Ordered a whole chicken, which is better idea than a combo for us. It’s tasty, although afterwards feels a bit oily.

The chicken pops are highly recommended, but you have to try a few different sauces; tastes differ. The food tastes good, and I can definitely recommend it.

I recommend the B3 menu, it includes a chicken burger, some fries and a few chicken strips. The staff is really strung out and often not interested in your order but overall you get your food. If you're throwing a party and need something to feed the crowd, I think Risa Chicken is the best option for you. I don't recommend dining because of the atmosphere: it's a crowded and noisy place, which is a problem for some people. A big downgrade are the toilets: the toilets are dirtier than Frankfurt train stations and the smell will kill you128. The standing options are crowded and most of the time there are some teenagers destroying the bathroom. There was a small problem with printing the receipt and it was solved in a very friendly manner despite all the hectic pace.

Fast service but the store is not so clean

Total juice shop here. Fries were not crispy at all, the “pepsi” tasted more like water than pepsi. The iced tea has a layer of oil on top and tastes like soap. Despite ordering sauces, none were included with the order and cost extra. RESPECTLESS!!! lg

Worst service i have never seen in other restaurants. I am working in leferendo and they give order after 1 hour that make our score down and customers also abuse us sometimes. This is because of all the indians who are illiterate and mannerless. Throw them back in their cheap country. They only want to get free money without hard work. Please, i have requested to team KFC remove them.

I ordered food through Lieferando an hour ago. I received a message from Lieferando saying the food had been delivered. I paid for it but didn't get anything. After that, I called KFC on Klemerstrasse. The employee couldn't or wouldn't help me. I waited an hour for nothing. Unreliable.

New operator. Probably from the kebab shop next door. It used to be delicious, but not anymore. Advertises Maximilian Curry sausage, but according to the packaging it isn't.

It's no longer possible to order anything at the counter. Apparently, only via terminals. This has never happened before at this branch. The employee just grinned when I asked him how I was supposed to get food with my cash. Incomprehensible!

Food was terrible. I ordered a burger and three pieces of chicken. No sauce on the burger, cheese was just thrown on listlessly and the breading on the chicken just tasted too salty. Plus, no one seems to care how clean the tables are. I like to place my tray on the leftovers from guests who have previously eaten. Absolutely dirty shop and it's a shame to have the name KFC because I'm used to better quality.
