Pizza Hotchili in Hamburg

The shop on Harksheider Straße is a bunch of unfriendly people who barely speak German... It's unbelievable to cancel an order because garlic bread for €2.90 cannot be baked in the oven. The fact that no solution is offered shows the incompetence of the store. It's not the first time that problems have been had there. They then simply hung up on the phone. I really enjoyed eating the food but I won't order there again. The behavior is unbelievable

Last night I ordered a pizza with jalapeno sauce and extra cheese and a schnitzel with mushroom sauce. What arrived was a pizza with pepperoni without sauce and hardly any cheese. My schnitzel didn't come with mushroom sauce but with holographic sauce. So I think it's a disgrace that if you offer to deliver at night, it will then be delivered sensibly. I'll tell it like it is, I was actually very happy with the store, but after this order I definitely won't order from it again.

Simply disappointing, we ordered shortly before closing time and would have preferred to leave it alone. The schnitzel was delivered with the wrong sauce and the pizza had pepperoni put on it instead of jalapenos, the hollandaise sauce I ordered twice was completely missing and there was no cheese to be found either. The food was lukewarm, unfortunately the shop was already closed and so a call with a complaint was not possible. We won't order here again!

I ordered there for the first time because the reviews were quite good. I ordered a Tonno and this pizza was just swimming in oil and the tuna didn't look like real tuna either. Halfway through I felt sick. I wouldn't have eaten it at all but I was super hungry 😅. Broke it out again. So absolutely not recommended. Absolutely impossible how you can sell something like that.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed today. Announced delivery time 30 minutes. After an hour I called and asked. They allegedly received 20 orders at once. It was delivered after over 70 minutes. The pizza was warm but obviously in the oven for too long and therefore dry as straw. All in all it wasn't worth the money. That's how you can ruin your evening...

Absolutely meets the expectations.

Delivery instead of promised 20 minutes, 1 1/4 hour!!! A lukewarm croque was delivered, the tartar sauce was forgotten... Never again!!!!

I ordered here for the first time today. Simply what Smileys used to be 10 years ago. Reminds me of Joey's. The garlic dip is 1 to 1 of the Smileys Pizza Dip. Food only 4 stars because the pizza wasn't cut as I asked for but otherwise great and attractively priced!

I would like to share my delivery experience from Hotchilli Pizzeria and I am happy to say that it was an outstanding experience. Delivery was quick and the quality of the pizza was simply fantastic. That's why I'm happy to give this pizzeria 5 stars. The delivery was on time and the food was still hot when it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the driver was. This shows that the pizzeria team works professionally and efficiently to offer their customers the best possible service. Now about the pizza itself - it was delicious. The dough was perfectly baked, crispy yet airy. The toppings were generous and of the best quality. I had the "Pizza Amsterdam" and the cheese was to die for. Every bite was a delight and I could really taste the fresh flavor of the ingredients. The selection of pizza types on the menu is impressive. There are a variety of traditional and creative variations that can certainly satisfy every taste. Whether you're a fan of vegetarian pizzas, seafood or savory meat, there's something for everyone. The packaging of the pizza was also very good. The box was sturdy and made of environmentally friendly material, which I really appreciated. There were no messes or spills when I unwrapped the pizza, which shows that the pizzeria also pays attention to the details. Overall, my experience with Pizzeria Hotchilli delivery was excellent. I was really impressed by the fast and reliable delivery as well as the excellent quality of the pizza. I will definitely order from them again and would recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for quality pizza delivery. Five stars, without a doubt!

Don't recommend! Burger meat and bread are of very poor quality. Nevertheless, I give it 2 stars because of the fast delivery

Ordered here for the first time today (lunch). The delivery was quick and at the specified time. The citizens and the pizza were still hot, but the pizza rolls (which were free with the first order) had been in the oven a little too long and weren't quite as hot as the pizza and the citizens. Taste: •Citizens as you would expect from a delivery service, about the same level as BurgerMe •Pizza was very tasty and had a great base and the edge was also quite crispy Delivery: As I said, the food was still hot, delivered on time and the driver was very friendly. TOP!!! All in all a good 4 stars and I will definitely order there again

Pizza was ok, nothing more. There was a hair in the dough that wasn't ours! Pesto pizza: the pesto was only visible with a magnifying glass and even then it wasn't right. Delivery was quick and the food was hot

It was by far the tastiest pizza ever You can never expect mega delicious food from the delivery service. I'm just running out of superlatives. I also called the store to make delivery arrangements and am still so impressed by the treatment there, and by the GF who answered the phone himself, that I would marry him straight away if I was into men (don't worry, I am already a wife). I still have a big grin on my face and my stomach is quite pleasantly tense. Then he gave me a drink because I was a new customer - I didn't know that ordering a pizza could be such a good event... Das Hot Chilli steht nicht für eine scharfe Pizza sondern für eine sehr gute Pizza!!! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und erinnert sich an einen auch noch nach Monaten. Alles was ich da bisher gegessen habe hat qualitativ deutlich bessere Zutaten wie die bekannten Ketten. Ich wünsche dem jungen Mann viel Erfolg mit seinem Laden das er noch mehr Läden eröffnen kann, einen einprägsamen Namen hat er ja schon.

2ter Nachtest am 21.10.2022: Heute nochmal die Pizza Amsterdam bestellt und ich muss wirklich sagen die Pizza war hervorragend. Leckerer Teig, gut geschnitten und hervorragend belegt. Vom Geschmack und der Qualität ist diese Pizza besser als die von den großen Pizzaketten in der Umgebung. Übrigens der Inhaber ließt sich aktiv Bewertungen auf Google und Lieferando durch und versucht Kundenwünsche umzusetzen - sehr lobenswert. Bewertung geändert von 4 auf 5 Sterne. Erste Bestellung war pünktlich zur Abholung bereit und die Pizza schmeckt auch ganz gut. Der Teig ist im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern etwas fest, leider war die Pizza nicht gut vorgeschnitten. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen leider kein deutsch oder englisch, so dass die Abholung etwas kompliziert ist.

Essen lecker, doch Gutscheincode funktioniert nicht!

Leute von überall fahren nur für eine Pizza zu hot chilli. Ich werde dort essen bis ich sterbe.

Super leckerer Croque, reichlich belegt, reichlich Soße und der Preis ist im Gegensatz zu anderen Anbietern fair.
