The ambience is okay, but the music is so loud that normal conversation is impossible.

We come here once a year for a girls' weekend. The food is absolutely delicious. The service is incredibly friendly. The prices are perfectly reasonable. We'll definitely be back.❤️❤️

We waited 15 minutes without being served. The service staff walked past us several times. Too bad. Then we left without eating anything. It was barely busy, which is why we couldn't understand it at all.

The food and drinks were good. The staff did everything they could to make everyone happy. Unfortunately, it felt like the delivery service was given priority. With a wait time of almost 1.5 hours, it was definitely a long one. The ventilation (which, according to the staff, cannot be regulated) was very unpleasant, as was the music.

It was a lovely evening together. The waitress moved us after we pointed out that the table by the window was getting windy from the air conditioning. Sari continued to serve us promptly and came by twice to check if everything was okay. This gave us the opportunity to express any requests or concerns during the meal, rather than waiting until the bill arrived. All in all, very positive. The downside is that the tables are too small, as the pizzas are truly enormous. But of course, the staff can't be blamed for that.

We had a great time with delicious food. My dish was spot on. Sari's service was excellent, very attentive and prompt.

I visited this restaurant because of the good Google reviews – and I'm writing my own here. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I had to wait a very long time for my order to even be taken – not just me, but also a woman and her nephew at the next table. From the moment I arrived until my pizza was served, almost an hour passed. I also ordered a coffee, but had to search for the sugar myself because the waitress took a long time to arrive. However, that was the least of my problems. The pizza was served on a plate that was too small, so pieces were touching the table. It also wasn't sliced. I ordered one half with pineapple and the other half a capricciosa. The capricciosa came without olives, was overseasoned, and the pineapple was overripe. I also had to wait a long time to pay. Finally, I went to the waitress myself because I was in a hurry. Her reaction was rude – she told me to see how busy she was and that she was on her way to me anyway. However, I've had enough time to sit down, go to the bathroom, wait again, and then look for her. I'm very disappointed. I won't be coming back and unfortunately can't recommend the store.

Unfortunately, the service was so poor that we left without eating. We arrived with a sleeping child in a stroller and were looking forward to enjoying a quiet hour together while eating. They asked us to wait, then several people came in who had priority. We addressed the issue and eventually got a table. Then we waited another 20 minutes without our order being taken. The child suddenly woke up to the noise of a waiter...

Dear Team, Yesterday I simply wanted to use your restroom and politely asked. I even voluntarily offered €1 to make this possible. Unfortunately, I was refused (BVB Tattoo) on the grounds that it wasn't a public restroom and that others might also want to use it. Since the bakery across the street was closed that day (a public holiday), no alternative option was available. I would like to give you my feedback, as the situation made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I hope you can consider this in the future to improve your customer service.

A table was reserved and a confirmation came via email. Then another email thanking us for the reservation. When we arrived, there was no reservation and the place was packed :/ That's not acceptable. We ended up standing in the rain with six people and had to find another place at short notice.

We visited the restaurant today with seven people. I had reserved a table online in advance. It worked out great. When we arrived, the waiters had to push tables together so we could eat together. But they handled it quite well, and to make up for the small inconvenience, we even got a few drinks on the house. The waiter, Sari, gave us a truly lovely evening and left nothing to be desired. I would come back.

We had a quick dinner in the evening. The place was full but we got a table after about 10 minutes of wait time. I had a chicken salat, which was very good and a tiramisu, also very tasty. We didn’t try the pizza, but we saw that it was ordered by many guests and it was huge! The service was quick.

Very tasty food at a fair price. Despite the busyness, the service was attentive and courteous. Since the kitchen is open to the view, you can even watch the pizzas being prepared.

We had pizza bread and bruschetta for starters, which were very tasty. The pizza was also very good, but unfortunately, due to its size, you couldn't enjoy it piping hot all the way through. Since the plates are too small, you have to push part of the pizza onto the table, otherwise it's difficult to slice. The restaurant is nice, but unfortunately, our table was far too small for four people and the huge pizzas, and it was in a walkway. The service was very friendly.

The Lotterie is a typical Italian restaurant with a variety of specialties. It serves excellent pasta dishes, pizza, and delicious salads. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. Everything is on the ground floor except for the restrooms, which are in the basement. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and you can pay by card. Delivery is available.

We were there for the lunch special. A portion of pasta with a drink for €11.50 and a pizza with a drink for €14.50 were fantastic. The pizza was huge, almost impossible to finish. The food in general was delicious! The ambiance is rustic and chic, as is the case everywhere. The waitress could have been a bit more attentive towards the end and not made us sit with our empty plates for so long; we would have liked to have another coffee. But when she arrived, there was no time. I have to say that the place was very empty. Overall, we really enjoyed it.

Friendly staff and atmosphere, the food is delicious, with many variations of pizza, pasta, salads, lasagna, and vegetarian options, both spicy and less spicy. Never had a bad or negative experience. It's clean and the food is freshly prepared, and the fruit and vegetables are just as fresh and crisp. You don't have to wait too long for the food; people always ask for it.

I've eaten there several times and ordered takeout a few times. I think the quality has declined considerably. For one thing, the service staff isn't particularly attentive, and for another, the pizzas aren't as good anymore. The place is also always loud and uncomfortable. Better to go somewhere else.

The location is really great, and so is the service. The restaurant is known for its large pizzas. We ordered a smaller salami pizza for our son. What was very disappointing was that there were only three small slices of salami on the pizza. With large pizzas, the difference between a Magherita and a salami is about €4. And that's for maybe five slices of salami. I don't understand why the pizza had so few toppings. I can't get my child to come back to this restaurant.

Basically the food was good, but a bit salty. However it was not a big deal for me, what actually bothered me was this blonde kinda curly hair girl, that was so rude, while we were pay she literally throw our bank card at us.

Probably the most disappointing lasagna in Dresden The lasagna was carelessly prepared according to a standard pattern. The portion size was noticeably small and completely inadequate for hungry guests. The flavor of the dish was dry, presumably due to a simple spaghetti and meat sauce topped with a slice of cheese. This dish had nothing to do with a real Italian lasagna – it seemed pre-cut into squares and heated in the microwave. For a restaurant, that's simply disappointing. To be honest: my partner cooks by far the better lasagna – and she doesn't even go to a restaurant!

We ate here on a Friday evening and were unfortunately a bit disappointed. First of all, we got a table without a reservation, which we thought was great. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The waiter didn't recognize the drink we ordered, and we had to show him that it was actually on the menu. Our appetizer came before the drinks. We had to raise the question ourselves about the wait for our drinks. Of the three drinks we ordered, only two came, and only after asking again did the third arrive. The food arrived quickly and hot. Unfortunately, my partner got gnocchi with shrimp instead of the pasta with seafood he ordered. My pasta with pesto and the "fake" dish were very tasty, though. So we didn't return it. I was able to order extra chicken to go with my pesto, which I thought was great (it wasn't on the menu). However, it was very dry. The waiters were super friendly. It wasn't loud, and you could have a good conversation. There was also outdoor seating, which looked cozy.
