Too rubbish and we had to wait over an hour for our food... and there wasn't even much going on... the first McDonald's that has deteriorated so much after the renovation. In the future we will only visit the Mc Donalds in Worms on the B9

Once and never again!!! Staff very unfriendly and incompetent as well as uncomprehending. I understand something different by cleanliness. Tables that are so sticky that you get stuck on them.

Very clean and tidy restaurant I am lucky enough to be here every week and can attest to how conscientious and careful the team is when it comes to hygiene and food preparation. The quality of the food and the hygiene are absolutely first class. When it comes to employee behavior, let me remind you: every person you meet may be having an internal struggle that you don't see. Please be kind and understanding. How do I know this? 😉

The staff is not able to pack all the food you ordered into the bag and when you notice it at home you don't feel like going back again so the staff is incompetent and is done this way to rip off the customers. Well, thank you very much

Get cold nuggets, if there was a complaint the discussion would be pretty unfriendly. The nuggets would then be ostentatiously thrown into the corner... Really great service... Maybe the staff should be trained here...

The Mc Donald's in the WEP is a meeting place for young and old. Since it is located in the Worms shopping park, the fast food restaurant is very busy at certain times. So the food is always fresh and delicious. The topic of cleanliness (tables/floor/toilet) could be emphasized a little more and there should be a wider range of play options for the children. Otherwise everything is great!

This was my third time in this branch this year. Unbearable waiting time, the display suggests that there are only 2 orders in front of you, then according to the display you get your turn, the number disappears and you wait another 20 minutes because there are a lot of people in the same situation. The food may be worth the price if it's quick, but not if you wait.

It doesn't work at all, there was a long wait and they were even forgotten, then we got food and it was incomplete 4 times and the food was cold, I had the money given back, I had to get out into the air before I freaked out

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to and probably will ever be (if I ever go anywhere again). I waited over half an hour for my order, after that I asked the workers when my order would be ready, they said soon. 10 minutes later, I approach again and ask for a refund, to which the employee tells me that I will have to wait another 5 minutes for a burger. I ended up walking out of the store angry and still hungry because they are incapable of doing their job. The only positive from all of this is that I got my money back. Never again, and I highly recommend everyone else to avoid this place.

I just made a beef boulette on my MCPLANT and that's very, very bold. In my opinion it couldn't have been an accident

It was very nice to go out to eat when the buses went on strike again. What you should watch out for are the people in McDonald's begging for money to buy something to eat. Unfortunately, I was too good-natured and fell for the teenager. But the manager is on the ball and asked him outside because he was disturbing the customers. I've become €20 poorer, but that's my own fault. Otherwise all you can say is that the employees were very nice at lunchtime and I would like to go there again.

"I love it" This absolute chaos on site, the long waiting time and the numerous varying reasons for closing the indoor area early make this McDonald's branch the absolute highlight for me. Whether it's a lack of staff, technical problems or closure due to a power outage (of course the municipal utilities are to blame), you think you've seen it all, but there are regularly new reasons for closure. The drive-in has also been a construction site for some time, which makes me absolutely happy. Since I like the coffee so much and have definitely become addicted to it, I will inevitably remain a loyal customer here. Sometimes it would just be nice to know in advance whether the planned opening hours will be adhered to today. Up soon.

You can't even give one star. It's still too much. I picked up food and ate at home. When I got home half of it was missing: 20 nugets, the sauce and the ketchup. I had to go there again and then got 1 x souse for 20 nuggets and 1 ketchup for 2 Mc Menus. Not even an apology, the waitress didn't understand anything. I doubt that she could read and she could hardly speak German either. So you can't recommend the store, unfriendly staff and you only get half of what you ordered but pay full price. Grade 6 for the store.

Great ambience, great service and delicious food.

We were there on April 3rd, 2024 around 4:30 p.m. and drove into McDrive. We waited for an employee to speak to us, but there was no answer. We then talked for about 10 minutes - since no one had spoken to us yet, we thought that the system might be broken. One of us then said whether we should still be served or go to a window. There was a very unfriendly “whether we can wait”. We then just replied that we can wait but no one spoke to us. The employee then became abusive and said, “We would have been told that” - which was definitely not the case. After we were finally able to order, there was no answer again. We wanted to drive up to the window, asked again, and the employee was still unfriendly. We then drove up and pointed out to the employee that there might be technical problems - he was still abusive and told us that he had clearly heard that we had heard that we should wait (who doesn't know that someone who is at one completely different position can “hear” exactly what others hear). We then spoke to the employee at the next window and she said we could tell the shift leader at window 1. This was the shift leader who spoke to us like that. McDonalds or not, but such staff is unbearable and he is absolutely not suitable for such a job. Such staff should not be let loose on customers!

The cashier is too stupid to work the cash register. When asked if they still have the Big Mac socks, she says yes, but I won't get any and when she asks if I can get them now, she says we don't have any more. I wanted a double pack menu with two TS, a Sprite and Curly Fries. I got a double pack menu with two Big Macs, fries and a Cola. Also, a waitress here once said to me that she wouldn't bring me my food. Maybe it's because she broke up with her best friend

Food according to McDonald's standards was very good, hence the one star overall rating and 5 for the food! But the service and cleanliness is a new low even for a McDonald! No hello, I was told that please without cucumbers, they can make them down😳 but I'm allergic to any kind of cucumber! She then, well if it's that important because of her allergy, we'll just put her down 😳. I had to go to the toilet before continuing on and that was the highlight! No toilet paper (everywhere) and some toilets were smeared with feces!

Food not hot even though there was very little activity. (they say that everything is made fresh) That's probably not the case!!!! The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. The tables were constantly cleaned during our stay, but the glass partition and the wooden partition had not been cleaned for a long time. In the Worms WEP

I've never had any problems there for years, I ate there on January 22nd, 24 and everyone got food poisoning. Further steps are being taken.

Ein Essen was man nicht wirklich gut nennen kann. Pampige Brötchen, lieblos belegt. Nur das Softeis schmeckt lecker. In jedem Hamburgerladen bekomme ich bessere Qualität, sogar günstiger.

Place to eat burgers and meat.. but today easy bad to say the truth. We have the coldest week and our side it's -5 degrees but feels like -10 degrees and in the toilet the Water to wash your hands is ice cold and Air hand dryer is not working too. This is not good and for Atmosphere I give a 1 star hoping for Improvements..

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und ist lecker. Vorallem die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich vorfallen der Nionil er ist sehr freundlich.

Mcs ist super nionil arbeitet da direkt 5 sterne, 30minuten auf eine kleine sprite gewartet aber egal nionil arbeitet da trz super klasse!🐶

Из плюсов - всё свежее и вкусное(на сколько это может быть вкусно в Маке). Обслуживание быстрое, не смотря на довольно высокую загруженность. Вокруг находится много торговых центров. Из минусов - WC грязноват.

Am 20.10.23 erneuter Besuch, eine Vollkatasrophe, das Restaurant völlig vermüllt, Tische dreckig. Das Essen wurde an den Tisch gebracht, der Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, keine Begrüßung, kein Bitte.... Kurzer Blick aufs Tabeltt, es fehlte etwas. Meine Frau ging zum Tresen, wurde gekonnt ignoriert, sie sprach den Mitarbeiter der das Essen gebracht hat an und verlangte nach dem Store Manager, oh das war er selbst, was ein Vorbild.... Er fertigte meine Frau dann mit einer Arroganz und Selbstherrlichkeit ab, ohne Worte. Ich war mittlerweile auch am Tresen und das Essen zurückgeben und mein Geld zurückzuverlangen. Dieser Laden geht gar nicht, eine Beschwerde über Mc Donald keine Rückmeldung, soviel ist der Kunde Wert. Na ja der MC Donalds an der B9 hatte wegen Personalmangel geschlossen, also ab ins WEB. Essen war halt MC Donalds, der Laden eine Katastrophe, der Müll türmte sich an den Sammelstationen, der Außenbereich war auch sehr schmutzig ebenfalls türmte sich der Müll. Die Mitarbeiter zogen ein Gesicht wie zehn Tage Regenwetter. Schon ein trauriges Bild.

Auch bei Hochbetrieb sollte man die Tische und Böden mal zwischendurch säubern.

Typischer Moderner Mcces, allerdings lässt die Bedienung etwas zu Wünschen übrig, da es doch sehr sehr lange zum Teil dauert, obwohl es ein fastfood Restaurant ist. Sauberkeit war gegeben.

Ich gehe gerne hier her. Mußte noch nie lange warten oder anstehen. Personal alle nett und freundlich. Alles in allem einer der besseren Mc Donalds 👍

Ich war kürzlich im McDonald's in Worms. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war ganz gut und recht sauber. Ich bestellte ein Big Mac Menü mit Pommes Frites und einer Cola. Das Essen kam schnell und war frisch. Das Big Mac war lecker und die Pommes Frites waren kross. Die Cola war kühl und erfrischend. Insgesamt war ich zufrieden mit meinem Besuch im McDonald's in Worms. Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen war ganz gut und das Restaurant war recht sauber. Ich würde dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ich mag es dort wirklich sehr. Bin als Kind sehr oft hin, alles läuft wie es laufen muss. Doch bitte, bitte liefert doch endlich mal. So eine große Chance und die wird so krass verpasst :/

McDonald ist nicht gleich McDonald. Das durfte ich bei diesem Lokal feststellen. Es wird mittlerweile an allem gespart. Schade.

Wenn man was bei McDrive bestellt dann sind die ziemlich schnell und das Essen ist immer warm. Man kann nicht dasselbe sagen wenn man dort isst. Sie brauchen lange und vergessen manchmal Servietten oder Soßen. Zurzeit gibt es keine große Auswahl bei den Burgern.

Aufjedenfall habe ich gemerkt das die Dumme Menschen einstellen. Ein Geschminktes brünettes Mädchen hat mich kassiert, hab ihr wiederholen müssen das ich eine Große Pommes möchte und trotzdem hat sie kleine Pommes eingetippt. Auch während des Gespräches hat sie echt hässlich gegrinst und mit mir geredet als wäre ich ihr Bruder, also eine Profossionelle Arbeit nenne ich es aufjedenfall NICHT. Achtet mal darauf keine Kinder oder jeden einzustellen, danke

Das Mc Donald`s Restaurant in Worms verfügt über das neue Bestellsystem "Restaurants der Zukunft" und serviert das Essen auf Wunsch auch am Tisch. Die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und der Service ist freundlich und arbeitet kundenorientiert.
