. When ordering, when we asked for a little extra request (no capers on the pizza), the waiter rolled his eyes in an exaggerated manner. Unpleasant. When we then wanted to pay, there was no service person to be found anywhere. Here too, the payment only took place after a long wait, and then the card payment had to be repeated because the wrong amount was entered. As with many things in life, a lot of stress may have happened yesterday. And mistakes happen. BUT, given the prices, I expect professional service staff that still makes guests feel welcome and not a nuisance. If it works out again, I'll be happy to come back...the pizza is really great.

Sehr tolles Restaurant und wir haben tolles Essen bekommen

Disappointing reservation policy. I reserved a table for three at 7:30 p.m. four days in advance via OpenTable. In the “Special Requests” field I wrote that I would like a table outside (sunny weather with high temperatures was forecast). When I arrived there was no table outside and you couldn't make a reservation. And when asked, they said that the (at least six) still free places were reserved for a group (that seems to be possible). My request to find a solution for us outside, since there is a special occasion (my birthday) and no one wants to sit inside in this weather, was unsuccessful. Very annoying because the restaurant doesn't say anywhere that you can't make a reservation outside. There is also the option to contact guests in advance if “special requests” cannot be fulfilled. Unpleasant experience.

The starter came at the same time as the main course. The waitress was aware of the mishap, but still “unloaded” everything at the table. Then the waitress was no longer seen for almost 15 minutes, so that it was not possible to reorder drinks and so the consumption had to be carried out completely without a drink. Everything was OK in terms of taste, but no culinary surprise. Conclusion: Quite ok for a quick pizza/pasta; Not recommended for a stylish evening with family or friends.

Very tasty food, great service and the terrace is lovely when the weather is good. The prices are very ok.

We haven't experienced such a bad restaurant in a long time. The drink orders went quite quickly, but then the long wait began. We had ordered a starter of tomato soup and asked for a piece of bread. By the time the bread came, the soup had long since been eaten. After a good hour, two of the three pizzas finally arrived - lukewarm. The third pizza came a little later, the dough was still almost raw, the topping was almost liquid and there wasn't much of the tuna to be noticed. We haven't had such bad food in a long time. The service didn't actually take place, we had to go to the counter to pay.

A classic that puts you in a good mood: always a good, hand-crafted lunch, very affordable and served by nice people. More recommended on the terrace in summer than in winter, because it can get quite stuffy in the basement. Nevertheless: go!

Sorry, but that was (far) too little. The quality of preparation of the food, the low quality red wine served openly (which the employee couldn't name) and the service have noticeably deteriorated recently. Unfortunately, the employee who “served” us on the last visit has learned nothing - if he has no experience in service, he must at least be brought up to an appropriate level (leadership!). Simple, but with good occupancy, a cozy atmosphere, inside and outside - that's what you as a guest would still be able to cope with. However, we will now orientate ourselves differently.

Aufgrund einer spontanen Übernachtung in Hamburg, haben wir dieses Lokal in Hotelnähe aufgesucht und waren angenehm überrascht. Da wir bereits um 17.30 Uhr dort waren, war das Lokal noch nicht voll besetzt. Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr gut - nicht zu viele Gerichte auf der Karte aber dennoch abwechslungsreich. Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und angenehm. Wären wir öfters in Hamburg, würden wir da sicher wieder hingehen, da das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und die Qualität sehr gut war!

Wir waren das erste Mal bei Cucine d'Elisa. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Essen war hervorragend, der Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Aufgrund des Preisniveaus haben wir aber auch diese hohe Qualität erwartet.

Get a place for two without a reservation. The ambience was nice, the service was good and the food is highly recommended. Carpaccio first, followed by spaghetti carbonara and veal cheeks as the main course.

Wurden begrüßt mit: Tisch ist nur 2 Std. frei- dann folgen die nächsten Gäste ( 2x erwähnt- freundlicher Empfang eher mittelmäßig ). Ambiente war gut und modern eingerichtet. Service hatte viel zu tun und kam nur auf Zuruf zum Tisch. Essen war gut, 2. Besuch eher nicht geplant.

Unfortunately very disappointing! With a larger group we were placed in a separate windowless room next to the kitchen, which was separated from the kitchen hallway by a worn curtain. So we were completely separated from the main bar, there was definitely a lack of ambience. Since there had already been telephone contact in advance to make a reservation, we would have liked to have been informed about the placement in a separate room. The food was average but unfortunately one main course was received incorrectly. By the time the right dish arrived, the rest of the table had long since finished eating. In addition, the plate was presented carelessly and not attractively. The service staff apologized for the inconvenience, but overall it was an uncomfortable evening. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Cucina d'Elisa restaurant after this dinner.

Sehr enttäuschend! Essen nur durchschnittlich, Ambiente in unserem Fall unzureichend (kleiner fensterloser separierter Raum neben Küche; abgetrennt mit Vorhang zum Flur der Küche), Service sehr hektisch und tlw. unaufmerksam. Wir hatten leider kein schönes Abendessen und können keine Empfehlung aussprechen!

Gemütliche Atmosphäre, nettes Ambiente, gemischtes Publikum, Wir saßen etwas beengt , aber wir haben uns so ambitioniert unterhalten , dass die Nähe der anderen Gäste gar nicht mehr wahrgenommen wurde ! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Offensichtlich haben wir keinen guten Tag erwischt. Auch wenn man an einem Samstag Abend mit vielen Gästen rechnen könnte, mussten wir 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen warten. Der Service kam nicht hinterher und fragte zwischendurch auch nicht nach weiteren Getränkewünschen. Gemütliches Ambiente, allerdings sehr voll und somit eng und laut.

Immer eine gute Wahl dieser einladender Italiener. Mit 6 Personen saßen wir an einem runden Tisch direkt am Fenster, man konnte sich gut unterhalten. Die Speisen waren wie immer echt lecker und ausreichend groß portioniert. Ein Essen kam bei uns etwas später, war aber nicht schlimm. Auch in der Woche ziemlich voll, dann wurde es auch immer wärmer und lauter.

Es war ein toller spontaner und romatischer Besuch zum Valentinstag !

Für die Preiskategorie war mir die Portion zu klein. Und der Fisch nicht perfekt zubereitet. War ok. Aber würde nicht nochmal hingehen. Da gibt es in Hamburg deutlich bessere Restaurants

Das Ambiente ist schön und gemütlich. Unsere Pasta Gerichte waren gut portioniert und lecker, aber leider nicht hausgemacht. Dafür ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht so optimal. Mittlerweile wird auch für ein Aperitif kräftig hingelangt.

Vom Empfang, über den Tischservice, das Essen, die Getränke und dem Dessert war alles perfekt. Wir sind aus Hannover und würden immer wieder gerne ins Cucina d‘Elisa gehen.

Essen war sehr lecker, immer wieder gerne hier. Leider hatten wir am Nachbartisch sehr laute jungdynamische Pärchen sitzen, die leider gar nicht gemerkt haben, wie daneben das war…..egal dafür kann das Restaurant nichts und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Restaurant ist klein und gemütlich und definitiv gehobene Klasse und Küche. Wir waren nur sehr viele Personen an einem Feiertag. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass es Personalausfälle gab an diesem Tag. Bis auf ein wenig gestresste Kellner, war das Essen und das Ambiente sehr gut. Auch die Kellner haben ihr bestes gegeben. Ein wirklich gelungener Abend. Wer etwas mehr ins Essen investiert, bekommt ein sehr gutes und leckeres Essen. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Wir waren mit der Firma zum Weihnachttsessen, die speisen sind in der Karte nicht alles deklarieret was drine ist, habe Nudel bestellt mit Salcici (waren nicht deklariert was das ist und welche Inhalte das beinhaltet) und drine war schweinefleisch was nicht deklariert war und daraufhin könnte ich die Nudel nicht essen, der freundliche Kellner fragte mich ob ich stadessen was anders essen möchte, habe ein anderen Gericht bestellt, am Ende müsste ich die Nudel bezahlen bezahlen, weil ich kein bock hatte vor meine Arbeitskolleginenmit den Besitzer zu diskutieren und das finde ich einfach frech ohne Hemmung alles auf die Rechnung zu setzten, eine Hälfte Hälfte Regelung hätte auch gut getan oder aus Kulanz nicht auf die Rechnung zu setzten,

Traditionelles Restaurant in Hamburg - wir hatten Glück und warnen mit 6 Personen in einem kleinen Separee, nahe der Küche. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und gerade die Pizza ist eine Empfehlung. Der Service ist noch verbesserungswürdig! Preislich bei Getränken und dem ein oder anderen Gericht vielleicht etwas zu teuer!

Das Cucina d' Elisa ist nicht der classische Italiener zu dem man am Liebsten täglich geht. Um täglich hier essen zu gehen sind die Gerichte zu Chi Chi. Service und Ambiente sind klasse.

Trotz sehr hoher Belastung behielt der Service die Nerven und war außerordentlich freundlich und sehr professionell. Großartiges Essen, sehr gemütliches Ambiente, Habe das Restaurant erst vor kurzem für mich entdeckt und werde sicherlich Stammkunde.

Gute, Italienisch inspirierte Küche zu angemessenen Preisen. Zumeist aufmerksamer Service.
