The best meal I've been served in a long time. High-quality ingredients, really ingenious chefs and very professional serving bodies, I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this professional workshop for upscale cooking, at really very fair prices.

Lunch was delicious as always, definitely worth the price and rich.

That was a mega evening at Bianc! It started with the great service from Ursula, who welcomed us and let us into the parking garage. Then we went charmingly into the restaurant via the delivery entrance. The decor was warm and also seemed cozy. We were greeted by Matteo and then chose our food. Every course was a poem! Very tasty and very cleverly prepared and presented. Luckily the atmosphere wasn't too stiff and the service was always friendly, very attentive and yet relaxed. We liked that - we'll be back.

We came across the restaurant by chance over the internet. And it was really good, service was great, starters were very tasty and the main courses were good. For a wine bar I found the selection of open wines a bit poor. The 0.2 glasses offered are also too big. I just like to try things out and it's a bit difficult given the size. Overall, my conclusion is very positive. We would definitely come back. Who knows, maybe even during this visit to Hamburg. Keep it up!!!

Four of us were here last night and had a wonderful, relaxing evening. The food was very varied and also very tasty. The entire service team was extremely attentive and friendly, and we felt very comfortable as guests. Thanks for the hospitality! We'd love to come back, great restaurant!

All very good! Service was very friendly and helpful. In winter they have an area in front of the door that is shielded by glass, so it is definitely bearable with a warm sweater even at 0°C. You're welcome to go back.
