Kentucky Fried Chicken in Bad Oeynhausen

The shop should be closed! Instead of paying money for the food, you should demand compensation! Plan to wait at least 30 minutes. Or don't even go there. The food is cold. The employees don't care at all whether you pay extra. All the sauces are forgotten and the fries taste disgusting. And the meat is dry and completely mangy. As “compensation” for the waiting time, there was a small drink on the house. As I said, compensation for pain and suffering would have been more appropriate.

First of all, I would like to call this KFC the coldest KFC in Germany. Doors were open and the heating was broken, outside temperature -3 degrees (Ice Age) 🥶 . In addition, the fries were frozen on the inside, otherwise the food was ok except that the food got cold quickly because of the cold. Doors were locked 15 minutes before closing time, which caused the alarm system to be activated twice. I also noticed 2 groggy customers who spilled cups of drinks. Nobody wiped this up. The drinks were plentiful 👍 First and last visit unless I'm thirsty. You have to know whether you want it that way.

The employees are very cheeky. I was beaten up by a member of staff at 9pm on 11/22 because I told him he forgot my fries. I hope the employee is terminated immediately.

People age faster than there is food here. I realize that this is a low-wage area, but the branch is really slow. Coupled with the fact that the extractor never works or is switched off, you can of course wait more than 20 minutes for your food. Food like you would expect from KFC.

If you're looking for a very bad KFC, you'll find it here! Ambiance: catastrophic! Broken table tops, rubbish lying around, it's cold and simply uncomfortable. Not enough space, the first floor is always closed, I've never experienced a toilet situation like this before! Open walls and pipes, toilet is supported on squared timbers and very dirty! It's also the only toilet available Service: yes, there is someone in the kitchen... Seems overwhelmed. But do your best... Food: after what feels like an eternity you can pick up the food from the counter and enjoy it cold. Conclusion: I would say this is the worst KFC in Germany in terms of the overall package. One star is too much for what you get

Unfortunately I can only confirm the reviews here. We often stop at fast food chains. This store doesn't work at all. Very decorative and uncomfortable. There were only two tables occupied with us, everyone had to keep their jackets on because it was colder there than outside. Everything dirty and worn out. It seemed more like a “ghost town”. Hardly any employees, but they forgot the drinks after two menus and seemed overwhelmed. Although as I said, we were there alone at first. So no stress. However, the service staff were very friendly to us. But the shop itself should really be checked again by the health authority and, if necessary, closed. It damages the reputation of all KFC stores. And with the prices there you can expect something better. We were shocked.

For 33 EUR I have never eaten so bad. The fries were flabby and only lukewarm, one of the chicken bits was just breaded, otherwise all of our chicken pieces were only lukewarm and had probably been lying there for a long time, the dispenser had so much pressure that almost only foam could be dispensed. In the end my cup was only half full because my tap time had expired. The seating area was unheated, so we sat in jackets, I wiped the tables myself and the return containers were overflowing. I will never go to KFC in Bad Oeynhausen again.

Been to KFC twice and the food is better than other chains. There is only a deduction for cleanliness, we first had to clean the table and the bench

I just felt like it, but it doesn't have to be a regular occurrence. Food as expected, greasy but tasty. The ambience at a train station is more homely. Service seems to have been abolished in fast food restaurants anyway.

Price performance poor. The corn cob probably shrunk even more and didn't taste like anything. The inside of the shop looks like a workshop. Without colors, without taste, without love 😀

We stopped at this KFC place after a weekend trip and wished we hadn't. We waited for a very long time, even though the shop was empty, the service was very unfriendly and our order was missing sauces, napkins and cutlery. We were offered products that weren't even available in the range, and they didn't have the product that they wanted to put us off with. All in all one of the worst branches and everything they can influence they have done very badly. Food is uniform.

It's just KFC. Order your food from a screen, pay for it and wait for them to complete your order. The only problem with this KFC is the toilet situation. I don't know if they're currently repairing it or how, but the whole wall is torn and this is the only toilet for everyone. The food was okay, and so was the service. Nothing much to expect.

Sunday lunchtime, nothing going on. The shop looks like a mess, there is rubbish or leftover food on most of the tables. The window sills are sticky, really bad.

Really bad. Ordered something to take away for just under €27 and saw at home that there wasn't enough everywhere. We ate there on October 19th, 2024, never again. All 4 order terminals were broken and there was only one employee there to order, the rest in the kitchen or drive-in. The trolleys for the trays were filled to the brim with rubbish. In addition, the floor was so dirty that you didn't feel comfortable there. When I was asked what kind of sauce I wanted with the fries, I said ketchup and mayo, that's not just a sauce, I wasn't hungry anymore, I would have paid for the extra sauce. A huge list of orders being prepared suddenly disappears, including ours. As a result, our food is forgotten... then a very friendly and quick reaction from the employees, who are simply understaffed. The toilets (are there more than one?) are broken. The water is in the hallway.

The only KFC in the area, and unfortunately also the dirtiest. The food is ok. But everything else is really not great. Always understaffed and you wait forever. But the worst thing is that no one cleans up. Leftover food everywhere. I've never seen anything like this anywhere.

All toilets broken. You couldn't even wash your hands. Extremely little meat on the burgers (see other reviews). Filet bites were tough and dry as if they had been reheated from the day before. There is hardly any tidying up and cleaning. Only full return vans everywhere.

We were there on a Saturday evening, so it was full. Two of four order terminals were defective. The staff was completely overwhelmed. Apparently there were only three of them. One at the drive-thru, one in preparation and one at the serving point. The return shelves were completely overflowing, so you couldn't put your tray back. The tables looked accordingly. The order screen was only updated sporadically and the numbers were called. The fries were almost inedible. Lukewarm, fried for far too long, therefore hard and dry. Also barely salted. Really to break the habit. We won't come here again.

It simply tastes very tasty and the service is also very nice and helpful. Since I can't walk properly, they brought the food to me at the table and I thought that was very nice, not all restaurants or coffee shops do that. But I found that very nice. I can highly recommend it because it tastes very tasty. I've been there several times.

Absolutely bad. Fries were easily 5 hours old. Worst fries of my life. Little chicken lay around all day and was tough and dry. I hope it was at least from today's food. Regarding service - waited at the drive in for 10 minutes, then drove to the window. The boys were running around without headsets, looking at me like I was an alien. What were they doing there anyway, there were no customers there. Absolute kindergarten that was there. Goes well with food. Absolutely not recommended, was my last visit.

Before certain people took over this store, the KFC in Oeynhausen was absolutely presentable. Since it was taken over, however, it has become dilapidated, dirty and the service towards customers has sometimes even been repressedly aggressive. For anyone wondering WHY this is the case: The KFC has a different source of income than its chicken... It is only used for MONEY LAUNDERING 🤷🏻‍♂️ That's why neither the upper range nor customer satisfaction is taken care of. NO dear people, this is not right-wing agitation, it is the pure truth. Open your eyes! Minden and the surrounding area are bursting with kiosks, hairdressers and kebab shops.

Milkshake is offered on vouchers but is sold in the restaurant... upon request because children really wanted it, the restaurant manager says you can buy milkshake at McDonald's. I immediately had the food I ordered canceled for €60 because the supposed manager said so was cheeky...I couldn't have a name because the employee or manager at the drive in didn't wear a name tag and didn't want to tell me...very strange I would still like to eat at KFC but never again in Bad Oeynhausen..

The premises operate under the sanitary regime. But it's cool. After a few months, I had the opportunity to be here and unfortunately I have some unpleasant memories. Been to Bad Oyenhausen twice, been disappointed twice. You wait an eternity for your food, then you're told we don't have any more bites and much more. The shop is not clean, everything is on the tables and is not put away.

Leave it alone! I wanted Mirinda and I ordered that from the machine for my little apple spritzer. At the front of the cash register, oh I'm sorry, we don't have Mirinda but I would get a Coke. Oh, we don't have an apple juice spritzer for the little (4) cola either? No, definitely not! Then there's only water... In the shop you can only hear the hum of the equipment, nothing else! Tables are dirty, staff super slow. After 15 minutes I'm out with a headache. NEVER AGAIN

I was there yesterday at 10:30 p.m. At 10:30 p.m. I ordered 6 pieces of chicken for 14.99 in the app because it didn't work to scan or order from the ordering machine. I then paid at the counter and asked for 3 drumsticks and 3 drumsticks. The employee then said there were no more chicken parts available due to a lack of staff. I got a huge box of wings and crispies instead. Were delicious. The store is pretty full, staff, 2 men at the front of the service counter, completely overwhelmed. Because the terminal was full and we had to endure endless waiting times, I drove the car to the drive in. Prices were now steep, and the three parts I ordered looked really puny and as if they had already spent half an afternoon on the sunbed .for ten euros I would have expected a little more. That was probably my last visit there…

I'll say it bluntly. KFC is deteriorating more and more. Food tastes like paper, not juicy and fresh, but heat lamp and kept warm, the ambience is terrible even for a fast food shop and a cleaning person is nowhere to be seen even after 2 hours, so the left-over tray and grease stains are part of the decoration . The store generally looks shabby, run down and dirty.

Had a meal with two friends for €65 and were quite disappointed. As soon as we walked in we noticed that the restaurant's priority was not cleaning the tables, which unfortunately seems to be a problem at KFC in general in my experience. After the ordering process and the short waiting time, we received our food and we noticed the fries, which no longer seemed to be the freshest. The taste confirmed it again. The same went for the burgers, filet bites and chicken pieces. They were okay, but you could clearly tell that the things must have been there for a while. Considering that the food was supposedly "freshly prepared", it was a disappointment. According to one of my friends, the mashed potatoes were the best. You get better food from the competition

Update July 13, 2024: 1 instead of 4 stars - apparently they can no longer cope with the influx of customers in the last few months. This is now my second visit within four weeks, where the only side dish was mashed potatoes. What's particularly annoying is that you're only told this after waiting 20 minutes and that smaller orders were previously dusted off with fries and/or corn on the cob that were submitted AFTER my order but could be processed more quickly. This branch will never see me and my family again! Update December 5th, 2020: 4 instead of 3 stars - over the last few months (perhaps also due to the Corona closures) the quality in the drive-thru has improved significantly. Orders are now complete (otherwise some people forgot butter or salt for the corn, fork for coleslaw, etc.) and waiting times have been reduced. Please continue! Staff seems a bit overwhelmed and not as well-coordinated as elsewhere. Unfortunately, slightly longer waiting times are the order of the day.

Absolutely underground! Ordered online to eat here. The employee initially packs something to take away, I point out to him that we are eating here. Order ready on tray except for the chicken pieces, you don't have any more time - it takes 12 minutes... Drinks dispenser empty, had to be refilled, butter from the corn cob forgotten, a napkin for 2 people, no wet wipes! After 14 minutes the chicken pieces arrived, baked way too long, rock hard! Never again!

Zick orders open on the monitor. After you went in to ask what was going on and where the food was, the only answer you got was “it’s just being packed”. End of the song 35 minutes wait, paid for upgrades but didn't get them and had a new experience that you will never go there again. I wouldn't give any stars if it were possible.

Absolute impudence in the way customers are treated here. Pay with a card. No Meis because there are no drinks and then you are offered a cheap coleslaw that I can buy at Penny as a replacement, so I paid 5 euros too much!! If the world isn't cheeky, it's still. IT would be advisable to put employees who are SAFE at the checkout because I prefer to eat at loco chicken.

The shop seems to be run by children. The fries were soft, dry and cold. The coffee wasn't hot. The chicken leg was not available and was replaced with something else. The toilet looked dirty. The service attitude is like asking children to work without pay.
