Simply disgusting, and the price is unjustified! In fact, I'll never order from there again! I'd rather cook for myself!

Sorry, the worst KFC I've ever been to. Completely unmotivated employees with a work pace that doesn't deserve the name.

I waited over 20 minutes for my food, even though I was the only one in the store (aside from the mice) and only ordered a small menu. The drinks machine looked more like a biotope and there were no more serving dishes or drinking tubes. There was a smell of drain everywhere and there was food left in the toilet sink. Hard to beat. The food tasted normal, as you would expect from KFC.

Chicken parts are very dry and inedible. They must have been cooked several hours or days ago. Taste disgusting. Evidence of quality control failure at KFC.

Sunday lunchtime, almost nothing going on and yet so slow Update: Monday 7 p.m., almost nothing going on and still incredibly slow. If you don't have any staff, either hire them or close the shop.

I went out to dinner with my boys, it was a disaster, the burgers were lukewarm, the meat was dry, There were no napkins, even after being asked to refill the napkin container, the entire restaurant was dirty, the men's toilet stank of urine, the water didn't work.........!!!!!! The star is only there because I can't give any other reviews........ A real disaster!!!!!!!!

The quality in the Worms branch is getting worse and worse. There are always wrong products in the bag. More and more often, not all products are available. Nobody answers the phone if you want to complain. This way you scare away every last customer. One has the impression that it is a leftover sale and that the branch will soon be closed forever.

Eine halbe Stunde, wirklich eine halbe Stunde haben diese Pfeifen gebraucht um unser Essen (1 Kinder Menü, 2 Kombi Box und einmal Crispys) fertig zu stellen! 30 Minuten in denen noch zwei andere Bestellungen vor uns fertig wurden. Die Chili Cheese Pommes waren nur Cheese Pommes da kein Chili da war (der „Chef hat das aber schon geschrieben…..ich weiß nur nicht in wo und wann?). 3 Leute in der Küche: Unwillig, Unwissend und dem Chef (Unfähig)!

I ordered a salad from KFC today and was extremely disappointed. The lettuce was wilted, bitter, and clearly inedible. I immediately returned it and showed it to the checkout employee. Instead of apologizing and offering me a fresh salad, he insisted that iceberg lettuce tastes bitter and that all salads are the same. I tried to explain to him that the lettuce was clearly spoiled, but he refused to listen and insisted there was nothing he could do. I find the employee's behavior unacceptable, and it's not normal to serve customers spoiled food. Have it delivered via Ubereats.. so you order for €42 and half of it is simply not there without a replacement or something similar, no refund.. Then you want to call them and no one picks up.. Impudence!

Drive in order on a Tuesday evening after 8pm. According to the advertising posters everywhere, the offer of 10 Crispys was chosen. When I paid, the amount seemed questionable to me and when I asked for the receipt, there was a lot of tapping on the cash register - and lo and behold - the offer was billed regularly. When I objected - I was told - that I had to explicitly mention when ordering that I wanted the Crispys from the offer, otherwise I would get the regular 10 Crispys and have to pay ????????????? After numerous minutes of discussion, I wanted to speak to the employee's boss or supervisor - and he simply said: he was now the boss!!!!! Only after threatening to call Kentucky immediately did I get the difference back, but strangely enough, not from the cash register. There is a woman's name on the receipt even though a man served me and collected the money. The lady in the background was quickly swallowed up when she noticed the discussion. It was an absolute disgrace that the employee repeatedly emphasized that he was a bit right. In any case, they have never heard of “the customer is king”.

The toilets were cold (no heating), there was no ketchup, other things like napkins at the drinks machine were also missing and the drinks were diluted. Overall, the KFC seems a bit run down compared to other KFCs I've been to. A lot is probably ignored or neglected by the country's management. I ate there and, after asking, was able to choose two other sauces instead of the two missing ketchup packets. The employees were friendly to me and the food was ok, it's just the normal KFC food but nothing special, therefore two stars instead of one.

The store smelled disgusting as soon as I walked in. There were mountains of garbage on several tables, the toilets are either completely dirty or broken, and unfortunately there is no trace of soap. As I sat down, I noticed several rats and mice helping themselves to the leftover food that was lying around. When I asked an employee about it, he just looked at me, turned away and avoided any eye contact until I left the store. I would not recommend anyone to eat or order there. I find the state of the country to be an imposition.

I've never experienced anything so disgusting in my life. The fillet bites had about the consistency of baby porridge. The HotWings were cold and absolutely meaty. The staff was totally unfriendly. When you try to pour iced tea, water comes out. The whole restaurant smells like vomit and that's what the food tasted like (we had to throw away more than half of it). I had better spent the €30 for the menu on packaged sauces, which were actually the best on the whole order.-1 star

Den Angestellen im Dauerplausch scheint es nicht zu interessieren. Unfassbar, frage mich für was es ein Gwsundheitsamt gibt

I was in this restaurant today with my family and we couldn't even enjoy our meal in peace because a mouse was walking comfortably under the table. When I pointed this out to the staff, they just laughed and didn't respond at all. It was a very unpleasant experience and I didn't spend my money on anything. Very disappointing!”

Employees a bit overwhelmed. Large milkshakes cannot be ordered in the restaurant at the terminal, only in the drive in. KFC what's going on with you?

Terrible service. There was a situation there recently where I paid twice for a take-out order. They started yelling at me that I hadn't paid properly and that I had to pay them. My card was then charged twice, but I only received one order!!! Terrible service, they started yelling at me that if I didn't want to pay a second time I should walk out and be shown to the door!!!!

Food is KFC standard. However, the store itself is dirty and uninviting. There was next to nothing going on; still dirty ones Tables, napkins empty, drink syrup empty at both tap stations, return trolley full to the brim. Anything but inviting and not worth another visit.

Money for the bin? Here you have to order at the so-called kiosk (display). Which is okay in itself. However, special requests are not possible. I then chose “pay at the counter” to express my wish. Since I don't eat dark meat, I asked for breast meat. (In German and English so there will be no misunderstandings). They said I would have to wait 15 minutes, which I was happy to accept. When I got home, there was NOT a single piece of breast meat in my bucket. It's a shame, because I would have preferred to donate the money elsewhere rather than throw it in the trash can :-( Instead of making you wait for something that wasn't agreed upon, it would be better to send someone away again. Otherwise, guests will be upset and “recommend” the store

That probably doesn't work at all. Eternal delivery time. The food was cold. Fries as a side dish were soggy and cold. Wondering what I spent 40 euros on. Unfortunately never again.

It's a typical fast restaurant The food was prepared quickly and the restaurant is clean. There are also enough free parking spaces on site.

As always at KFC Germany, the food looks and tastes below average and the price bears no relation. €23.36 for this tablet is too expensive in my opinion.

Terrible visit to KFC I was very disappointed with my last visit to KFC. The employees seemed completely overwhelmed and had no idea what they were doing. The long wait was frustrating. When I finally got my food, it was cold and tasted anything but fresh. Unfortunately I cannot recommend KFC in this condition. I hope they train their team soon and improve the quality of their food. Extremely unhygienic. I've seen the kitchen worker squeeze the last drop of the sauce bottle, lick his fingers and continue to prepare the burger. I used to order quite often and 2/3 times they mess up the order. It's fine when you eat there but not when you take it out. Workers should be a little more careful. I like KFC but this place is below standards.

We drove through the drive. Everything went well and the food was very tasty and fresh. In comparison, the best kfc in the area so far. Unfortunately, at other branches I often didn't get fresh products or shared 6 out of 8 wings in the bucket with chicken. Here it was a balanced mix. The burger and fries that came with the order were very good, as were the mashed potatoes and gravie.

The hotwings and chicken pieces weren't completely cooked through. They gave 4 less hotwings and one of them looked like it was a hotwings but it was just pannade. Since it didn't taste that good, it wasn't worth complaining about

I went to this branch for the first time last summer, the entire place smelled of smoke (like burnt potatoes). The food was cold and the drink had no ice and when I asked for something, they ignored me.

Update: After 4 days of daily calls to KFC and written contact with Lieferando, we received a replacement delivery today. Thank you very much for that, but I definitely wouldn't order from here again. 1 1/2 to deliver a meal!!!!!!!!! We then went to bed at some point. KFC is 6 minutes away from the Worms motorhome parking area. Never again. I will also open a complaint and a Paypal case.

I was originally happy about the KFC in the city of Worms. In terms of taste, well. Lots of breadcrumbs, little chicken. The classic for maximizing profits! But unfortunately the store is way too expensive! If the pricing policy were right and the cheap paper bowls were at least sizably full of chicken, one could understand the high price. For the life of me I can't explain how KFC can survive like this! In Worms 🙈, we're not in Munich or Times Square!

I like here normally and was here hundreds of time. Today l just got two times gratis with two different receipts. Then, the guys working there started to question that. I showed them the emails from KFC. After a few minutes, they came to my table and asked for the receipts. There is no such a thing. That is very insulting too. Shame on KFC.

We didn't receive part of our order. We called 3 times, each time they said the food would be there in a maximum of 10 minutes, which was only the case after a total of 1.5 hours. Unfortunately we paid in cash. I would advise against it. The recipe was for mashed potatoes changed, underground! Parts of the 18 box were so small, almost ridiculous. Last but not least, KFC ended the conversation by hanging up. I would advise against ordering there

If you feel like KFC, do yourself a favor and go to any other one (KH, LU,…) but not there.

Was there this afternoon with my daughter... Everything dirty... Food cold and the meat dried out No children's toys available...

Positive: It was clean, which is not a feat with a total of 5 customers. Service was ok, didn't take too long, but considering there was no one in front of us, it somehow took too long. The food was really bad. Fries pale and cold, Original Bites dry but at least seasoned properly, chicken pieces and wings buried in breading. The frying oil needed to be changed again; a slightly bitter taste of old oil was clearly noticeable. That's simply not enough for the fact that KFC is one of the more expensive brands in the fast food sector!

Rude employees, tables are not clean

I found the service left a lot to be desired. I had ordered a menu with a drink and Mirinda had chosen it for me. This was offered in the terminal but not available at the pump. And all of this when Zero was offered, the staff couldn't give me any information, all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. Ain't no type of thing.

Ordered yesterday, unfortunately I got food poisoning after I ate a twister.

We ordered something for the family after 90 minutes of trying to reach someone there without success. After more than 2 hours we gave up waiting and refused to accept it, which was the last time we ordered there.

Absolutely bad, I had always loved KFC until I moved to Worms, this branch here is absolutely disastrous. From food to services it doesn't even deserve a star. My friend and her son were there the day before yesterday and ate chicken wings and fries, after which they both got food poisoning with symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea. Haizz...!!!

I have never experienced anything like it. There are only “zero” drinks, paying at the machine didn’t work, there are two of them in the whole store, it takes forever.

Staff is extremely slow, my order only started to be prepared when I asked after several minutes of waiting. In addition, something came out of the drinks dispenser completely randomly, for example Mirinda came out of Schwipschwap light, but she wasn't even listed in the selection menu. The fries were completely soaked in fat and had zero crispiness, but the burgers were really good and very nice. Would definitely not recommend this "restaurant" again.

We were there on Friday evening around 10:45 p.m. It's open until 12:00 a.m. The service was incredibly slow at that time, so we had to wait a very long time of almost 20 minutes. Not all drinks were available at the drinks station and they were no longer refilled. The food was ok. If you think you have to open until midnight to take every last customer with you, Then the service should still be reasonable, otherwise you can leave it alone.

Thrown away straight away, simply a loss of money from me and a loss in the value of the KFC, Don't expect Golden Kentucky here. Pure dark brown. It smells like burnt oil and tastes like a damp basement. For years as a KFC fan I have never had such a bad experience. I don't know if KFC even controls the branch?

Disappointing experience at KFC Unfortunately, my last visit was very disappointing. The employees were unfriendly and seemed to have little interest in the customers. My order was received with visible annoyance. Despite the restaurant's low occupancy, the waiting time was far too long and the employees seemed disorganized. The restaurant was also dirty, with untidy tables and a sticky floor. Overall the service was poor and unprofessional. KFC should urgently improve the training and motivation of their employees to avoid such negative experiences.

Not recommended, order incomplete (which was the smallest problem). Fries only lukewarm and limp, like they came from the microwave. The chicken pieces exactly the same...just disgusting. This branch is a disaster, it was definitely my last visit to KFC Worms.

Regular KFC. Food residue in places, careless cleaning.

Today, May 4th, 2024, I placed an order for €16. Two orders for €6 and €10. They didn't give me a burger and my order was incomplete. I didn't look at the package because the order was mine. My mood was ruined and I was dissatisfied.

Rats in the kitchen I showed a video of the rat at the checkout and said that it couldn't be done that way. There was no reaction. I asked for my money back but it was rejected and then they wanted to give me more food to cover it up. Health department ahoy

Unfortunately, I allowed myself to be blinded by the many negative reviews and that's why I haven't been to the kfc in Worms for years. Today me and my son were really up for it and thought I'd give it a chance and I don't regret it! We ordered in the drive. Waiting time was absolutely reasonable. You can look into the restaurant from the outside and everything looked clean and well maintained. The order was complete and everything was extremely hot, almost burning your fingers. It wasn't too salty, the breading was crispy and the meat was juicy! The young man at the drive counter was also very friendly! I have nothing to complain about. We'll definitely be back

Were here during the week, when we came in we noticed that the music was very loud, which was also annoying when we were sitting. Ordered at the terminal with extras that were not taken into account, food took a very long time. The numbers were shouted throughout the store and could not be understood. Tables and floor were very dirty. The food was warm and ok but nothing more. Wouldn't come here again.

The order was placed in advance via the KFC app, with payment in KFC. Just went to the checkout and paid and less than 5 minutes later the bucket and a burger were ready. The food was fresh, tasty and good by KFC standards. It could have been slightly warmer, but it really wasn't cold. The restaurant had very little attendance at the time.

The driver asks for a tip in cash at night. The order was delivered without a side dish, drink or dips... was it because there was a lack of tip?
