Burger King in Rudolstadt

Hab noch vorher gesagt ob das gut geht?Kaum 5 min nach dem Essen,bekamen mein Sohn und ich ordentlich Durchfall,und sowas haben wir sonst sogut wie nie.Keine Ahnung was da war

Sehr gutes und leckeres Essen. Sehr gute Burger. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Und ich kann jedem es nur empfehlen

Trotz geringem Betrieb lange Wartezeiten. Essen war nicht gut. Man musste um Servietten betteln und Pommesgabeln gab es erst gar nicht.

Ganz normaler guter Burger King. Alles wie gewohnt.

Das Essen ist wie gewohnt, aber das Personal umso besser.

Dreiste Frechheit, Hier wird an allem gespart!! Thekenmitarbeiterin stellt mein Tablet einfach zu fremden Leuten, die ihr sogar sagen, dass es für den nebentisch ist und sie sagt nur ok und lässt es stehen Habe burger bestellt und nur Brötchen bekommen Auf den chili cheese nuggets gegeizt mit der Soße, obwohl ich doppelt bestellt habe Käsesauce war kalt 0,5er Getränk ist nicht bis 0,5 voll

3 verschiedene Bestellungen und bei jeder hat was gefehlt. Das bei einer fast leeren Filiale. Verstehe nicht wie das in der Systemgastronomie überhaupt passieren kann!

Wollte nen Eis...ratet was nicht in meiner Bestellung mit enthalten war :/ Und bei den Plant Based Baby Burgern wurde uns gesagt dass der Plant Based Bacon noch nicht geliefert wurde und deshalb keiner drauf sei...war dann normaler Bacon drauf... Zwei Sterne weils trotzdem immer mal ganz lecker ist

Ich hatte heute die 4 Chicken Tenders mit Käse Soße.(hab mich echt gefreut)..es war unmöglich diese angebliche Brust zu essen weil es nur aus Marinade bestand die sehr rauchig war und kaum Fleisch zu sehen war.sorry das geht garnicht für 10 Euro..und die Chedda Soße hab ich halb 4 dazu bestellt.auf dem Verfallsdatum stand...gekauft am 17.3.26 um 15.30 Uhr..Ende des Verfallsdatums 17.3.26 um 21.00Uhr..(lach).so lange hält diese nicht mal,denn sie war schon hart bei der Bestellung...spart euch euer Geld!!!LG aus Rudolstadt!!!!!!

Burger King halt. Ich mach die Bewertung nur für das kostenlose Eis.

Wir waren dort und haben uns essen geholt und sie haben die Hälfte von der Bestellung vergessen das war so ärgerlich.😡

Ich finde, das Essen so wue den Service angemessen für das Local. Es wurde bei uns ein Getränk vertauscht, aber auch wieder sofort ausgetauscht.

Well-maintained restaurant, friendly staff

The toilet and sink were filthy. There wasn't even hand soap. That completely put me off my food. I'm not going to eat a burger if I can't even wash my hands properly beforehand. I ordered a salad because you can nibble on it with a fork. The order took forever. I wanted to eat it in the car, but then discovered there was no fork. My husband ordered a burger and fries. They forgot to pack the sauce, and the burger and fries were already freezing cold. Update: We went back again. But that was definitely the last time. Apparently, the heating wasn't on, even though it was -6°C outside. We were freezing in the restaurant.

Steven is a really cool manager and a cool guy. It was a pleasure being served.

Unfortunately, due to the people who visit the store, eat there, and litter, a 5-star rating is not possible.

Once again, the order was incomplete, as has happened several times at this Burger King. No sauces were included, the Christmas ornament was missing – outrageous! The fries were scattered haphazardly around the door. You pay a lot of money for the food and don't get everything you're entitled to. A complaint is being sent to head office. Not recommended at all, absolutely not.

The food is fresh and very good. However, it's quite expensive. The ordering kiosks are extremely cramped. Using the restroom is awkward. All in all, though, it's still quite good.

Absolutely uncouth staff, SUPER unpleasant men who work there, they don't even say HELLO when you want to order, they look like they're doing punishment work, and when they're finished, they turn around and leave without a goodbye... Prison canteen atmosphere... As I said, FIRST Impression: Very unpleasant, the food... well, packaged like it was found in the trash, and pub small talk behind the bar when no one's in line... A disaster. If I were the boss there, those guys would be applying for unemployment benefits.

Always a great experience for our first Burger King visit! Nice people gave us good advice.

Meals often take between 20 and 30 minutes. Something's almost always missing. The burgers are completely shredded, and the lettuce is made of stalks. The Coke in the store never sees a single ice cube, and the toys for the kids are never the ones advertised, and usually 4 out of 6 are unavailable.

The BK in Rudolstadt is truly the worst. Not only did we have to endure a 30-minute wait, but we also had the wrong fries, the sauce for the fries and the cheese nuggets was completely missing, as were the extra jalapenos on the burger. The main thing is that they take your money for everything. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened to us in Rudolstadt, so we certainly won't go there again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

So, I need to get a few things off my chest... I've noticed several times now that when I come to eat at your place after work and it's packed, there are only one to two employees at the front. One seems to be doing everything and is probably running back and forth between the drive-thru and the pickup table. The other guy standing there looked really annoyed. The burger itself was okay. The meat was a bit bland, but otherwise okay. You can't even bother eating it. The order machines are being overrun by family members, so I ordered from the guy with the glasses. He's been there for as long as I've been eating at your place. He didn't seem particularly motivated, but at least he took my order in a friendly manner. I've usually had positive experiences with BK Rudolstadt, but somehow it's not what it used to be...

The toilets and the restaurant are very dirty and unclean.

A filthy shop/company. They advertise their kebab-style promotion everywhere. And lo and behold – not a single product is available on-site, everything is supposedly sold out. Disorganized, and the branch management should be fired immediately. Absolutely not business-friendly or competitive. No entrepreneurial spirit, if you can even call them intellectual talent...

The wait was short, and what we wanted was good. You can buy multi-purpose cups for drinks if you prefer, or you can get them in cardboard, as always, at no extra charge.

No! Unfortunately, no change for 10 minutes for a portion of cold fries, a completely messy milkshake cup (the lady cleaned herself, but unfortunately not the shake), and a "Coke" (whatever it was, we had to throw it away...)

The store is very tidy and clean. The staff is very friendly and very quick considering the number of customers. The food is fresh and hot. For a fast-food restaurant, the quality is absolutely top-notch.

I had to wait 20 minutes for one order, and there was exactly ONE other order in front of me. This was a huge problem because none of the employees at the counter spoke German. They worked so slowly that even the fries had to be remade because they had already gone cold.

I find it better than the Golden Seagull. It has more vegetarian options, the terminals are a bit smaller and more pleasant, and the app is 100x better. The only drawback is the exit, which can only be used toward the city center.

This is by far the biggest garbage store. Everything here tastes and looks like vomit. NEVER AGAIN

Standard Burger King without ups and downs.

Unfortunately, I can't give zero points. The lady on the early shift on June 11, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. refused to let me use the lighted restroom, saying it was only available for paying customers. I've been there many times, but today was my last visit. My health will probably thank me for it. The service at the Esso next door was no problem. I gladly paid the 50 cents and doubled it as a Burger King Rudolstadt bonus. I intentionally mentioned the city because I've never encountered such arrogant and derogatory treatment anywhere in Germany. Thanks for nothing, Burger King Rudolstadt. Well, it's fast food. You love it are hate it. Clean, burgers are good. Staff friendly. Surrounded by beautiful buildings. Located on the edge of the city, which is nice if you are passing through.

I've been to this establishment dozens of times and every time I notice there's no soap in the ladies' room, the Burger King company probably skimped on the liquid soap

Very very bad!!! Ordered two burgers, chicken wings, fries with cheese, a vanilla and a chocolate shake. Chocolate shake was not included but two vanilla shakes were included (these were different sizes even though both shakes were supposed to be the same size). The fries were completely missing. For the far too high price that had to be paid (the fries cost 5€ for example) this is absolutely not possible!!!

Everything made fresh and quickly is king. Points are deducted because of the rather unusual opening times

A typical fast food restaurant. Fast service. Food delicious. It's easy to sit inside and outside. Delicious vegan burgers 🍔

You get cold food and poor quality. It constantly smells rancid and you are then brushed off or put off. I'm not going there anymore

The whole family had diarrhea all weekend, and the son complained of stomach pain a few minutes after eating. Never here again.

I have often experienced that something ordered and paid for was missing at the drive-thru and today I had to experience it again at home when I ordered a double cheeseburger but it was just easier 😑

Slowly, well, taste can be debated.

Should be handed back into German hands, you don't get what you ordered, you order extra cheese and extra bacon and pay more for it and you don't get it, and friendliness also leaves a lot to be desired

Waiting time 25 minutes for King Jr Meal, Plant-based Whopper and King's Beef King menu. When you ask, you get annoyed. After the food finally came, total disillusionment - food completely cold!!!! Then go to the competition!

Customers who are still eating in the restaurant after closing time will be locked up. Fatal if escape routes are not clear in an emergency. Keeping a side door open for walking would have been sufficient. Here the locking concept must be checked or revised again.

I received my order without chocolate sauce

Was satisfied except for the cardboard from the drink cups, which really leaves a lot to be desired. They got soggy so quickly that after about 15 minutes you could hardly lift the cup anymore because it was so soft.

Great service, super nice, and just before closing time.

Thanks for paying 3 euros and not getting my nuggets.😅

Update: The last visit improved my impression. Very friendly. Hence the changed rating.

The tables were dirty, too much sauce on the burgers and best of all the meat was ice cold. Thank you never again.

We've been there three times now and picked up dinner (always after 8 p.m.). OUR experiences were as follows: - Waiting time is completely fine - Order incomplete - Fries in all 3 orders, oversalted, sticky and lukewarm/cold - Burger incompletely topped. On both plant based Big Kings there was no sauce, and no onion. So I received rolls, patty, 2 slices of cucumber, & 2 slices of cheese. (If I wanted a cheeseburger for half the price I would have ordered this) - FuzzeTea iced tea was ordered, while the cup was under the machine, the suspicion “it could be very, very sweet” arose. Only syrup ran in and the “water” next to the cup. The employee noticed the half-empty cup and pressed the button again, this time accurately pushing the cup under the tap. The iced tea was still undrinkable due to the high sugar content due to twice the amount of syrup. - Unfortunately, verbal communication with employees is difficult due to language barriers. It was hardly possible to give up complaints. We are really disappointed and prefer to switch to McDonalds. We paid just under €22, of which 1x iced tea and 2x fries were unfortunately thrown away straight away. The burgers were also unsatisfactory due to the measly and incomplete toppings. What a shame!

The food was fabulous, a new (to me) sandwich. Double cheese burger or something.

Unfortunately, the opening times are a joke, even at the Rudolstadt Festival the shop closes early.

In the meantime, Burger King has followed suit with the competition when it comes to the coupon app and ordering system... at the entrance you will find 3 such devices, quite close together, but they still seem to me to be in need of improvement in terms of handling. The employees try to keep order in the store, which they do quite well. However, it is much more important if, for example, I order a burger 🍔 WITHOUT pickle, that it is then prepared WITHOUT these!! Such a mistake shouldn't happen! Overall, I have to say that the quality of the food has decreased somewhat in some areas. E.g. with the onion rings... almost half of them didn't really have onions in them, you could only taste parade and no onion! Well, all in all... you can go there for the sake of the kids... What else could be said: The toilets were relatively clean on our last visit.

It's a real mess this Sunday, the receipt isn't given out, ketchup and mayonnaise for the fries are simply forgotten and we wait 10 minutes at the drive-in, two cars in front of them, both of which only had ice cream. Underground, the assistant manager was so shaky you'd think he'd just come from a party and wasn't able to do his job properly. Never this Burger King again!

An even longer wait than with Deutsche Bahn. McDonald's can't be for everyone.

Untimely opening times from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eating a burger quickly after working late is therefore a no-brainer. It's a shame about the wasted potential.

I actually thought I ordered from a FAST food restaurant, but I mistakenly ended up at a juice shop. I don't know how it can take a quarter of an hour to make two burgers and not even at a rush hour.
