Kentucky Fried Chicken in Worms

I was originally happy about the KFC in the city of Worms. In terms of taste, well. Lots of breadcrumbs, little chicken. The classic for maximizing profits! But unfortunately the store is way too expensive! If the pricing policy were right and the cheap paper bowls were at least sizably full of chicken, one could understand the high price. For the life of me I can't explain how KFC can survive like this! In Worms 🙈, we're not in Munich or Times Square!

I like here normally and was here hundreds of time. Today l just got two times gratis with two different receipts. Then, the guys working there started to question that. I showed them the emails from KFC. After a few minutes, they came to my table and asked for the receipts. There is no such a thing. That is very insulting too. Shame on KFC.

Food was exorbitant, unclean toilets and then had massive diarrhea. I'd rather go to McDonald's.

We didn't receive part of our order. We called 3 times, each time they said the food would be there in a maximum of 10 minutes, which was only the case after a total of 1.5 hours. Unfortunately we paid in cash. I would advise against it. The recipe was for mashed potatoes changed, underground! Parts of the 18 box were so small, almost ridiculous. Last but not least, KFC ended the conversation by hanging up. I would advise against ordering there

If you feel like KFC, do yourself a favor and go to any other one (KH, LU,…) but not there.

Was there this afternoon with my daughter... Everything dirty... Food cold and the meat dried out No children's toys available...

It's a shame to get something again after a long time. Cheese grispy burger was a laugh. Piece of chicken wasn't bigger than a nugget for €2.29 OK so far... annoyed for a lot of money and lost a customer

Positive: It was clean, which is not a feat with a total of 5 customers. Service was ok, didn't take too long, but considering there was no one in front of us, it somehow took too long. The food was really bad. Fries pale and cold, Original Bites dry but at least seasoned properly, chicken pieces and wings buried in breading. The frying oil needed to be changed again; a slightly bitter taste of old oil was clearly noticeable. That's simply not enough for the fact that KFC is one of the more expensive brands in the fast food sector!

Rude employees, tables are not clean

I found the service left a lot to be desired. I had ordered a menu with a drink and Mirinda had chosen it for me. This was offered in the terminal but not available at the pump. And all of this when Zero was offered, the staff couldn't give me any information, all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. Ain't no type of thing.

A KFC..... There's nothing more to say.

Ordered yesterday, unfortunately I got food poisoning after I ate a twister.

We ordered something for the family after 90 minutes of trying to reach someone there without success. After more than 2 hours we gave up waiting and refused to accept it, which was the last time we ordered there.

KFC Neunkirchen SAAR / clean and good system catering. Nice staff and good parking options. Usual quality.

Absolutely bad, I had always loved KFC until I moved to Worms, this branch here is absolutely disastrous. From food to services it doesn't even deserve a star. My friend and her son were there the day before yesterday and ate chicken wings and fries, after which they both got food poisoning with symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea. Haizz...!!!

Fine. Really KFC. You know what you get. The restaurant is neat with a beautiful view of Worms.

I have never experienced anything like it. There are only “zero” drinks, paying at the machine didn’t work, there are two of them in the whole store, it takes forever.

Here you can enjoy the best of KFC with a beautiful view of the cathedral.

Staff is extremely slow, my order only started to be prepared when I asked after several minutes of waiting. In addition, something came out of the drinks dispenser completely randomly, for example Mirinda came out of Schwipschwap light, but she wasn't even listed in the selection menu. The fries were completely soaked in fat and had zero crispiness, but the burgers were really good and very nice. Would definitely not recommend this "restaurant" again.

Quick, Clean, Tastes Great ! Friendly Staff...

We were there on Friday evening around 10:45 p.m. It's open until 12:00 a.m. The service was incredibly slow at that time, so we had to wait a very long time of almost 20 minutes. Not all drinks were available at the drinks station and they were no longer refilled. The food was ok. If you think you have to open until midnight to take every last customer with you, Then the service should still be reasonable, otherwise you can leave it alone.

RAT ON THE WALL!!!!!!! While I was eating I saw a rat climbing on the wall. I went to the cash register to ask for my money back, but they didn't want to listen to me and then wanted to give me some food, but I refused and after 5 minutes of discussion they gave me my money given back

Thrown away straight away, simply a loss of money from me and a loss in the value of the KFC, Don't expect Golden Kentucky here. Pure dark brown. It smells like burnt oil and tastes like a damp basement. For years as a KFC fan I have never had such a bad experience. I don't know if KFC even controls the branch?

The staff can barely speak German, the veggie burger didn't taste good, the price/performance ratio wasn't right, the toilets were dirty

As much as i love KFC, i hate german ones... Menu is poor and everythinking is do expensive... This specyfic restaurant was alright, it was clean and the food was fresh.

I was there yesterday with a friend and had dinner afterwards and vomited twice in the evening. The meat was still half raw and the staff spoke non-smoking German

Disappointing experience at KFC Unfortunately, my last visit was very disappointing. The employees were unfriendly and seemed to have little interest in the customers. My order was received with visible annoyance. Despite the restaurant's low occupancy, the waiting time was far too long and the employees seemed disorganized. The restaurant was also dirty, with untidy tables and a sticky floor. Overall the service was poor and unprofessional. KFC should urgently improve the training and motivation of their employees to avoid such negative experiences.

Not recommended, order incomplete (which was the smallest problem). Fries only lukewarm and limp, like they came from the microwave. The chicken pieces exactly the same...just disgusting. This branch is a disaster, it was definitely my last visit to KFC Worms.

Hot cake is cold, it happens again and again that you forget a burger

A complete disaster as always. If my kids didn't love eating it so much. But as of today it's over. Never again. The customer in front of me had say and write 4 to 5 pieces of chicken missing and my food was cold and was warmed up, which my kids were then allowed to eat. Regular KFC. Food residue in places, careless cleaning.

Today, May 4th, 2024, I placed an order for €16. Two orders for €6 and €10. They didn't give me a burger and my order was incomplete. I didn't look at the package because the order was mine. My mood was ruined and I was dissatisfied.

Better get something from the Shell next door which is definitely the better option

Rats in the kitchen I showed a video of the rat at the checkout and said that it couldn't be done that way. There was no reaction. I asked for my money back but it was rejected and then they wanted to give me more food to cover it up. Health department ahoy

Sunday lunchtime, almost nothing going on and yet so slow

This KFC appears unclean. The floor has a sticky residue, giving the impression that cola has been spilled everywhere. The restrooms emit an unpleasant odor and are not well-maintained. Additionally, the music is so loud that having a conversation becomes challenging as it drowns out any attempts to hear

Unfortunately, I allowed myself to be blinded by the many negative reviews and that's why I haven't been to the kfc in Worms for years. Today me and my son were really up for it and thought I'd give it a chance and I don't regret it! We ordered in the drive. Waiting time was absolutely reasonable. You can look into the restaurant from the outside and everything looked clean and well maintained. The order was complete and everything was extremely hot, almost burning your fingers. It wasn't too salty, the breading was crispy and the meat was juicy! The young man at the drive counter was also very friendly! I have nothing to complain about. We'll definitely be back

Everything there is there is simply the best.

Were here during the week, when we came in we noticed that the music was very loud, which was also annoying when we were sitting. Ordered at the terminal with extras that were not taken into account, food took a very long time. The numbers were shouted throughout the store and could not be understood. Tables and floor were very dirty. The food was warm and ok but nothing more. Wouldn't come here again.

The order was placed in advance via the KFC app, with payment in KFC. Just went to the checkout and paid and less than 5 minutes later the bucket and a burger were ready. The food was fresh, tasty and good by KFC standards. It could have been slightly warmer, but it really wasn't cold. The restaurant had very little attendance at the time.

The driver asks for a tip in cash at night. The order was delivered without a side dish, drink or dips... was it because there was a lack of tip?

Nix besonderes. Mir ist durchaus bewusst das ich bei einer Fastfood kette kein finedining erwarten kann aber hier war alles etwas unmotiviert und lieblos "zusammen gebastelt"

KFC ist halt mit seinem echten Hähnchenfleisch McD und Bürger King weit überlegen. Und gut gewürzt immer ein Genuss.

Das Essen war wie immer. Aber das Restaurant sieht aus wie Sau. Alles klebt die Toiletten sind ramponiert. Wir haben uns echt nicht wohl gefühlt und werden diesen KFC nicht mehr besuchen. Da muss man Angst haben das es hinter der Theke auch so aussieht.

Einfach lecker 😋 Nur die Preise sind zu hoch zB. Krautsalat und Pommes Käsesauce für 5,99 geht garnicht !!!!!!!!!

Sehr leckeres Essen. Selbstbedienung. Bestellung kontaktlos. Preise, es ist nicht billig, dort zu Essen! Wir kommen trotzdem wieder.

KFC in Worms ist trotz nur einer Person sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiterin ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Fazit: KFC in Worms ist eine gute Wahl für einen schnellen und leckeren Snack.

Die Qualität des Essens hat extrem nachgelassen

Kann nicht meckern, alles ordentlich und sauber auch wurden wir ensprechend positiv beraten was mal so garnicht üblich ist in einem "Schnellrestaurant" Essen war wie immer bei KFC lecker, leider sind auch hier die Preise sehr hoch gegangen und es ist für eine Familie fast nicht mehr möglich "Esse zu gehen". Gerne würden wir öfters dort Essen aber finanziell leider nicht möglich. Auch könnte man den KFC gerne mal im Odenwaldkreis etwas verbreitern z.B. Buchen, Walldürn etc. Auch das man all you can trink dort hat ist positiv. Gerne wieder

Da ich viele Jahre das KFC nicht besucht habe, war ich etwas enttäuscht. Im Vergleich schmeckte alles sehr salzig anstatt würzig. Eine schnelle Fertigstellung einfacher Chickenmenüs dauerte etwas lang.

Typischer KFC. Aber es gab alles (auch Maiskolben und beide Cookies). Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Wartezeit war etwas lang und es gibt nicht die Möglichkeit für eine Tischreservierung. Draußen war es auch nicht ganz sauber. Daher einen Stern Abzug.

Naja Fastfood halt. Location ist schön und auch sehr neu. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Das Essen muss jeder selbst abwägen, kann man mal machen, muss man aber nicht 😁

War OK, hat mich aber nicht so gefesselt. Essen war zwar in Ordnung, aber Preis zur Menge vorsichtig formuliert, übersichtlich.

Double Cheese Bacon: Bacon kalt, nicht gebraten. Brötchen sehr trocken und bröselig. Bestellung leider nicht vollständig. Maiskolben ohne Butter. Filiale: Papierservietten am Getränkestand leer, trotz wenig Kundschaft, Bestellpanel außer Funktion, Kunde verlässt die Filiale, weil Kartenzahlung nicht funktioniert. Die Qualität ist sehr vom Personal abhängig! Insgesamt nicht gerade die beste Filiale.

Was soll man sagen zu Fastfood. Anspruch ist nur "Hunger" 😊. Aber die Angestellten sind nett, der KFC sah sauber aus und das Essen war in Ordnung.

Bei unserer Bestellung waren mehrere Sachen fehlerhaft. Das Personal hat nicht wirklich den Eindruck gemacht als wäre ihnen der Kunde an sich wichtig. Schade.

Liebe Google-Community, ich muss euch von meinem neuesten kulinarischen Erlebnis berichten! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, das KFC in Worms zu besuchen und war einfach hin und weg! Das Hähnchen dort ist einfach göttlich, so zart und knusprig zugleich, dass ich fast die Fassung verloren habe. Und die Crispies? Oh mein Gott, ich könnte stundenlang davon essen und würde es nie leid werden. Und die süßsauer Soße einfach ein Traum! Aber das war noch nicht alles. Das Personal dort ist so unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, dass ich mich wie ein König gefühlt habe. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und mehr von diesem unglaublichen Essen zu probieren. Für mich ist KFC in Worms ein wahrhaftiger Tempel des kulinarischen Genusses. Absolute Oberliga und Göttlichkeit in jeder Hinsicht!

Stehe eben bei KFC in Worms. Werde nicht bedient. Müsste ich über den Automaten machen. Muss dazu sagen kein Tisch besetzt und nur 1 Kundin die gerade vom Automaten zum Tresen ging. Für mich ein no go. Dieser Laden sieht mich nicht wieder. Der Angestellte vermute ich war Pakistani oder Inder.

Wir 3 Leute hatten danach heftige Schmerzen und uns wurde übel. Das Fleisch schmeckte fast Normal, was dank der Geschmacksverstärker passiert.

Ich hatte einen Bucket mit Hähnchenteilen und Wings. Daraus schmeckten und rochen einige Hähnchenteile sehr verdorben und nach faulen Eiern.
