Open kitchen! Friendly service! Delicious food!

Unbelievable...first they tried to force large drinks on us that we hadn't ordered. Then only one meal arrived, and no cutlery. The second meal was forgotten. After that, we weren't served for an hour and a half. We could have just left and no one would have cared. Then we were allowed to ask for the bill and, of course, didn't leave a tip after the evening. The answer: Not a pleasant evening or any other kind of farewell. The food was highly recommended, and we were otherwise satisfied here. But today...it was completely unacceptable.

Food on Christmas Day too expensive and not enough. Got a voucher as a gift on Boxing Day. Now we wanted to go out to eat again. And !!! It's closed. What will become of the voucher now? You can't sell one if you already know it's going to be over soon! Or can you still redeem it later after the reopening? Let's wait and see

Steakhouse no longer exists. Unfortunately, this is not communicated anywhere. It's no longer on the building either.

Ordered food over the phone. One dish was not delivered enough upon delivery. On the phone they said they couldn't do anything about it and I would now have to wait 2 hours. After the phone call I noticed that there was no sauce on my salad, so I called them again without finding a solution. What a shame, I can't help it if the employee doesn't listen on the phone.

Very special "hut"... more of a foodie place! Particularly recommended: punch, steaks and the napkin dumplings in mushroom cream. A poem!

I should have read the reviews beforehand. Mini portions at motorway service station levels. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Typical tourist shop in Hamburg. It doesn't matter if the guest is happy, there are 1000 new ones waiting.

There's nothing to criticize about the location and the staff, unfortunately our steak wasn't grilled as we'd hoped for with three people!! Unfortunately, fries and steak were only lukewarm. Ok, we only paid ten euros per person for the meal. But it's no excuse. We had the feeling that it was a mass processing. The shop was full and almost everyone had the 10 euro menu.

Attractive and tasty again with a new team

Quality so-so. Dealing with guests now leaves even less scope for evaluation. Anyone who excludes people has to live with the evaluations. Then it's better to eat next door, we healthy people are welcome guests there.
