I was a regular customer for years (2005-2021) and ate there again after 4 long years. Unfortunately, I was confirmed in my decision not to eat there anymore. Unfortunately, the ambience isn't for me, the prices aren't cheap, the food isn't what it used to be and the service... well. Definitely not my restaurant anymore. Unfortunately.

I've been many times, I love this place. The breaded chicken is very tasty, but the portion is a bit small. The only thing: It seems like they took a lot, but didn’t get enough, and I see a lot of such reviews here. Overall: delicious, pleasant atmosphere, fast waiters, although there are always a lot of people, thank you.❤️

Hello, I ate at Risa today and ordered a meal for 50 euros. I went up front to take my order and asked for bread. The employee was really rude and told me to pay 1 euro for the bread. I can't understand how people can work in a restaurant like that. I don't recommend it at all. Thank you!

I ordered through Wolt but I have to say the food wasn't good at all. Their fries are in oil. You can't even taste the potatoes. Sweet potato fries weren't good either and the burger was very greasy. Cheese wasn't even melted. Popcorn chicken wasn't tasty either, very strange taste as if it was all fried in old oil. Disastrously not recommended!!!!

As a regular customer of KFC in Czech Republic this was horrifying… the wings were so dry and cold, with those fries you can stab someone how old they were. Tbh the food was ready in like 2min so that was already alarming. We had a lot of food ordered so there was no way they could make it fresh. No ice in drink machine, hand dryers on the toilet didnt work, just bad. The worst kfc experience. Do better guys 🙄

Good chicken, portion sizes are good. Only negative is the long wait at times.

It's a food court style fastfood restaurant with a lot of foottraffic. You can't really expect too much atmosphere in these types of restaurant. Service is fast and friendly there is nothing to complain about it Chicken is great juicy and well seasoned. You might want to eat at the restaurant though KFC tends to get soggy quickly. If I take away I usually rebake it at home for a few min to crunch it up.

I generally think the food at KFC is good, if you're talking about fast food. But the service is terrible. I've never waited so long for my food at KFC. Afterwards, I was greeted with a loud "hey" when the food was ready.

Not very cleanly kept. Edition after 4 years And the floor still sticks to the shoes, or the shoes stick to the floor. 🤷‍♂️ Maybe the food has changed a bit for the better, but the cleanliness still needs improvement.

So I actually only come to this store if necessary. The citizen is cold and the meat is only half the size of the bread (crispy chicken). The chocolate shake was like cardboard, bad vanilla ice cream mixture combined with disgusting chocolate syrup. among everything you can expect in a fast food shop. The places are almost always dirty and are only cleaned when requested. Although obviously I had to wait at the checkout for about 10 minutes to be served. I understand this when it comes to stress, but being looked at and not simply being spoken to and told that it could last a short moment is completely outside the scope of the service. Unfortunately, I failed repeatedly. For German conditions, I recommend the kfc on Kurt-Schumacher-Damm or Alexanderplatz.

New operator. Probably from the kebab shop next door. It used to be delicious, but not anymore. Advertises Maximilian Curry sausage, but according to the packaging it isn't.

It really can't get any worse than that - they make you wait 20 minutes and then tell you. Oh no, we have now deleted your order. Sure, the few Hanseln are totally overwhelmed and no one has time for the cash register. Orders are totally mixed up, but ignoring someone at the checkout makes them wait 20 minutes. And if you then ask, no, we have now deleted it to get an answer. You want to be fast food that's how you treat other people over time. Shame on you.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disastrous experience at this KFC - rather go hungry! What a complete mockery. I thought KFC was known for chicken, but what I got was more like a dried out piece of cardboard with a crust. When I kindly asked for a warm and juicy piece of chicken, the employee literally held it in his hands for three minutes and handed it back to my container without batting an eyelid. Scandalous. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was stared at by a robot throughout my entire meal. No, not figuratively – literally a KFC robot watching me like I was going to break out at any moment. Felt more watched than a criminal in a high-security prison. And then the chicken sandwiches… or should I say cheese sandwiches with a trace of chicken? You would think that at a fast food chain specializing in chicken, the chicken would be the highlight, but this was a dismal, dry failure. If I had the choice between never eating again for the rest of my life or going back to this horrible KFC just once, I would choose starvation without a doubt. Save yourself the misery and go elsewhere – even cardboard with ketchup is a better meal than this.
