Today, on the way from Berlin to Hamburg, we visited this McDONALD'S. To be honest, they were very impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility, from the floor and tables to the toilets. Everything was in its place. I also really liked the interior, and especially the staff, people were very friendly, smiling and attentive. The food was also at a high level. The order was delivered very quickly. We would really like all the establishments of this chain to be like yours. We will definitely come back to you when we travel next time. It took a long time to issue the order...too many customers...I think there weren't enough staff. Restrooms...dirty...

McDonald's is well maintained, food is ok

This branch, like so many, is very dirty. The toilets are disgusting and there are towels or toilet paper on the floor everywhere. The tables are also not wiped down. If you find one that isn't full of sauce on top, nothing has been done around the outside for ages...

I didn't expect much, but this was absolutely terrible McDonald's. The staff were completely overwhelmed, and the food was inedible. I had to throw half of it away... My curly fries were also simply forgotten... I only noticed it when I got home :( Update: Quality has improved significantly.

To get there in a wheelchair you have to drive around and wait for someone to open the door, it's not at all thought out for people with disabilities

Tables dirty even though there were maybe 8 customers there. I felt sick after eating. So love eating somewhere else. Not even a free toilet, even though there's a lot of money there. The first and last time there.

It was nice there, but the sausage was raw and the fries were very dry. Not recommended.
