A great local, Italian specialties served by very pleasant service. While enjoying the delicious food, you can also sit outside when the weather is good and enjoy the wonderful view of the Elbe River. I'd love to come by here again

The first and last time, sorry, the restaurant was manageably full, the waiter was overwhelmed, then we ordered pizza but we got it with the wrong toppings, if you ordered pasta you should order two plates because you won't really get full from what's on them. At some point we wanted to pay, but had to wait forever again. Stevice was bad, food, I've thrown away better, ambience OK, that was the only bright spot

We ate at the restaurant two evenings in a row. The pizzas and salads are very tasty. We haven't eaten such delicious pizza for a long time. The waiter was very nice and we felt welcome. The ambience is really nice! We will definitely eat there again on our next visit.

Unfortunately no EC payment possible. And some dishes from the menu cannot be ordered.

Edit: I thought I'd give the store another chance today, the table theme was the same. I then ordered a pizza to take away, waited 45 minutes for it and the table we would have taken was free the whole time. The pizza was not cooked through and had canned mushrooms on it, I didn't get my money back, nor did I get the pizza. Nobody could understand why I didn't want to wait again for a new one. During the 45 minutes of waiting, I was able to observe how poorly the delivery was. I just hope the store goes bankrupt and I don't really wish anyone to end up there. The pizza at the kebab shop is for less than half the money, twice as good. Service personnel definitely chose the wrong job. I asked over the phone if there was a nice place outside and the answer was yes. When we arrived we were offered a table with a bench where we could watch someone's back the whole time. Apparently everything else was reserved and no other place was possible, but when I walked past it again after we had eaten ELSEWHERE, about an hour later, everything was free. Simply cheeky 😁

When we wanted to order pizza we were told that this was not possible because there was no mozzarella in stock. So we only ordered a cocktail as the ambience was nice. Not even drinking it yet, the waiter came to collect it. Afterwards we realized that €2 was simply charged more. There was no invoice. Even though the restaurant was supposed to be open for another 30 minutes, everything was closed so we had to leave immediately. Not recommended!

We were there for the third time today. The first time it was mixed, the second time we were sent away and today we weren't allowed to sit at tables that were "reserved". In our pleasant 70 minute wait (for a pizza) no “reservation” showed up. It should be mentioned that there were no reservation signs or other markings on the tables or were visible. So we waited on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant for 70 minutes. After asking twice and being put off twice, our pizza arrived. About the pizza: A caprese with mushrooms was ordered for €16.70 - Canned mushrooms - incredibly watery sauce - Pizza not even remotely baked - Ingredients carelessly slapped onto the pizza and off you go A complaint was only made under the premise of having to take a new pizza with us. We didn't want this under any circumstances because the entire company, the boss, the kitchen team, etc. were running around in a completely uncoordinated manner and the initial result couldn't be expected of anyone, so we turned it down. As a result, there was no money back. You have to say that everyone is friendly, but they have no idea about gastronomy and everything has more of a hobby character. For us it was the third and last chance for the Medici.

At the weekend there were 6 of us and we were looking forward to eating at the Italian restaurant. The ambience on the Elbe is nice, but the cyclists drive past the tables at a high speed, which is sometimes very disruptive. The food was good. What really annoyed me was that 2 of us paid more, more than €2 each was simply added on. Unfortunately there was no receipt so we only noticed it afterwards. I just find it cheeky.

Small piece of Italy in the middle of Dresden. Wonderful ambience, friendly and very attentive service. The food is absolutely recommended. Parking is a bit difficult. But theoretically you can stop right in front of it at the bottom of the Elbe if the water is not too high.

The restaurant is actually very nicely located on the Elbe cycle path. Personally, I didn't find the ambience that great. The loud pop music from mediocre speakers wasn't really my thing either. Unfortunately the pulp was only lukewarm. My wife's noodles weren't that great either. Overall the food was more like A1. But the service was very attentive, something that is not a given these days.

You don't even know where to start... The bad reviews from the last 3 months say it exactly! Short and sweet: The menus have different prices! No cutlery was brought to eat! The toilets looked dirty! A completely overwhelmed waiter who was very rude to the guests! The drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive! After that we weren't asked if we wanted anything else to drink. The food was over salted and half of it was missing! We waited another 20 minutes for the bill! Guests who were not served! What can you say about that? The place is going downhill... We always enjoyed staying here and were very satisfied, now we're staying away!!!

Never again ! Celebration with 9 people. It was only when we ordered that we were informed that fish and meat dishes were not possible, even though salmon, for example, was advertised in front of the restaurant. Long waiting times in every respect, both for the waiter and for the drinks and food ordered. The icing on the cake when paying was that we were told that card payment was not possible. All in all a failure!

I ordered lasagne here and was even told that it was hot. However, the bottom lasagne plate was burnt and the lasagne in the middle was completely cold. After a long wait, because no one asked if everything was okay, we called the waiter again and expressed the problem. He apologized and took the lasagne away. I got the same lasagne back with the burnt lasagne plate discarded and it wasn't pointed out that it was hot, so I felt it straight away on my fingers. The lasagna was actually very hot. Pretty dissatisfied.

When the weather is nice you can sit outside and watch the Elbe and the cyclists rushing past. The food is always delicious. Whether meat, pizza or salad, everything tastes fresh. The fitness salad was interesting. It had a bit of a honey flavor and, I hope I recognized this correctly, a bit of lemon. I didn't expect it, but it was fresh and tasted really good. Food perfect, location perfect, service perfect - my highest recommendation.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this place if they had simply seen a rat running around the room while they were eating. The boss is simply unfriendly and this is definitely not Italian pizza

A nice corner on the Elbe with good pizza and really friendly, humorous staff. Unfortunately, the prices have risen very sharply. This doesn't seem to have reduced demand - but has reduced the ability for me and many of my friends to enjoy this pizzeria more often. Unfortunately. A significantly reduced price “pizza of the day” or something similar would be desirable.

Service is good, the waiters are quick and attentive. Place of eatery is also nice, man really feels like in Italy. If you are in Laubegast, it is worth a visit.

TRULY RECOMMENDED! Recommended by the hotel we were staying in, we were thrilled to have had dinner at this place. The owner is super nice, a young Italian guy, with a great desire to work and extremely friendly. Abundant dishes, lots of them, and good ones!

But it's not an isolated case: long waiting time, wrong food, ok food, missing waiter. And that at the prices.

Apart from the beautiful location, there is unfortunately nothing good to report here. Despite having reserved a table, there was initially no room available for us. The waitress barely understood us and brought us the wrong drinks several times; some of the beer was stale. The taste of the food was mediocre as was the speed of the service. After all, we were the last table that was still allowed to order pizza. After that it was over (7 p.m.)

Catastrophe: the waiters had the lights on but no one was home, the food wasn't right because of the pizzas and well the good guys didn't have any change either.

Clear recommendation: never again! I've never had such bad pizza at an Italian restaurant! My chewing muscles are still sore after this rubber pizza!

We have never been so disappointed with a pizza and a salad. The dough was like rubber, the edges were burnt, couldn't be cut, couldn't be eaten. The chicken salad without dressing almost just leaves...not recommended

Really really bad, the atmosphere is great but unfortunately that was all that could be said positively. A stale beer, a wine spritzer without fizz and food far below average. The staff was nice but not helpful either. I waited forever for a beer and then it was scarf. We're never going here again

There was no pizza to order on a Tuesday evening around 7 p.m. because the dough was probably out. The pasta we ordered for 15.50 euros was a joke both in terms of taste and quantity. There were no concrete arguments or answers to the criticism. In my opinion it's a pure tourist rip-off, as the shop is right on the Elbe and doesn't seem to need it.

I invited my son and his girlfriend there the evening before Ascension Day. It's within walking distance for all of us. This means that we have been there often in the last few years and have never been dissatisfied. We were probably lucky with 6:30 p.m. because everything was still working. The drinks were delivered correctly and the food was, as usual, very tasty. However, for all the other guests following us, this evening was unfortunately a total disaster! We were so engrossed in our three-way conversation that we only later realized that some guests (around 15 in total) had left the restaurant without being served. The couple next to us at the table were audibly unhappy about the service, the food had the wrong ingredients and the drinks didn't match the original order, so we also listened to this situation. I tried to reach someone in the kitchen for the other guests by ringing the bell at the counter. I noticed that there were still two meals ready to be served. Nobody to see or hear. Probably cold, as the guests who were not served had long since left the restaurant. I think it's a real shame that you can no longer rely on the usual consistency with the beloved Italian charm there. Even if it was supposedly a problem in the kitchen, you as a guest can still be informed about it. I just expect that and then it's not a problem. Then you walk a few meters further to Sommer's and eat a schnitzel.🤷🏼‍♂️ I/we will not be visiting this restaurant again. I'm sorry for this assessment, because we regret it very much!

Where do I begin? We waited in the entrance area for 5 minutes for a waiter to show us our seats. He then did so, but rather reluctantly and quickly disappeared again. We just got the cards from the counter because we didn't get any. After a good 10-15 minutes we were able to place our order for drinks and food. The drinks came after another 15 minutes of waiting. However, he brought us wine instead of water and continued to discuss our alleged wrong order. The food arrived about an hour later, after 4 other guests had already left the restaurant because they were not served. An hour's wait with background music from the Smurfs didn't exactly improve the mood. The wild herb pizza we ordered was a ham pizza which of course we returned. The main courses that were then served were tasty, but could have been more lavish for the price. In addition, the starter in the form of a tomato salad came long after the main course and had nothing to do with a tomato salad. A bowl with rocket, two small tomatoes and some onion was served. But the food was still good compared to the service. The waiter gave rude answers whenever he was present and mixed up the orders of the few occupied tables. We went home both not full and not happy. When we paid we were asked how much we wanted to tip. With this service it's cheeky! Service -1 star. We won't be coming back for the time being. It's a shame, because the restaurant has a lot of wasted potential.

Four of us ate at this restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and seated outside upon request. When it started raining, we were allowed to sit inside. We ordered drinks and pizza. We ordered 4 pizzas. The waiter didn't take any notes when taking the order. He tried to remember everything orally. My pizza was completely forgotten. When I received my pizza after a long wait, the edge of it was also very black. The taste was ok. I didn't eat the edges. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the evening due to the unprofessionalism of taking the order and the rather burnt pizza. I won't eat with you anymore.

Unfortunately it was more than bad today... We ordered a table for our wedding anniversary and it worked out great. Unfortunately, that was the only thing... The restaurant was almost empty and right from the start it became apparent that the service was completely overwhelmed with around 15 guests. We waited 20 minutes for the first order (drinks) today! Of course we ordered the food right away... after an hour we were asked if we had already ordered food? Of course we said yes, after another 15 minutes we were told that the lasagne was gone.... It can happen... But if at the beginning there are only 15 guests who only ordered pizza, it is unacceptable if after 1 hour It was discovered that the ingredients for the lasagne simply weren't there... 2 stars were given for the fact that ordering the table worked and the 2nd star was given for the fact that due to the situation (wedding anniversary) and my complaint to the boss, I probably didn't get anything had to pay.... Thanks to Sommer's Wirtshaus, who, even after the kitchen closed, saved our evening in a very short time and served us a delicious meal.

We ordered something to pick up from this restaurant. Once there, we looked in vain for the waitress...she had made herself comfortable on the banks of the Elbe and was not very motivated to serve the few guests. While I was waiting, some guests left the restaurant because no one had taken care of them. Another family also looked a bit worn out. Overall the food was relatively good but a bit too little for the price. Our portions were just as “small” as our son’s children’s portion. I can understand the pretty mixed and also quite bad reviews here and probably wouldn't buy anything here again...it's a shame

Das Essen hat die Erwartungen an einen italienisches Restaurant erfüllt (aber nicht mehr). Das ist auch das einzig positive. Der Chef - unhöflich, der Service - schlecht (haben eine halbe Stunde auf die Karte gewartet), der Wein - wässrig. Alles in allem würde ich das Restaurant Medici nicht empfehlen.

The location was beautiful, especially outside with a view of the Elbe. What wasn't so nice, however, was that the pasta with king prawns described didn't have any king prawns, the service didn't seem rude but reserved and no card payment was possible (apparently temporary). We were shocked when we paid just under €30 for a 0.75l bottle of Primitivo, while the 0.5l carafe advertised on the menu only cost around €11.

The one star is for the good quality of the food, which we didn't actually want. After our order was rejected as not possible today, the waitress persuaded us to take the (expensive) daily menu with a lot of talking and gesturing. A little later it was discovered that this would only be possible without mushrooms. We took it so as not to disturb our evening any further. After the really good meal (fish with salad) came the €90 bill with drinks that we had never drunk in the specified number. Conclusion: delicious food that we never wanted with drinks that we didn't have... Note 2024: Restaurant hires company to delete negative reviews. After a long correspondence with Google, this review was not deleted, but one can assume that this was successful with other reviews. It's a shame, you could have just communicated yourself.

And it was only after ordering drinks that we were told that the chef was sick and that there were no pizzas. (pasta dishes only) Pasta dishes were very good. Unfortunately the portions are far too small.

The ambience is very nice and with great attention to detail. The room is small and manageable. Pizzas had fluffy edges and a very thin base. Topping rather lush, taste very fine.

Order was taken incorrectly, different employees came to ask several times. After 40 minutes we politely asked where the food was (we had a child with us who was whining because he was hungry). Food arrived 25 minutes later, noodles were hard, so the order had been forgotten. Food was good, but it has to be for this price. The service is a disaster.

We were invited to a wedding dinner. The atmosphere was great. The waiters were friendly and always ready. The food was great. Buffet with everything your heart desires. Small restaurant with a nice Italian flair. Everything great.

Wir waren im August dort. Unser erster Eindruck war sehr positiv, leider nahm der Kellner, beim ersten Kontakt keine Getränkebestellung an, sondern wollte nur eindecken. ( Ich hatte Durst ;- ( ) Nach 10 min. Bestellung der Getränke & Speisen. 10 min später kam der Kellner mit Pizza beladen, ob wir Tonne bestellt hätten, Antwort nein. Dann kam unser Essen, Spaghetti alla Chitarra, mit Tomaten & Spinat und eine Pizza Frutti di Mare. Meine Pizza hatte zwar Geschmack, aber mit Italien nicht zu vergleichen. Bei den Spaghetti fehlte der Spinat. Natürlich habe ich darauf hingewiesen, die Anwort des Kellners : Ich hab es nicht gegessen, wir haben soviel Stress usw. Es war Dienstag 19 Uhr, was ist dort am Wochenende los ??? Die Rechnung kam, die Spaghetti alla Chitarra voll abgerechnet und ich habe bezahlt. Dem Kellner erklärte ich, sein Trinkgeld verliert er ,wegen dem fehlenden Spinat und dem fehlenden Wörtchen ''Entschuldigung''. Wir sind gegangen, als wir auf der anderen Strassenseite waren wollte er uns noch einen oder besser den sonst gewohnten Abschiedslikör anbieten. Wir haben verzichtet. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass war einfach nur dieser schlechte Tag für das Restaurant. Probiert es und schreibt Eure Erfahrung, (Diese Rezension ist eine Überarbeitung, der Inhaber hat ein Unternehmen beauftragt, welches Google veranlasst hat, die orginale Rezension gegen meinen Willen zu streichen, alle Angaben entsprechen der Wahrheit)

preis-/leistungsverhaeltnis ist nicht ok. als stuttgarter ist man bei bierpreisen einiges gewoehnt. denkt man. der kollege hier will 5,90 fuer den halben liter. ist damit mein persoenlicher rekord. ich hatte octopus-salat von der vorspeisenkarte. stattliche 24,90. statt kartoffel gab es aufgeweichtes weissbrot. schmeckte am ende auch, aber so geht das nicht. die preise simulieren gehobene gastronomie, was man dafuer bekommt, ist absoluter standard. empfehlenswert ist sicherlich die herrliche lage am ufer. muss jeder selbst wissen, was ihm das wert ist

Essen ist sehr vielfältig, lecker und schön angerichtet. Service ist sehr unaufmerksam und dauert lang. Ambiente gleicht einem Ramschladen.. Kein Parkplatz, nicht rollstuhlgerecht, meist keine Kartenzahlung möglich.

Preis Leistung ist definitiv 5Sterne wert. Wir saßen drinnen, es war kalt und die Musik die lief, war schlecht. Ansonsten sehr schön und lecker.

Personal schlecht abgesprochen, verschiedene Kellner fragen immer wieder die gleichen Sachen ab. Bier deutlich zu warm. Pizzateig sehr lecker. Canneloni in Bechamel komplett ertrunken. Kartenzahlung nur EC Karte möglich. Update 2023-11-22: Der Restaurantbesuch fand am 07.Juli 2023 zwischen 20:45 Uhr und 22:20 Uhr statt.

Es ist ein sehr schönes italienisches Restaurant mit gutem Essen und tollem Ausblick im Sommer.

The Quality of food was moderate. But: Don't drink the wine! Expensive and poor taste. I've seen the waiter pouring the "vino della casa" from a 2 liter bottle with a label in my glass. Simply rip-off! Apart from that, the waiter was rude. And check your bill. Never again!

Sehr leckeres Essen in schöner Atmosphäre. Bedienung ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Perfekt!

Süßes kleines Restaurant direkt am Elberadweg. Der Kellner war sehr lieb und aufmerksam, das Ambiente gemütlich. Einziger Punktabzug weil das Essen wirklich lange gedauert hat und wir nicht alle gleichzeitig unser Essen bekommen haben. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Ich habe das Restaurant schon mehrmals besucht, und jedes Mal war es ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Das Personal fragt immer wieder nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist, und es ist definitiv eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants.

Wir wollten dort Mittagessen. Die Angestellten saßen draußen und sagten uns, dass der Chef heute 2 Stunden später kommt und nur er hat den Schlüssel.

Не думала писати коментар до цього місця, бо негативні не люблю. І часто щось добре, щось ні і компенсується, проте це не той випадок. Відвідування цього закладу залишило дуже неприємні відчуття на кілька днів. Судячи з коментарів інших відвідувачів - це система для цього кафе. Дуже зверхнє і непривітне відношення самого власника чи хто він там (судячи з тисячі його фото в меню під кожним блюдом). У нас був тур bikepaking Prague-Amsterdam, ми їхали дуже втомлені і якраз по вело-маршруту біля цього кафе, тому вирішили зупинитись на каву, перепочити і можливо перекусити. Біля закладу нікого не було, на вулиці сиділи лише 2 дами з бокалами і просили їх пофоткати. Після фотосесії)) ми присіли на вільні місця почекати що хтось вийде.. Підбіг чоловік почав махати швидко руками, потім відбіг і приніс меню і пішов. Ми почали гортати меню (воно було все в його фотках) і він через 10 секунд знову підбіг і почав італійською щось казати. Ми пояснювали, що не знаємо італійську, відкрили авто-перекладач в телефоні і не встигли обрати мову італійську, як він з призирством почав перераховувати всі мови... це треш-,,привітність,,, якої ми проїхавши 1,5 тисяч кілометрів більше не зустрічали ні в Чехії, ні в Німеччині (де-інде), ні в Нідерландах, ні в Польші. Тож ми замовили англійською 2 кави і все. Чекали довго каву і все ж приніс. Ми вже вирішили тут не їсти і попросили рахунок. Випили каву, ніхто не підходить довго... і тут він нам виносить ще 2 кави інший вид... ми наполегливо почали просити рахунок (і вже італійською йому в перекладачі) і що розрахунок картою (тут знову треш, бо картою не можна і на початку цього не можна було оголосити). Все ж таки виніс рахунок за 4 кави з перекошеною посмішкою і ми їхали звідти далі ніж бачили і дуже швидко (бо все ж таки по 2 кави міцні на людину і серце калатало до ночі).. Потім їхали, аналізували ситуацію і не могли зрозуміти що це було пару днів та вирішили більше не псувати подорож негідними людьми і їх вчинками... Тепер по завершенню подорожі як гугл запропонував проставити оцінки місцям відвідувань, то я всім закладам (кафе, готелям, магазинам, заправкам, паркам, пам яткам, майстерням) ставила 5 зірок, все супер і люди привітні, ввічливі і атмосфера і обслуговування.. і тут мені пропонують оцінити це кафе, яка по моїм внутрішнім емоціям і суб єктивній думці не вартує й 1 зірки, а навпаки -10 за зіпсований день!!!

Die Pizzeria liegt direkt am linken Elberadweg im Dresdner Stadtteil Laubegast. An einem Freitag bei herrlichem Wetter waren wir um die Mittagszeit die einzigen Gäste. Die Pizzeria wird tatsächlich von Italienern betrieben, von denen nicht alle deutsch sprechen. Das ist jedoch kein Hindernis. Die Preise sind der aktuellen Inflation gefolgt, aber nicht abgehoben. Die bestellte Pizza Vesuvio kam in angemessener Zeit und war köstlich.

Keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Mit größeren Gruppen ist man dort heillos überfordert. Allein auf unsere Getränke haben wir eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, der Pizzateig allerdings sehr salzig und damit der Rand ungenießbar. Der alkoholfreie "Cocktail" für 7 Euro war am Ende nur billiger Orangensaft mit Eiswürfeln, die in der Beschreibung angegebenen Waldbeeren fehlten. Bei der Abrechnung wurden teilweise andere Preise berechnet als auf der Karte standen.

Waren heute zum ersten Mal bei diesem Italiener, nachdem wir in Dresden schon einige besucht haben, sticht dieser mit seiner originalen italienischen Mentalität und Herzlichkeit heraus, wird wohl unser Stammitaliener werden.

Essen war Kalt (also nicht frisch zubereitet) Salzig und ungenießbar. Totale Katastrophe nie wieder!!!!

Lieber Maurizio, als Kenner und Liebhaber der gehobenen italienischen Küche, waren wir von Deiner hausgemachten - und original italienisch zubereiteten Pasta (mit frischen Meeresfrüchten) mehr als begeistert! 5***** deshalb, weil in Deinem Ristorante wirklich ALLES stimmt. Die Freundlichkeit Deines Personals, das Ambiente und natürlich Deine Kochkunst, die Du mit sehr viel Liebe immer wieder neu unter Beweis stellst! Schlussendlich ist es das ausgesprochen gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, was uns als kritische Dresdner, zu Stammgästen werden ließ! Für alle anderen, welche ebenfalls die gute und traditionelle italienische Küche zu wertschätzen wissen, eine klare Empfehlung!

Immer wieder gern! Tolles Ambiente, gute und freundliche Bedienung und vor allem: sehr leckeres Essen.

Qualität des Essens ist gut. Service leider nicht. Kellner kennt nur den Unterschied zwischen Weißwein und Rotwein und weiß nicht was im Glas ist, bei zwei verschiedenen Weißweinen. Preis sind eher hoch. Wasser 0,25l für 4€ ist nicht mehr angemessen. Wenn man Chili Öl für die Pizza möchte, wartet man ewig darauf und darf es dann auch noch extra bezahlen.... Schade, dieser Besuch wurde einmalig bleiben. Es gibt in Dresden glücklicherweise bessere italienische Restaurants!

Was für eine Geldschneiderei. Wir hatten extra früh reserviert, um überhaupt einen Platz zu bekommen. Was begehrt ist, sollte eigentlich auch gut sein. Das Essen war es auch gut. Die Pastagerichte sind aber winzig. Ich musste mir extra noch eine Pizza bestellen, um überhaupt satt zu werden. Meine Begleitung fragte nach Chiliöl, welches dann auch mit auf der Rechnung stand. Eigentlich ist sowas Standard. Der Service war auch eher Mittel. Kennt die Karte nicht und bringt einen beliebigen Wein. So schön die Lage auch ist, der Verkehr auf dem ERW nervt auf Dauer schon. Hier wird aus der Lage des Restaurants viel Geld geschlagen. Kann ich aber nicht empfehlen. Es gibt deutlich bessere Alternativen.

Wohne im Laubegast und war hier schon 2 Mal. Wenn man hier italienische Küche erwartet, wird negativ überrascht: Pizza zu matschig und verbrannt, Fisch ist nicht durch gegart, Salate nicht immer frisch. Manchmal gibt es Chaos auf der Küche und man wartet auf Essen mehr als 1 Stunde, einfach unfassbar. Dazu noch schmutzige Gläser. Und dafür stolze Preise werden abkassiert! Nie wieder!

Der Wirt / Koch und Eigentümer ist sensationell .. Er brennt für sein Ristorante und sein Essen ... Gutes Personal ist das Problem !! Wenn die Leute im Service ihren Job nur erledigen und keine Leidenschaft dafür entwickeln, dann kann sich der Wirt abstrampeln soviel er will !! Kellner die das Konzept mittragen und diese italienischen Emotionen auch vermitteln sind schwer zu finden ... Wir kommen wieder versprochen !!

Wollte heute Tisch für 4 Personen bestellen, war auf Deutsch nicht möglich…letztendlich wurde vom Personal einfach aufgelegt. Kann pleite gehen. Und tschüss

Met vrouw en dochter hier gaan eten. Twee pizza’s en een salade besteld. Pizza’s niets mis mee. Salade was een andere dan die besteld was. Personeel op aangesproken. Ze verontschuldigden zich, de kok was nieuw en ze zouden meteen een nieuwe maken. Nieuwe salade arriveert: weer exact dezelfde (en dus verkeerde!) salade. Uiteindelijk at vrouwlief hem op omdat ze toch iets moest eten. Na het eten toetje besteld. Mijn vrouw had de tartufo van chocolade besteld: “Sorry mevrouw, die is op”. Dan maar de panna cotta? “Sorry mevrouw, die is ook op!” Ze boden wel nog gratis de tiramisu aan. Heel netjes, maar je hebt er niets aan als je niet van Tiramisu houdt. Toen de toetjes van mij en mijn dochter arriveerden, waren de appels die erbij zaten overduidelijk met een mes gesneden waar eerder uien mee gesneden waren. Waardoor de appels dus enorm naar uien smaakten. Bij het afrekenen hebben ze de salade overigens niet in rekening gebracht. Dat was wel netjes. Mooi uitzicht, maar incompetent keukenpersoneel. Ik zou hier nooit terugkomen. Per saldo een afrader, tenzij Gordon Ramsay hier eens een praatje komt houden met de medewerkers. De bedoelingen zijn goed, maar deze tent wordt op amateuristische wijze gerund.

Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aber auch wirklich nichts besonderes. Der Service allerdings ist unterirdisch. Trotz wenig Betrieb extreme Wartezeiten und man fühlt sich oftmals vergessen. Die Preise, insbesondere die der Getränke sind ungerechtfertigt und das Parmesan, welchen man erst nach dreimaligen erfragen bekommt wird in Rechnung gestellt. Das hatte ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht

Vom Ambiente, wie man sich ein richtiges italienisches Restaurant vorstellt, klein und romantisch. Alle Gerichte die ich bis jetzt hatte, waren sehr hochwertig, frisch und lecker. Vor allem der Pizzateig hat mir hier sehr gut gefallen und das Teramisu ein Traum. Ich komme immer wieder gerne. MfG P. Z.

Super mit Blick auf die Elbe . Etwas längere Wartezeit frisch gekocht klasse. Nur bei der Potionsgröße ein wenig Abzug , für kleine Italiener wird's gut sein ...

Klasse Restaurant und sehr schönes Ambiente. Essen war klasse und der Service ebenso.

Extrem unfreundlicher Kellner. Beim aufnehmen der Bestellung ist der Kellner deutlich genervt von Reduktionen und äußert , wie genervt er und die Küche sein und dass die Küche ihm nen Vogel zeigen würde, wenn man Pizza nur mit Käse bestellt. Dazu macht er abfällige Tzischgeräüsche. Dann berichtet er von seinem Personalmangel. Wir sagen ihm, wenn ihnen die Bestellung nicht passe, können wir auch gehen. Daraufhin äußert er, ja dann machen sie nur. Sowas grundlos unverschämtes haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Absolut Fantastisch !!! Beim wunderschönen Blick auf die Elbe genießt man eine unfassbar authentische leckere Reise nach Italien. Man merkt das hier La Dolce Vita gelebt wird und der Service zu 100% hinter den komplett selbst gemacht Speisen steht. Sowohl das Essen als auch die Getränke sind unbeschreiblich lecker und um einiges besser als in manch einem Ort in Italien selbst. Ein echter Geheimtipp, den man bei einem Besuch in Laubegast auf keinen Fall verpassen darf !
