you can eat better at the airport; Why am I asked for a tip (card payment) even though it is self-service? French fries that have already been fried are fried again (honestly!)... all around... if you're hungry you can't ignore it... it's better to spread some bread and put it in your backpack...

Today, on the way from Berlin to Hamburg, we visited this McDONALD'S. To be honest, they were very impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility, from the floor and tables to the toilets. Everything was in its place. I also really liked the interior, and especially the staff, people were very friendly, smiling and attentive. The food was also at a high level. The order was delivered very quickly. We would really like all the establishments of this chain to be like yours. We will definitely come back to you when we travel next time. No sign of fast food. I waited 25 minutes at the McDrive today. The staff barely speaks German and is completely overwhelmed.

This branch, like so many, is very dirty. The toilets are disgusting and there are towels or toilet paper on the floor everywhere. The tables are also not wiped down. If you find one that isn't full of sauce on top, nothing has been done around the outside for ages...

I didn't expect much, but this was absolutely terrible McDonald's. The staff were completely overwhelmed, and the food was inedible. I had to throw half of it away... My curly fries were also simply forgotten... I only noticed it when I got home :( Update: Quality has improved significantly.

One of the dirtiest McDonald's in Germany. The floor is completely sticky and the employees bring the food to the table in dirty T-shirts.

It was nice there, but the sausage was raw and the fries were very dry. Not recommended.
