The restaurant impresses with its outstanding quality and creativity in the presentation of the dishes. I really enjoyed my visit, as the staff is very polite and friendly and is happy to explain everything if I have any questions. Therefore, I can highly recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for an upscale Italian restaurant. It also has a typically elegant Italian decor.

Very tasty pizza and very friendly owners

This was our second visit. The evening has a set schedule, starting in the test kitchen where you can gather initial impressions and ask questions. From there it goes into the actual restaurant and you are seated at your table. We found the atmosphere on both evenings to be very relaxed, both among the guests and the hosts. I like the informal, unpretentious way we address people using the informal “du” form. You can always ask questions, the staff are always approachable and it’s a pleasure to strike up a conversation. There is always something to see in the open kitchen. It is never loud or intrusive. Everything is perfectly orchestrated. The food, or rather the effort and time that goes into it, is enormous. The “verticality of production” :-) is impressive. There is so much to taste and discover. The regional connection rounds out the impression. The wine selection is well selected. There is even the occasional beer if it matches the course. The non-alcoholic accompaniment is second to none. The drinks here have been produced with a lot of effort and will blow you away with their taste. An evening at ETZ is truly an experience. This is a high-level complaint: on our last visit (just before the restaurant went on vacation), the menu didn't quite match what was ultimately on our plates.

Best pizza in Fürth, absolute insider tip. Unfortunately closed for some time, we hope not forever.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended! The food was fantastic! The pizza was not only visually impressive, but also tasted great – a thin, crispy base, generously topped with fresh ingredients. The fish dish with fries and fresh salad was also perfectly prepared – crispy fish, delicious golden fries, and a crisp, lovingly arranged side salad with lemon slices and dressing. The little dough snails with spinach were a super snack – fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious! Great food, friendly service. Super fast delivery!🙌🍕🐟🥗

We had Billas Novelle cater our wedding, and we can honestly say: It was worth it! Ms. Nieselt was always available, solved any challenges that arose independently, and was always on hand to help. The food was simply fantastic. Our guests also gave us nothing but positive feedback. Many thanks again, especially to Ms. Nieselt and Mr. Wolter!

The sushi was delicious, and the lemonades were simply amazing. We had a really lovely evening here. Highly recommended.
