Kompletter Scam, man kriegt die Bestellung nicht über Lieferando. Man kriegt sogar ein Code und die Bestellung kam nie an steht aber zugestellt.

Wenn es gar keine Sterne gibt, hätte ich auch die geben Sehr schlechte Essen, sehr schlechte Qualität sehr schlechte Atmosphäre Bürger Brot von Minions, die hat mal ganz einfach weggeschmissen Brot selber ist ganz trocken und überhaupt nicht frech 60€ wird weg im Müll geschmissen Nie wieder

Das mit Abstand schlechteste KFC-Restaurant, das ich bislang besuchte. Qualität des Essens minderwertig, schlechter Service, nicht kulant, auch bei Lieferung wird stets nur die Hälfte geliefert. Finger weg von diesem KFC in Worms!!!

Am Dienstag da gewesen nach langem = Komplett bereut. Hab 2 Burger gegessen und der Käse hat ranzig geschmeckt und das Fleisch schmeckte so, als ob es schon seit mehreren Tagen schon rumlag. Meinem Kollegen fehlten paar Sachen und der Mitarbeiter „noch 3 Minuten“. Erstmal 10 Minuten gewartet und bei nachfrage war er richtig genervt (keine Ahnung wieso, Laden war leer und wir waren die einzigen Kunden). Nachdem Essen ging es mir direkt schlecht für die nächsten Stunden, bis alles raus kam. Fazit: ranziges Essen, Teuer, unhöfliche Mitarbeiter & Parkplatz war voll obwohl da nicht mal Kunden waren. Richtig Ranzig und Ekelhaft

Verzehr: Dbl Colonel Original, gr. Pommes, 0.5 L Apfelschorle Optik: Pommes warm aber "matschig", Colonel zu 50% warm, Soße(n) eiskalt. Geschmack: ungenügend, Größe des Burgers: definitiv zu groß im Umfang. Beim Versuch den Burger zu essen quillt überall die Soße heraus. Ihr müßt ja ein riesigen Verlust mit den Soßen machen. Dies ist im wahrsten Sinne ekelhaft. Ich glaube nicht das der Colonel solch ein Burger über die Theke heraus gegeben hätte. Definitiv war das mein letzter KFC Besuch. Dann doch lieber einen Döner.

Das Ambiente konnte etwas besser sein. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Bürger waren wirklich frisch gemacht, weil kein anderer Gast vor Ort war.

Das 1. Mal KFC. Und als ich die Klo-Tür öffnete, habe das Tor zur Hölle geöffnet. Gefühlte 40°C und der Geruch von 1000 Kunden mit Magen- und Darmproblemen. Bin gleich rückwärts wieder raus. Dazu eine orientierungslose Taube, die wild umherflatterte und niemand Anstalten machte, sie zu retten. Das hat dann meine Tochter übernommen....

Ich hab da noch nie gegessen, den ich bin vegan. Aber als ich da angerufen hab, wurde ich wie eine Prinzessin behandelt. Manfred du bist ein netter Kerl. Danke

Bestellnummer #DWRVCB, Bestellung 25.04.2026 Ich habe die Double Cheese & bacon Burger Box bestellt. Die dort beinhalteten Cheese/Bacon Pommes für die ich zwei Euro Aufpreis zahlen musste wurden nicht mitgeliefert. Das ist inzwischen das dritte Mal in Folge, dass bei einer Lieferung von euch ein oder mehrere Produkte einfach nicht mitgeliefert werden. Bei Lieferkosten von 5,99 EUR und Servicegebühr von 5% erwartet man da schon eine gewisse Authentizität dass man wernigstens das was man bestellt hat auch erhält. Außerdem wollte mir der Lieferant diesmal ohne "Bestellcode" nicht mal die Lieferung aushändigen. Bruder ich habe dir den gesamten Mail und Zahlungsverkehr aufgezeigt, der bestätigt, dass es meine Bestellung war. Dann stehe ich mit dem Kollegen 10 Minuten im Treppenhaus, weil der sich weiter wegen diesem Code weigert, mir mein Essen zu geben, fragt mich Nachname Geburtsdatum und Handynummer ab, um irgendwie über den technischen Support ein Ticket in meinem Namen aufzumachen, anstatt mir einfach die ohnehin schon unvollständig gelieferte Bestellung auszuhändigen. Wie absolut unverschämt ist das eigentlich???

Sau schlechtes Essen! Pommes sind matschig und fad und auf dem Burger war außer einem Wing und einem Klecks Soße, nichts drauf. Einmal und nie wieder!

Toiletten stinken ekelerregend.

Über eine halbe Stunde Wartezeit für eine kleine Bestellung? Inakzeptabel. Das Team wirkt absolut kopflos und mit der Situation überfordert. Hier sollte dringend über neues Personal nachgedacht werden

Beim Warten auf das Essen wurde eine Tüte von einem Über Fahrer zurück gebracht, anscheinend falsch eingepackt. Danach wurde das zurück genommen essen hinter der Theke sortiert. Ich habe das Verkaufspersonal darauf aufmerksam gemacht das das weggeschmissen gehört.ee hat mich angetan das das nicht meine Bestellung wäre. NIE MEHR. Man weiß nicht ob das Essen schon mal jemand anderes gehabt hat.

So schlecht wurde ich noch nie behandelt. Das Fleisch war innen roh …. Ich habe drei mal angerufen Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen und Ersatz verlangt! Ich wurde ohne Erklärung weggeklickt! Absolute Frechheit. Das ungekochte Hühnchen schmeiß ich weg!

Der Verkäufer wirkt sehr unfreundlich und geizig bei der Ausgabe. Außerdem hat das Essen sehr alt geschmeckt – wirklich ekelhaft. Für mich leider das letzte Mal, dass ich hier etwas kaufe.

Ich habe mein Essen nicht bekommen, obwohl keine anderen Gäste da waren. Ich habe wie ein Idiot 40 Minuten gewartet. Die Angestellten sind währenddessen rumgelaufen, um eine Zigarette zu rauchen oder einen Kaffee zu holen. Das war mein letzter Besuch hier, und ich verlange mein Geld zurück!

Sehr langsam & essen ziemlich zusammengeklatscht

War vor etwa 2 Wochen mit meiner Begleitung abends da um schnell was zu essen. Wir haben über die Terminals bestellt, die Bezahlung ging von statten. Die Herrschaften vorne am thresen haben angeblich keine Bestellung erhalten, mein Geld war aber schon abgebucht. Irgendwann klärte sich das, sodass wir etwa nach 45-50 Minuten unser Essen erhalten hatten. Kommen wir mal zum Ambiente und dem übrigen Service. Es war dreckig und hat mega nach Urin gestunken. Egal in welchem Teil des Restaurants man gesessen hat, es hat widerlich nach Urin gerochen und dementsprechend sah es an vielen Stellen auch aus. Es lag überall Müll herum, die Standorte für die Tabletbeseitigung waren völlig überfüllt. Da würde man denken, dass sich vielleicht die Mitarbeiter um diese Probleme kümmern würden, indem man vielleicht mal aufräumt oder sauber macht, wenigstens mal die Tische abwischt. Aber weit gefehlt. Das Personal unterhielt sich am thresen munter weiter, diskutierte minutenlang mit mir, weil meine Bestellung ja auch nicht angekommen war bzw. fertiggestellt wurde. In den 60-70 Minuten die wir bei diesem KFC verbracht haben, hat kein Mitarbeiter die Anstalten gemacht etwas gegen Dreck oder Gestank zu unternehmen.

Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Der Laden und die Toiletten sind sauber, die Mitarbeiter super Hilfsbereit, schnelle Zubereitung und gutes Essen. Komme gerne wieder :)

Unglaublich. Der Laden stinkt dermaßen nach Urin, dass man den Appetit verliert. Die Bestellung wurde über die App abgegeben, im Laden wusste man von dieser nichts. Auch nach 30 Minuten ging die Bestellung nicht durch. Weitere viele Minuten später war das Essen dann doch fertig. Bin nur geblieben, weil ich schon bezahlt hatte. Überteuert und dreckig.

Relativ sauber und Service ist ok. Man muss sich teilweise mit Hand und Fuss verständigen. Das Essen hingegen ist nicht wirklich gut. Alles labrig und die Hänchenteile schmecken irgendwie alle gleich. Kann man mal.machen muss aber nicht.

Das Essen hat sehr lange gebraucht! Fast eine halbe Stunde!! Besonders sauber war es auf den Tischen auch nicht, aber das ist leider bei den meisten Fast Food Restaurants so.

Actually, zero stars. The food is priced like in a five-star hotel, and you only get two pieces of chicken with a burger that looks so unappetizing you lose your appetite just by looking at it. The place doesn't even have towels, it stinks, the workers are working without gloves, and in the evening there's only salad left.

The worst place I've ever been to, where I saw all the tables were empty, can't handle any staff. If I could give it zero stars, I would have; I've never experienced anything like it.

They wait far too long for the food... typical German, they're cutting corners on staff (or they're butchering the chickens in the back of the warehouse now).

It was so awful… My mother and I often went there to quickly grab something, and they always forgot something. It just kept getting worse. Yesterday, we ordered delivery, and I ordered hot wings, two portions of corn, a bacon burger, fries, and a Pepsi Zero… He only delivered the fries, and it cost over 30 euros. My mother ran out before he drove off, and he drove right past her, ignoring her. We were furious and called them… The employee didn't understand anything and said we hadn't ordered it in their system. We argued for 30 minutes on the phone, and in the end, he personally delivered only the burger. I had to spell my street name over 10 times before he understood. The food wasn't good, but it was still edible. Just disgusting service…

I ordered food through Lieferando, waited an hour, and received the wrong order. I tried calling KFC after two hours, but no one answered. I paid €30, and my food never arrived. Since no one is answering, there's nothing I can do. Thank you.

We went to KFC in the evening, and the place was practically empty – that should have been a warning sign. At the self-service kiosk, we ordered three milkshakes and seven cheeseballs. To our dismay, we discovered that, unlike competing restaurants, you have to pick up your food yourself. It was so quiet that this service could easily have been implemented. When we went to pick up our order, we were told that they were out of cheeseballs. This wasn't indicated on the kiosk or marked anywhere. They offered us hot wings as an alternative. However, that wasn't an option, as some of us are vegetarian. The staff were extremely inflexible – they initially refused to give us a refund. Only after persistent requests did another employee come and give us the money back. We were then alone in the restaurant, and we quickly understood why. The constant beeping of alarms disrupted the atmosphere, and on top of that, the milkshakes were the wrong flavors. No returns!

A complete disappointment and NOT recommended! The chicken pieces were small and tasted stale. The fries were inedible. The floor was sticky and all the tables were covered! The only good thing about the €23 was the iced tea and the fact that you could drink as much as you wanted.

Disaster! Two-hour wait. Wrong food and drinks delivered. Salads completely missing and no one answered the phone. And on November 21, 2025, I was back and it was awful.

We arrived at around 5:15 p.m. and have rarely had such a bad meal at a fast-food restaurant! The restaurant was almost empty, but we still had trouble finding a clean table with clean chairs. The tables were covered in crumbs and stains, and the chairs were sticky and stained. After a long wait, we were finally able to pick up our order. However, this was the next disappointment! The fries were icy and soggy, the burgers we ordered only arrived after we asked for them – they had forgotten – and the chicken pieces were surprisingly spicy, which not everyone likes or can tolerate (there was no warning about this). In any case, the staff barely spoke to the customers.

I've never experienced anything like this before! As soon as I walked into KFC, there was a disgusting smell of urine – truly revolting. I politely mentioned it, but instead of anyone taking care of it, the employees became rude, aggressive, and completely disrespectful. The absolute worst part: An employee at the back of the fryers actually told me I stank. I'm not offended at all, but then these people shouldn't be surprised when they always pick on the same people. As if I'd insulted his mother?! This kind of behavior is simply outrageous and embarrassing for the entire place. I'm not easily rattled, but this was the last straw! The health department will definitely be informed – this place should be thoroughly inspected. I'll never set foot in there again.

It’s ok. There is a language barrier. The kiosks help but if there is a problem it’s difficult to resolve. It’s clean and the food is warm. The drink selection was strange.

Just inform the health department. I'll do that, too. Not now, though, but in the unknown future so no one can prepare for it. The videos of the rodents in the store have already been saved. Good day.

I had food delivered from KFC yesterday. €7.99 for two chicken pieces that were slightly larger than a chicken wing (cold and soggy, too) is bordering on scamming.

Visited on a Saturday evening. The restaurant and toilets were clean. Ordered via the order panels. Food was ready in good time. It’s was tasty and hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good experience, thank you guys 😊

Yesterday, I saw the man handling the food without gloves. A piece of chicken was raw. And the staff was rude; they didn't even refill the towels. He was annoyed because I asked for one.

A KFC as you'd expect. We went there with our family (three people). I remembered the typical Zinger flavor differently—spicier and more intense. The spicy chicken pieces didn't really impress me either. For a Sunday around 6 p.m., I found the place to be only moderately busy; it used to be busier. The service was still very friendly and answered our questions very promptly.

Once again, not properly packaged..., delivered much later than advertised. Lieferando shows that the delivery was made at 8 p.m., but the driver arrives at the door at 8:50 p.m. Much more expensive to deliver than to do it locally, plus delivery fee.

After all the bad reviews that have been posted since the restaurant opened had put us off, we went there for the first time in years today, and it was a complete disappointment. We paid so much, only to be sold chicken as a veggie. It's a shame that such a small thing ruins your meal, and it's a shame that the owner is offering it just to attract more customers. Actually, zero stars. I live 15 minutes away, and I ordered food at 7:10 p.m., and delivery took three hours. What's the point? You have to advise against them.

After a long time, I was craving KFC again, but was unfortunately disappointed. While the ordering and payment process went smoothly, the quality of the food was disappointing. The chicken fillet in the Zinger Burger was much too small, so it was almost just bread and hardly any meat. The fries were also undercooked and rather soggy. It's a shame, because that's not what I expected. Overall, I unfortunately can't recommend this location.

The place was filthy with trays and food stacked everywhere. The piece of original chicken I received was unidentifiable and overcooked. The crispy wings were good, though. There was a constant beeping sound from the kitchen that never stopped. The men’s toilet had the very strong smell of urine.

I am coming here since 5 years but everytime I come the I feel more angry on the staff.we presented chilli cheese fries and as it coats more . When I received there was no bean sauce only cheese and when I asked they said it’s finished. They should have updated it on the kiosk. I paid for it . I am never going to visit here again. Btw I love kfc but this branch needs new team.

The good times are unfortunately over. The food is lukewarm, the chicken pieces are very dry. Everything is getting more expensive, okay... We pay for it! But why does it have to get worse at the same time? When recipes are changed, it usually comes at the expense of quality. The coleslaw has also lost some of its flavor. The staff is overwhelmed and sometimes listless... Is it the fault of the manager or the working conditions? The kitchen is dirty, there are chicken pieces on the floor, for example... they could clean it, it happens. There were no napkins left, it happens. The tables are dirty, it happens. It just doesn't make things any better.

No one should try this restaurant. It is very bad and the food is cold and inedible.

For me it looked clean. The food was good and the workers were ok. No complaints.

The standard is KFC standard so nothing special, but the environment makes it a bit more relaxing.

Clean is different. The tray carts were full even though it wasn't busy. The cashier was almost impossible to understand. By 8 p.m., all the vegetarian dishes were gone (presumably the kitchen just didn't feel like making anything else). As an alternative, we were given a salad (fresh is different). When we asked if there was dressing, the first response was "it's out," and only after we asked if there was any dressing left after the vegetarian one did we get one. The wraps were cold, and with only two pieces of meat, three strips of lettuce, a slice of tomato, and a bit of sauce, they were anything but filling. Today was the last time we went there, and we'd rather go to the big m or the King.

At 8 p.m., the cashier said they were sold out of all vegetarian dishes except salad. We only got dressing after asking, even though the cashier initially said it was empty. The rest of the food was lukewarm, and the fries were very salty.

Simply disgusting, and the price is unjustified! In fact, I'll never order from there again! I'd rather cook for myself! I've emailed them twice! Nothing has been done.

I ordered via lieferando, and canceled the order, Till now no refund, the restaurant ignore lieferando calls. I went there, no one knows how to cancel the order. My money didn’t come back till now

*****store..... You stand in the drive-thru for 10 minutes without being served. (The only one) I pulled up, was seen, waited another 5 minutes, but was ignored. Then I went to the competition ;) By far the worst KFC I've ever been to. KFC needs to take action here.

I waited over 20 minutes for my food, even though I was the only one in the store (aside from the mice) and only ordered a small menu. The drinks machine looked more like a biotope and there were no more serving dishes or drinking tubes. There was a smell of drain everywhere and there was food left in the toilet sink. Hard to beat. The food tasted normal, as you would expect from KFC.

Chicken parts are very dry and inedible. They must have been cooked several hours or days ago. Taste disgusting. Evidence of quality control failure at KFC.

I went out to dinner with my boys, it was a disaster, the burgers were lukewarm, the meat was dry, There were no napkins, even after being asked to refill the napkin container, the entire restaurant was dirty, the men's toilet stank of urine, the water didn't work.........!!!!!! The star is only there because I can't give any other reviews........ A real disaster!!!!!!!!

The quality in the Worms branch is getting worse and worse. There are always wrong products in the bag. More and more often, not all products are available. Nobody answers the phone if you want to complain. This way you scare away every last customer. One has the impression that it is a leftover sale and that the branch will soon be closed forever.

Eine halbe Stunde, wirklich eine halbe Stunde haben diese Pfeifen gebraucht um unser Essen (1 Kinder Menü, 2 Kombi Box und einmal Crispys) fertig zu stellen! 30 Minuten in denen noch zwei andere Bestellungen vor uns fertig wurden. Ohne Antwort vom Chef warum! Die Chili Cheese Pommes waren nur Cheese Pommes da kein Chili da war (der „Chef hat das aber schon geschrieben…..ich weiß nur nicht in wo und wann?). 3 Leute in der Küche: Unwillig, Unwissend und dem Chef (Unfähig)!

I ordered a salad from KFC today and was extremely disappointed. The lettuce was wilted, bitter, and clearly inedible. I immediately returned it and showed it to the checkout employee. Instead of apologizing and offering me a fresh salad, he insisted that iceberg lettuce tastes bitter and that all salads are the same. I tried to explain to him that the lettuce was clearly spoiled, but he refused to listen and insisted there was nothing he could do. I find the employee's behavior unacceptable, and it's not normal to serve customers spoiled food. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and measures are taken to ensure such incidents don't happen again. 😡😡😡

Have it delivered via Ubereats.. so you order for €42 and half of it is simply not there without a replacement or something similar, no refund.. Then you want to call them and no one picks up.. Impudence!

Drive in order on a Tuesday evening after 8pm. According to the advertising posters everywhere, the offer of 10 Crispys was chosen. When I paid, the amount seemed questionable to me and when I asked for the receipt, there was a lot of tapping on the cash register - and lo and behold - the offer was billed regularly. When I objected - I was told - that I had to explicitly mention when ordering that I wanted the Crispys from the offer, otherwise I would get the regular 10 Crispys and have to pay ????????????? After numerous minutes of discussion, I wanted to speak to the employee's boss or supervisor - and he simply said: he was now the boss!!!!! Only after threatening to call Kentucky immediately did I get the difference back, but strangely enough, not from the cash register. There is a woman's name on the receipt even though a man served me and collected the money. The lady in the background was quickly swallowed up when she noticed the discussion. It was an absolute disgrace that the employee repeatedly emphasized that he was a bit right. In any case, they have never heard of “the customer is king”.

The store smelled disgusting as soon as I walked in. There were mountains of garbage on several tables, the toilets are either completely dirty or broken, and unfortunately there is no trace of soap. As I sat down, I noticed several rats and mice helping themselves to the leftover food that was lying around. When I asked an employee about it, he just looked at me, turned away and avoided any eye contact until I left the store. I would not recommend anyone to eat or order there. I find the state of the country to be an imposition.

The toilets were cold (no heating), there was no ketchup, other things like napkins at the drinks machine were also missing and the drinks were diluted. Overall, the KFC seems a bit run down compared to other KFCs I've been to. A lot is probably ignored or neglected by the country's management. I ate there and, after asking, was able to choose two other sauces instead of the two missing ketchup packets. The employees were friendly to me and the food was ok, it's just the normal KFC food but nothing special, therefore two stars instead of one.

I've never experienced anything so disgusting in my life. The fillet bites had about the consistency of baby porridge. The HotWings were cold and absolutely meaty. The staff was totally unfriendly. When you try to pour iced tea, water comes out. The whole restaurant smells like vomit and that's what the food tasted like (we had to throw away more than half of it). I had better spent the €30 for the menu on packaged sauces, which were actually the best on the whole order.-1 star

Ich war kurzentschlossen zum Abendessen bei Kentuky in Worms. Während meiner Bestellung sah ich Mäuse, oder Ratten durch den Raum huschen die sich mit Kletteversuchen am Tablettwsgen versuchten. Den Angestellen im Dauerplausch scheint es nicht zu interessieren. Unfassbar, frage mich für was es ein Gwsundheitsamt gibt

When I pointed this out to the staff, they just laughed and didn't respond at all. It was a very unpleasant experience and I didn't spend my money on anything. Very disappointing!”

Employees a bit overwhelmed. Large milkshakes cannot be ordered in the restaurant at the terminal, only in the drive in. KFC what's going on with you?

Best of all - we haven't been here for 5 * 3 years, the food has no taste, family bucket and chilli chess fries €32, not even drinks included / hardly any minced meat, cheese / fries, no seasoning, corn on the cob stuck wet to its paper, disgusting, service 0 doesn't speak German There are 25 dishes being prepared on the preparation board, he shouts across the store in incomprehensible languages, he runs around in a completely chaotic manner, employees deliver forgotten orders to the tables, he doesn't speak at all here no one German? The ordering board doesn't give any information. Nobody can serve you. Rather, you call out dishes and numbers like in the bazaar. Unclean, disgusting food, sometimes cold. Conditions of the toilets. Terrible service. There was a situation there recently where I paid twice for a take-out order. They started yelling at me that I hadn't paid properly and that I had to pay them. My card was then charged twice, but I only received one order!!! Terrible service, they started yelling at me that if I didn't want to pay a second time I should walk out and be shown to the door!!!!

Food is KFC standard. However, the store itself is dirty and uninviting. There was next to nothing going on; still dirty ones Tables, napkins empty, drink syrup empty at both tap stations, return trolley full to the brim. Anything but inviting and not worth another visit.

Money for the bin? Here you have to order at the so-called kiosk (display). Which is okay in itself. However, special requests are not possible. I then chose “pay at the counter” to express my wish. Since I don't eat dark meat, I asked for breast meat. (In German and English so there will be no misunderstandings). They said I would have to wait 15 minutes, which I was happy to accept. When I got home, there was NOT a single piece of breast meat in my bucket. It's a shame, because I would have preferred to donate the money elsewhere rather than throw it in the trash can :-( Instead of making you wait for something that wasn't agreed upon, it would be better to send someone away again. Otherwise, guests will be upset and “recommend” the store
