Very rude and just wanted to redeem a voucher and didn't know how and she became rude and would never come back

The parking lot is full at 6 p.m. There is room for about 15 trucks. Price €8 and coffee from the petrol station.

It's terrible!!! I have never experienced ruder service at a gas station! Another attempt to buy cigarettes at that gas station became stressful for me! This is the third time I have encountered the same night cashier. She's not very friendly. Hamit. This creates a problem and thereby provokes a scandal. This time the problem turned out to be that I went to the checkout and asked for a pack of cigarettes at a distance of one meter from the checkout on the right. The cashier then simply replied that I should place my order where it was. As I approached her, I spoke my command again. But I asked what difference it made where I placed this order. The cashier continued the conversation very rudely. I asked for a complaint book so I could write a complaint. I was rejected. I asked if there was a manager or boss on site? The cashier told me she was the boss. The cashier didn't have a name tag. I asked her her name. To leave a review. She replied that her name was Aral. She finally told me to leave and said she wouldn't sell me anything!!!! Afterwards I had to ask my son to buy cigarettes. After the purchase, the cashier didn't ask him if he needed a receipt? The cashier threw it in the trash. When my son asked for a check. She looked for him in the trash. And she left it crumpled and dirty!!! I hope the manager of this particular gas station will take action against this particular cash register!!!!

I'm putting one star because you can't put less, the girl at the cash register is not at all polite, speaks very badly and sends you away! Ashamed ! I don't recommend! I went there this Wednesday 06/11

Friendly staff, toilet, shower, parking lot - everything was just great!!! I advise !!!

Unfortunately the complaint about the toilets was of no use, there was no soap and toilet paper and then you still had to pay 70ct

I was at this gas station today. There is both hot and cold water in the shower. The toilet is also ok. The woman at the checkout is very friendly.😊

Almost every gas station of Aral, the AdBlue pumps does not working. 😂 You are very greedy people.

Once and never again when it comes to toilets. Everything full of feces and urine. The toilet lid, floor and walls are all full of leftovers 🤮 There were three of us there and so we have €2.10 for going to the toilet... voucher which is no longer a voucher, but according to the employee it says voucher on the voucher redeem when purchasing (not)... Told the employee that you could clean the toilets again if you had to pay for it... His statement was that he was alone and didn't have time for that. Then the toilet is free or the voucher is worth at least 50 cents again. Then you have to accept that it is not clean. If there is a next time, I'd rather go behind the bushes than use the toilet there again.

The cashier is very rude, the toilet was closed, everything is sad to say the least!

Rude customer service, especially girl in the glasses, if you don't like the job find another one, where you don't have to talk to people :)))

The cost of parking is 8 💶 no bonuses payment or CASH or VIZA one good plus is that the Kaumflan store is nearby. Toilet 0.70 cents per shower was not recognized in the morning there was no paper in the toilet

Tankstellevhalt, nichts besonderes

Die Toiletten sind komplett zu mit kot und dafür noch 70cent verlangen…. Für soetwas sollte man kein Geld verlangen !!!

Dușul e curat dar depinde cine a fost înainte și cum a lăsat curat după el, dușul costa 3 euro, la început apa vine puțin rece și după 3 minute vine caldă, parcarea pe 24h costa 8 euro

Всегда нет мест. Душ не работает. Единственный плюс рядом кауфланд.

Думал встать на стоянку, но из-за подобных места не нашел.

Є невеликий Паркінг (7,5 євро) для LKW туалет на АЗС платний. 200 метрів супермаркет Кауфланд. Тихо,спокійно.

Aral in Worms, sehr zentral, daneben Burger King, schräg gegenüber der Kreuzung der bekannteste Puff Venuspalast neben dem Dom ein Wahrzeichen von der Nibelungenstadt Worms

Ein Stern für die nette Bedienung Ein Stern weil Kaufland neben an ist Ansonsten 4.50 € fürs Duschen , 9 € Parken (2,50 Gutschein den man fürs duschen nutzen kann + Kaffee) Moderne Wegelagerei

Parking ok ale płatny i to już nie ok. Płatne toalety więc nic za darmo.

Parking dla dużych płatny 8€ za dobę, ale macie w tym 1 kawę i 1 prysznic. Moim zdaniem ok nie jest najgorzej i w weekend nawet cicho 😁

Tanken, ab und zu ein Schokoriegel oder ein Red Bull! Es ist eine 24h-Tankstelle! 1 Punktabzug wg de Toiletten. Sind aber noch ertragbar (Tankstellen-Toiletten werden auch vom benachbarten BurgerKing"Restaurant" mit genutzt). An die 1-Stern-Vergeber: Leute wollt ihr dort einziehen? Es ist in erster Linie eine Tankstelle! Und: eine Tasse Kaffee für 6 €? Dort? Nein! Und wenn das wahr sein sollte: Was ist mit Euch den verkehrt gelaufen? Umtausch/Reklamation = Fremdwort? Dort sind normale "Tankstellen-Preise!" Auch für Kaffee :) Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit: immer deutsch und verständlich sprechendes Personal, freundlich! Nachts dort übrigens nur Notschalter! (Café/Bistro-Bereich nicht erreichbar, Kaffee/Bretzel-ToGo aber möglich)

Simpatia dos funcionários, mas com poucas opções de pequeno almoço, almoço ou lanche. Muito básico para cobrar 8,00€ de utilizar o parque mesmo tendo um beneficio de 7€ na Aral e cobrarem 0,50€ por utilizar o wc. Desconfortável tendo em conta que um expresso custa 2,19€.
