Seems like a flophouse... Why so small? Why is everything so dirty? Why isn't there felt under the chair legs....they scissor so loudly on the tiles... catastrophe 🥴 Kinda rocky... I'll spare you photos...

The service was great, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and pseudo-modern as always, the rest goes like that.

Unfortunately, orders often take longer than usual. This works better at other branches. The orders are almost always correct and are also warm. Staff is nice. Dining area is generally clean. Of course, it also depends on whether human 🐖 "eaten" there before. Like everywhere, there are always people who leave their place as if a bomb had hit, and the staff can't do anything about that. Complaints and complaints are processed without any problems. Overall one of the better branches, apart from the speed which could be improved.

It was very full and it took 10 minutes before we were at the front of the checkout and then another 10 minutes until we were served. Not everything tasted that good and the prices were very, very high for a burger at €13.49, not again

Actually far too expensive for the bulky waste you get. Eating healthy is cheaper and tastes better. But everyone as he likes.

Unfortunately the drive-in cash registers were broken and it was 6:30 p.m. on Sunday evening. So the whole place was packed. The two girls behind the counter didn't let themselves be disturbed. Good this way. Everything was packaged correctly. Nobody complained. A good team. Thank you for that.

By far the unfriendly staff you can imagine. Extremely arrogant, rude and arrogant when taking orders, but also when distributing the finished orders. It wasn't particularly crowded, so there didn't seem to be any stress for the employees, which of course shouldn't be an excuse. The customers were insulted for absolutely no reason. We then simply left after seeing how all the customers before us were treated. If that doesn't change, the store won't see us again.

Thorough cleaning is missing here. Window sills, tables and floors are dirty. We wanted to put our baby in one of the three high chairs, but left it for hygiene reasons. Staff unmotivated and not particularly friendly

After ordering, I took the tray down from the condition table, but the cola was far to the edge of the tray and it immediately became overweight and the cola was on the floor. I then apologized and explained to the lady that I couldn't change that. Then she didn't give me another drink. I would have had to buy a new one. I don't think that's correct and that's why I was disappointed. Where else would this have been renovated and there would have been no dissatisfied customers. In addition, my daughter had a broken bruise, but unfortunately I had to accept that :-( What a shame!!!!! I drove there with joy and was simply speechless afterwards

Very clean place, with friendly staff

Saturday lunchtime lingers there for a short time - pretty empty by North Rhine-Westphalia standards. Staff slightly overwhelmed because the card machine didn't work, order was handed out. Being friendly is different 😉

Good Burger King restaurant at the highway side and has decent atmosphere. Just plan for long halt as the service for ordering can be little crowdy and time taking. Specially at peak hours ot would be good option for drive through than dine in. Other wise the food and test is very much the same.

Burgers were good, but the tomatoes and lettuce leaves were ice cold and came straight from the fridge.

It will not get better. The team is not working together. Burgers and fries do not meet expectations

Sind kurz nach Ladenöffnung eingetroffen. Der Service war super zuvorkommend 👌🏻haben sogar ein extra Patti für unsere Hundedame bestellen können ☺️

Das Personal ist das unfreundlichste Personal, welches ich in meinem Leben jemals erlebt habe. Ein bisschen Respekt gegenüber seinen Mitmenschen kann man schon haben.

Leider Null Sterne da am Drive In Fahrradfahrer nicht bedient werden, Motorradfahrer aber schon 👎 Update: Es ist sauber, die MA freundlich, das Essen kommt angemessen und schmeckt. Die App hingegen ist schlecht. Bei Überprüfung der Verfügbarkeit wird nur angezeigt, dass hier nicht geliefert wird. Wer aber sowieso Vorort Essen wollte, weiß somit immer noch nicht, ob Produkte im Restaurant verfügbar sind oder nicht. Als Beispiel das Football bundle.

Öfters mal falsche Saucen im Paket oder die falschen Pommes.

Holy molly also fangen wir erstmal ganz locker damit an das die Pommes eindeutig das beste bei burger king is (wenn jemand was anderes sagt dann tja glaub Ihnen nicht XD) Vergessen wor auch nicht wie gut das eis dort is spitzenklasse ebenso wie die Burgers an sich. Service is auch hammer und das Essen top klasse. Ein guter ort zum chillen auch 10/10 gönnt euch leute.

Ist ein typischer Bürger King. ABER hier geben sich die Mitarbeiter wenigstens Mühe beim belegen von Bürger. Also kann man den Bürger King empfehlen:)

Kleiner aber feiner Burger King. Leider gab es noch keine Bestell-Terminals und nur 2 Kassen. Somit gab es eine länger Schlange. Außerdem waren nur 2 Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und man musste länger auf sein essen warten.

War bisher 2x da und jedes mal hat es wirklich extrem lange gedauert

Typischer Burger King. Tische nicht richtig sauber. Die Burger werden auch hier immer kleiner. Die Preise immer teurer. Sind satt geworden. Parkplätze waren genug vorhanden. Leider keine Bestelltafel. Toiletten hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Stark nachgelassen. Essen meist schon kalt und oft fehlen Sachen. Viel zu teuer.

Kleiner gemütlicher BurgerKing. War schon mehrmals dort und als letztes, weil ich das Spongebob Menü ausprobieren wollte. Leider war dort viel zu viel Soße drauf und geschmacklich auch nicht meins. Die Standard Menüs sind vollkommen okay und der Service ist auch super.

Nettes Personal , das Essen war schnell da und hatte die gewohnte BK Qualität, zwar ist die Filiale etwas kleiner dafür gehört sie aber auch eher zu den sauberen Filialen als jene die man sonst so sieht, ein Außenbereich mit Rutsche für die Kids ist ebenfalls vorhanden .

Burger velik i ukusan, povrce svjeze, jako lijep ugodaj, s obzirom na guzvu, osoblje odradilo sve brzo, sve pohvale

Odlicno mjesto s hamburgerima i krumpiricima. Za djecu savrseno ali i odrasli mogu fino pojesti.

Ich liebe Burgerking. Finde es schade das es dort immer so lange dauert bis man sein Essen bekommt. Die Angestellten wirken oft überfordert. Ich denke 2 Leute mehr würden helfen den abendlichen Andrang zu bewältigen

Essen ist wie bei jedem BK. Die Verkäufer vergessen oft Burger oder andere Artikel der Bestellung🥱 In der Not kann man mal da essen.

Bedienung unorganisiert und langsam. die Räumlichkeiten leider sehr verdreckt. Zum Sonntag war wenig Personal eingesetzt, sodass sich lange Schlangen bildeten.

Öffnungszeiten unter aller sau. Beim Service merkt man die unerfahrenen ,,Fachkräfte ", wie sie in Deutschland genannt werden. Für nen schnellen Imbiss kann man mal anhalten....

Es ist schon sehr dumm dass am Samstagabend bei Hochbetrieb nur eine Kasse geöffnet hat, was dementsprechend auch die Wartezeit verlängert. Die Dame an der Kasse war aber dennoch sehr freundlich und das Essen war auch gut.

Für ein Schnellrestaurant wartet man dich ziemlich lange auf sein Essen.
