Our experience in the restaurant There were two of us in the restaurant and we were given the menu as soon as we entered. We ordered: Two burgers: the Chicken Buzz Burger and the Tweety Burger (declared “spicy”). A small portion of popcorn chicken. Homemade non-alcoholic cocktails. The food: With the burgers you can choose between fries or sweet potato fries. We opted for the regular fries – an excellent choice! They were exceptional and tasted really fantastic, better than any I've tried before. The burgers were also good and definitely recommended. However, the popcorn chicken was disappointing: despite the dip, it was too dry, so I wouldn't recommend it. The drinks: The homemade cocktails were okay, but unfortunately the red cocktail tasted very artificial. Location and arrival: A tip: It's best to come by subway, as the parking situation is difficult. The Rosenthaler Platz subway station is just a 3-minute walk away. Conclusion: Overall, the visit was okay, but not a restaurant that I definitely need to visit again.

The chicken in the burger was small. Potatoes were cold. One of the drinks machines was broken. There were many queues. The place was small. If you find another place, eat there. This KFC is worse than I expected.

Unfortunately my order was only taken after I asked who would take my order. Before I was ignored. The women at the terminals preferred to talk loudly about other employees and their work. Sorry, I don't want to hear about that as a guest.

This place is awful. They said that they have no food because it's already 7.30 pm but they can give me pieces of chicken and some bites instead of 8 normal wings and 8 crispies. But I couldn't even realize that it's equal to 3 small pieces. What a scam??? And also I received 3 small 🍟 instead of 4.

Food was good and cheap but prices raised and food is now wildly inconsistent. The people working there don’t care about their customers and are very unfriendly.

Most people just walk past here, often trying to escape the underground subway stairs, but that's what gives this place a dynamic, fleeting atmosphere. Despite the through traffic, this is definitely a place that tourists should visit at least once to experience the real Berlin - the Berlin that consists not only of shiny facades, but also of all the raw, unfiltered impressions that make the city so unique make. For anyone who dares to experience a piece of real Berlin away from the typical sights, the KFC at Alexanderplatz is the perfect place.

New operator. Probably from the kebab shop next door. It used to be delicious, but not anymore. Advertises Maximilian Curry sausage, but according to the packaging it isn't.
