Food was cold and half of the big tasty bacon was hanging out of the box. Very annoying for the price. The milk shakes are now as liquid as water. Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse

Everything's fine, a regular McDonald's. Unfortunately, the faucet is a disaster. Much too small and too close to the sink. Unfortunately, McDonald's has become far too overpriced!!

I've been to this establishment dozens of times and every time I notice there's no soap in the ladies' room, the Burger King company probably skimped on the liquid soap

The food tastes good and the coffee is good. But I think that some of the citizens are really dry, so the sauce can't top that. Otherwise very friendly, you can also get information when you ask about some products. The coupon promotions are extremely good.

Wasn't really mine. The restaurant was connected to the gas station. So I felt like I was at a train station. Service was difficult as I don't know the language used there. I can only speak German, poor English, Italian and Swedish.

A 20-minute wait for two burgers with fries and a drink, and then the burgers just slammed into the wrapper. Very poor service. Update 12/09/22 Still a complete disaster: either you can't redeem a voucher from the app, card payments aren't accepted, or the terminals aren't working. The staff seem overwhelmed. Update 03/25 Conditions are still very poor, staff are completely overwhelmed, and the waiting times are unreasonable. There are leftovers on the floor everywhere, the tables aren't clean, and the technology only partially works.

It's just a McDonald's. Food is okay, the extra requests are often forgotten but what you paid for. So really control what you get. Then dsd staff refuses to accept orders at the checkout. What's so bad about making your order at the checkout like you used to if you want to pay in cash anyway? McDonald's itself has never said that orders can only be placed at the terminals. So just stick with it

Well, not my thing... In other "quick restaurants" more intense in taste (my opinion!) The interior is nice for children thanks to the game screens, but somehow the coziness is missing so that you might want to stay a while longer. As I said, MY view and opinion!

I've never seen such a bad McDonald's. The store is dirty as hell and the employees are totally sick 🤮. I could see an employee enjoying the fries and they were being sold and I could have vomited. But at least he blew his nose afterwards, but one star is a shame that he puts his snot flag in the middle of the counter where the order goes over. Oh, and they've had an EC for 2 weeks, which is sad these days 😅 One star for the fact that the Aral door opens automatically, although it would be better than closing it completely.

I can't understand the negative reviews. We've been there a few times in the last 4 years, sometimes at lunchtime, sometimes in the evening, sometimes inside, sometimes on the drive. The staff was always friendly, the food was fresh and hot, the tables were cleaned at regular intervals and the toilets were clean too. Maybe you were just unlucky, or maybe we were always lucky. We can't report anything negative.
