They not only know the supplier, they also know the animal and accompany it the entire way. People who really want an extraordinary culinary experience at the highest level can expand their taste and sensory horizons here, apart from the haute cuisine typical of many star restaurants, as well as their knowledge of old preparation methods and ancient varieties. Felix Schneider and his team not only pamper and delight, they inspire.

I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant and it was simply amazing! The food was not only delicious, but also artfully prepared - every dish was a true masterpiece. The flavors were perfectly balanced and exceeded my expectations. The service was equally outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly and always willing to make recommendations. You felt really welcome and well looked after. And the wine! The selection was excellent and the wine we chose went perfectly with the dishes. It was a real joy to savor every sip. Thank you

Absolute highlight, the food is simply a pleasure. What we found most impressive was the choice between wine accompaniment and a non-alcoholic alternative: juices. The juices are created by the restaurant itself, we couldn't decide whether we should order the delicious wine or the great juices... We usually ordered both :-) Highly recommended.

This was my second visit, and once again, it was amazing! The menu was completely different from last time, yet just as impressive. I’ll definitely be back once they change it again—which they do every 12 weeks!

During a short visit to Nuremberg, the vinegar sausage could not be missed. Every single course of the evening menu was perfectly coordinated and was perfectly complemented by the wines on offer. It is really impressive what products the kitchen is able to generate from simple regional products. The service was excellent. We'd love to come back.

We were there for the first time and enjoyed a very good meal/7 course menu with perfect flavor coordination. The selection of drinks is great and very extensive. The service was excellent and the boss had perfect knowledge of the wines. What softens the overall impression: Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities of a star restaurant are not adequate. Empty wine bottles on the window sills and wine boxes on the way to the toilet don't look very elegant.
