Rude to the point of not being possible anymore. Super unfriendly towards children and super dirty shop.

Very bad kebab. First the kebab was served cold. The employees save a lot when it comes to the amount of meat, cheese and salad, so that an adult cannot be full. The kebab didn't taste good. Luckily only €3 per kebab was paid because of the offer.

Super is just the word in the name. Everything else is not. The shop is dirty. When the kitchen behind the scenes is as “clean” as the toilet, you feel sick. Never again!!!

I only ordered an ice cream and a milkshake, but there were still a lot of people who placed their orders after me who got their food well before me. This included a man who ordered a full meal with ice cream. It got to the point where we had to go and ask the staff about our order because we had to leave. After we finally received our orders, the milkshake had a rancid smell. To top it off, we got extreme stomach aches shortly afterwards. The toilets weren't much better; they smelled really bad, the hooks next to the toilets were broken and the staff were unpleasant. To anyone looking for food near Checkpoint Charlie, please don't go to this McDonald's if you don't want to have a bad day.

The drive-thru experience is beyond rude. They were rude when ordering, and then something was missing. They were even more irritated when reordering. Never again! The customer is definitely not king here!

Bad food, way too expensive, better get an apple!

Worst McDonald's Berlin's all Indian ordering takes half an hour while everyone else gets the same thing every time

It used to be better. The actual breakfast offerings were minimal, the display boards didn't work, the staff was disorganized, and the tables were dirty. Unfortunately, that's not what you'd expect from McDonald's.

It's great when the burgers are slapped together so carelessly that you have to rearrange everything yourself (see photo). And since when has there been no toilet there?! You used to be able to go to the toilet there too. Development in the wrong direction!!

I just had to take this off my Long Chicken. Rotten salad? Are you serious? You pay €7 for that?

The woman with the short and dyed hair and side windows was very very very very very rude and pissed off when we were thinking about what we wanted to get...not cool!!!

I ordered food through Lieferando an hour ago. I received a message from Lieferando saying the food had been delivered. I paid for it but didn't get anything. After that, I called KFC on Klemerstrasse. The employee couldn't or wouldn't help me. I waited an hour for nothing. Unreliable.
