Had a meal with two friends for €65 and were quite disappointed. As soon as we walked in we noticed that the restaurant's priority was not cleaning the tables, which unfortunately seems to be a problem at KFC in general in my experience. After the ordering process and the short waiting time, we received our food and we noticed the fries, which no longer seemed to be the freshest. The taste confirmed it again. The same went for the burgers, filet bites and chicken pieces. They were okay, but you could clearly tell that the things must have been there for a while. Considering that the food was supposedly "freshly prepared", it was a disappointment. According to one of my friends, the mashed potatoes were the best. You get better food from the competition

I'll say it bluntly. KFC is deteriorating more and more. Food tastes like paper, not juicy and fresh, but heat lamp and kept warm, the ambience is terrible even for a fast food shop and a cleaning lady is nowhere to be seen even after 2 hours, so the left-over tray and grease stains are part of the decoration . The store generally looks shabby, run down and dirty.

Update July 13, 2024: 1 instead of 4 stars - apparently they can no longer cope with the influx of customers in the last few months. This is now my second visit within four weeks, where the only side dish was mashed potatoes. What's particularly annoying is that you're only told this after waiting 20 minutes and that smaller orders were previously dusted off with fries and/or corn on the cob that were submitted AFTER my order but could be processed more quickly. This branch will never see me and my family again! Update December 5th, 2020: 4 instead of 3 stars - over the last few months (perhaps also due to the Corona closures) the quality in the drive-thru has improved significantly. Orders are now complete (otherwise some people forgot butter or salt for the corn, fork for coleslaw, etc.) and waiting times have been reduced. Please continue! Staff seems a bit overwhelmed and not as well-coordinated as elsewhere. Unfortunately, slightly longer waiting times are the order of the day.

Absolutely underground! Ordered online to eat here. The employee initially packs something to take away, I point out to him that we are eating here. Order ready on tray except for the chicken pieces, you don't have any more time - it takes 12 minutes... Drinks dispenser empty, had to be refilled, butter from the corn cob forgotten, a napkin for 2 people, no wet wipes! After 14 minutes the chicken pieces arrived, baked way too long, rock hard! Never again!

should be 45!!!! Wait minutes for our food. This has nothing to do with fast food. The employees are hopelessly overwhelmed (but nice). There was obviously no line here. Even though I enjoy eating at KFC, we will definitely not come here again.

Catastrophic condition there… (I would think about sorting out some of the staff) Waiting in the car for 30 minutes because the staff is lounging around in the office instead of going to work and supporting the two colleagues. Zick orders open on the monitor. After you went in to ask what was going on and where the food was, the only answer you got was “it’s just being packed”. End of the song 35 minutes wait, paid for upgrades but didn't get them and had a new experience that you will never go there again. I wouldn't give any stars if it were possible.

We had to wait half an hour for our food, after 60 minutes it was complete. But that doesn't mean the staff was in a rush. 30 dishes in preparation and you could tie each one's shoes as you walked. If we had ordered a KFC pizza it would have come earlier

Absolute impudence in the way customers are treated here. Pay with a card. No Meis because there are no drinks and then you are offered a cheap coleslaw that I can buy at Penny as a replacement, so I paid 5 euros too much!! If the world isn't cheeky, it's still. IT would be advisable to put employees who are SAFE at the checkout because I prefer to eat at loco chicken.

Colonel Original Burger menu with water, fries and mayo for €10.19 selected from the machine. There was no water or mayo. The portion size of the fries was a joke. Then it's better to go to the yellow M 10 times than here once.

The shop seems to be run by children. The fries were soft, dry and cold. The coffee wasn't hot. The chicken leg was not available and was replaced with something else. The toilet looked dirty. The service attitude is like asking children to work without pay.

I think the food is really great there. The store has been renovated and is now well maintained!

Juice shop. Toilet paper in the only toilet was out, paper towels were empty and only when asked were there 2 towels for 3 people, the food tasted extremely sticky (it had probably been there for a while) and it was also dirty.. The two youngsters who were alone at the front of the store probably didn't feel like keeping things tidy at 5 p.m. Oh well.

So I have to pay >30 € for a few chicken pieces that are in a box. The exact contents and price cannot even be found out online in advance (possibly only when the stall is open). The advertisement on site also didn't explain the exact content - but at least the price. Bored MAs also directed me to a vending machine to order. Thanks for nothing. Then again the small snack bar or kebab stand.

Luckily it was warm so we could sit outside. Inside there was a really strong smell of oil.

Everything is ok the food is good, but I think the workers are feeling boring because they are not too friendly and they just want to finish the job. Update after 1 Year the food is delicious and looks good like before and the restaurant is clean too. This time they are friendly.

I can only recommend to every customer that any transgression should be dealt with mercilessly and only visit the store again when the chicken supplier has been changed.

Basically, our family likes KFC and we visit it at least once a month, but lately we are disappointed. 🤔 There is a long wait, there is no good organization of the staff and the food is not tasty anymore. The hygiene is also not good at all!

If you want to starve, this is the right place for you. The normal portion of 6 bites corresponds in size to the McDonald's children's menu, except for the drink, but is rather smaller. The majority of the 6 “bites” were each about the size of a thumbnail, see photo. Ridiculously little for €9.5. Once and never again.

You should only give out deposit packaging. Preferably €5.00 and more. Then the wild disposal would probably be reduced. It's just a shame that the packaging is simply disposed of in the landscape (nature reserve).

I have to say the staff are almost better than the food. Everything tip top. One employee with curly hair is particularly impressive; he packs the burgers like a master and always seems motivated. Additionally, this employee once saved my cat from a burning house. So I would come again.

The worst KFC I've been to! When we came in we were the only guests, but the tables weren't all clean. You couldn't choose corn as a side dish on the terminal (it was switched off), and there wasn't a promotional bucket either, so we went to the checkout to order. We would be served by non-competent employees, it's very questionable why they work there. No toys were included in the kids menu, although according to demand they were also included. You are not allowed to enter the upper floor with a beautiful view, not for years, you are only allowed to sit downstairs. The food was worse than in other KFCs, the wings were so tiny, smaller than the bites, we know that differently. All in all very very disappointing. It's a shame, there are no other branches nearby.

The restaurant itself was clean. It took a while until you could pay. The biggest minus point, however, was the food. Everything was lukewarm and both chicken wings and fries tasted old and hard... Unfortunately not worth a visit :/

If it were possible without mercy 0 stars, I ordered and had to wait 1 1/2 hours and I was often told 20 minutes more, in the end I didn't get anything, took money back and drove... mc's better anyway

The food was delicious as usual, just like I know it from other shops. The restaurant itself is getting old and is in urgent need of renovation. And the order took forever. The deep fryer wasn't hot yet?!...

Unfortunately I can't recommend it...ordered for 30 euros and then not even being full is quite sad...plus the employees are overwhelmed when you ask them something...they don't know how the terminals work what's currently in the auction....taste is ok....the only positive thing is that you can always get drinks and it's free...we left today disappointed.....unfortunately the first and last Been there once...the advertising on TV doesn't correspond to reality.

Chicken 1a, crispy and delicious. Local itself was freezing cold without exaggeration. Despite the many people inside. Had an upper floor, but it wasn't open. Why? Fries taste very bland. It took a long time until the food was ready and the number was called, the employee said we hadn't responded to the number shown previously. Possible, but maybe you could have called it out or something similar. No more napkins available, wooden cutlery only upon request. Phew...absolutely overwhelmed lady at the counter. With EVERY order she forgot an important item. We had 2 burgers, similar for other guests. The quality has decreased significantly. And it's insanely expensive. Getting a latte was a big problem. At first you didn't know whether you would be able to prepare it, whether there would be milk... etc. When it was prepared, the attached milk was empty. They wanted to give me the coffee with the steam from the milk frother without paying attention to whether the product was OK. is - that doesn't work at all. The corn was without butter...they had forgotten that too. The whole menu when entering is catastrophic. AND my children were looking forward to the buckets...they don't exist anymore...there are the square cardboard boxes like the competition. Admittedly, the quality of the poultry meat is better than the competition. But in the end, this is not seen given the many grievances. And the price is already extravagant... you can't afford that often.

So what we were offered there yesterday really cannot be described in positive words. We ordered a few things to take away. Actually not a big deal. Nevertheless, we waited 40 minutes. Das Essen war OK. Es hat aber sehr lange gedauert bis wir unser Essen bekamen. Und das Restaurant ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Umgestaltung oder Renovierung, auch der Möbel.

Legendär schlecht. Die fettige Dunstwolke beim Reinkommen sagt eigentlich genug. Stehlampe auf der einzigen geöffneten Toilette. Mein erster KFC Besuch, aber mit Sicherheit der letzte hier. Und jetzt kann ich alle Kleidungsstücke erstmal waschen um den Geruch nach altem Fett wieder loszuwerden

Einen so runter gerockten KFC habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Die Lüftung war ausgeschaltet und der Dunst stand im Restaurant. Herren und Damen WC abgesperrt und "Privat" Schilder drüber geklebt. Es war nur das behindertengerechte WC offen welches mit einer Stehlampe für ein Wohnzimmer ausgeleuchtet wurde. Die beiden Deckenleuchten waren defekt. Und von der Qualität des Essens brauche ich eigentlich nicht mehr sprechen,da einem bei dem Ambiente alles vergeht.

Ekelhaft und unzumutbar..... Beim betreten des Ladens standen wir in einer Nebenwolke die sich durch den ganzen Laden zog. Es ist der Nebel von den Fritteusen gewesen. Abluftanlage scheinen die dort nicht zu kennen. Es ist nichts los gewesen in dem Laden. Nach uns hat noch ein weiteres Pärchen bestellt. Die Bestellung ist nicht kompliziert gewesen und auch weitere Gäste sind nicht gekommen. Trotzdem ist unser Bestellung sehr fehlerhaft gewesen. Die Bedienung iat auch äußerst unhöflich gewesen. Definitiv ist diese Bude nicjt zu empfehlen.

Qualität war katastrophal, insbesondere kurz vor Feierabend! Alle Filialeiter und Mitarbeiter kann nach Hause fahren!
