Very courteous and nice staff, perfect service, very tasty food, would be happy to come back at any time.

The food is very tasty and the waiter (Abdul) who served us was very nice and accommodating.

💯 do not recommend. Terrible place. There are a lot of people there because the cafe is near the train station. Loud. The staff serves slowly. and they would not let you eat in peace; when they brought the food they said we had to leave in 30 minutes. because there are a lot of people there and they have to seat the next guests at the table. Even though we registered this table. terrible.

We went out for dinner spontaneously and got a seat straight away - despite Saturday evening and Christmas time. Food arrived super quickly and great service from Abdu! If we were from the corner, we would come back. Otherwise clear recommendation!

We are thrilled with how well the restaurant worked despite rush hour on a Saturday evening during the Christmas season. The service was top. We were served by Abdu.

It was very busy when we were there but we were told we could eat at the bar or have to wait 30 minutes. Had no problem sitting at the bar. Sat for over 1 hour, weren't served and finally left without eating or drinking anything.

Went to the Losteria with my girlfriend and friends today and had delicious wine and pasta. Lots of laughs and started the weekend. We had Abdul, who gave the girls a free desert. That was really a great evening.

World class service! Mr. Abdulrahman gave us an unforgettable evening. To deliver a performance like that on a Friday evening is remarkable. Friendly, courteous and quick. Good wine knowledge and a brain when creating a menu. Gladly again!

Very pleasant first visit to L'osteria. The ambience is TOP, our condition Abdu was very personable and accommodating. Price/performance ratio is definitely a hit. You can come here more often, whether young, old, student, tourist or local.

Ladies and Gentlemen Unfortunately, we were very disappointed when we visited your branch. At first we didn't receive what we ordered and had to ask for it multiple times. After a long wait, the food was finally brought to us, but the cutlery was missing, for which we also had to wait again. This process was very annoying for us and did not correspond to the service we expect from L’Osteria. We hope that such problems will be avoided in the future. Best regards V.S.

The pizza and pasta were tasty, as expected from this chain. However, there is plenty of room for improvement in terms of service: we had to insist in order to finally be able to order. The drinks took a long time and the four dishes we ordered didn't come at the same time. It seems as if the waitress has to look after guests as well as welcome new guests and guide them to the tables. It all seems uncoordinated. There doesn't seem to be a 'service manager'. The coffee we ordered after dinner was also forgotten. Although the service was individually very nice and attentive, I can unfortunately only give it three stars overall.

Tonight, my sister and I had one of the loveliest dinner at this pizzeria. The pizza portion was generous and was good for a meal for two. We were served by Abdu tonight. Today we had dinner in a larger group at L'Osteria. We were warmly welcomed by Abdul and shown to our table. The drinks were received promptly. Food and drinks were delicious. A big plus point is that the food was all delivered at the same time. (Group of 12) The entire staff was very friendly. Gladly again.

Been there again for a long time. Food and service were good as always. Unfortunately the restaurant was completely overcrowded. A table for four was quickly separated and a table for two was made out of it for us, despite reservations. Unfortunately, it was not possible to have a conversation in the restaurant. The people around us all had to shout at each other because the music was so loud that it became a terrible noise level with so many people.

The l'osteria on Prager Straße is a beautiful restaurant with a great ambience! You feel very comfortable and in good hands as soon as you come in. The service is really friendly and accommodating. When it comes to choosing the menu, there is something for everyone and the food is really delicious! We'll definitely be back.

Das Restaurant liegt sehr zentral in der Prager Straße. Die Speisekarte ist wie in anderen Restaurants des Franchise auch. Es gibt also genügend Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist italienisch angehaucht. Allerdings ist im Laden eher laut und hektisch. Reservierung ist besonders abends dringend zu empfehlen. Die Speisen waren gut zubereitet und lecker.

The pizzas are large and enough for two people. I ordered half salame and half prosciutto. A glass of Cocola costs €4.5, I find it expensive. The restaurant is very nice and the music was good.

My husband was there recently with colleagues. Ordered a pizza and a beer. During the night he had severe stomach pains that still haven't gone away. He has never had any stomach problems. He doesn't have any allergies either. Taste of food, waiting times, service etc. is one thing. I hope we don't have to call the emergency room today.

I had a wonderful evening in this restaurant and would particularly like to highlight the excellent service provided by the waitress Abdu. From the start, Abdu was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. He took the time to explain the menu in detail and gave us great recommendations that made our evening even better. His positive charisma and exceptional service made the visit an unforgettable experience. The entire team was equally outstanding, but Abdu really stands out. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! 5 stars!

Recommended restaurant with a pleasant, informal atmosphere. The food selection is great (note: huge pizza with a wonderfully thin base - delicious!!!), service is on point and prices are reasonable. I can only recommend it! By the way - toilets are spotlessly clean.
