Wir waren schon viele Male im Fritzis zu Gast und haben uns dort immer wohlgefühlt. Umso schöner war es, auch unsere standesamtliche Hochzeit bei euch feiern zu dürfen. Von der unkomplizierten Organisation mit Yuen über das hervorragende Essen und die gemütlich-private Atmosphäre bis hin zu den großartigen Drinks hat einfach alles perfekt gepasst. Dank Yuen und dem gesamten Team konnten wir einen unvergesslichen Abend mit unseren 25 Gästen verbringen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität des gesamten Teams – ein Feedback, das wir auch von all unseren Gästen erhalten haben. Vielen Dank, dass ihr diesen besonderen Tag so einzigartig gemacht habt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Unglaublich gut! Hier passt alles. Das Essen ist unaufgeregt aber großartig. Die Drinks machen einfach Spaß. Der Service ist absolut hervorragend - nochmal herzlichen Dank an den Kollegen mit dem (sehr stabilen!) Schnauzer. Wir hatten vergangenen Mittwoch - auch dank dir - einen fantastischen Abend.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend im Fritzis. Schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Der Kalbstafelspitz war grandios, der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp und wirklich empfehlenswert für Allergiker. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Karte ist klein aber wirklich super. es gibt für Alle etwas. Egal ob Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisch oder Vegan. Ich bin Allergiker und habe darum oft Schwierigkeiten etwas zu finden. Hier war das gar kein Problem. Man hat mein Wunschgericht auf meine Allergien angepasst, ohne dass es die Qualität in irgendeiner Form gemindert hätte. Das Team im Laden ist wirklich lobenswert. Sehr freundlich, schnell und die Zufriedenheit der KundInnen steht im Vordergrund. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Das war sehr schön gestern! Die kleine, feine Auswahl an Speisen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Phantasievoll und qualitativ hochwertig. Und der Service war auch toll, aufmerksam und herzlich. Lediglich die Bestuhlung, da gebe ich dem Vorrezensenten recht, ist für Rücken 50+ weniger geeignet. Haben wir aber gern in Kauf genommen.

Ich bin nun schon zum vierten Mal im Fritzis gewesen & wie jedes Mal von Service bis Essen und Ambiente ein Traum! Es ist sehr zu empfehlen und ein must visits für einen Hamburg Besuch! 🙏🏻

Super freundlich, sehr gemütlich,monatlich wechselnde Gerichte der Saison.... Ein kleines Juwel....

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von unserem Besuch. Als wir bestellen wollten, standen nur vier Hauptgerichte auf der Karte, von denen zwei nicht verfügbar waren. Eine der verbleibenden Optionen war Kohl, der eher einer Beilage als einem Hauptgericht ähnelte. Es gab überhaupt keine Beilagen auf der Karte. Auch unser ursprünglich gewünschtes Hauptgericht war nicht verfügbar, sodass wir uns für eine Alternative entscheiden mussten. Wir bestellten Hühnerrisotto. Das Risotto selbst war lecker, aber das Hühnchen war extrem trocken. Unser zweites „Hauptgericht“ stand gar nicht auf der Karte: Roastbeef mit Brokkoli, ohne Kohlenhydrate, daher war es nicht sättigend. Uns wurde später mitgeteilt, dass dieses Gericht eigentlich als Hauptgericht gedacht war, obwohl es nirgends aufgeführt war. Außerdem mussten wir 9 € extra bezahlen, um es als Hauptgericht zu bekommen, was angesichts der Verwirrung unangemessen erschien. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich und sprach Englisch, was wir sehr begrüßten, aber insgesamt war der Besuch enttäuschend. Als wir bezahlen wollten, stand der Kellner während der Transaktion über uns und schien auf Trinkgeld zu warten. Da das Essen enttäuschend war und wir nach 90 € immer noch hungrig waren, gaben wir kein Trinkgeld. Der Kellner kam daraufhin zurück und knallte das Kartenlesegerät ziemlich aggressiv auf den Tisch, was einen schlechten Eindruck hinterließ. Insgesamt war es kein Restaurant, das wir wieder besuchen würden.

Es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach wunderbar! Ich habe selten so einen aufmerksamen Service erlebt und das Essen war wirklich großartig - ich komme definitiv wieder und habe noch während unseres Dinners die nächste Reservierung aufgegeben! ☺️

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns sogar weitere Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Bars in Hamburg. Viele Einheimische waren da, aber das gefiel uns. Besonders die Vorspeisen und Cocktails waren wirklich gut. Die Hauptgerichte waren in Ordnung.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Abend im Fritzis! Das Essen war hervorragend – das Tartar perfekt gewürzt und die Bouillabaisse aromatisch, leicht und genau richtig zubereitet. Die Auswahl an Weinen ist wunderschön zusammengestellt, gut kalkuliert und hat wunderbar zu unseren Gängen gepasst. Besonders angenehm: ein super frisches Pils (PU) vom Fass, das den Abend abgerundet hat.  Was den Abend für uns besonders gemacht hat, war der authentisch exzellente Service – aufmerksam, freundlich und wirklich mit Leidenschaft dabei, ohne aufgesetzt zu wirken. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt, was man nicht überall erlebt. Ganz ehrlich: für uns schlägt dieser Laden inzwischen sogar das „Krug“ – Fritzis hat einfach diesen besonderen, persönlichen Charme, kombiniert mit richtig gutem Essen und ehrlicher Gastfreundschaft. Kommen definitiv wieder!

Entspannt, lecker, cute. Guter Laden, Weinauswahl könnte breiter sein, der angebotene aber fein. Anstrengungslos gut essen. Genau das im Fritzis perfekt machbar.

Kleine Karte, anfänglich war ich Skeptisch ob für mich was passendes dabei ist - aber das Brot und der Kalbstafelspitz waren zusammen mit der Trüffeljus eine 10 von 10.

Sehr nettes Restaurant auf St. Pauli mit leckerem Essen, feinen Weinen, einer tollen Bedienung und freundlicher Atmo. Die Sitzgelegenheiten könnten etwas bequemer sein, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Schön wäre, wenn nach der Vorspeise neue Bestecke gereicht würden. Nicht schlimm, war aber ein klitzekleiner Wermutstropfen. Kommen trotzdem gerne noch einmal wieder!

Das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend, vom exzellenten Chicorée-Salat bis hin zum exquisiten Schokoladenmousse-Dessert. Alles wird prompt von freundlichem und kompetentem Personal serviert, das sich besonders bemüht, dass man sich willkommen fühlt.

Fritzis habe ich mir mehr erhofft, als ich dann letzten Endes bekommen habe. Die Preise sind nicht ohne und dafür, es tut mir leid, ist die Qualität bzw. die Kreativität der Gerichte nicht hoch genug. Also man fragt sich quasi, warum es so viel kostet, auch wenn an sich alles gut geschmeckt hat. Es liegt etwas abseits und ich muss leider sagen, dass ich den "Umweg" nicht noch einmal auf mich nehmen würde. Das Interior ist aber echt cozy und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich, da gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Ich bin immer wieder begeistert. Das Essen, die Stimmung, das Personal, die gemütliche und lockere Atmosphäre. Das ist in allem mit soviel Herz und Geschmack gemacht, dass man einfach immer gerne wieder kommt. Ihr macht das toll, Danke für diesen Ort. Freue mich schon auf die Außengastro! 🫶

The three of us had a fantastic evening at Fritzis yesterday! The staff was very pleasant, attentive, and friendly, the food was delicious, and there was a great selection of drinks! And a fruit brandy sour is definitely worth trying ;-)

We celebrated our wedding at Fritzis with 24 people and were absolutely thrilled. Yuen, Will, and the entire team provided us with an incredibly beautiful evening, from the loving and warm service to the excellent food. All of our guests felt at home and loved the food. The planning beforehand with Yuen also went smoothly; she was always available and was able to help us with questions and the planning. We're already looking forward to our next evening with you!

Finally, a restaurant that I wholeheartedly give 5* in every respect! From the ambiance, which was very pleasant, to the first-class service, which had plenty of tips and jokes to keep us entertained for the rest of the evening, to the wonderful food. There were four of us and we ordered each starter and main course (there are four starters and main courses on the menu) once so everyone could try everything. It was no problem at all and truly a dream. We'd love to come back the next time we're in Hamburg! Thank you!

A lovely modern fusion restaurant in the heart of st Pauli! We loved everything of our evening, from the food to the recommendations of the lovely host. The service was impeccable and very friendly, I would definitely recommend it and come back again. Thank you!

I was there with a friend during the week. We received excellent advice regarding the food and the drinks to go with it. What I really liked was that later in the evening, it got cooler, and the owner brought us blankets so we wouldn't freeze. Bottom line: great service, great food, and we'd love to come back.

Cozy modern place with no-fuss, delicious food. We especially loved the pulpo starter! The staff is extremely friendly. Fine, exquisite dining, creative dishes in a relaxed Kiez atmosphere. They have one vegan, one veggie, one fish, and one meat option per course. All options sounded delicious

We discovered this restaurant by chance on a rainy evening, and wow! Fantastic, attentive service with passion and attention to detail provided us with a wonderful evening. The octopus was indescribably delicious, and the wine recommendation was perfect. We'll be back, even hungrier!

We had such a nice evening at Fritzis!! Ended up here accidentally and were met by a super kind waitress, great vibes and delicious food. Especially the catch of the day with orecchiette was one of the best dishes i had in a while. Would definitely recommend! :)

Wir waren wirklich begeistert. An diesem Abend stimmte einfach alles. Die Karte im Fritzis ist sehr klein mit einer spannenden Mischung von ungewöhlichen Gerichten (vegetarische Ceviche von Kräuterseitlingen) und Interpretationen von „Klassikern“ (Tafelspitz mit Frankfurter grüner Sauce). Alles war wirklich köstlich. Die moderne aber nicht unterkühlt wirkende Einrichtung, der supernette Service, das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Wein und das angenehme Publikum machten den Besuch perfekt.

My daughter and I went back to Fritzlis and it was as good as I remembered when I left this review 18 months ago. Most definitely our destination of choice in Hamburg, apart from hot competition from its sister restaurant Krug! My daughter and I went to Fritzis in October (2023). It was extremely good and has a menu focussed on what they can do very well. The best vegetarian option I have ever chosen too. Lovely service and great chat with the chef who came to say hello at the end of dinner after I raved about it. So good I told my daughter to go back there as a treat when her sister is staying, and I'm paying!

The food was really excellent - you can tell that a lot of love and skill goes into cooking here, compliments to Will in the kitchen. The service was also excellent: Yuin and Ava were very attentive, warm and looked after us perfectly. Ebba conjured up great drinks at the bar that rounded off the evening perfectly. Many thanks to the whole team – I would love to come back!

Went there for the first time in the evening with friends. The food clearly exceeded my expectations! The quantity + price is steep, but compared to overhyped burger shops etc. with similar prices for simple burgers, this was a highlight and worth every cent! The service was really, really nice and top. The location is also perfect for starting something nearby afterwards. Fritzis will definitely be included in my list of recommendations and will definitely be the place to go when I have visitors again and want to eat something “better” on St. Pauli. Only the furnishings are somewhat limited in size. It's perfectly fine with 4 people, but then you have to move tables. From what I saw there are only tables for two. BUT that's the program here and it's a good thing. That's why it's called Fritzis and not FRITZ!

Great, exceptional food in a cozy atmosphere with super nice service.

Modern, light cuisine, many vegetarian dishes. The house-pickled salmon and the homemade spaetzle with chanterelles were a poem. The passion fruit cheesecake is probably the best cheesecake we've ever had. Nicest service in HH!

Yesterday we had another wonderful evening at Fritzis. The service, as always, was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was very tasty and special. The wine selection was very good, and the selected Spanish red wine went perfectly with my delicious dish (see picture). We like it and will be back!

Super nice and great restaurant on the edge of the Reeperbahn. We were warmly welcomed by the boss and all the staff and looked after excellently throughout the evening. No wish remained unfulfilled. The food is absolutely fantastic. The menu only consists of 3 main courses but they are perfectly orchestrated and there should be something for everyone. Even the bread with butter as a starter is sensational. We'll definitely be back.

My new favorite restaurant in Hamburg | an all around lovely evening When we were at Fritzis with a few friends the week before last, we were all absolutely thrilled! Everything was just right - from A for alcoholic beverages (I can highly recommend the Ginger Spritz! Delicious!), over E is for food (we had delicious cheese, olives, onions and bread as a starter and a side dish of skrei with mashed potatoes and sauce. Extremely delicious!), I like Interior Design (retro-chic style, and they even had books by Andy Warhol and David Bowie), up to and including S for service (the service - if you can still say that - was super nice, relaxed, attentive, made an effort. Really great!). So we had a really nice evening! I can fully recommend Fritzi's because everything was perfect! Thank you very much! We will be back!

Simply a really great place, a little oasis in the middle of St. Pauli. We enjoyed a magical, vegan 3-course menu and are already looking forward to the next time!

A unique experience. We enjoyed the evening with wonderful, creative dishes that made me feel at home. The restaurant exudes the perfect mix of elegance and serenity. I would come to Hamburg again at any time for this restaurant.

Nice, peaceful ambience. Table is very small - but that's due to the space. Service was nice and authentic. Unfortunately, the food (2 starters + 2 main courses) disappointed us. A certain sophistication was missing. Things just weren't right. Salt/pepper on the table didn't help. Aperitifs and cocktails also taste very “flat”. The price for the starters was justified, but for the main courses we would have hoped for something different for €28.50. Was our last and only visit.

Only a few main courses on the menu (fish/meat/vegan), so the decision was made quickly. :) Great selection of starters, very tasty, the main course was also a dream! They can do something! The service team was great, one person was nicer than the other, they took their time and even though the house was full there was still time for a little chat. :) Prices absolutely within reason. Bottle of wine around 30-50, starters around 12-15, main course around 25, everything fine. The 1 star deduction because it partly. It was very loud and the seating was a bit cramped. I'm 1.90m tall, that's how it works. But I will go back with enthusiasm! :) Thanks to the team for the lovely evening!

Incredibly delicious and special restaurant! The food is a total taste experience

Very relaxed and great atmosphere, I can only recommend it. Went there yesterday and even though there were a lot of people there, the service was great!

At the end of November we were able to have a cozy Christmas party at Fritzis in a really cool atmosphere and with really, really good food and drinks. The service also left nothing to be desired and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Hamburg. Warm greetings to the entire team! <3

If the smoked duck breast on the lamb's lettuce is the "delicious flirt" and the braised grass-fed beef on quince and red cabbage is the "delicate foreplay", the Toblerone mousse with the caramelized pistachios is the "taste orgasm"!

Essen sehr besonders und ausgefallen mit seltenen Gemüsesorten/Zubereitungsarten. Service super aufmerksam und lieb. Das Toblerone Mousse mit Zwetschgen war ein Dessert-Traum.

Feines kleines Restaurant mit einer sehr feinen herrlich reduzierten Auswahl an Speisen und tollen Weinen und Drinks. Reservierung wären zu empfehlen bei dem jungen Publikum. Gerne wieder und bitte weiter so.

Sehr leckeres Essen von feiner, kleiner Karte. Tolle Weinauswahl. Ambiente passend zum Viertel. Aber: Wiederholt überforderter, wirrer Service. Jüngst wechselte unsere Servicekraft ständig und die Blicke waren beim Gang durch die Räume zum größten Teil auf die Bestellungs-Smart-Devices gerichtet und nicht auf den Gästeraum. Letztes Mal dauerte jeder Gang sehr lange. Wir pausieren erstmal und probieren es in 6-12 Monaten nochmal.
