Catastrophic. The terminal sells things that are not available (milkshakes). You only get your money back after a discussion. The competition with the golden M at least manages to deactivate unavailable items in the order overview. After the complete reorder (because it was apparently not possible to cancel a single item) then the next shock... No cola products come out of the drinks machine. The employee at the counter tries to sell you orange lemonade as swoosh. Here, too, discussion is necessary until you are assured of the product you ordered and paid for. It was promised that it would be brought to your table. After the food was eaten, there was still nothing (mind you, while the shop was otherwise empty). When I asked again, they tried again to sell me orange lemonade as swoosh. The container for the syrup had been changed and the orange liquid served to me was swoosh. When I refused again and wanted my money back, I was suddenly told that a cancellation was not possible because the drink was part of a menu (which was not the case). Again, a discussion was necessary before the employee was willing to give me my money back. Apparently, it was possible to cancel individual items after all. Never again!

If you as a customer have to go to the toilet, you have to pay for it without it being credited to your invoice. Outrageous!

We like to go to Kentucky when we travel and especially choose our breaks based on the few restaurants. Unfortunately, the one in Bad Oeynhausen is one of the worst; unfortunately, it's just around the corner from us. It always looks closed from the outside, always dark, and completely lacking in character. A flood of posters greets you at the door, making it look even less open because you can't see inside. Then, like almost everywhere else, you have to order at the self-service kiosks, which I find absolutely awful. Then you're finally done. Then it takes forever for your order to be ready, even though there are only two cars at the drive-thru and nothing else is going on, and then half the food is cold. There's no furnishings, no flowers, no decorations whatsoever to make it cozy. Completely lacking in character. Nothing is going on, and the tables aren't wiped down anyway. And if they are, the crumbs are wiped onto the floor, most of which land on the chairs and stay there. So, I'm not surprised at all that it's so quiet compared to other locations. And it would be so easy to change, but people are probably not willing to do so.

My friend ordered food from you “super deal bucket” and got something different 2 fries and a small box with a few pieces of meat inside + 4 burgers in the burger there was only meat and sauce I've never seen anything like that, whoever you ordered it looks very good in reality it's just heartless!!!!

The toilets were cold (no heating), there was no ketchup, other things like napkins at the drinks machine were also missing and the drinks were diluted. Overall, the KFC seems a bit run down compared to other KFCs I've been to. A lot is probably ignored or neglected by the country's management. I ate there and, after asking, was able to choose two other sauces instead of the two missing ketchup packets. The employees were friendly to me and the food was ok, it's just the normal KFC food but nothing special, therefore two stars instead of one.

The taste of the chicken is a disaster. Tough and completely fried to death... you'll also be charged extra for a bit of sour vegetables and dry bread, which of course isn't told to you in advance... Preferably 0 stars for this store

A typical KFC restaurant. We got what we expected and were satisfied. We had nothing to do with the staff other than picking things up at the counter.

They have absolutely no control over their KFC branch in Saarlouis. Unfriendly staff, extremely long waiting times and this has been the case since the branch opened. Stood in the drive in for a little over 30 minutes today! Fast food is something different! And unfortunately it's not the first time I've waited there for so long, but definitely my last time in the store!
