Absolutely the best 2 michelin star restaurant. 200% recommended. I have been to many one star michelin restaurants, some two and very few three. The concept and service of ETZ did blow my mind. Open kitchen concept, absolutely friendly staff and amazing food is 5 out of 5 recommendation worthy. Thnk you Felix for amazing experience.

The Waidwerk is my absolute favorite for fine dining in Nuremberg. I've been eating at Waidwerk 1-2 times a year since 2020. Throughout the entire time, Valentin Rottner and his team deliver a culinary experience that, for me, is more on a 2-star than 1-star level. In addition, the wine pairing is the best I have ever experienced in fine dining and easily beats the Nuremberg competition. What I also really appreciate is the strict menu, the extremely attentive and courteous service and the cozy atmosphere.

Inconspicuously located in Gostenhof, but with excellent cuisine and very friendly staff. We have booked another table for another special occasion.

Cozy inn with traditional dishes and delicious surprises as a greeting and farewell to the kitchen. Excellent, nice and courteous service. People aren't used to that anymore these days. Here the guest is still king.

Good weekend recommendation spot for a nice evening

The food and service at Essigbratlein is brilliant and should not be missed if visiting Nuremburg. Each dish was fresh and appealing. The hotel director at the Drei Raben where we stayed discovered we were dining at Essigbratlein and he was extremely enthusiastic telling us how the vegetables would “explode” with deliciousness and exquisite flavors. He was totally accurate! This restaurant was one of the highlights of our dining experiences on a long road trip through Austria and Germany. It would be our top pick to return and experience again. The wine pairing was also wonderful and my partner who doesn’t care for alcohol loved the non-alcoholic beverage pairing. I believe our dining experience lasted about 4 hours and we loved every minute. Vielen Dank! Bravo to the chefs and entire staff!

We finally managed to eat in the “Entenstuben”. We were positively surprised by the nice service, the pleasant rooms and the fantastic menu!!! A successful evening! Thanks to the entire team!

Only a menu or a very limited à la carte available. The Italian character of this restaurant escapes us.

Fantastic lunch, both the wife and I very much enjoyed our food. I can particularly recommend the homemade lemonade with gin.

Abends essen gehen, wohin als Weitgereister, klar ins Restaurant Koch und Kellner, nun, es ist Sinne berührend, es ist himmlisch, es wird mit Leidenschaft erklärt, gekocht, serviert und man spürt die Unendlichkeit der Genussmöglichkeiten. Das Valentinsmenü, mit den begleitenden Weinen, wundervolle Komposition, mehr geht einfach nicht, Danke das es Euch gibt und jederzeit wieder, ich konnte mit Euch bei meiner Begleitung -Punkten- ja wir werden wieder erscheinen, ach ja, wir warten nun auch nicht bis zum nächsten Valentinstag, es wird früher erfolgen.
