BURGER KING in Worms

Zweimal war unsere Bestellung unvollständig. Das Personal ist desinteressiert und das Essen ist von mittelmäßiger Qualität.

Ich war soeben im Drive in und habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben, das Essen ist nach 20 min Wartezeit kalt fast und zuhause angekommen, fehlen einfach 9er Onion Rings, 9er Nuggets und Chili-cheese-Fries, also sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! So eine Unverschämtheit, dann nichtmal ans Telefon gehen. Das war mein letzter Besuch dort! / Nachtrag nach 10 min, das Salatstück auf einem Burger war so dick wie der Burger an sich, die Cola und die Sprite hat echt eklig geschmeckt, fast kein Geschmack und keine Kohlensäure. Pommes schmecken auch nicht gut.

Falsche Bestellung bekommen. Schade

20min vor Ladenschluss in den Drive In gefahren und es kam bis zum offiziellen Ladenschluss keiner mehr an den Hörer.

Bei den heissen Temperaturen null klimatisiert. Beim Essen läuft einem der Schweiß runter. Ich konnte danach wenigstens wieder gehen.Für die armen Angestellten ist das eine absolute Zumutung.

Sehr lange Wartezeiten und bei dieser Hitze keine Klimaanlage. Eine Tragödie.

Wir waren die einzigen im Restaurant und trotzdem hat das unqualifizierte Personal 25 Minuten gebraucht um unsere Bestellung fertig zu machen. Super lahm !

Katastrophale Wartezeiten. Mitarbeiter sind sehr langsam

Was für ein Loch. Draußen waren es über 35 Grad und ich wollte mir im BK mich etwas abkühlen und 1-2 Burger snacken. Schon im Foyer läuft man gegen ein 45 Grad heiße Wand aus stehender Luft. Drinnen sind es dann nur ca 35 Grad dafür sind alle Türen schön offen damit die Hitze auch rein kann. Wie sich die Speisen beid den unerträglichen Temperaturen halten will ich gar nicht wissen. NIE WIEDER

Man hat richtig gemerkt, wie schlecht die Stimmung wegen ihr im Laden war. Mitarbeiter wirkten eingeschüchtert und Kunden wurden behandelt, als wären sie störend. So jemand sollte keine Verantwortung über andere Menschen haben. Wegen dieser Erfahrung werde ich diesen Burger King definitiv meiden und kann ihn leider niemandem empfehlen Sie ist die leitende manegerin ist laut gewesen und sehr unfreundlich sehr schade Worms B9

Es dauert im Drive In immer ewig, auch wenn weder dort noch im Restaurant nichts los ist

Es wurde ein Update der Bestellautomaten vorgenommen, danach ging gar nichts mehr. Die Systeme haben sich aufgehängt, die Bestellung war eingefroren. Man musste am Tresen bestellen, natürlich ohne dass die Bonuspunkte übernommen wurden. Auch wurde das Maximenu verrechnet, auch wenn man es NICHT bestellt hatte. Eine Reklamation blieb erfolglos. Das System würde es so machen, man könnte da nichts tun. Es geht mir nicht um die 50 Cent, die Methode ist aber zumindest „ungewöhnlich“. So gewinnt man kurzfristig 50 Cent, verliert aber dauerhaft Kunden.

Whopper war ungenießbar. War schon nach einer Minute fertig, das hätte ein Warnsignal sein sollen. Patty war nicht knusprig, wie sooft beworben, sondern wabbelig. Auch Ketschup schmeckt nicht so hochwertig wie bei McD.

Es hat gut geschmeckt und da gibt es Getränke Automat, es ist fast überall abgeschafft, wir haben uns darüber gefreut. Es könnte etwas schneller sein, es war etwas langsam

Essen... naja also Milchshake Katastrophe, das trinken schmeckt auch nicht leider... war recht enttäuscht wollten mal Burgerking ausprobieren naja, mein partner hatte auch burger pommes und nuggets wahr wohl leider auch nicht so berauschend. Die Mitarbeiter ziehen auch eine miene... traurig.

Ich war vorhin im Drive und hatte ein BigKingXXL bestellt. Zu Hause ausgepackt, zweimal kräftig reingebissen und dann sehe ich das das Brot schon schimmelig war. Lebensmittelkontrolleur wird jedenfalls informiert. Ich werde da nicht mehr essen gehen!!

Bester Burger im Umkreis. Da sehen die Burger auch aus wie auf den Bildern. Dauert etwas länger aber lohnt sich. Seht netter Service...

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Haben an den Geräten etwas bestellt was falsch bestellt wurde und den richtigen Burger dann nochmal nachbestellt. Man kam uns überhaupt nicht entgegen obwohl wir es direkt an der Kasse angesprochen hatten dass uns dieser Fehler unterlaufen ist.. war unser letztes Besuch dort !!

Ich war neulich am Drive-In und es lief alles super, Essen für Zuhause mitgenommen. Das Essen war lecker und frisch – meiner Frau hat es gut geschmeckt und unsere Tochter fand es auch sehr gut. ​Besonders positiv war der Mitarbeiter am Schalter. Ich hatte ein paar Coupons und Gutscheine dabei, die nicht ganz perfekt zu meiner Bestellung passten. Er war sehr freundlich und hat mir dabei geholfen, die Sachen so zu kombinieren, dass es am Ende ein vernünftiges Angebot ergab. ​War eine ordentliche Erfahrung, das Essen war gut und die Hilfe mit den Rabatten top. Kann man machen!

Sauber, ordentlich, schnell. So sollte es bei BK immer sein.

Das Essen ist gut. Die Atmosphäre ist okay, es ist ein Rastplatz für LKW-Fahrer und daher etwas laut. Insgesamt ist es aber ein guter Ort für Essen zum Mitnehmen.

Das sind ganz kluge Menschen. Scannen deinen Code nicht richtig ein, tun so als ob und du bekommst keine Punkte! Wahrscheinlich haben sie auch einen Vorteil dadurch. Habe es erst später bemerkt.

Alles Tip Top. Das beste in dieser Filiale ist, dass man hier so oft das Getränk auffüllen kann wie man möchte. Das Personal ist freundlich. Gerne wieder

Es ist halt Burger King, es ist nicht wirklich so gut... aber abends, wenn man spät Feierabend hat, ist es eine gute Alternative.

Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen und für einen kleinen Snack 😉. Saubere Sanitäranlagen und Dusche. Es hat sich sehr verändert.

After a long time, we went back to Burger King in Worms. There were three of us, and we ordered four meals and five small burgers to go, including the Christmas Whopper. At home, after about a 20-minute drive, we realized that the Christmas Whopper was missing. Mistakes can happen, but with normal service and only three other customers in the restaurant, something like this shouldn't occur. A quick check would be really helpful, especially with larger orders. We actually wanted to give the place another chance after our long break, but that's off the table for now. At least the Christmas ornaments were wrapped. I guess I'll eat those now.

The floor was wet because something had spilled. It took a good 30 minutes for someone to mop it up, even though the place was empty. The staff were arguing loudly in some foreign language in the back. No one was at the counter. The food was served incorrectly. Awful.

A lot has changed in recent years. I worked here 20 years ago. Back then, the atmosphere was very basic. Now it's cozy, the food tastes fresh, and the service is excellent. So, a huge compliment to the manager.

Blatant rip-off and utter incompetence I'm stunned. It's happened three times in a row now: every time we order from this Burger King via Uber Eats, part of the food is missing. You pay for the full meal and only get half. This isn't a streak of bad luck, it's a system. You get blatantly ripped off here and end up paying for nothing. This clearly shows that the employees are either completely overwhelmed or simply incompetent. It's an insult to every customer and to anyone who takes their job seriously. You can expect a modicum of common sense and care from a fast-food restaurant, but even that's clearly too much to ask here. Anyone who orders here might as well throw their money out the window. Absolutely not recommended.

An absolute disgrace! We had to wait 30 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The fries were completely soggy, like cardboard. The icing on the cake: The so-called "boss" behind the counter placed the chili cheese nuggets in the fryer with his bare fingers. This is not only unprofessional, but simply disgusting and unhygienic. When we tried to cancel, we were told it wasn't possible, and so we had to wait another 20 minutes until we got our money back. Unbelievable! This place urgently needs a hygiene inspection and should urgently hire staff who are genuinely passionate about their work and who follow basic hygiene rules. For us, definitely: Never again Burger King at this location!

Great! My visit to Burger King was an all-around positive experience. My order was taken quickly, and the wait time was pleasantly short. The Whopper was perfectly prepared, the meat juicy, and the flame-grilled flavor was clearly noticeable. The fries were also fresh and crispy. I particularly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who always had a smile on their faces despite the busyness. The restaurant itself was very clean and tidy, which made the dining experience even more pleasant. All in all, I highly recommend this branch and will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area. Very slow, and you get the feeling that the employees don't really want to do their job; I'd almost say they hate it.

The staff were super nice, unfortunately we had to wait half an hour for the food but we were very well compensated and the children were really happy.

Well, I'm appalled at how much has changed here. Customers have to complete the entire ordering process themselves and even get their own drinks from a syrup dispenser. And all at a price that seems exorbitant to me. The food tasted simply awful. The quantity was really very small. Personally, I won't have a hard time avoiding a restaurant like this in the future.

Always check your order at the drive-thru! I don't know how often the customer is cheated unconsciously or consciously. It seems like every third order a burger is forgotten. It's a real shame that you can't manage to pack a bag properly...

The neighboring family also had hair in their food and raw burgers. After asking several times and getting a little louder, we finally got our money back after the third request. This was the most disgusting and worst fast food ever. The burger paper dissolved during the meal. The burger was greasy. I had to use the Aral gas station toilet for 70 cents just to wash my hands after eating. The entire atmosphere is old, unmodern and not pleasant. The location was Worms industrial area. PS: A week later I was at the McD in Gründau-Lieblos. This was the complete opposite, extremely positive in every way... food, packaging, service, cleanliness, toilets... everything.

In the summer you are well cooked yourself. No air conditioning for customers or staff, although there are vents on the ceiling for these same things, so the option is just order and go. As with any Burger King, it depends on what you order and how motivated everyone is. So the quality ranges from great to bad. So far we've only had bad luck with food once.

This is now the second time I've visited Burger King in Worms and I feel like the staff here do what they want. I once worked at Burger King myself, and back then there were clear guidelines about how the business should run. When I entered the store I was briefly confused as to whether I was in India, Germany or perhaps Turkey - loud Indian music was blaring from the speakers. An employee shouted: "The fries are black and not gold!", and less than two minutes later he was heard shouting again: "Hakan, are you looking at the kitchen!" It seems as if it's not just the grammar that leaves something to be desired, but... also the general organization. Despite everything, I have to say that the employees adhered to the specified times and still got their work done. Nevertheless, the chaotic process leaves a bad aftertaste and does not meet the standard that I am used to from Burger King.

Fast food? Too slow even for slow food. 5 minutes to place an order in the DriveIn alone. Or before anyone even gets in touch. Fries not even warm and totally burnt. Drive somewhere else
