Today, on the way from Berlin to Hamburg, we visited this McDONALD'S. To be honest, they were very impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility, from the floor and tables to the toilets. Everything was in its place. I also really liked the interior, and especially the staff, people were very friendly, smiling and attentive. The food was also at a high level. The order was delivered very quickly. We would really like all the establishments of this chain to be like yours. We will definitely come back to you when we travel next time. Food is ok. Just cheap McDonald’s. But the staff, wow, that was amazing. One man looks like he doesn't wash and shouts at others. Unacceptable.

Ordered 2 x MCFlurry. First time only filled 2 thirds with ice. What's amazing, when ordered repeatedly, the cup including Smarties was only half full. This is not only outrageous but also consumer deception. Next time I'll ask the branch manager to come. I'll find out where to report this.

Unfortunately, our experience at Fries Friends in Potsdam was very disappointing. The service was already problematic because the employees spoke neither German nor English and, when asked, simply pointed their finger at the menu without giving any further explanations. We actually wanted to leave, but the kids were hungry, so we gave the food a chance. Unfortunately, we were disappointed: the children didn't like the fries at all, so we ended up having to go to McDonald's. The burgers were also disappointing in taste and could have been prepared better at home. Overall the experience was very unsatisfactory and we will definitely not be returning.

It's all ok. Ordered quickly and delivered to the table. Sufficient seating and a large play area for the little ones. The ambience is neat and clean. Ample parking and centrally located.
