Attentive service staff and very tasty food. A little expensive but it was worth it to us. Only the decorative pictures, which were a little old, were not particularly appetizing with their layer of dust and the flowers on the table were already dead.

A really nice restaurant with a stylish ambience. The staff is extremely courteous, attentive and friendly - you immediately feel welcome. The food was consistently very tasty and attractively presented. A little tip for the kitchen: Please do not put parmesan on the linguine with scampi. In Italian cuisine this is an absolute no-go. For those who still like it, a separate bowl would be a good solution. Overall, a great experience – we’d love to come back!

We always enjoyed coming here but the new menu is only a quarter of the dishes at double the price. The service is subpar, we had to call the waitress again and again because she wasn't paying attention to us. And that even though the shop had maybe 4 tables in total. But the crowning glory was the dessert, variations from the patisserie for 15 euros were 2 scoops of ice cream and a 2 cm corner of a cheesecake with 3 blackberries. When asked, you were arrogantly rejected and your eyes rolled. Unfortunately the villa no longer sees us, which is a shame

Elegant, very tasty and pleasant!

We were there with 5 people, we ate the schnitzel, steak, salad bowl, salad with goat cheese and dessert. Everything was well prepared and also very tasty. As ordered, the steak was medium plus and the fries with the schnitzel were excellent. The espresso afterwards was also great and hot, something that is not a given these days.

Good cuisine and quality in attractive Ambiance. Unfortunately we have not received any service for the last 45 minutes. There was no refill or follow-up. We were here again at the end of January 25 and were very satisfied in every respect. Gladly again

Excellent food and ambience, clear recommendation

This review is not directed against the staff, but solely against the management. Unfortunately, I cannot support a restaurant that treats hard-working and hard-working employees in this way. We wanted to spend a nice evening with friends; Unfortunately, we were not granted this because the managing director exposed individual employees in an incredibly intrusive manner, shouting and screaming, in front of the assembled guests. A shabby and unprofessional behavior! Under such circumstances, none of us could enjoy the evening, because as a guest you have the feeling that the evening is taking place on the battered backs of the poor staff. My advice to the managing director: instead of proudly strutting around the restaurant and defaming the people who actually do the work, you should rather try to offer your employees a pleasant place to work, because very few guests will join in such a toxic atmosphere Make you feel comfortable in your home! Unfortunately, that evening the old cliché was confirmed once again: most restaurants are an unparalleled drug swamp, where presumably coked-up and drunk restaurateurs (with a power complex) bully and harass their poor employees. My last visit to this restaurant!

The ambience in Villa Q was again very nice and the food was generally good. The starter soup (chestnut soup) was OK, but nothing special. My main course (pickled salmon with roasted Italian cheese) was really great! What I didn't like at all was the wine recommendation. The Pinot Gris that the waiter recommended with my meal didn't go well with the meal at all and I didn't like it at all on its own. I deduct points for that. I had also asked that the extraordinary occasion (my mother's 90th birthday) be honored. Nothing happened in that regard. Here, too, I would have liked more attention, as Villa Q certainly claims to be an upscale restaurant.

We had a really great evening. The food was really exceptionally good, as were the wines! Laura, our service person, rounded off the evening perfectly for us. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back.

We were there with 6 people on the 3rd of Advent at 7 p.m.... Everyone enjoyed it, the service was good without any problems... and friendly too! There was nothing to complain about.

We were there with 11 people for the Christmas party. Very polite and attentive staff. Fast service, everyone was super happy with the delicious food, which was also beautifully decorated and served. Although I understand that a service also has its first day, certain things must be known: - Candle not lit at table - Soup of the day not known - Wine glass far too full when pouring from the bottle - When we asked for a pepper mill, it was brought straight away, but no salt was added - empty plates cleared away very late Sole for over 40 euros underground - totally dry (no oil on it) and not seasoned, wet spinach on the fish instead of next to it, plate not preheated... Beef cheeks braised far too short, the meat was rather tough than falling apart, there was little sauce with little taste, the plate was not preheated... Pasta with shrimp ok, but not very exciting... Steak medium fried OK, but taste and quality clearly below expectations, plate packed way too full... Overall, compared to previous visits, the service and especially the quality and taste of the food have deteriorated significantly... Too bad 😞👎

Wenngleich ich Verständnis dafür habe, dass auch eine Bedienung einmal ihren ersten Tag hat, so müssen bestimmte Dinge bekannt sein: - Kerze am Tisch nicht angezündet - Tagessuppe nicht bekannt - Weinglas viel zu voll beim einschenken aus der Flasche - bei Bitte nach Pfeffermühle diese zwar gleich gebracht, aber kein Salz dazu - leere Teller sehr spät abgeräumt Seezunge zu über 40 Euro unterirdisch - total trocken (kein Öl drüber) und nicht gewürzt, feuchter Spinat auf dem Fisch anstatt daneben, Teller nicht vorgewärmt …. Rinderbäckchen viel zu kurz geschmort, das Fleisch war eher zäh als dass es auseinander viel, die wenige Soße mit wenig Geschmack, Teller nicht vorgewärmt …. Pasta mit Garnelen ok, aber wenig aufregend …. Steak medium gebraten ok, aber geschmacklich und qualitativ deutlich unter den Erwartungen, Teller viel zu voll gepackt …. Insgesamt im Vergleich zu früheren Besuchen deutlich nachgelassen im Service und v.a. bei Qualität und Geschmack des Essens …. Schade 😞👎

Despite a reservation, the table was not completely set; We had to fetch glasses for mineral water ourselves, which had already been brought. The question about an English menu was taken away by the service, but not answered. Used cutlery from the starter was put back on the table. Another employee from the service department probably noticed this and exchanged it for new cutlery. Question about local beer brand was answered as Pils and not “Barre”. The bill ended up with a different wine than what was ordered. When paying in cash, the amount was shown on the display and a receipt was only printed out upon request. Service is rather adequate.

All around pleasant visit. The drinks and food were also very good. The only downer: Drinks were advertised on the menu with a special price (Sat + Sun 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.), but we only saw afterwards that the normal price was charged on the bill.

We were very satisfied Prices are a little higher but you have to pay for the nicer ambience and good staff. Five people were satisfied and weren't there for the last time.

We had mixed starters (for 2 to 4) tagliolini with truffles (good quantity) and rump steak = everything was delicious. You can skip Café Gourmand.

Probably one of the best restaurants in Bad Oeynhausen. Supernatural service and breathtaking nd ambience in this beautiful villa. A six weekly changing menu with great offers. The sink in the toilets was also unusual. I've never seen anything like that before. We'll definitely be back 😃 keep it up.

Die Organisation der Veranstaltung war von Anfang bis Ende von einer gewissen Katastrophe geprägt. Der Geschäftsführer erwies sich als wenig sympathischer Gesprächspartner, der ein überhebliches Auftreten an den Tag legte. Zudem zeigte er sich wenig verlässlich, indem er Zusagen erst nach wiederholten Nachfragen erfüllte. Eine Reaktion auf das Fehlen von Speisen erfolgte nicht. Bedauerlicherweise war der Service mit den gegebenen Umständen überfordert. Die Qualität der Speisen war unterschiedlich. Während ein Teil des Essens durchaus als gut bezeichnet werden kann, war das Fleisch und der Fisch leider relativ trocken. Das Ambiente hingegen ist positiv zu bewerten.

Unfortunately the service was very poor. It took forever for our order to be taken. The bread came before the drinks and we also waited over an hour for our food. The truffle pasta was okay, but unfortunately the portion was just too small and you didn't get full. I wouldn't eat there again.

I celebrated my birthday with brunch at Villa Q. The first floor was reserved for me. The food (from the smoothie maker, Vetsch cheeses, lots of muesli, nicely prepared salads... to many different types of real bakery rolls) and the service were perfect, the ambience of the villa is extraordinary - all the guests also really enjoyed it there! The organization of the event was marked by something of a disaster from start to finish. The managing director turned out to be a less than pleasant interlocutor who displayed an arrogant demeanor. He also showed himself to be unreliable by only fulfilling promises after repeated requests. There was no reaction to the lack of food. Unfortunately, the service was overwhelmed given the circumstances. The quality of the food varied. While some of the food could be described as good, the meat and fish were unfortunately relatively dry. The ambience, on the other hand, is positive.

We were there on a Sunday. The live music was very positive. The ambience and the seating are very good. However, the service was poor, drinks were taken which we quickly drank and no further questions were asked about ordering food. Unfortunately, the service didn't come back and after 1.5 hours of waiting without drinks, we spoke to the waitress ourselves. What was positive, however, was that all the waitresses were very friendly. The beetroot carpaccio was described on the menu as containing safflower oil and cashew nuts, but both were missing and there was no other dressing or oil, so the price-performance ratio was not right. I arrived at the restaurant with great expectations and left disappointed.

Here I drank the worst wine spritzer ever. Wine was the smallest component, but there were 5 ice cubes in the glass. I could have also ordered plain water. The ambience is great. The lady who served us barely smiled. One had the impression that she didn't enjoy the job. Doesn't invite you to stop by for dinner.

First the positive, hence two stars instead of just one: Some drinks are also offered non-alcoholic! I can come to terms with the fact that it's the same price as the alcoholic version. So I was willing to spend 7.50 euros for a non-alcoholic Aperol. The drink was delicious and when I read on a poster that there was a kind of "happy hour" where the Aperol only cost 5 euros, I thought I was lucky to be there at the right time. When I paid, I found out that the offer only applies to the alcoholic version. The waitress asked the boss again because I couldn't imagine that I would have to pay 50 percent more than everyone else for the alcoholic Aperol, but it wasn't a mistake. I thought that such offers should also serve to attract new guests who would like to come back. Then the goal was missed by such an action for me.

Going there with high expectations, coming back with disappointment. It's almost cheeky to pay just under €130 for brunch for 4 people, given the buffet, because it's not a normal bakery but Villa Q. The reservation was for 12:30. The buffet plates weren't even refilled until 2 p.m. during our time. The selection was, so to speak, run of the mill, like the bakery around the corner, or even less. You also expect warm dishes more when it's called “brunch”, because warm scrambled eggs, bacon or meatballs are normal everywhere. There was also dry chicken with over-fried fallen leaves with asparagus ragout. Service: None, even though there were easily 5-7 service people present. Plates weren't put away, so at some point we piled the plates on the neighboring table. Coffee is slapped down without asking if you want milk. After we asked for milk (3 times) the coffee was cold at some point. If you had any further wishes, the glasses were empty and you weren't asked. Mushy fruits in the entrance area, where everyone walked around, were also ignored and not removed. At the end we actually asked how much our son, who is 1.5 years old, had eaten. The question was meant seriously, because you would prefer to charge €27.50 for your half date. Conclusion: nothing was refilled in the buffet and I have never experienced such poor service at such a price. Probably never again for brunch, but the service is probably different in the evening. I like to be surprised at my next dinner.

The service was non-existent in the evening. Totally inattentive. On Sunday afternoon we were in the garden. Drinks and service (a very nice dark-haired young lady) were very good

War bereits mehrfach zu Gast in der VillaQ. Jedesmal ist es wirklich sehr gut abgeschmeckt und schön angerichtet. Die Qualität der Speisen ist sehr gut, und der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Im Sommer lässt es sich schön Draußen sitzen mit einen Glas Wein. Die Auswahl an Getränke sowie der Speisen ist ausreichend und empfehlenswert. Komme gerne wieder.

This place is hip and trendy with proper old-fashioned food. The interior, service and food, therefore, feel disconnected. The maître probably called a meeting to discuss her vision of throves of turtlenecked wine slurpers discussing interesting topics such as kale and meat replacing in ribeye to which the chef had no invitation. For you shouldn't be confused, both service and food are pristine and exquisite. It is absolutely worth your time and money. They just don't amplify one another. Like a paper salesman on an airshow. They have overlap, but one can't shake the feeling either one could best put their focus elsewhere. And of course bonus points for the marvellous building.

Exquisite Speisen in stilvoller Atmosphäre

Tolles Ambiente, sowohl innen wie auch außen, ein super gastfreundliches Team und immer wieder ein Gaumenschmaus; egal für welches Gericht man sich entscheidet. Die sehr gute Qualität der Zutaten und die perfekte Zubereitung bereiten uns jedes Mal einen perfekten Abend. Nicht zu vergessen, dass es nie lange Wartezeiten gibt.

Hätte gerne mehr Punkte vergeben, aber leider hatte man zum Schluss (21:00-22:00 Uhr) die Musik aus und als Gast das Gefühl, man müsse jetzt sofort raus. Die Bedienung war dafür immer sehr freundlich.

Essen sehr sehr lecker, aber ein guter Esser sollte zwei oder drei Gänge bestellen.

Es war ein Geburtstagsessen zum 50sten (wie bereits in der Reservierung erwähnt) , aber trotzdem gab es vom Service keinerlei Aufmerksamkeit und die Qualität insgesamt ließ für ein gutes Restaurant zu wünschen übrig.

Ich war Teil einer Gruppe für die vorgebucht war, tolles Ambiente, super Essen nur der Service wirkte etwas überfordert

Kurz gesagt: Mehr Schein als Sein! Gute Lage, Küche Mittelmaß, Service unterirdisch schlecht. Direkte Beschwerden werden als Lapalie abgehandelt. Schade!!! Es könnte so schön sein. Das Beste war die Musik.

Wir haben im Juni unsere Hochzeit in der Villa Q gefeiert. Wir haben einen wundervollen Tag dort verbracht, der für uns perfekt war. Angefangen von der wunderschönen Location bis hin zum Service und dem tollen Essen war alles hervorragend. Selbst Preis Leistung war super. Wir durften den Nachmittag mit unserer Hochzeitstorte draußen auf der Veranda verbringen und den Abend mit eigener Bar und Party im 1 Stock ausklingen lassen. Für uns eine rundum gelungene Hochzeit, die wir immer so wieder feiern würden.

Einfach super, gutes Essen und sehr ansehnlich angerichtet

Wir waren in der Woche mit Geschäftspartnern in der VillaQ zum Essen. Es hat uns dort sehr gefallen. Das Ambiente ist schön und die Räume unterschiedlich dekoriert. Das Essen war sehr gut und auch bei 7 Personen alles auf den Punkt. Auch der Service war gut. Die Gerichte sind etwas hochpreisiger, aber waren das Geld auf jeden Fall wert.

Leider keine Bedingungen. Schön gesessen leider hat uns die Fachkraft über 10 Minuten ignoriert. Serviceleistungen damit ungenügend sind dann weiter zum nächsten Lokal gibt ja genug in der Umgebung…
