Another bad experience with the staff. That was probably the last time. I wanted to buy a specific figure from the Happy Meal individually (the bee from the Minecraft film), I first received the wrong box from the still quite friendly gentleman at the checkout, so far so good, I unknowingly accepted it and only unpacked it in the car. Noticing the wrong contents, I made my way back to the checkout and asked for the correct box. I was then informed that the figure was already sold out. Logically, I then wanted my money back. The seller at the checkout was not aware of whether it was even possible to return the money. He then summoned the SCHHICHTLEITER, who then pointed out to me in a specific and unfriendly way that the figure was sold out. I'll spare you the exact course of the conversation. Of course, getting money back isn't an option either, he "can't take the money out of the cash register." Understandable, it would be terrible if companies simply took back their goods, how can they... I then left the store and probably won't enter it again. Anyone who treats their customers like that probably doesn't want to have any. Of course I hope that the responsible shift manager is happy about his €3 turnover, if you want to allocate that internally - we were there on April 11th. there at 9:25 p.m. :)

Never there again! Was there with my child in the middle of the day. Apart from us there was only one other mother and child there. As it happens, the children became friends and played together. This is how time passed. I didn't think anything else of it. In between we also got food again and were there for 2 hours. And I also suddenly received mail this week and now I have to pay a fine of 35 euros because I exceeded the maximum parking time for 38 minutes. Of course I wrote to the company responsible and explained everything. These show no goodwill. That was definitely the last visit there for us and probably the last one at McDonalds.
Habe telefonisch Pizza zum Abholen bestellt .Nach meiner Nachfrage wann ich sie abholen kann wurde mir gesagt sofort. 5 MINUTEN später war war ich dort. Die Pizzen wurden da erst aufgebacken. Habe 5 Minuten gewartet als ich die Pizzen in Empfang genommen habe, merkte ich das diese nur lauwarm waren. Zu Hause angekommen und ausgepackt und gegessen geschmacklos wie schon mal aufgewärmt.
Bin sofort zurück habe mich beschwert. Ich wurde aus dem Restaurant rausgeschmissen und angeschrien worden. 20.00Euro hat er mir hinterher geschmissen. Ich habe niemanden beleidigt. Ich wollte das in Ruhe klären, ohne das die Gäste das mitbekommen.
If you don't feel like it, just stay home. Absolutely NOTHING is right here! No Coke, almost never when you're there. You couldn't add the Easter Whopper to the app, and the cashiers (a young man and an older blonde woman from Poland) didn't really care. When I left, the staff mocked and laughed at me. I found it rather unpleasant. Another customer felt the same way, though, and at least we could vent our frustrations together. The BK branch in GR is known to be at its worst. Off to McDonald's now :)
Went there for lunch today, service was very nice, everything went quickly, less than 20 minutes until the food was there, but it could have been a little warmer. That's why only 4 stars. Otherwise it was very tasty. Beef tongue, game goulash and nuggets with fries.

I was so pleasantly surprised, I love Japan and Japanese culture, so this restaurant was such a nice find for me! I am very happy! As I understand, the restaurant is run by a Japanese couple, they are very friendly and modest. An older lady served us, I spoke to her in Japanese (but she can also speak German) and it was so nice, I think for her too, when a person sees that someone who comes to their restaurant respects the culture and tries to blend in! The food was very tasty, everything was as it should be, in the traditional Japanese style. I liked everything very much. Thank you very much🙇♀️
The staff made our visit a very pleasant experience with a bit of humor and a lot of charm.
We were also thrilled with the spring menu.
We'll definitely be back.
