The slowest KFC ever, I waited for more than half an hour for my set meal, the chicken was very dry and oily😅

Very disappointing. The waiting time was extremely long. Also, the sauce was forgotten in my order. Worst of all, the chicken wings still had hair on them. Absolutely unacceptable. 🤮

I don’t know why everyone is complaining here in the reviews. I went with my family to eat at this KFC during the evening, we went around 18:30. It was clean, there was a man there who cleaned very hard! He was so busy to keep things clean. We also had a large order, it took around 20 minutes to wait. And when we got it everything was fresh! Our wings were super warm, and tasted good! The fries were also fine! And I love the fact that they don’t fill the cups full with ice, but just fill the cups with the drinks like they should be! They can learn from this KFC in The Netherlands.

It was terrible. The staff didn't feel like working and was really slow. This almost made me miss my train. Just don't go here if you don't have at least an hour to spare. You can really forget about the waiting times here... the whole store is full right now, full of people waiting. And what are just two employees doing? Literally nothing. The one person in the kitchen constantly goes to the back instead of making food, and the person at the checkout also stands around doing nothing and moves to the back every now and then. This KFC is at the main train station, which is where you need quick processing time... I waited 20 minutes there, and I even ordered online 20 minutes before arrival.. It's obvious that this KFC is grossly understaffed. But still, could the two employees who are there actually do something?

Dirty and long waiting times. I was there with another person. We ordered at the same time. My order came after 5 minutes and the other person's order is still not ready after 40 minutes. So I can only agree with the previous reviews. By the way, this is the same if you order from Lieferando here. Lieferando says that it will be delivered within 45 minutes. It was actually delivered after about 90 minutes. The food was basically okay, just a little cold.

Slowest kfc in the whole of eu west, here you can easily wait over 45 minutes, although 25-30 minute waits are not uncommon when there is little traffic, it has an estimated 1 employee and otherwise only interns in a kfc right at the train station. Juice shop, if you don't want to wait forever, you'd better drive one place further and get there quicker overall

Atmosphere is very unpleasant because it is very difficult to even breathe. Friendliness?? Not an issue at this branch. Eat? Very expensive and nothing special. Delivery service? Slowly defying the 5€ delivery fee :)

I wanted to place an order at the terminal at 10:32 p.m., then at the checkout and last but not least via the app. Everything is not possible! According to the cashier, it's too late for new orders and I should eat somewhere else. The store would close at 11 p.m.! If I could I would give 0 stars!

KFC at the HBF in SB doesn't work at all. Dirty and unfriendly staff. Waiting times longer than in other branches. No toilets available. Absolute NO-GO! There used to be a BK in the premises and they had toilets so why were these removed? KFC in Güdingen, TOP! Fast, clean, bright and big. The atmosphere and the details in the restaurant adds to the really experience of KFC and their delicious food, that any sane person craved once or twice a day peer week. A truly lovely place not to talk about the food itself. Food here tastes fresh Spicy and all the dips to they flavorful fried are so good. Come if you have the chance

In the words of one disgruntled customer: “Guys at Mecces do it faster”. I think this statement is accurate and has at least some truth. In the last hour before the store closed, you could see that the employees lacked willpower to serve. In other words: Even though there was a lot of activity, the staff wasn't interested, so it took forever for orders to be carried out and handed over. Unfortunately, cleanliness is not always guaranteed here. Two orders were placed during our visit, however there was a 30 minute time difference between the first order being released and the second.

Unbelievable, absolutely the slowest KFC or fast food restaurant I have seen in my life. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order and couldn't take it because I had to take my onward train. The employees prepared the orders calmly. Almost in slow motion. I've never experienced anything like that in a fast food restaurant. It was bad on Saturday for 20 minutes. Waiting time....thought I'd give you another chance on the way back....then she said I have to order from the machine...I saw on Friday that it works that way too. Strange and I'll never come back!!!

2021/2022 The food was like every other KFC's in Germany. But 5 Stars for the customer service, because the cashier was professional and customer oriented. Update Feb. 2024 New Management with new Cashier and understaffed. So now the Customer service is equal to minus 0, and lack of knowledge about their available products and unprofessional attitudes from the Manager.

I was there on February 8th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. and can only report positive things. My food was great, everything was clean and I felt like I was in good hands. The service in particular was super friendly and patiently explained everything to me, as I'm not really familiar with all of these menus as I usually go to "real" restaurants. Even when I wanted five additional fillet bites for my already completed order and didn't have the choice of sauce on my radar, she was patient and very friendly in helping me. When there was nothing to do at the checkout, she immediately took care of clearing tables, cleaning and so on. You noticed that everyone there took their job seriously and wanted to make the half hour you were there as pleasant as possible.

It's just KFC at the main station, what should you say or expect? There are dubious people outside and dubious people working behind the counter.

I recently placed an order through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had ordered a variety of items, including 12 Filet Bites, 6 Cheese Bites, 2 Dips, Classic Burger Veggie 1, Classic Burger Veggie 2, 2 Beilagen, and 2 Pommes Frites, totaling 32.99 euros. I ordered two burgers, which were also fresh but with extras amounting to almost three euros. Well, unfortunately there was nothing to be seen other than paying three euros for nothing, you could have blamed it on stress but it just wasn't going on at the time...

Ich liebe diesen KFC. Immer frisch gebackene, frittierte Chicken Wings und duftendes Kartoffel- und Maisbrei. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Meine Wünsche (ein paar zusätzliche Servietten) wurden immer umgehend erfüllt. Auch die Reinigung erfolgte prompt. Komme immer gerne hierher!

Der KFC liegt malerisch in der Einkaufspassage des Hauptbahnhofs von Saarbrücken. Hauptsächlich scheint es hier Hühnchen zu geben. Schwein, Rind oder Krake stehen hier nicht auf der Karte. Leider öffnet dieses Restaurant sonntags erst um 12 Uhr, so dass wir nach dem Kirchgang noch eine Weile warten mussten.

Das Essen schmeckt gut. Das Essen kommt, je nachdem wer gerade die Ausgabe macht, extrem langsam raus. Wenn man einen Anschlusszug innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichen muss, dann geht hier besser nicht essen. Ein paar Male musste ich bereits fragen, ob meine Bestellung vorgezogen werden kann.

Absolute Katastrophe. 45 Minuten Wartezeit ist eine Zumutung.

Normaler laden essen kahm sehr spät und war kalt außerdem waren wir erst nach gefühlten 3 stunden mit bestellen dran

Die Bedienung war nicht grade freundlich und man kann nur am Display bestellen, was mit der App nicht so komfortabel ist woe bei MC Donald. Essen war ok, fand ich in Anderen Filialen aber frischer. Der Bahnhof ist halt echt drecking da ist Essen jetzt nicht angenehm.

Personalkosten und damit verbunden lange Wartezeit. Für einen Bahnhof keine gute Voraussetzung.

Prima Ort, wenn man ein bisschen Zwischenzeit überbrücken muss, und sich gleichzeitig eine Essen- oder Trinkpause gönnen will. Die Bestellung ist unkompliziert und die Produkte sind gut. Die Pause hat mir gut getan.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, hier gibt es die besten Pommes. Das veg. Hähnchen schmeckt erstaunlich gut. Ich finde es praktisch, dass es ein Waschbecken gibt zum Hände waschen vor / nach dem Essen. Leider sind die Tische und Stühle nicht so sauber gewesen. Die Frau an der Kasse war nett.
