Als ich am Bahnhof auf meinen Zug gewartet habe wolte ich mir ein Parr Burger 🍔 für zwischendurch kaufen allerdings haben die Burger nicht nur schlecht geschmeckt sondern waren auch noch kalt dazu kommt dass das Team für 2 Burger 20 min gebraucht hat!!!

Zum Essen bin ich gar nicht erst gekommen.ich wollte wissen was ein King Menü ist und ob es eine Speisekarte gibt.aber die indischen Mitarbeiter völlig inkompetent und unfreundlich.waren total genervt und haben irgendwas in hastiger Art Gebabbel,ich hab nix verstanden.als ich sagte ich gehe sagte einer gut so Ich komme aus lampertheim und jeder weiß das die Wormser nicht normal sind,mein vadder kommt aus osthofen!Aber das die Wormser sich von Indern die Gäste verjagen lassen,armselig

Am Burger King am Bahnhof hat sich wirklich einiges verbessert. Früher war ich ehrlich gesagt nicht so zufrieden mit dem Personal, aber seit 2025 ist das komplett anders. Der Laden ist deutlich sauberer, das Team ist freundlich und man fühlt sich wieder wohl. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, wie schnell die Zubereitung geht – man muss nicht lange warten. Insgesamt eine klare Verbesserung 👍 absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Essen war kalt und hat geschmeckt, als wäre es schon länger vorbereitet oder wieder aufgewärmt worden. Noch schlimmer war jedoch die Hygiene: Mitarbeiter fassen verschiedene Dinge an und bereiten danach direkt das Essen zu, ohne auf ausreichende Hygiene zu achten. Das wirkt sehr unprofessionell und unangenehm für die Kunden. Für mich war das leider ein sehr negativer Besuch

Nach einem Faszinierenden Ausflug mit meiner kleine Tochter dachten wir uns, dass wir zum Ausgleich zum BurgerKing gehen könnten. 🍔 Aber diese gelbe Sauce die war echt fragwürdig Sauer, meiner Meinung nach sollte sie eher deftig nach Käse schmecken. Daraufhin freuten wir uns sogar noch auf ein Spielzeug von Spongebob welches im Kindermeal erhalten sein sollte!!! Davon wollten wir den Main Character Spongebob erhalten, jedoch bekamen wir einen HUND! Meine Tochter war so sauer und Traurig zugleich, diese Enttäuschung in Ihrem Gesicht tat mir so weh… 💔

Today I visited this shop hoping for a delicious meal. Instead, I was disappointed. I ordered the Naruto meal with ice cubes and Naruto. Instead, I got a warm Coke without ice cubes, dry fries, and this Scooby-Doo. You're right, Osman, that you let us go first.

They have internet problems, but when certain employees are off shift, the atmosphere is actually quite nice.

They work very slowly and I have been waiting for an order for 45 minutes.

I bought a meal to get Naruto figures. I paid, but they didn't tell me they were out of stock. Instead, after the meal was cooked, I received toys I didn't need at all. The burgers weren't cooked according to instructions. At another Burger King location, everything was great. Here, the preparation takes a long time, the food doesn't taste good, and I didn't get what I bought the meal for in the first place.

Delicious food but the ordering takes too long for a Burger King that meets in a train station and they don't have the full menu like milkshakes and a few other things.

Extremely slow, took literally 20 minutes to prepare one burger, even with the place empty. The food is good and the place is relatively clean, they have free bathroom. But again, the wait time is unreasonable…

You can't eat there, the whole place smells like a toilet, and the kitchen staff can't get a single order out without making mistakes. Never again...

We ordered and then stood there waiting for a long time; the whole place smelled of pee. When the food was finally ready, the hot blondie with ice was simply packed with the burgers and set to the side so that everything could drain out. The burgers were just thrown together, too dry, had too little sauce, and were cold. The chili fries were soggy and inedible just to look at. Curly fries weren't even a little crispy, and you pay €50 for them. The health department should have this place shut down; it's really unhygienic.

Large fries for €4.19 shouldn't look like this. The price-performance ratio is completely off here. Staff confirmed the size and it wasn't a mistake.

Friendly staff. Too few employees. This results in very long waiting times, which is particularly bad in a train station. Food was warm and tasted normal! As soon as you opened the door of the Burgerking in the train station, you were greeted by a strong, unpleasant smell that you normally only know from toilets at motorway parking lots. I don't know who goes to the toilet there, but in the 15 minutes we spent there it didn't get any better!

A very dirty Burger King restaurant that urgently needs general cleaning/renovation. When I visited, the walls of the toilets were dirty with feces, there were all kinds of food leftovers on the floor of the restaurant, and leftover ketchup/mayo and sauce from the last customers were still stuck to the table tops. I didn't want to know what the kitchen looked like anymore and left the restaurant as quickly as possible without eating anything!

I was there this evening with the kids and got a still Vio water and paid €3.99 for a bottle😡😡. It's cheeky and exaggerated to ask so much for a bottle. Something has to change with the prices.

Eigentlich alles okay wenn nicht immer die halbe Bestellung fehlen würde. Big King XXL und Pommes wurden vergessen. Kann man jetzt sagen okay kann ja mal passieren, aber hier ist das leider der Standard. Ansonsten wär ja auch alles okay.

Ordered a while ago and had the same problem as now. I came in the evening and ordered 6 hamburgers and 2 portions of fries. The fries aren't exactly cheap, which is okay since everything in the restaurant industry is more expensive. There wasn't even a lot going on and yet the order wasn't complete. Instead I got 6 hamburgers and 1 portion of fries. That's why I recommend everyone who eats there to check their order carefully...

Entweder ist in diesem Burger king nichts los oder es warten direkt 20 Leute auf ihr essen. Die Gäste sind oft sehr unfreundlich zu den Personal. Leider hat sich dieses Burger King optisch schon ewig nicht verändert/verbessert. Sogar sie Eingangstür ist seit Jahren noch immer nicht gut zu öffnen oder gar zu erkennen. Zumindest Tische und Böden sind sauberer als die meisten anderen Franchise-ketten. Auch das draußen essen ist angenehm. Ich kann leider trotzdem nicht mehr als 3 Sterne geben da die Wartezeit selbst bei geringer Kundschaft unangenehm sein kann, es nichts besonderes gibt (also keinerlei alleinstellungsmerkmal). Außerdem werden die Toiletten nicht für ihre eigentliche funktion benutzt, ich belasse es mal dabei. Für ein schnellen happen bevor man in den Zug steigt reicht es allerdings völlig.

Die Hitze in der die armen Mitarbeiter arbeiten müssen und Gäste aushalten müssen ist unmenschlich. CHEF SOLL IN BESSERER Klimaanlage investieren

An sich geht dass essen wenn es warm ist :) hatten schon paar mal die Erfahrung dass wir dass essen vor Ort gegessen hatten und es schon kalt ist war !! Am meisten nervt es echt wenn man dort einen shake möchte und ich jedes Mal gesagt bekomme die Maschine ist kaputt !! Und wenn ich dann mal einen shake bekomme und sage ich möchte Erdbeere und dann feststellen muss dass ich Schoko oder Vanille bekomme …. Obwohl auf dem Bon sogar Erdbeere steht 😂😂 also sorry nie wieder
