Ich weiß die Leute haben immer viel zu tun, aber ich habe es ist langsam echt satt, das immer etwas fehlt oder falsch ist. Natürlich wird nach jeder Bestellung geprüft, ob alles in der Tüte ist…Aber einen Patty auf einem Burger vergessen geht ja mal echt nicht. Wie verstrahlt muss man sein den wichtigsten Bestandteil eines Burgers wegzulassen!?! Morgen fahre ich hin und verlange dafür mein Geld zurück.

Ich war gestern dort und wollte einen Cheeseburger mit zusätzlichen gurken drauf, da sonst immer nur eine drauf ist und seit ich schwanger bin, mir die gurken auf dem Burger besonders gut schmecken.. war ein paar tage davor dort und hatte die selbe Bestellung und es wurde möglich gemacht. Danke an den Herr und das Küchenpersonal, die mir meinen Wunsch diskussionsfrei erfüllt haben. Nur gestern durfte ich mir dann von einer anderen Mitarbeiterin einen Vortrag anhören wieso das nicht geht... naja klang für mich so als hätte du Dame einfach keinen Bock einen frischen Burger zu machen oder einen älteren Burger nochmal auseinander zu klappen und 3 gurken drauf zu legen. Habe gesagt, dass es vorher in der selben Filiale auch möglich war worauf sie natürlich etwas verwirrt war weil es ja doch GARNICHT geht. Als ich sagte, dass ich eben in eine andere Filiale gehen würde und mich dankend verabschiedete wollte sie mir plötzlich doch einen Cheeseburger mit mehr gurken machen.. Ende vom Lied : vielen Dank Burger King, dass kleine extra Wünsche der Kunden und Gelüste von schwangeren doch noch berücksichtigt werden. Ich werde ab jetzt liebend gern ein paar Meter weiter zur Konkurrenz fahren.

Gestern Abend war ich bei McDrive. Leider musste ich über 10 Minuten auf mein Essen warten. Das Schlimmste war jedoch, dass der Burger kalt war. Auch die Chicken McNuggets waren kalt und meine Cola Zero hatte keinerlei Kohlensäure mehr Die Mitarbeiter wirkten zudem völlig überfordert. Wahrscheinlich herrscht Personalmangel, dennoch sollte die Qualität des Essens und der Service darunter nicht leiden. Insgesamt war ich sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch

Selten sowas erlebt wie in diesem Mc Donald. Innehalb weniger Wochen fehlt jede Woche etwas anderes. Bei kleinen Bestellungen kann nicht so viel schief laufen. Genügend Mitarbeiter aber keiner davon hat echt eine Ahnung von dem was er da tut !!!! Essen kalt pampig, telefonisch auch niemand zu erreichen Sorry aber dort muss man echt dringend mal einen Personalwechsel starten

Unverschämt und einfach nur frech. Habt heute kein Geschäft mit uns gemacht. Konkurrenz war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Heute dort gewesen total überfordert . Man kann es verstehen wenn viel los ist aber andauernd fehlen Sachen. Man geht nach vorne sagt das was fehlt und wird noch angemotzt niemehr wieder. Jedes mal das selbe .

Wir waren zum frühstücken dort. Man hat schnell den Eindruck das hier nicht richtig sauber gemacht wird. Die Touchscreen Automaten sind verbappt und voll mit Fingerabdrücken. Unter den Sitzbänken liegen Pommes und Servietten offensichtlich vom Vortag. Die Böden sind verdreckt.

Der Mc hatte um circ. 1 Uhr geschlossen, abwohl er auf Maps als offen stand.

Also nicht zu empfehlen. Das Serviceteam ist massiv überfordert. Man bestellt per App und kommt am dem MC Donalds an und die App zeigt an das die Menüs nicht verfügbar sind.Bin dann dort rein und hab Sie mal gefragt ob Sie mich veräppeln wollen wenn die Menüs ja nicht verfügbar sind dann können Sie ja hier gleich zumachen und man kann sich seine Pommes zuhause selber machen. Also das Serviceteam meinte dann nur ja sie können es ja hier nochmals versuchen zu bestellen. Also was soll ich habe meine Bestellung nochmals aufgenommen am Terminal und 30 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet und dann hat man auch noch das Spielzeug vergessen plus die Curly Fries. Also ich werde es mir 100% überlegen nochmals bei euch zu bestellen weil ihr seit maßgeblich überfordert. Die Chickenburger sind so hart das man fast meint die wären einfach nur aufgewärmt worden.Einfach nur Ekelhaft.

Heute war ich dort, und das Erlebnis war beeindruckend – allerdings so, wie ein Autounfall „beeindruckend“ sein kann. Ich habe um 18:00 Uhr bestellt und durfte danach 20 Minuten lang rätseln, ob ich in einem Fast-Food-Restaurant oder doch in Zeitlupen-Modus gelandet bin. Der Tischservice? Abgeschafft. Die Nummern an der Kasse? Entfernt. Offenbar ein innovatives Konzept, damit man als Gast endlich seine Schritte zählt. Der ausgeschaltete Monitor bei der Abholstation war besonders charmant. Man steht da, schaut ins Leere und fühlt sich wie bei einem schlechten Experiment: „Erraten Sie, ob Ihre Bestellung existiert!“ Ob das alles geplant war oder einfach totale Planlosigkeit – keine Ahnung. Technische Probleme gab es definitiv keine. Vielleicht ist McDonald’s heutzutage schlicht überfordert, sobald mehr als zwei Leute gleichzeitig etwas bestellen.

Leider waren die Damen an der Theke durchweg überfordert. Als nach über 30 Min unsere Nummer aufgerufen wurde (die Anzeige war ebenfalls defekt), waren die Burger leider kalt. Sehr enttäuschend.

Der schlechteste, langsamste und der nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit noch kaltes Essen ausgibt. Reklamation sinnlos da einen keiner versteht...

Für diese. Preis nicht wert Getränke haben nach Spülmittel geschmeckt .Die Eiswürfel waren Klumpen aus dem Tiefkühler die festgefroren waren also keine normalen Eiswürfel.Burger sehr trocken b.z. wenig soße

Also, es ist das Zweite mal das beim McDrive innerhalb von ca. 5Monaten das etwas gefehlt hat. Einfach zwei Burger wurden vergessen!!! Ich hätte es kontrollieren sollen,aber wir hatten es eilig. Aber warum bekommt man es nicht hin ,einfach richtig zu parken???

Essen war kalt ,Belag auf dem Hamburger musste gesucht werden.

Wir hatten alle Verdauungsstörungen und Durchfall.

Well, as far as I know, you're not allowed to run through the open kitchen in your private clothes. And if you have long hair, it has to be tied back. Hygiene. And I've also seen people come out of the restroom with a rag and even clean the tables with it.

"POSITION SYSTEM FAILURE!!!" "Opening hours unknown. Thank you." (Mon, 09/29/2025 ~4:25 PM) This illegible handwritten note is currently hanging on the closed door. Unfortunately, you only notice it after parking, when you're standing right in front of the door. Instead of blocking the entrance immediately or pointing it out here on Google Maps. Very, very annoying. Many others who drove into the parking lot unnecessarily had the same experience. The problem could have been solved better. And I wanted to go back there after a long time. You won't see me there again anytime soon.

You order a burger without pickle slices and you get one with pickle slices. The ice cream is weird and yellow. The chicken nuggets had been there for a while and weren't fresh, disgusting. Second time here and never again. The only thing that was freshly made were the fries. Simply awful.

Always check takeaway orders immediately; unfortunately, something is often missing.

Waited forever... it was very busy... At the counter you get a hard time if you point out that you're missing vouchers... impossible.

Always good for a quick snack, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming here. They also clean and wash the tables occasionally. Thanks to the whole team.

And another McDonald's review. We're at work, hungry, and short on time. Guests are air-conditioned 😎. Standard, but I recently discovered the pimped-up Royal TS. It's the closest thing to a burger. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the staff is friendly.

I was only there briefly, but everything was great. The location, parking, and friendly staff.

Really lousy. We were in a hurry, only had about 20 minutes, and had to wait forever for our orders even though there was no one else there. We then had to cancel some orders due to lack of time. The staff were unfriendly and the restaurant was dirty.

The food is good. The drive-thru still works here 👍 Not like the McDonald's in Oppenheim, where they just leave customers standing there at the drive-up counter. It would be nice if they included the receipt.

After ordering, we waited 18 minutes for the food. Then half of it was wrong. We pointed this out and were rudely spoken to. Then the "nice" lady ran away and became rude. That's unacceptable. She knows who I'm talking about. It was today, June 30, 2025, at 7:36 PM. We handed over all the food and took our money. We won't be going there again.

The food is okay, but aside from table service, there's no other service offered... so I can't rate it highly. The tables could be cleaned more often, but otherwise, it's OK.

Burgers look good, you can send me a kit and I'll put it together myself, just like you put them in the package. You can almost see the wrapper on the floor, half full at most. Shame on yourselves about the prices.

Staff extremely horrible 11:05 PM June 1, 2025 I was briefly in the restroom and they gave my friend completely the wrong food at the McDrive. I called, but after complaining, they immediately hung up.

It's just fast food. A quick alternative "on the go." The staff is friendly, but that doesn't save the fast-food feel. Although McD has developed well over the years (I was a kid when the first McD opened in Darmstadt).

Staff are very frenly and the food is really good

Food is cold because there is no more warming counter, Customers have to clean their tables themselves if they want it clean, cucumbers in salads can almost be described as whole cucumbers - it's unbelievable. After pointing out the above, there are only vague answers, ridiculous and not again, you'd better go to the competition

Unfortunately, the tables were dirty from the previous guest and the bench also had to be checked. Otherwise you have messed up your garment. Extremely long waiting time in Mc Drive

The food was good and warm, the lobby was tidy and clean, the staff was very friendly.

I can't even say what the food tasted like because it was the wrong burger and it was cold, even though it was only a 3 minute walk home. Everything ended up in the trash. Next time Burger King again

Real juice shop. Stood at the counter in the drive-in for 20 minutes. The line of cars including me then backs out of the drive in. That's not normal!!! Sunday 09/22/24/ 1:30 p.m

The food was fresh and delicious. In less than 5 minutes the menu was brought to our table. The service was friendly. Tables and seats were clean. Gladly again 😊

Just McDonald’s. There wasn't much going on but we had to wait quite a long time for the food. The cleanliness of the toilet was disgusting. Of course the employees can't do anything about the human pigs who mess up the toilets there, but the other dirt also suggested that the cleaning intervals were quite long. Hope the kitchen is tidier…

Unfriendly and incompetent staff. If you complain, the headsets will be gossiped about and the burgers will simply be slapped together carelessly. Hot snacks are taken from the warming cabinet in the presence of the customers and re-labelled. Tip to management, look at who you are hiring.

On the "transit" as a small provision on the way. One of the few alternatives, especially in the middle of the night. Fast, uncomplicated and there are no surprises in terms of taste. You know what you're getting.

Just went to McDonald's on the web yesterday, it was a horror. I even had the money given back to me. Then as usual to the b9, just great as I'm used to there. The ladies are very friendly, personable, accommodating. My daughter spilled a fanta, I wanted to clean it up, they sent me someone, the gentleman was extremely nice and even talked to me. So hats off to these people when I see what kind of work they have and have to listen to it and put on a smile, you have my respect. But on the web, they can take an example, it's really a dirty shop.

The surprise menus that you have to expect when you drive through McDrive and then, without first looking in the bag, you don't find what you ordered at home are always an experience. Things get really wild when there are things you don't like. When you order a glass at mc Cafe and this is what you get. This is not what I paid for. Should be an iced shake choc.

One of the cleanest, if not THE cleanest, fast food restaurant I have visited in my life. There was not even a hint of dirt on the floor or on the tables; one of the employees was constantly bustling around with either a dustpan or a wiping cloth. The staff was almost incredibly friendly, I was even greeted with a “thank you” when I put my tray away. The food was so hot that I almost burned my tongue ;-)

Standard food in the standard resturant... But the staff should think about friendliness And wait 20 minutes until my food is ready?????? 7ch doesn't call everything FAST FOOD

Service is zero here, only throughput counts. Missing supplement could be pointed out. Subterranean in taste

29 euros for food for 2 kids!!! What a sour one

I had to wait an extremely long time at the drive-thru because a family placed a huge order and then ate it in their car in the parking lot. There was only the patty on the burger, no salad like in the photo. The taste left something to be desired. If you want to eat healthy, varied and inexpensive, it might be better to cook yourself. On the next bike ride I'll pack an apple and a banana.

Neuer Post: Hab mal nach längerem wieder was bestellt, natürlich haben die Nuggets sowie die große Pommes gefehlt. Das selbe Problem bei einer Freundin, alle bestellt und es fehlt wieder ein Burger und ein Wrap. Kapier das einfach nicht. Es war kaum was los und es klappt trotzdem nicht. Sehr ärgerlich, denn bei den Preisen erwartet man auch was. Alter Post vor 3 Jahren: Ich bin so enttäuscht. Ich kanns verstehen wenn man einen schlechten Tag hat, aber dieser unfreundliche Umgang mit Kunden ist nich schön, genau so wie, dass ich in meinem Chickenburger einfach mal ein schwarzes Barthaar hatte. An der Hygiene sollte dezent gearbeitet werden..

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super sauber. Nur der Burger ist vergleichbar mit einem vorgefertigten Burger aus den Kühltheken der Handelshäuser, für die Microwelle.

In den achtzigern war ein BigMac noch ein BIGMac. Heute ein echter Betrug.

Ist halt ein Megges. Essen wie üblich. Was positiv war die „Bedienung“ war extrem auf zack. Da wirklich extrem viele Leute den McDonalds fast schon gestürmt hatten, hatte das Personal alles im Griff und wir mussten nicht lange auf das essen warten.

Es wurde eine Apfeltasche vergessen und beim Nachfragen war die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich und frech.

Wunderbar, es war alles top. V.a. Die pommes Burger usw waren noch heiss. So wie es sein soll. Weiter so...
