McDonald's in Worms

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Heute habe ich direkt zu Beginn des Aktionstags ein WM-Menü gekauft, damit mein Sohn einen WM-Becher bekommt. Leider war es nicht der Becher, den er sich gewünscht hatte. Da der Becher noch original verpackt war, habe ich freundlich nachgefragt, ob ein Umtausch möglich wäre. Der Mitarbeiter lehnte dies in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton ab und erklärte, dass sonst jeder kommen und tauschen wolle. Anschließend begann ich zu essen und stellte schnell fest, dass auf meinem Honig-Senf-Wrap keine Senfsoße war. Als ich dies reklamierte, wurde mir zunächst vermittelt, dass das nicht sein könne, da dort angeblich immer Mayo und Senfsoße enthalten seien. Dadurch hatte ich das Gefühl, als würde man meine Aussage anzweifeln. Zwar wurde angeboten, einen neuen Wrap zu bringen, der Umgangston blieb jedoch unangenehm. Für Menüs, die inzwischen rund 13 € kosten, erwarte ich deutlich besseren Service und eine höhere Qualität. Zudem war das Restaurant insgesamt nicht sauber: Der Boden war verschmutzt und die Tische waren nicht richtig gereinigt und klebrig. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die Klimaanlage. Diese war so kalt eingestellt, dass man bereits nach wenigen Minuten trotz Jacke gefroren hat. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt war dadurch kaum möglich. Auch der Kinderbereich wurde offenbar nicht konsequent überwacht. Obwohl an der Tür deutlich angegeben ist, dass dieser Bereich für Kinder bis 8 Jahre gedacht ist und für die Bälle sogar 4 € Pfand verlangt werden, spielten dort deutlich ältere Kinder bzw. Jugendliche (ca. 15 Jahre), ohne dass eingegriffen wurde. Für kleinere Kinder ist das weder fair noch besonders angenehm. Insgesamt leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Aufgrund des Services, der Sauberkeit und der Organisation werde ich diesen Standort vorerst nicht mehr besuchen.

Also die Bestellung war heute ein Fiebertraum... Ewig lange Wartezeiten für so einen Schrott erwartet man eher weniger. Du kannst von Glück reden, wenn in deiner Bestellung nur die Sauce fehlt. Teilweise fehlen nur einzelne Burger oder halt einfach das ganze Menü. In diesem Laden kann keine Person deutsch und die Kommunikation dadurch ist im negativen Bereich. Dein Burger sieht so aus, als hätte sich eine Person draufgesetzt. Da ist ein Blatt Papier dicker als der Burger. Die Pommes liegen meistens nur 10h rum so wie diese schmecken. Beim wasser fehlt die Kohlensäure, Getränke werden gerne einfach mal vertauscht oder auch komplett vergessen. Jede Bestellung ist eine einzigartige Erfahrung die so schnell nicht vergessen geht. Der Service sowie das Essen war damals besser. Nicht zu empfehlen

Sie machen aus jeder Mahlzeit ein Unhappy Meal. Zuerst vergessen sie jedes Mal etwas egal ob ein ganzes Menü, Soßen, Strohhalm sogar Getränke. Wenn man daraufhin nachfragt schauen dich zwei Fragezeichen Augen an und wird anschließend unfreundlich behandelt. Mein Burger heute sah aus als hätte sich jemand drauf gesetzt (er lag ganz oben). Jegliche Soßen und Strohalme haben gefehlt und ich weiß nicht wie das passieren konnte aber sie haben mein Sprudel beim Wasser vergessen. Naja zumindest sind die Eiskaffees gut.

Mittlerweile der größte Drecksladen. Ein Auto im MC Drive und man steht teilweise über 25 Minuten.

Positiv ist, dass alles frisch und lecker ist (so lecker, wie es bei McDonald's eben sein kann). Die Bedienung ist trotz des großen Andrangs schnell. Es gibt viele Einkaufszentren in der Nähe. Negativ ist, dass die Toilette etwas schmutzig ist.

Ich war bei McDonald’s. Ich finde es nicht in Ordnung, dass die Mitarbeiter, die das Geld kassieren, danach mit den Händen das Essen anfassen, Getränke zubereiten oder Utensilien berühren, nachdem sie Geld angefasst haben. Wer kassiert, sollte sich nur darum kümmern und nicht auch noch das Essen auf die Tabletts legen.

Absolut schrecklicher McDonald’s. So ein unverschämtes und respektloses Personal habe ich noch nie erlebt. Uns wurde einfach das Wechselgeld nicht gegeben, und der Mitarbeiter hat unsere Bestellung nur genervt und aggressiv auf den Tresen geknallt. Alle dort wirkten extrem unfreundlich und arrogant. Das Essen war genauso katastrophal wie der Service. Die Pommes haben bitter geschmeckt, die Nuggets waren ekelhaft süß und fettig, und die Burger sahen aus, als hätte man sie durch die Küche geworfen. Alles zerquetscht, kalt und total lieblos gemacht. Einfach widerlich. Dieser Laden ist eine komplette Enttäuschung. Schlechter Service, schlechtes Essen und eine absolut unangenehme Atmosphäre. Nie wieder.

Bin meistens am mc drife personal ist nett mein essen schmeckt nur muss man immer nach einem strohhalm fragen könnte man auch einfach mit dem getränk gleich mitgeben ansonsten alles in ordnung

War heute um 16:30h dort Menue essen. Essen war ok aber Personal ziemlich unfreundlich! Nächstes mal probiere ich den KFC gleich nebenan aus.

Perfektes system, um den Zeitdruck vom Konzern zu umgehen werden Produkte als abholbereit im System angeklickt obwohl sie jenseits von fertig sind. Nur wohlgemerkt um die Zubereitungszeit manipulativ zu umgehen. 5 min später wird dann noch mitgeteilt ob man nicht Pommes statt curly fries möchte weil das dauert jetzt dann zusätzliche 10 Minuten. Definitiv das letzte Mal diesen Laden besucht

Ich habe eine Bestellung mit mir gemacht, große Tests und einen Cheeseburger, sie legen nur Kartoffeln in die Tüte, wie magst du Kartoffeln für 15 Euro?

Unglaublich wie hier auf Sauberkeit, Zufriedenheit der Kunden und da Kunden erkennen was auf dem Tisch kommt, geachtet wird!!! Als Motorradfahrer kommen wir viel herum, denen einiges positives aber oft eben auch schlechtes. Heute hier in Worms -, im McDonalds Perfektion von der Sorte Kundenfreundlich Kundenzufriedenheit - wohlfühlen für die Gäste mit gutem Gefühl gehen ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Die haben die Wasserflaschen ersetzt durch pappbecher DIE NEHMEN MIR SOGAR MEINE WASSER FLASCHEN 😭😭

Mägges is in Ordnung, quasi normal von frische der Produkte. Aber Mitarbeiter klicken regelmäßig Bestellungen weg damit sie in der Ausgabe-Statistik in der vorgegebenen Norm liegen anstatt die Bestellungen richtig zu Bearbeiten. Das kann für Kunden mit Bestellungen die nicht so häufig bestellt werden (wie bspw. die Vegi-Produkte) sehr ärgerlich werden.

Abends noch schnell was zum Essen holen wollen. Obwohl nicht viel los war 15 Minuten gewartet und das soll sich Fast Food nennen. Dazu stand der Müllwagen noch mitten vor der Theke im Weg.

Der schlechteste Burger, den ich je bei McDonald's gegessen habe. Kaltes Fleisch, welker Salat, steinharter Speck. Nie wieder.

Sauber Man kann im Sommer schön draußen sitzen Service schnelll und ordentlich

Der Service ist nicht besonders gut, die Atmosphäre ist widerlich und das Essen auch nicht. Meine Freundin bestellte gestern einen McFlurry, und der war viel kleiner als beim letzten Mal – nicht mal halb voll. Die Menge an Eis war enttäuschend.

Ich weiß nicht, ob sie Halal-Essen anbieten.

Das Essen war gut und ich war sehr zufrieden. Bitte fördern Sie große Männer mit lockigen blonden Haaren! Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Er ist ein sehr guter Arbeiter!

Liebes McDonalds Team , wir haben im der App heute den Mc Gouda gesehen und gedacht , der sieht aus als müsste man ihn probieren! Das die Fotos in der Werbung bearbeitet sind ist mir bewusst . Aber was uns da serviert wurde ist eine echte Verarsche!!!! Fotos(links aus der App, rechts unser Burger)

Das Essen kam sehr schnell und schmeckte gut, obwohl das Sandwich etwas kalt war.

Wir hatten 2 mc flurrys bestellt aber es kam ein mc Café und ein mc flurry dann mussten wir es umtauschen sehr schlechter Service

Ich hatte total lust auf eine Makfloryie, aber als ich das eingegeben habe, hat es gesagt: Nicht im Sortiment. Fand ich unverschämt. Ich fragte dann einen McMitarbeiter, der hat mich dann ausgelacht, aber er war lowkey süß. deswegen, ganz okay. würde wiederhinkommen, aber nur wenn die Makfloryie haben. :(

Sehr sehr schlechter Laden... Mitten in der Bestellung (Großbestellung für 6 Personen) schalten sich die Terminals aus, als ich nachfragte ob man die wieder an bekommt, da ich mit der Bestellung fast fertig war wurde dies verneint. Also musste ich die komplette Bestellung per App neu aufgeben. Als ich dies tat konnte ich nurnoch den Drive in Schalter auswählen, auf Nachfrage ob die mir die bestelle trotzdem im Laden geben können, da ich sowieso online bezahlt habe wurde dies ebenfalls verneint. Also musste ich noch extra raus zum Parkplatz, einmal komplett um den Laden rum fahren und mich beim Drive In Schalter anstellen. Das essen war in Ordnung, jedoch hat 1 Burger gefehlt, dieser wurde dann aber nachgereicht!

Schrecklicher mcservice am mcabend. Ich wollte nur etwas mcessen, aber die mcsoße meines mcfurrys war nicht mcda. Die drei fehlenden mccurrys haben wir bekommen, aber die servietten haben auch gefehlt. Das Essen war schon mctäuschend 👎

Heute morgen im Drive in Erdbeer Shake vergessen, Stunden später reklamiert und kostenlos neuen bekommen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Ich wollte heute den Coupon einlösen, der aktuelle was sagt er zu mir das geht nicht. Ich muss was anderes essen. Und Personalleiter hat das gar nichts interessiert, was ich gesagt habe

Schöne Lage und leckeres Essen. 5 Sterne und Familienfreundlich

Wartezeiten unterirdisch! Man muss schon fast einen Tag Urlaub einplanen, wenn man dort etwas zu essen möchte. Am Wochenende, wenn die Studenten da arbeiten ist es ganz schlimm, da dann keine Servietten dabei sind oder die Tüte falsch gepackt wurde.

Leider muss ich meine Unzufriedenheit äußern. Sehr häufig erhalte ich nicht das, was ich bestellt habe – zum Beispiel bestelle ich Soßen oder Getränke, aber diese werden einfach nicht mitgegeben. Das passiert nicht nur gelegentlich, sondern regelmäßig. Darüber hinaus sind die Burger oft nicht frisch und schmecken so, als wären die Zutaten verdorben oder von schlechter Qualität. Das ist enttäuschend, weil man als Kunde erwarten darf, die bestellten Produkte in einwandfreiem Zustand zu bekommen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie diese Probleme ernst nehmen und künftig mehr auf die Vollständigkeit und Qualität der Bestellungen achten.

War mit meiner Familie dort essen. Haben getrennt bestellt, jedoch direkt hintereinander. Deren Essen kam, als sie fertig waren mit dem Essen, bin ich an die Kasse und wollte mein Geld zurück und habe erwähnt das ich über eine halbe Stunde schon gewartet habe. Die Antwort war in einem zickigen Ton:" das waren grad mal 15 Minuten". Ich habe auf dem Beleg nachgeguckt und es waren 25 Minuten. Allein die Art und Weise wie man dort mit Kritik und Beschwerden umgeht ist für MICH ein No Go! War das letzte mal dass ich dort war!

Toiletten sauber , schneller Service Hatte aber auch nur 2 Eis bestellt

Heute war ich meinen Kinder dort und sie wünschten sich natürlich das Happy meal. Sie haben sich bei der "Geschenke" Auswahl bewusst die Squishmallows ausgewählt. Ich habe extra noch bei der Bezahlung darum gebeten sie wünschen sich einen bestimmten ob das ginge. Da kam die Antwort, darauf habe man keinen Einfluss es sei eine Überraschung... Ok. Dachte ich. Die Happy meals kamen an aber keine Squishmallows, sondern Schleich Schlümpfe von 2022. Die Kinder sichtlich enttäuscht gingen zur Theke um um einen Squishi zu bitten. (In der Auslage waren 2 volle Sets) Die Antwort: Sie hätten keine mehr. Fazit: Kinder traurig, haben dann aber mit gutem zureden mit den Schlümpfen ein Spiel begonnen.

I waited 30 minutes for my food. Never again!

Errors occur repeatedly with every order at this restaurant, which is extremely frustrating. Ordered items, such as mayonnaise or chicken nuggets, are often missing, or the wrong products are delivered. As customers, we cannot understand why the restaurant is apparently unable to deliver a complete and correctly assembled order—especially since all items have already been paid for in advance. Such recurring misconduct not only undermines trust in the service but also causes frustration and dissatisfaction among customers. We expect greater diligence with future orders to ensure that all paid products are actually delivered in the correct form.

Very poor service at the drive-thru. A petite, brown-haired young lady was completely overwhelmed by her role, and half of her face was missing.

Miserable today two times fries were missing and some time ago it was a burger

We were puzzled when the waitress refused to take our order at the counter at around 9:15 p.m., even though the restaurant was empty, and instead referred us to the computer. Germany is a service desert!

Every time there are no sauces, it's really bad, I complained about the fries three times and they were cold each time, the burger was also cold but the manager didn't care. It didn't matter.

Was there today, July 13, 2025. The staff were overwhelmed with a small number of orders. They had little to no command of German, and the staff were unfriendly. The cleaning lady expertly swept my shoes clean. We ordered takeout, but after 15 minutes, even the fries were missing. The burgers were cold and smashed in every direction. Therefore, in my opinion, not worth a visit; one of the worst burgers I've ever been to. A disgrace for this oh-so-great company.

You can't understand anything except "Huh." At the drive-thru counter, I poured half a Coke out the window. Then at home, I realized half was missing, like every time! Never experienced such a terrible MC!

Ordered at a McDrive. Two items on the order were wrong. The drink was wrong, and the burger was wrong. It's the same every time at the juice bar. I always take the receipt so I can see what I ordered and what was typed in. It was typed in correctly, but it was simply given out wrong. Never again. Because it seems to happen too often.

Can't speak German, can't bring it to the table, slow service, overpriced, I got food poisoning

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired

We ordered our food at the drive-thru counter. The lady at the counter was not only unfriendly but also barely spoke German. Things were no better at the checkout counter, quite the opposite. A scruffy-looking lady approached me, whom I could barely understand. After she gestured for me to pull up and wait, a full 12 minutes passed before we got our food. The quality of the food was abysmal. The fries were cold and soggy. The burgers were a complete disaster. I don't know what happened to this place, but this was definitely our last visit. We can spend our money elsewhere.

Laziness has an increase - McDonalds Worms at the WEP!

⭐ 1 star Incredibly bad drive-thru experience! I had three cars ahead of me at the McDrive and had to wait an unbelievable 35 minutes – without much progress. After this completely unacceptable wait, I gave up and went somewhere else. This is absolutely not what you expect from a fast-food restaurant. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident, as you can see from other reviews. Disastrous organization, extremely slow service. Definitely never again. If you want to save time and stress, avoid this location.

Service staff at the drive-thru counter are very unfriendly. I ordered my food but didn't pick it up because I lost my appetite. I won't recommend it anymore.

We got food to go today. It was an order for 50,- normally. We checked to see if everything was there, today we had forgotten it. When we got home, handed out the food and started eating because a burger was missing, so we got back in the car and went back to Meckes. I explained my problem to the staff. At first they ignored me but didn't talk to me. The staff were unfriendly. Even the restaurant manager, who was there and had noticed the situation, didn't care in the slightest. The unfriendly lady had to briefly discuss with another colleague whether she could give me the forgotten burger or not. When I got it, I noticed that it was cold. Since I was hungry and everything else at home was cold, I took it with me. I have worked in the catering industry for 25 years and know what it means to be friendly to customers. But McDonald's doesn't seem to have any interest in training its employees. What a pity and a shame that McDonald's won't care about this review, the main thing is that the money comes in.

Fries hot and crispy. Burgers well-filled with fresh ingredients. Food delivered quickly. Good for McDonald's.

When you order something at the drive-in, everything should be in the bags. I ordered, among other things, two 20-ounce McNuggets with sweet and sour sauce. When I got home, there were no sauces in the bags. Very annoying. Since it's too far for me to commute, I'll have to find another solution.

What a juice shop! 1 star is still too much for this McDonald's. There were two of us there and we just wanted to eat - but that was apparently too much to ask. The service was an absolute disaster. We were missing a burger and when we asked, no one seemed to understand German at all. Two employees stood there, completely overwhelmed and had no idea what we wanted. No apology, no help – just ignorance. This is no way to treat customers! Never again!

I went to McDonald's yesterday and it was just disappointing. The food was cold, the fries were limp and the burger looked like someone had sat on it. The service was unfriendly and totally overwhelmed, even though there was hardly anything going on. The tables were dirty, there was trash everywhere, and the toilet was a disaster - no soap, no paper, everything was full of spills. I don't know what's going on there, but that was definitely my last visit!

The service is basically okay, mostly very friendly. However, in this restaurant they don't know what an onion looks like. Otherwise, I can't explain why I ordered two different burgers WITHOUT onions today, there was even a "Without Onion" sticker on the packaging, and to my surprise there were lots of onions on both burgers. In addition, sauces were used very sparingly. May 8, 2025. Maybe the staff should be sensitized again ;-)

McDonalds wouldn't accept our order during business hours.

I was at this local at 6:50 p.m. on April 27, 2025 and after I took a bite I found a hair in my burger that wasn't mine.

McDonalds with convenient location near downtown. It is part of the Worms shopping park (WEP) There are a few parking spaces and a drive-thru. Otherwise everything is like a McDonalds.

Only 4 kiosks, no floor with different locations

I ordered a happy meal in the hope of receiving Pokemon cards but was disappointed. It was also not possible to choose which toy you wanted in the app. That should be changed.

Disappointing experience: stomach pain and diarrhea after consumption I recently visited this McDonald's branch in Worms and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. As soon as you entered the restaurant, you noticed the inadequate hygiene standards: tables, floors and chairs were anything but clean, which left a very negative first impression. The branch was almost empty at the time, so I couldn't find an explanation as to why this situation wasn't remedied. The 15 minute wait for our food was also completely disproportionate as there were hardly any customers present. When the food was finally served, it did not live up to expectations in any way: the fries were ice cold, the burger was only lukewarm and the bread was very dry - anything but fresh. Although I am not normally hypersensitive, I know it is and remains fast food, my wife and I had significant abdominal pain and diarrhea after eating it. This is absolutely unacceptable to me and suggests poor quality control. Given these circumstances, I see the whole thing as almost a form of bodily harm, as such hygienic and quality deficiencies are not only unpleasant but also a health risk. I wonder how McDonald's in Germany often has such weaknesses, even though the company often works much better in other countries. In addition, the staff was extremely unfriendly and seemed rather uninterested. They just stood around chatting instead of making sure things ran smoothly - which shouldn't have been a problem given the small number of customers. It's a real shame that a brand like McDonald's in Germany always has to struggle with such quality deficiencies and unprofessional service. I will definitely not visit this branch again.

Very good and the staff are very friendly

A branch of the McDonald's restaurant chain in Worms. Quite spacious, clean. Last visit (weekend) there were many free seats. Orders are made quickly. There is a parking lot near the facility.

Out of 5 visits, 4 orders were missing something or you received a completely different order!!!! When complaining, very unfriendly and overwhelmed, you probably have to look for another restaurant

Go eat somewhere else! If you want to go to MC then go to the other one in Worms. A year ago we had a long hair in our burger. When we called to simply make the staff aware of it, they said: yes, what? what should I do now? From one I apologize on behalf of the company... which at the very least would have been a failure! After being away for a year, we went back today and placed an order to take away. After a long wait, the order number appeared briefly and then disappeared. So my wife alerted the staff that she didn't have her order. She was told to wait. The end result, after another long wait, the lady had my wife as the last customer and the number did not match our order number. Now we finally realized that we had lost our order bong. Despite a happy meal in the order and a 30 minute wait... heard an apology from the staff or no idea a burger extra or the same as others would have had? None! In general, pay attention to how often you are greeted with a smile... they are all on autopilot and constantly make mistakes. How difficult can system gastro be? They're not doing rocket science behind the counter. Oh, by the way, the food was of course lukewarm and my cheese on the burger was still in the original slice shape... that means everything was going wrong in the kitchen. We'll never go there again. Not because they make mistakes... everyone knows from their own experience that mistakes happen at work. But because of the unprofessional way they deal with their mistakes! I don't know of any store that provides customer service worse than this one...

I was on site at 7:06 on January 1st, 2025. According to Google it was supposed to be open, but it wasn't. The person then asked why he didn't open, and he just shrugged his shoulders at me.

Unfortunately our experience was rather negative. On Saturday morning we had to wait a long time for our order, which was particularly annoying for us because we were in a hurry. I'm not a fan of fast food and I always get a stomach ache after eating

Food like at any McDonald's Service: It's been a while since I wanted to quickly get something to eat late in the evening. I went to the drive where I ran into one of the staff and I thought he would go in and serve me, but I didn't I think it stood there for 10 to 15 minutes and nothing happened. I then drove to the counter where I saw that two employees were standing behind the counter and were clearing up. Every now and then there was a look outside but no reaction. Instead of saying sorry, we're already closed or nothing. (It was definitely early enough that it couldn't have been) There was no response to waving and calling. Then unfortunately it happened several times that something was missing every now and then. Unfortunately I have to say that I don't like going there anymore, if not at all.

Beautifully decorated for autumn and Halloween, everything was very clean and tidy, the latte machiato was very well prepared and the cheeseburger was very fresh. I haven't been to such a well-run McDonald's in a long time, kudos to the employees

Best Beef….a real rip off!! Where is animal protection here? Catastrophic stable keeping of cows, lying around in their own shit! Really the very last one! Why don't the veterinarians intervene here? Such fast food companies need to be stopped!

I got something to eat at this store yesterday. It was very difficult to communicate with Germans, the food was cold and soggy, just disgusting. This shop is not recommended.

Does anyone at the service even speak German??? I had placed 2 orders within 2 minutes, the last one was quite quick (burgers, fries and nuggets), the second was nuggets and fries and arrived about 10 minutes after that. Instead of keeping the first one warm, I was told in English "take it away." Since the (nice person) didn't understand me in German. What can I say, the nuggets and fries were cold and fart dry, I almost choked on them. Never in this shed again 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 If I had gotten a kebab I would definitely have been understood and it would definitely have been warm and juicy

One of the few places where my order was not mixed up and every ingredient was as ordered. The bathroom looks like from the Polish People's Republic, but this is small, there will be no luxuries here

I travel a lot in Germany for work and therefore often visit a McDonald's. In my 26 years, I have never experienced such a slow and sluggish McDonald's. Other locations get orders out quicker even during rush hour and I only ordered 1 chai latte and 1 hamburger.

It has been and remains a juice shop since recently, with staff who don't speak understandable German, burgers that are cold and just thrown together in the box, you pay for several cups with covers but you only get paper lids but the full price is still charged, I know Not like others but the same burger or fries taste much better in Frankenthal.

I ordered a burger without cheese and then got it with cheese. So no problem I went to the checkout to exchange it. I got a new burger where the meat was half raw, that's impossible!

Good McDonald's, but nothing else special. The food is prepared quickly, the place is quite clean and we have never had any problems with the quality. Can't complain. But it's still a McDonald's.

Too rubbish and we had to wait over an hour for our food... and there wasn't even much going on... the first McDonald's that has deteriorated so much after the renovation. In the future we will only visit the Mc Donalds in Worms on the B9

Once and never again!!! Staff very unfriendly and incompetent as well as uncomprehending. I understand something different by cleanliness. Tables that are so sticky that you get stuck on them.

Very clean and tidy restaurant I am lucky enough to be here every week and can attest to how conscientious and careful the team is when it comes to hygiene and food preparation. The quality of the food and the hygiene are absolutely first class. When it comes to employee behavior, let me remind you: every person you meet may be having an internal struggle that you don't see. Please be kind and understanding. How do I know this? 😉

The staff is not able to pack all the food you ordered into the bag and when you notice it at home you don't feel like going back again so the staff is incompetent and is done this way to rip off the customers. Well, thank you very much
