Just McDonald’s. There wasn't much going on but we had to wait quite a long time for the food. The cleanliness of the toilet was disgusting. Of course the employees can't do anything about the human pigs who mess up the toilets there, but the other dirt also suggested that the cleaning intervals were quite long. Hope the kitchen is tidier…

Unfriendly and incompetent staff. If you complain, the headsets will be gossiped about and the burgers will simply be slapped together carelessly. Hot snacks are taken from the warming cabinet in the presence of the customers and re-labelled. Tip to management, look at who you are hiring.

Food is OK. The McDrive in for the order is very damaged. At first I thought it wouldn't work, but OK, I paid with a debit card and didn't get an invoice this time either. Close the window immediately after handing it out, thought the receipt was in the bag but no 🫤

On the "transit" as a small provision on the way. One of the few alternatives, especially in the middle of the night. Fast, uncomplicated and there are no surprises in terms of taste. You know what you're getting.

Just went to McDonald's on the web yesterday, it was a horror. I even had the money given back to me. Then as usual to the b9, just great as I'm used to there. The ladies are very friendly, personable, accommodating. My daughter spilled a fanta, I wanted to clean it up, they sent me someone, the gentleman was extremely nice and even talked to me. So hats off to these people when I see what kind of work they have and have to listen to it and put on a smile, you have my respect. But on the web, they can take an example, it's really a dirty shop.

Food delivered to the wrong person despite the number, no towels and then there was a long hair in the fries (I'm a man) but the cola was good

The surprise menus that you have to expect when you drive through McDrive and then, without first looking in the bag, you don't find what you ordered at home are always an experience. When you order a glass at mc Cafe and this is what you get. This is not what I paid for. Should be an iced shake choc.

One of the cleanest, if not THE cleanest, fast food restaurant I have visited in my life. There was not even a hint of dirt on the floor or on the tables; one of the employees was constantly bustling around with either a dustpan or a wiping cloth. The staff was almost incredibly friendly, I was even greeted with a “thank you” when I put my tray away. The food was so hot that I almost burned my tongue ;-)

Standard food in the standard resturant... But the staff should think about friendliness And wait 20 minutes until my food is ready?????? 7ch doesn't call everything FAST FOOD

Service is zero here, only throughput counts. Missing supplement could be pointed out. Subterranean in taste

29 euros for food for 2 kids!!! What a sour one

I had to wait an extremely long time at the drive-thru because a family placed a huge order and then ate it in their car in the parking lot. There was only the patty on the burger, no salad like in the photo. The taste left something to be desired. If you want to eat healthy, varied and inexpensive, it might be better to cook yourself. On the next bike ride I'll pack an apple and a banana.

Unfortunately the McCafe was dismantled, hence only 4 stars

I made a large order worth 20 euros and got a free cheeseburger just for myself with the extra points and it was forgotten - it was the blonde girl

Neuer Post: Hab mal nach längerem wieder was bestellt, natürlich haben die Nuggets sowie die große Pommes gefehlt. Das selbe Problem bei einer Freundin, alle bestellt und es fehlt wieder ein Burger und ein Wrap. Kapier das einfach nicht. Es war kaum was los und es klappt trotzdem nicht. Sehr ärgerlich, denn bei den Preisen erwartet man auch was. Alter Post vor 3 Jahren: Ich bin so enttäuscht. Ich kanns verstehen wenn man einen schlechten Tag hat, aber dieser unfreundliche Umgang mit Kunden ist nich schön, genau so wie, dass ich in meinem Chickenburger einfach mal ein schwarzes Barthaar hatte. An der Hygiene sollte dezent gearbeitet werden..

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super sauber. Nur der Burger ist vergleichbar mit einem vorgefertigten Burger aus den Kühltheken der Handelshäuser, für die Microwelle.

In den achtzigern war ein BigMac noch ein BIGMac. Heute ein echter Betrug.

Ist halt ein Megges. Essen wie üblich. Was positiv war die „Bedienung“ war extrem auf zack. Da wirklich extrem viele Leute den McDonalds fast schon gestürmt hatten, hatte das Personal alles im Griff und wir mussten nicht lange auf das essen warten.

Es wurde eine Apfeltasche vergessen und beim Nachfragen war die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich und frech.

Wunderbar, es war alles top. V.a. Die pommes Burger usw waren noch heiss. So wie es sein soll. Weiter so...

Wir waren kurz nach 21:00 Uhr dort um haben drinnen gegessen. Obwohl fast nichts los war, konnte man nur an den Automaten bestellen und die Tische waren dreckig. Als wir unsere Essen hatten und gegessen haben sind neben uns die Tische sauber gemacht worden und die Stühle wurden hoch gestellt. Also Wohlfühlfaktor gleich 0.

Die Filiale wirkt sauber, ein heller Gastraum lädt zum vor Ort essen ein. Wir haben unsere Bestellung am Terminal aufgegeben, die Handhabung und der Bestell Prozess sind gut erklärt. Man bekommt eine Nummer und kann dann an einem Bildschirm sehen, wie weit die eigene Bestellung ist und wann sie abholbereit ist. Wir haben den neuen Big Mäc probiert, er hat ganz gut geschmeckt und eine mittlere Portion Pommes dazu gegessen.

Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Baumarkt: Netter MC Donalds mit Garten zum Draußensitzen. Das nehmen wir gerne war und suchen uns einen Platz. Das Essen war der Klassiker: Burger Menü. Alles in Ordnung, das Restaurant war gut besucht. Die Qualität wie ich es von einem Burger erwarte. Wir bekamen sogar noch 2 Gläser geschenkt die uns ein Mitarbeiter extra brachte, da wir sie vergessen hatten 😀. Sehr nett!

Nettes personal Sauber Heißes essen Toiletten könnten sauberer sein, kein klopapier

Habe nur die Ladestation auf dem Gelände benutzt, diese funktionierte ohne Probleme.

Seit Jahren die besten Pommes gegessen. Das komplette Essen war ganz frisch zubereitet und wurde heiß an den Tisch gebracht

Wie überall , lauwarmes Essen und mittlerweile zu teuer.

Jedes mal wenn wir dort sind un bestellen geht das eigentlich alles sehr schnell und wir müssen nicht so lange warten. Für zwischendurch auf jeden Fall klasse. :)

Wir waren seit Ewigkeiten mal wieder hier. Man kann sich sein Essen Problemlos bestellen am Terminal. Qualität ist wie schon lange bekannt gut. Pommes waren sehr gut. Alles ok.

War dort Kaffee trinken. Es gibt verschiedene Variationen vom Kaffee, sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war zum Teil kalt .Das Personal zum teil sichtlich überfordert und einige haben keine Ahnung wie die bestell ab funktioniert und manche verstehen nicht wirklich richtig deutsch. Es war laut die Tische sind nicht sauber gewesen und einige Kinder sind wie wild innen herum getobt. Im Web ist es besser.
