The chicken tastes terrible. Tough and overcooked. They even charge extra for some sour vegetables and dry bread, which, of course, they don't tell you beforehand. I'd prefer 0 stars for this place.

Never ever dare to enter this restaurant! They served us a rotting grill chicken with foul smell. Since we do not speak German, we didn't complain. Anyways they serve really old food that's also smells really bad.

3.50 for a portion of fries That was by far the smallest portion, especially for the price. Imagine it being the smallest portion at McDonald's. I can't recommend it.

Formerly a Wienerwald branch, today it's a real insider tip for chicken lovers. This restaurant completely won me over. The half chickens are available in various seasonings, all perfectly prepared, juicy, and crispy. In addition to the classics, you'll also find snacks like those you'd expect from KFC, only of significantly better quality. The portions are generous and perfectly filling, even for larger eaters. The prices are fair and reflect the high quality. If you're looking for good chicken, you'll find it here. In my opinion, it's the best chicken in Essen and the surrounding area.
