If I could give no star I would. My order had over 20 minutes delay. Only 1 item out of 3 arrived. I had to call them back no apologies and no compensation just behaving as if nothing happened and I should expect the rest soon. Outrageous incompetent

.......I don't know what to say. I was an enthusiastic regular customer.....but somehow they either replaced the kitchen staff or changed the recipe. It doesn't taste good anymore. A year ago I said it was the best in Hamburg. Today........ mushy fries, a milkshake that tastes like water... and really bad too... Burgers are no longer what they used to be and I don't even want to start talking about the hot dogs...unfortunately not anymore recommended. I'm looking for something else.

13 euros for a burger (also called "deluxe") the size of a cheeseburger at Mac Donalds. When asked about the number of grams of the burger patty, you get a cheeky answer that it is, after all, fine mince. It's simply outrageous, absolutely unprofessional and outrageous to sell such a piece of crap. Even the dog doesn't like that! Never again and give this dirty fat place a wide berth.

Food so far good, except for salads, there is half iceberg lettuce and only a little cucumber and tomatoes like corn, less salad and more vegetables

Impossible, absolutely cheeky lady on the phone. Waited 90 minutes for the food. Then part of the order is missing and she just hangs up. Such audacity is hard to beat. Mind you, the meal was already paid for. It was only when my husband called again that the girl (I'm assuming it was a girl given the manner of the phone call. Because there was neither politeness nor decency and I was simply called on my first name. A woman would know that that's not appropriate) said that she didn't send the missing part. Now another 45 minutes have passed and so far there is no trace of the missing part of the delivery. This is definitely not acceptable.

Went there spontaneously last night, super friendly service. The diner overall was super nice, retro and old. Food was great, best burger I've ever eaten.

Everything was great, our supplier made everything possible and delivered to us in another city at 12 o'clock on a Tuesday, ahead of schedule. You can't complain and the food was really solid considering the speed of delivery. Thumbs up from me!

The burger and the wedges (Hoss Burger menu) were okay, but the craftsmanship and taste were rather average. I also had the feeling that the burger sauce was an American dressing. A briochebun could make more of it, but you don't feel any passion for burgers here. This is also shown by the overcrowded map in my opinion. It's better to do four burgers right with passion than forty burgers halfway. The female waiter was very friendly and approachable, very pleasant. The male waiter was friendly but rather reserved. The ambience is okay and tries to portray an American diner. The furnishings and decorations fit in quite well. A table was clearly wobbling and the upholstery of the chairs was already clearly damaged on the back. It was clean, but not pure and a little rowdy. While I was waiting for my food, boxes were being unloaded in front of the cold storage door and the smell of cigarettes wafted past me from somewhere, and my sweater still smells of it. The window couldn't be opened, but they were kind enough to open the door, as I was sitting alone in the dining room. Conclusion: Everything is okay, nice people, but not a highlight that you absolutely have to go to.

Food comb cold hour too no sauce even though 2 ordered then hour too late then I called several times then the woman who worked there got super cheeky and hung up on the phone with the excuse that her hand “slipped”!!!!!! !!!!!!! And then she laughed cheekily and was lucky the store was already closed otherwise she would have come over in person and then something would have slipped

Great burger, everything available

I don't live very far from the shop and still had to wait over an hour for my food. Nobody responded to my call. Only when I contacted Lieferando myself was they told that the order was now on the way. Half an hour later there was still nothing there I'm very sad but at least I got my money back so if you want to order there you should expect a decent waiting time

Fanta forgot, instead of ketchup, mayonnaise was delivered. Instead of a new delivery, only a subsequent delivery was suggested. It may be that you want to enjoy the food cold after the ketchup has been delivered. Before that I was called asking if I had ordered from a supermarket and naming someone else. Running

The waitress was very friendly. Only the food was quite disappointing, the burger really screamed "ready food". The children's burger was just bread, ready-made meat flaps and sauce. The fries were tasty, just a little too much salt. I don't have to go there again.

3 hours later the order still hasn't been delivered. The money for the order has been deducted from the card. I'm waiting for a solution to the problem, but I suspect there won't be a solution.

Better American food than in America

Quite a long way from "best burger in town", even though it takes significantly more than 45 minutes between ordering and eating. The taste is impressive, but in a negative direction. If inattentive, arrogant and annoyed staff are also on duty and ordered drinks are only given out upon request, it is clear to me that it will not work. No, there wasn't much going on during our visit. The phone was also mostly quiet. I couldn't tell where the negative mood among the workforce came from. I went to the Burger Lounge again against my gut feeling... with similar results. A third time will not happen.

Straight forward good burgers. Tasty and big enough.

We ordered 3 times in a shorter period of time, the first 2 orders were top, yesterday with the 3rd order I was very disappointed because the burger with homemade patty used a standard (frozen?) patty. The hot dogs are world class. The delivery time of 1h 30m was adhered to. Mistakes happen but the difference between the burgers is simply too big to tolerate.

Not recommended! Delivery time stated on the website is 30-45 minutes. Called after 1 hour: they had a lot to do and couldn't say when the delivery would go out. We canceled. Who wants to wait more than an hour for food when you only live 1 km away!

Urgent warning delivery time after more than 1 hour, you still can't be assured by phone that the delivery will go out in the next few minutes!

Burger is ok, fries were soft and tasted like they were from last week

How do you get brioche buns so dry? I'd rather go to Mcces, it's cheaper and tastes better. But delivery was very quick.

Unfortunately very disappointed. Not even worth one star. 😔 We have ordered food from there several times, but have been increasingly disappointed lately. Burgers and hot dogs always arrived cold. The orders arrived without sauce and without the ingredients ordered, sometimes without a double patty, without mushrooms or anything else. And they looked like they had been forgotten somewhere and then delivered. Unfortunately the store has really lost quality, which is a shame.

Horrible, boxes in the corners and grubby. Food horrible. Burnt, dry paddy. And we had the HOUSE citizen for 12 euros. Without fries. I wouldn't have even paid 1 euro for it. We complained and the answer from the waitress was that a lot of people complain. She could understand it. 15 percent discount. Disgusting. 🤢

Unfortunately not really competitive! Patty died twice and the attempt to revive her with lots of pepper failed. Many burger shops already have significantly better quality. Toppings were also very reserved, you could still move the salad on the small roll, it was so small. Bacon was the size of two thumbnails. Fries were delicious!

That's all but certainly not a Smash Burger.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has been going downhill for years. Previously friendly staff and good service, quality and price-performance was okay. Unfortunately it has gotten worse in every way, nowadays the employees are unfriendly and aggressive. Never again!

Online orders: The food is usually okay, what has been bothering me a lot lately is that people order dips with their food but they haven't been included the last 4 times, dips also have their prices. If it happens once, ok, but so many times in a row? Withdraw money?

Everything was always perfect when delivering, even on site. However, a few months ago shortly before closing time, the food was taken away instead of eating on site, a patty was missing from a burger and also 1x Twister. Of course I'll order again at some point, but the last time was a disaster... just hope it doesn't happen again, it's always been great and will correct the rating accordingly as soon as it doesn't happen again with the next orders 👍

It was my favorite place for burgers, it tasted good, the fries were delicious and the service was very good. Something must have changed in the management or operations. My last order was delivered defectively; After a complaint, the delivery was incorrect, the burger had no toppings, the fries were all soggy and the meat was not as usual. That's a real shame! If you improve, the rating will be corrected, hopefully!

First I got the wrong order and then (when I got the right order) the burger was also wrong, different from what I ordered and they refused to correct this. Will never order there again.

Essen nice, aber werden oft bei Bestellungen falsche Saucen geliefert, wenn man den Unterschied zwischen Asia Chili und Chili Cheese nicht kennt, dann sollte man überlegen, ob das der richtige Job für den jenigen ist der die Bestellungen verpackt. Das ist jetzt zum 10 mal passiert. Heute ist die Bestellung storniert.

Essen: lecker vor Ort, nicht so geeignet für Lieferung von z.B. Pommes Service: nette Bedienung Ambiente: Tisch-Sitz-Verhältnis komisch (nichs für kleine Leute)

Die Burger waren sehr lecker und wir wurden von einer sehr sehr lieben Kellnerin bedient. Der Vanille-Schoko-Shake war mein Highlight! 🥰

Wir haben uns Burger und Pommes im Restaurant abgeholt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Leider wirkte das Restaurant schmutzig. Der Boden war nicht sauber, der Tresen könnte eine Reinigung der Vorderfront gebrauchen. Obwohl das Restaurant noch nicht so alt ist, waren die Sitzplätze beim Tresen zerschlissen und wurden außerdem durch die Lieferservicefahrer besetzt. Die Kunden mussten daher im Stehen warten oder in den hinteren Bereich des Restaurants gehen. Dort befand sich eine unaufgeräumte Ecke mit Kartons. Das wirkte nicht sehr einladend. Die Pommes schmeckten nach altem Fett. Hier gibt es Luft nach oben.

Die negativen Bewertungen beziehen sich ja meist auf den Lieferservice, über den ich nichts sagen kann. Im Restaurant wurden wir sehr freundlich und gut bedient. Insgesamt macht der Laden einen sauberen, aufgeräumten Eindruck und wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Und kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal in der burger lounge! Parkplätze sind hinter dem Haus das war schon mal ok! Es war leer als wir angekommen sind so hatten wir freie Platz wahl. Die sitzecke ist sehr bequem,Karten zum bestellen sind auf dem Tisch! Die nette Dame hat dann schnell die Bestellung aufgenommen im Hintergrund läuft 50er Jahre Musik. Getränke sind schnell gekommen und auch das Essen kam zügig im Anschluss. Leider waren meine curly Fries nicht heiß lecker waren sie trotzdem! Der Rest vom Essen war super heiss und lecker! Leider hat der fettgeruch ein bisschen auf die Stimmung gedrückt!

Burger und Pommes sind ganz gut. Die frisch gemachten Pilze waren sehr gut aber die Zwiebeln müssen unbedigt durchgebraten sein! Überbackene Pommes leider nicht mit Cheddar nur normaler Käse und dadurch matschig. Selbstgemachte Brötchen gleich wie gekaufte. Chilysauche nicht selbst gemacht, nur aus der Flasche. Keine Majo oder Ketchup auf den Tischen oder zur Speise angeboten. Das sollte Standart sein im Burgerladen. Service sehr nett aber nicht aufmerksam. Speisekarte viel zulang. Im hinteren Gastraum war es kalt und zugig. Zusammengefasst, hier hat man sich Mühe gegeben aber in letzter Konsequenz nicht ganz zuende gedacht. So bleibt leider nur ein besseres Imbisfeeling mit freundlicher Bedienung und ewas besseren Burgern. Tip: Karte deutlich kürzen und lieber den Gast wählen lassen wie er seinen Burger zusammenstellen möchte. Flüssigen Cheddar über die Pommes anbieten und den "Käse" weglassen. Gastraum besser heizen und den Gast im Auge behalten. Selstgemachte Sauchen anbieten, das ist eine Sache um sich von der Konkurenz abzuheben. Immerhin gebe ich hier noch gutgemeinte 4 Sterne.

Ist ein Standart Burgerlounge. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Besser und gleich teuer wie Mc'Donalds oder Burgerking (bei gleicher Bestellgröße). Hat alles gepasst.

Also eins vorweg das Essen ist echt Klasse da kann man sich nicht beschweren. Der Service vor Ort (es gibt auch ein Lieferservice). Ist echt nicht so dolle. Bestellungen am Tisch ob man schon mal Getränke auf nehmen kann und dann das Essen vor den Getränken kommt und erst auf nach Frage hinterher kommen,war nicht so glücklich. Nach Bestellung von Ketchup und Majo würde dann komplett ignoriert , Schade. Ambiente eigentlich sehr schön und gut gelungen wenn im hinteren Lokal mit Essens plätze nicht überall Kisten und Kartons stehen würde. Sorry so war mein persönliches Erlebnis die Tage.

Zum Ambiente kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich zum liefern bestellt habe

Lange nich so gut gegessen. Perfekt krosse Pommes. Perfekter Burger. Sehr nette Bedienung.

Die Burger und die Beilagen schmecken gut und werden frisch zubereitet. Die Karte bietet eine große Auswahl, für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Kartons im Restaurant stören ein bisschen und die Sanitäranlagen benötigen unbedingt eine Renovierung. Parkplatz ist hinterm Haus, Kartenzahlung ist möglich.

I ordered from Burger Lounge a few times. Delivery each time was perfect. They handed the food very carefully and the food was always warm. The delivery guys were kind, polite and have a very good manner. Service is beyond great. Food is delicious!

Ich bin meistens mit ner Freundin da gewesen meistens wenn, wir da waren waren die Kellnerinnen am Handy haben auf ihrer Sprache eine sprachnachricht gemacht oder es kamen Leute die sie kannten mit denen sie lange gequatscht haben, kamen nie nach hinten um zu gucken. Wenn wir noch irgendwas wollten mussten wir nach vorne gehen damit eine Kellnerin kam. Einmal war eine da die wirklich sehr aufmerksam war. Den Rest naja. Wir sind in letzter Zeit da nicht mehr hin weil wir keine Lust haben ständig hinterher zu laufen. Schließlich bekommen die auch ihr Geld dafür das sie zu uns kommen und wenn man gut ist bekommt man Trinkgeld was hier nicht der Fall ist. Wäre schön wenn sich mal was ändert. Essen ist soweit Top. Ab und zu bestelle ich mal was wenn ich sonder wünsche hatte kam der Burger nicht nach Wunsch an es war immer Glück ob es von den Köchen gesehen wurde oder nicht. Heute hatte ich auch Glück. Als ich mal angerufen hatte das er falsch ist wurde einmal nichts dagegen gemacht. Denn hat man da auch nicht mehr Lust was zu bestellen.Heute bei der Lieferung waren die chili cheese fries 🍟 genauso scharf wie normal hatte extra dazu geschrieben bitte bisschen milder, die jalapeños haben sie weggelassen so wie ich es wollte.

Der bestellte Burger mit guten Pommes als Beilage haben gut geschmeckt! Aber ich muss leider sagen ich habe schon deutlich bessere Burger in Hamburg gegessen.

Schnelle Lieferung, die Burger waren gut, die French Fries superlecker, heiß und knusprig. Gerne wieder.

Jede Woche 1-2 mal hier essen bestellt und jetzt seit neustem den Mindestbestellwert auf 15€ angehoben sehr schade jetzt kann ich hier leider nicht mehr bestellen😥, da ich immer nur mit lieferkosten auf 15€ kam und die zilden nicht mit.

Burger und chilli Cheese Pommes waren bei der Lieferung noch heiss.. sehr lecker und frisch ..wir bestellen wieder und können Euch nur weiter empfehlen 👍👍👍

Ein sehr tolles Burger Restaurant im klassisch amerikanischen Stil gehalten. Nett und kurzweilig also perfekt für einen schnellen Burger zum da essen aber auch optimal zum abholen. Auch Lieferung wird angeboten. Die Preise sind Ok aber auf eher höherem Niveau, die Qualität stimmt aber auf jeden Fall. Super nette Bedienung 😉
