A very dirty Burger King restaurant that urgently needs general cleaning/renovation. When I visited, the walls of the toilets were dirty with feces, there were all kinds of food leftovers on the floor of the restaurant, and leftover ketchup/mayo and sauce from the last customers were still stuck to the table tops. I didn't want to know what the kitchen looked like anymore and left the restaurant as quickly as possible without eating anything!

I was there this evening with the kids and got a still Vio water and paid €3.99 for a bottle😡😡. It's cheeky and exaggerated to ask so much for a bottle. Something has to change with the prices.

Waited about 15 minutes for a burger. The last 5 minutes were already there because the employee preferred to chat. Train missed. Food not really good and cold

The entire station ambience is pretty bleak. At Burgerking itself the waiting times are clearly too long for 5 people in the store. Eigentlich alles okay wenn nicht immer die halbe Bestellung fehlen würde. Big King XXL und Pommes wurden vergessen. Kann man jetzt sagen okay kann ja mal passieren, aber hier ist das leider der Standard. Ansonsten wär ja auch alles okay.

Ordered a while ago and had the same problem as now. I came in the evening and ordered 6 hamburgers and 2 portions of fries. The fries aren't exactly cheap, which is okay since everything in the restaurant industry is more expensive. There wasn't even a lot going on and yet the order wasn't complete. Instead I got 6 hamburgers and 1 portion of fries. That's why I recommend everyone who eats there to check their order carefully...

Waited 25 minutes. Was forgotten! Then got takeaway food and wanted to eat on site. Paid sauce was forgotten. All tables dirty. Staff didn't even apologize.

Yasmine war eine richtig nette ich schwöre als sie mir die Burger gebracht hat einfach verliebt

Essen war okey milschsahke war nicht so gut aber die mit Arbeiter sind sehr lustig drauf das macht plus Punkt essen geht so aber an sonsten sehr gute Menschen

Entweder ist in diesem Burger king nichts los oder es warten direkt 20 Leute auf ihr essen. Die Gäste sind oft sehr unfreundlich zu den Personal. Leider hat sich dieses Burger King optisch schon ewig nicht verändert/verbessert. Sogar sie Eingangstür ist seit Jahren noch immer nicht gut zu öffnen oder gar zu erkennen. Zumindest Tische und Böden sind sauberer als die meisten anderen Franchise-ketten. Auch das draußen essen ist angenehm. Ich kann leider trotzdem nicht mehr als 3 Sterne geben da die Wartezeit selbst bei geringer Kundschaft unangenehm sein kann, es nichts besonderes gibt (also keinerlei alleinstellungsmerkmal). Außerdem werden die Toiletten nicht für ihre eigentliche funktion benutzt, ich belasse es mal dabei. Für ein schnellen happen bevor man in den Zug steigt reicht es allerdings völlig.

Die Hitze in der die armen Mitarbeiter arbeiten müssen und Gäste aushalten müssen ist unmenschlich. CHEF SOLL IN BESSERER Klimaanlage investieren

An sich geht dass essen wenn es warm ist :) hatten schon paar mal die Erfahrung dass wir dass essen vor Ort gegessen hatten und es schon kalt ist war !! Am meisten nervt es echt wenn man dort einen shake möchte und ich jedes Mal gesagt bekomme die Maschine ist kaputt !! Und wenn ich dann mal einen shake bekomme und sage ich möchte Erdbeere und dann feststellen muss dass ich Schoko oder Vanille bekomme …. Obwohl auf dem Bon sogar Erdbeere steht 😂😂 also sorry nie wieder

Ein etwas herunter gekommen dieser Burger King aber was will man von einem Bahnhof Restaurant erwarten.

Unfreundliches Personal wie es sonst nirgends gibt, wenn man was bestellt muss man teilweis bis zu 10min warten weil die netten Herrschaften erst noch ein Schwätzchen halten, dann wrd einem. Gesagt das die Eismaschine kaputt ist und heute kein Eis verkauft wird komischerweise kommt aber eine bekannte von mir 20 min später mit einem Eis von genau diesem Fast Food Geschäft zu einem. Da kommt man sich echt verarscht vor.

Der Mitarbeiter, der an der Kasse arbeitet. (Orientalisch Aussehend) Er ist sehr unhöflich, aggressiv reagierend, ich dachte er wird mich eins aufm Gesicht geben! Nicht nur mit Kunden, sondern auch mit den restlichen Mitarbeitern. Laut war er sehr! … Leider hat er kein Namenschild

Die kleine Filiale befindet sich im Wormser Hauptbahnhof und gehört nicht zu den schönsten Filialen. Es gibt bspw. noch keine Bestellterminals. Dafür werden auch hier alle vegetarischen Plant-based-Alternativen angeboten. Sobald etwas mehr los, sollte man Wartezeit mitbringen.

Die beste Bürger gibt es in Worms beim Burger King. Ich esse seit 2 Jahren beim Burger King am Bahnhof. Kann ich alle in Deutschland empfangen in Worms zu essen beim Burger King Worms Bahnhof..

Decent, relatively clean place at a convenient location. Service was a bit slow. Despite the Whopper burger being freshly made, it did taste stale and was not juicy at all. There is an outside seating area facing the square and road in front of the station, therefore something to watch while eating there. Visited in August 2022, paid by card.

Solitamente vengo qui quando sono di fretta per il lavoro, ho preso due patatine e me ne ritrovo una! Ho preso due maionese e non ne ho nessuna,ho preso due panini vegetariani e mi avete dato i panini con la carne???? Avrei potuto comprendere se ci fosse stata molta gente, ma non c' era nessuno!!!!! Quindi non c' era motivo per sbagliare un ordine!! Dovevo controllare prima di andarmene! 🤬

Das essen dort schmeckt wirklich gut, nochmals danke an die Dame mit blonden haaren für diese nette Bedienung und gute Arbeit vom essen. Kann ich ehrlich nur weiter empfehlen.

Mega, hat sich echt ins positive verbessert

Naja normalerweise war ich immer zufrieden. Die Männlichen Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich & es wurde nie essen vergessen einzupacken etc. aber die Dame mit den dunklen Haaren die dort arbeitet ist wirklich richtig unfreundlich und aus diesem Grund werde ich dort nicht mehr hingehen. Sie grüßt einen nicht, man hält die Hand auf damit sie das Kleingeld dort reinlegen kann & sie legt es einfach genau UNTER die Hand, das essen wird auch einfach in der Tüte auf die Theke geworfen & ein tschüss kommt hinterher.

Super freundliches Team das seine Kunden vorbildlich und nett bedient, egal unter welchem Stress. Heute war es leider nicht das erste mal das die Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Bahn, das Personal des Burger Kings in Worms am hbf, zu unrecht angegangen haben und das mit einer Wortwahl die leider alles andere als Kunden freundlich ist. Wir verstehen alle den täglichen Stress dem wir ausgesetzt sind, jedoch ist das persönliche Zeitmanagement das wichtigste hierbei. Niemand hat schuld daran außer man selbst. Also liebes Personal des Burger Kings in Worms am HBF, ihr macht alle einen tollen Job! Lasst euch nicht von solchen „Kunden“(Personal der DB) klein kriegen! Macht weiter so 👏🏼

Sehr ungesundes Essen.Ich gehe da nur hin wenn es mal nicht anders geht.Aber jetzt nach Umbau ist der Aufenthalt da ganz angenehm.Nur das Nach dem was ich weis werden dort Pommes in Palmoel oder Palmfett zubereitet. Es ist hinreichend bekannt wie schädlich das ist. Der Schaden an der Natur durch den Anbau kommt noch dazu. Die Preise sind weit überzogen.

Mach einen normalen Eindruck das Personal geht so. Man muss doch recht lange warten. Und die haben keine richtige Übersicht was wer bestellt hat. Man wird 5 mal angesprochen ob nicht bestellen möchte. Obwohl man schon bestellt hat.
