Due to a lack of staff, neither pasta nor meat dishes could be prepared (?). The pizza I ordered was not only quite expensive, but also the worst I've ever eaten. Unrecognizable dough... plastered with balsamic vinegar... Disappointing.

The food was plentiful and tasty. However, there weren't enough staff, so they were a bit overwhelmed. The same was true of the bar. The next day, the restaurant was closed due to staff illness.

The food was truly delicious and impressed us. The pasta was freshly prepared, cooked al dente, and served as aglio e olio, which gave the dish a wonderful flavor. Fresh arugula and generous shavings of Parmesan rounded it all off perfectly, creating a harmonious taste experience. It's clear that the emphasis is on high-quality ingredients and careful preparation. The portion was sufficient, but for the price, it could have been a bit larger. It's filling, but a few more forks would have made the dish perfect. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick, so there were no waits. The location is particularly convenient: ideal for fortifying yourself before a visit to the Boulevard Theater and for a relaxed start to the evening. All in all, a good meal with great flavor, friendly service, and a good atmosphere.

9/17/25, 5:30 p.m. Friendly, attentive service staff, except for the extremely reserved Mrs. K. The food was disastrous: bruschetta with some kind of ready-made sauce, far from the original. Tuna spaghetti, seemingly made entirely of canned tuna mixed with spaghetti. Unfortunately, that's not restaurant-quality in my opinion. A shame.

From the very first moment, I was captivated by the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Ambience: The restaurant is modern, yet cozy, and very stylishly decorated. There's a pleasant balance between elegance and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. Food: What truly sets 4Cani apart is the quality of the food. The menu offers an exquisite selection of Mediterranean dishes, prepared with great attention to detail. The pasta and pizza, in particular, are a dream! The flavors are fresh and perfectly balanced. I had the tagliatelle and was simply blown away by the intensity and sophistication of the dish. And the pizza – absolutely crispy with high-quality ingredients and a wonderful topping. A true taste experience! Service: The service was extremely courteous and professional. The staff were always friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. You can tell there's a real passion for gastronomy here. Kudos to the team! Restaurant with Italian ambience next to the Hotel Elbflorenz. Unfortunately, the dishes couldn't convince us (even when comparing the price and performance ratio). Tomato soup was too thick and over-seasoned, tasted similar to the sauce on the pizza that followed, which unfortunately did not correspond to our experience of a stone oven pizza (pizza base much too soft).

We can't complain, on the contrary: we would like to thank the kitchen crew and the service staff for this successful start to our evening. The food was wonderful: we literally licked our fingers as we enjoyed the spaghetti carbonara and the rigatoni formagghi. If we go to the comedy again, we will definitely come back, enjoy again and leave only empty plates again. Thank you again.

Just a word to describe this restaurant and its service: sad! They don’t have the smallest idea how to manage a restaurant and reservations. Apparently they only serve guests from the hotel, which was our case, but as we entered through the door that comes directly from the street, we’ve been told that there were no available tables for us (a couple). - The restaurant was almost empty. We went 1h later entering directly from the hotel and surprise: there was no problem at all!!! The person didn’t even bother to ask if we were guests, or even worst, if they don’t accept outside clients, just close the main door. Then, we ordered a mushroom risotto. After 45min waiting, they serve us a risotto with shrimps and asparagus. Just because there was a big group and some of them asked for this type of risotto and of course the cooker didn’t want to be preparing 2 different types of risottos!!! Very unprofessional! At the end, when we complained, they didn’t show any sorrow at all (they knew exactly what they had done) and just took a beer out of the bill! Ridiculous place!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, so we always ate there. The food was very tasty. The service, especially Lara Baumgärtel, is excellent. We have been to Dresden 4 times and it was always very nice.

A very nice restaurant to stay in Dresden. The food was great, which the chef Sebastiań conjured up, nice service with great Italian drinks and the Dresden Feldschlösschen. It was a nice evening when the drinking group from BKW rode in.🍻

Also Gast im Hotel Elbflorenz haben das Restaurant genutzt. Das Ambiente inkl. Hintergrundmusik lässt eine. So gar nicht an Italien denken. Die spaghetti Carbonara war eher Spaghetti mit gestockter Eiersosse, der gewünschte Parmesan kam zum Ende des Essens, also nutzlos und insbesondere die “Freundlichkeit” des “Oberkellners geradezu aus Sicht eines zahlenden Kunden eine Beleidigung. Mit einem sehr schlechten Gefühl haben wir dieses Lokal verlassen und werden nie wieder aufsuchen noch können wir es weiterempfehlen. Bedauerlich!

Eight of us came here for dinner before our visit to the Boulevard Theater. The restaurant was very busy, but the wait for our food was still quite short. The staff was very friendly, the pizzas that my wife and I ordered were very large, but that didn't affect the taste. Thin pizza base, a crispy edge and very good toppings, everything a pizza needs. You can sit very quietly in the inner courtyard surrounded by the Hotel Elbflorenz. The price-performance ratio was okay, overall a recommendation before a visit to the theater. However, be sure to reserve.

Very inattentive service staff. You have to wait 30 minutes for the card. There are pat answers to questions. We then got up and left again. Unfortunately impossible.

We recently had dinner here. The reservation was for 5:30 p.m. At 4 p.m. we got a call that the stove was broken and there would only be pizza and cold food. OK. (We later found out that the stove problem hadn't just started that day, so we would have liked a call earlier!) When we arrived, everyone was very friendly. The selection of pizza was okay. However, the waiting time was very, very long! Probably because everyone ordered pizza. When the pizza came we were thrilled. One too “raw” and the other too burnt. At a price of ~17€ we expect more here too. (after talking about the bill we didn't have to pay for the pizza) A positive thing to mention is the friendly staff!

We came to the restaurant directly from the Hotel Elbflorence. This restaurant is particularly recommended for hotel guests but also for guests in the city. Even if we just wanted a snack for the evening, the staff responded very well to our wishes and conjured up a lovely evening for us with delicious food and appropriate Italian music. We'd love to come back.

Restaurant in the Elbflorenz hotel. Comfortable and very quiet with a few tables outside. Very friendly welcome and good meal for a very normal price. Davolo pizza is very spicy. For my part, I was not able to taste it but the waitress very kindly offered to make it again without spicy sauce. I want to highlight this commercial gesture. I appreciated ! A very good address to remember.

I had a great visit to Quattro Cani and always enjoy coming back! The food is always perfect and today I had another super delicious meal: the baked eggplant was DIVINE! So incredibly delicious that I have to come back soon to eat this dish again. Very nice service staff, nice rooms and everything was at the table super quickly. We had reserved and were even allowed to sit down 20 minutes early because we spontaneously got there earlier. Thank you again for that - and also for the great evening! Very good cuisine with hard-working, attentive staff. The ambience is relatively good. Unfortunately there was a large group of women who were very loud. But the restaurant can't do anything about it. Otherwise, the restaurant can be recommended and if we are in Dresden again, we will definitely come by again.

We made a reservation for 7 people and were there half an hour beforehand which wasn't a problem. The restaurant was well attended. Service was very nice and we had to wait a reasonable amount of time for the food for 7 people. All in all very friendly and very tasty. We felt in good hands. We'd love to come back.

Food OK but there are better Italians in Dresden.

Were at the Hotel Elbflorenz and wanted to have dinner there in the evening. Pizza is always possible. So make a reservation and go there in the evening. The reception was very nice and friendly. We were assigned a table and handed the cards open. After ordering drinks and eating, we were brought a “greeting from the house” of fresh bread and some kind of paste. The bread was super fresh and the paste was very tasty. The 2 pizzas were excellent. For me, she would have liked to have been able to sizzle a little more in the oven. But the taste was very good. In terms of price, the pizzas were in the upper range but there were also plenty of toppings. Offering is very nice and exaggeratedly Italian. A nice restaurant and very good food. The food came within 10 minutes.

Unsere Reservierung klappte, sind im Hotel des WTC-Komplexes Gäste. Das Ambiente ist noch nicht ganz ausgereift, tat aber dennoch keinen Abstrich. Das Personal war freundlich u aufmerksam, unsre Essenauswahl enttäuschte NICHT in Portionsgröße/Geschmack. Wir fühlten uns wohl!

Für einen angenehmen Abendausklang haben wir eine Woche zuvor für ein nettes Abendessen nach der Theatervorstellung im Boulevardtheater einen Tisch für 4 Personen bestellt. Obwohl wir dann außerplanmäßig mit 5 Personen ankamen, war dies kein Problem. Freundlich hat man uns eine Tischauswahl zur Verfügung gestellt, dann jedoch vergessen, dass eine 5. Person auch einen Stuhl und Besteck benötigt. Okay, man kann ja höflich nachfragen, was in unserem Fall auch zum Erfolg geführt hat. Der Service ist also grundsätzlich freundlich, aber insgesamt nicht sehr aufmerksam. Man hat nicht bemerkt, dass wir mehrfach nach dem Service blickten und auf uns aufmerksam machten. Es wurde nicht bemerkt, dass weit vor dem Essen bereits die Getränke ausgetrunken waren. Was allerdings einen höhere Sternevergabe absolut verhindert, war die Wartezeit! Mehr als 1 Stunde mussten wir auf dann teilweise kaltes Essen (Rigatoni sollten doch eigentlich warm serviert werden...) warten. Im übrigen bedurfte das Essen insgesamt sicherlich auch keines größeren Zeitaufwandes (Käseplatte, Salat, Caspacho und 2 Nudelgerichte). Dabei wurden zahlreiche Gäste, die erkennbar später kamen, vor uns bedient. Erst unsere zum Ausdruck gebrachte Ungeduld führte nach erneutem Warten zur Essenslieferung - und dann mit dem Kommentar ..."Sie wollen doch hoffentlich nicht noch zur Vorstellung?" Es ist kein typischer Italiener "um die Ecke", das Ambiente trotz der Größe aber nicht unangenehm. Unangenehm waren hingegen die Getränkepreise. Ich persönlich kann für dieses Lokal im Ergebnis leider KEINE Empfehlung aussprechen!

Das Ambiente könnte mehr Italienisch sein. Das Essen war durchschnittlich. Eine Pfifferling Pizza mit genau 5 Pfifferlingen darauf, ein Salat mit Pfifferlingen, hier musste man zwischen dem Salat die Pfifferlinge suchen.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Sonntagabend in diesem Restaurant verbracht. Das Essen war hervorragend, das Ambiente im Außenbereich war angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit unseres Kellners Adnan. Er hat durch seine Art den Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Es war nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Moin. Meine Frau und ich waren am 25.08.2023 imQuattro Cani essen. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie man nur einen Stern geben kann. Ich bin nicht gerade der Pasta Fan. Aber was uns da serviert wurde, war einfach nur geil. Der Service war auch sehr gut. Sollten wir mal wieder nach Dresden fahren, gehen wir auf jeden Fall ins Quattro Cani. Fazit. Super Essen und super Service.

Das Essen war seinen Preis leider nicht wert. Sehr schade, da das Restaurant eigentlich recht hübsch aussieht.

Die Reservierung (empfehlenswert bei einem Aufenthalt vor dem Theaterbesuch) erfolgte online und völlig unkompliziert. An einem heißen Tag angekommen konnten wir sogar im Biergarten sitzen, der sich im Innenhof des Gebäudekomplexes befindet. Das Personal war freundlich, unser Essen kam recht schnell, der Wein war lecker- alles in allem ein gelungener Start in den Abend!

Sehr laut wie Bahnhofshalle. Essen war nicht doll. Knoblauch war nicht präsent. Lachs mit Parmesankruste war ein Reinfall, weiche Semmelpampe ohne Geschmack. Reisbrei mit Zitrone nicht nur optisch schlecht. Bier 6 €, das ist 1€ teurer als in der Altstadt um die Münzgasse. Eis war ok.

...uns Vieren hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, Gnocchi und Schwarze Tagliatelle mit Spargel, Wartezeit war angemessen, Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent, Preis sehr sehr angemessen, Ambiente italienisch unaufdringlich, gerne wieder...

Wir waren vor der Veranstaltung in der Komödie zu Gast. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das essen kam schnell und schmeckte wirklich sehr gut. Über die Portionsgröße kann man streiten. Fur den Preis aber angemessen. Ein sehr schöner Abend. Nicht zu vergessen das auch die vorherige Bestellung super funktioniert hat.

Dies führt dazu, daß man Gespräche von den Nachbartischen akustisch mitbekommt. Dafür ein Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten rundum empfehlenswert und wir haben das Quattro Cani auf unserer Favoritenliste für Dresden.

Sehr freundlicher Service, leckere Pizza, Tagesessen schwarze Tagliatelle mit Scrimps hervorragend, Bardolino Chiaretto passte sehr gut. Espresso könnte noch verbessert werden, die Hälfte und ein wenig stärker. Kommen gerne wieder.

Hatten ein sehr leckeres, qualitativ hochwertiges 3 Gängemenü. Von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert alles top. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam,nett und unaufdringlich. Die Getränkepreise sind schon im höheren Bereich angesiedelt.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Leider dauert es obwohl nix los war extrem lange bis meine Pizza Magarita serviert wurde. Der Geschmack war okay, die Tomatensoße hatte den Geschmack meiner Fertigsossen. Es war zudem einer meiner treuesten Pizzen dieser Art und der Preis eines 0,5 lt Pils mit € 6 ist sehr geschmalzen.

Übrigens waren wir nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Lokal. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Nachdem wir fünf Minuten vor Öffnung höflich um Einlass gebeten haben, wurden wir nicht an unseren bestellten Tisch gelassen. Das Essen war schlecht, die Pizza nicht durch , die Spagetti alolio ohne Knoblauch und zu guter Letzt der Espresso kalt und weit weg von seinem Namen.

Large pizzeria which is part of the hotel Elbe Florenz, in the brand new large World trade Center, 10 minutes away on foot from downtown, reachable by tram 12. The decor is nice, the service also, the prices are good and the food excellent ! I took Fettuchini al funghi. Cooked al dente. Perfetto !
