Solides Essen, was geschmeckt hat.
If I could give no star I would. My order had over 20 minutes delay. Only 1 item out of 3 arrived. I had to call them back no apologies and no compensation just behaving as if nothing happened and I should expect the rest soon. Outrageous incompetent
We reserved a table for 7 people for lunch and also had a reminder and confirmation on our cell phone.
But the waiter wasn't interested in these facts... he just ran up to us and said I don't have a reservation here and now we have a problem... what kind of problem the shop was empty and he had to work now??? Whenever I see a waiter wearing a baseball cap backwards and constantly playing on his cell phone, I get in a bad mood.
We like to eat there and have always been satisfied so far and have also recommended to Gao to some friends but this waiter, sorry, doesn't work at all.
Definitely one of Hamburg's top pizzerias! Trademark: rather thin, crispy dough, which, according to the staff, is made with a little milk. Therefore not suitable for vegans.
Excellent, courteous service, even when it's full the waiters try to find a seat, but reservations are recommended, especially in the evening.
Very tasteful furnishings and pleasant sound with good music.
Tip: the large pizzas can easily be shared between two people, combined with a salad
By chance we came to Alexandro's restaurant today.
Food was very good - freshly cooked. Very attentive service and unusual ambience... we really enjoyed lunch. Absolutely top value for money
We will definitely come back on our next visit to Hamburg.
I reserved a table using the app TheFork. On the day of the reservation, I wanted to cancel, but shortly after, I received a call from the restaurant informing me that if we didn't show up, we would still have to pay €100 per person.
So we went, albeit with little enthusiasm, as it doesn't feel good to feel forced into something.
We chose the "Emotion" menu. Unfortunately, I have to say that out of the many courses, I actually enjoyed maybe one or two dishes.
The presentation was elaborate, but the menu didn't impress me in terms of taste – lots of decoration, little flavor.
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for a first Michelin-starred experience.
The two of us paid €620 without alcohol, which I think is far too expensive for what was offered.
And I've been to several Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, but never has it been so boring and disappointing in terms of taste.
The service and staff were very friendly, but I come to a restaurant like this to have a special taste experience, and that's exactly what was missing here.
