They just don't want to work properly Burgers partly cold, complaints are dismissed! Terrible

Disaster! 20€ note given. The cashier says it was a €10 bill. The supervisor refuses to take a hit on the cash register. That would be the most normal thing in the world in any normal professional store, that in such a case you would crash the cash register. He doesn't want to watch camera footage either. People also refuse to look to see if the note has fallen down. never again!!!! In the end I just gave in. Of course the food wasn't cold. when I came to it.

We ordered two mc chicken menu to take away, the employees intentionally put ham with pork in both burgers. We had to throw it away. I don't order here anymore

The employee who served us smelled very unpleasant. This had a very negative impact on the overall result.

The burgers are no longer recommended. chili burgers are thin like the competition's €1 burgers used to be. There was so little cheese sauce that it disappeared into the bun after a short time. Chili slices were also distributed very sparingly. Disappointing for the price. Things look different in other branches.

Small shop, 7 p.m. on Saturdays with a little waiting time as there are minimal staff. Everything is freshly prepared.

Cold burgers and cold reactions - never again! Don't order a burger here if you want to enjoy it warm. The burgers are delivered lukewarm to cold, and if you point this out, you'll be treated like you're the problem. No understanding, instead you get a rude reaction. Supposedly the burger is “remade”, but that’s just a joke – in the end the cold food is simply reheated and sent back. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. Service, quality and customer orientation? None!

I don't understand why you have to hire such employees who are stingier than ever, barely speak German and act like they're right, always forget and have to say it 5 times, it always annoys me, I'm a regular and it always gives me a headache that looks like a penguin only with glasses

We were at the drive in and ordered 2 Cheesy Rösti Lover Beef and 2 Chili Cheese Burgers! According to the menu displayed here we would have had to pay 23.36, which is very expensive! The lady at the drive in deducted 26.75 from us. So she charged us for a third chili cheeseburger burger. That's what I call tipping yourself... So you should be careful in this branch!

Burger King without milkshake...how stupid is that????? Onion rings....sorry onion rings.....even smaller and you can wear them on your finger.....cold cheeseburgers and unfriendly staff......after MC Stupid the King has now died for me too.. ...you don't have to go through that

The toilets had no water for washing hands and it wasn't that clean. It wasn't clean in the dining room either.

I put the “Milk shake 0.4L” bonus in my order in the app and didn’t receive it because they don’t have any shakes. 400 crowns gone and got nothing. Even when I asked via email, I didn't get it back. Pretty customer-unfriendly!

This Burger King doesn't serve a single plant based product! The counter worker also doesn't speak a word of German and only speaks relatively poor English. I definitely won't be going to this branch again

Pork only to order because you want to please all customers...it's funny...I can't order schnitzel or scrambled eggs with bacon at a kebab shop or the wannabe "Italian" restaurants!!! Incredibly disappointing...sorry but I'm gone as a customer (since you want to keep all customers happy)

Never again. The woman at the checkout has no idea. 1000 points were redeemed which were then debited and nothing was visible at the checkout. So points lost and no food.

The tortilla is awesome. Finally a Whopper that doesn't just taste like fluffed bread. The Whopper used to be better because the bun was thinner. Now Burger King is advertising an even fluffier bun. Mistake! The tortilla is very close to the one from before. I hope he stays. Otherwise the restaurant is just a Burger King like any other. Hardly anyone speaks German

Danger! I was there on July 11th. There with two work colleagues and ordered take away. The following night we all had severe stomach problems. This got so bad over the weekend that I had to go to the emergency room. There I was clearly diagnosed with food poisoning! Today my colleagues also went to the doctor because they didn't get any better and they also received the same diagnosis. Since that is the only common denominator, where we all ate and were otherwise neither professionally nor privately in contact, we all got very bad food poisoning here. I have now forwarded the case to the supervisory authority, but I would like to warn you all urgently about this branch!!

No idea what that was. I've never experienced anything like this at Burger King. Quickly grab it to take away when you're in transit. My wife's burger was dry, not like you would expect. Mine too, dry, the meat was firm, grilled for too long. Just bad, too bad.

This Burger King branch is located a little outside of the surrounding residential areas, but in the middle of various commercial enterprises. When I was here for lunch during the week it was empty and I got there quickly. The restaurant was clean, the food is like everywhere else in the chain.

The opposite of real: Once there, nothing inside.

The first meal was ready in 2 minutes. The other food which was ordered 2 minutes later. Took 20 minutes to prepare. Unfortunately, in the meantime, several customers who ordered after me were processed beforehand. There is still a need for optimization in the preparation process.

Was there at lunchtime. Little crowd, staff very nice. Unfortunately it was very warm inside and the tables were not wiped down. Hence the points deducted. I had a special double beef burger. Wasn't manageable, very big burger.

Service was friendly, but we asked about a shake and were told rudely, we didn't have it. Communication was very poor. But for a small portion of fries for €3.29, wow, it's really too expensive, you can also get a currywurst for that money.

Unfortunately, we didn't have any good experiences here. Patty was absolutely burnt so we had to return the burgers. Complaints were accepted without a word - just a look of incomprehension, no apology. New patty not burnt, but unfortunately it still tasted the same. Worst Plant Based Whopper we've ever had. But fries were okay.

Before the renovation I found it more comfortable here but it's a matter of taste. Both I have the impression that my employees are overwhelmed or have no perspective. We were missing a fruit tiger and the toy 😵‍💫 you can imagine the screaming 🫣 . Let's see what it's like next time.

An exceptionally clean Burger King branch. Beef was beef and PlantBased was PlantBased. The food was warm and edible, we would come back, keep it up!

Very bad! I just ordered 2 double bacon cheese burgers. Paid around €8.70. When I unpacked it, I realized that I had received two simple burgers for this horrendous price. That's cheating! In addition, the employees there do not speak German. This will have repercussions.

Haven't been there for a long time. Anyone who knows the BK card knows what to expect. Service and ambience are typical and not objectionable. The last time we visited (years ago) we were unlucky and the whole family felt bad afterwards 🤮. We haven't gone there since then. Since there are so many free burger joints, we hardly ever go to McD or BK anymore.

IMPOSSIBLE!! I stood at the checkout with my sister and we were ignored the whole time. I then ordered at the machine and my sister was still standing at the checkout. At some point my order came and I asked the lady why they were waiting so long. She then said for a moment whether she understood me is another matter. My sister stood there for over 10 minutes and no one came and as we stood here for that long we could see that there was 0% attention paid to hygiene here. If you don't feel like working then you have no business here, that's just disrespectful!!! I definitely cannot recommend this branch!!

It works like this. It sometimes makes a grubby impression. It's gotten better.

The order machine is confusing. The burgers look different between the buns and the corresponding photos. Rolls and meat are good, but everything else is missing or the bacon was cold and a slice of tomato on the outside. I spent 45€ for 2 people. For this I can go out to eat in a restaurant or buy two kebabs for a total of €13, even if there is no drink included in the price. These prices at Citizen King are excessive.

You don't have to visit again, very impersonal and cold.

Unfortunately it was very disappointing!!!!!! It's understandable that some people don't understand or speak our language, but why put them at drive thru where they don't understand the customer? The customer in front of us had a large order that led to a waiting time of 25 minutes because something was apparently not understandable. When it was finally our turn we only got half. After several attempts it still didn't work. We left without eating.

After the renovation it has become much more fashionable. Otherwise not as crowded, nice staff and offer as you know it.

The meat looked very burnt and smelled!!! There is a risk of cancer!! Never come to eat here again!!!

Got everything you'd expect from a Burger King, it's close to one of my offices so I come every now and then, staff is as friendly as you can expect someone to be.

Der Geschäftsführer scheint eine super Kraft zu sein im Gegensatz zu dem der am Tresen nur im Weg steht und schlechte Laune schiebt. Das ist jetzt mindestens meine 15. Bestellung und nichts läuft richtig. Entweder fehlt was oder es wird nicht drauf geachtet, dass die Zutaten die als entfernt mackiert worden sind auch nicht drin sein zu haben. Na klar kann mal hier und da was passieren letztendlich wird sich von der Person der wir es mitteilen, die immer die selbe ist nicht entschuldigt. Das ist eine Frechheit zudem haben wir mitbekommen, dass der Geschäftsführer ihm in der Küche drum mehrfach gebeten hat den Burger neu zu machen anstatt die Zwiebeln einfach rauszunehmen. Was soll das?

Am Dienstag den 14.11 bin ich zum Drive in gefahren ich hatte bei meiner Bestellung ein kleinen Fehler gemacht und zwar das ich die Coupon Nummer nicht erwähnt habe trotzdessen habe ich gesagt was ich genau wollte und wie teuer die Summe wäre. Und der Mann der da gearbeitet hat war sehr unhöflich auch als ich meine Bestellung aufgesagt habe. Ich sollte nach vorne fahren hab ihn das noch mal genauer erklärt er wurde sehr genervt, respektlos und meckerte mich an nur weil er mich nicht richtig verstehen konnte ich sollte 20 Minuten auf mein Essen warten während er jeden anderen fertig gemacht hat und als ich zur Seite fahren sollte hat er mir die Tüten mit dem Essen in mein Auto geworfen und hat mich nochmal angeschrien. So eine Respektlosigkeit! Ich werde Nie wieder mehr dort essen gehen. Obwohl ich sogar noch so lange auf das Essen gewartet habe waren die Bürger sehr kalt und das Brot etwas härter damit will ich sagen das die nicht frisch waren. Wenn man keine Lust hat zu arbeiten dann sollte man lieber garnicht kommen als so die Kunden abzuschrecken

Bin öfters da (immer drive in) und bei ca 30-40% der Bestellungen fehlt etwas. Heute war es ein PB Whopper und die süß-saure Sauce. Beides wurde abgerechnet aber war nicht in der Tüte. Leider erst zu Hause bemerkt. Muss in Zukunft wohl wieder jedes mal meine Bestellung kontrollieren. Davon abgesehen ist der Burger King verglichen mit anderen Filialen ok

Wir sind seit Jahren Kunde in diesem Laden aber Sonntag wollte mein Mann und ich etwas essen aber uns wurde gleich sehr unfreundlich von der Kasse her gesagt Bestellung nur noch über den Automaten . Ist man jetzt Kunde 2. KLASSE das man seine Bestellung nicht mehr an der Kasse abgeben kann.?? Zumal das Geschäft leer war. Wir waren immer zufriedene Kunden bis zum 29.10.2023 , SCHADE.

Offensichtlich gut geführtes Restaurant. Das Essen ist gut. Besonders die veganen Burger sind es wert, sich mal mit dem Thema auseinanderzusetzen. Das können andere Fastfood-Ketten lange nicht so gut. Über den Service muss man bei den amerikanischen Systemgastronomien nicht mehr berichten. Das ist als ob man am Bahnhof steht und auf ein Schiff wartet. Beim Thema Sauberkeit sieht es ganz anders aus. Hier ist das BK Saatwinkler Damm gut. Sowohl der Gastraum inkl. Tresen und SB-Terminals, als auch die (Herren-)Toiletten sind aufgeräumt und zumindest sichtbar sauber. Und diese Beobachtung basiert auf mehreren Besuchen in den vergangenen Monaten. Fazit: die Speisekarte natürlich in allen Restaurants identisch und auch die Zubereitungen sind standardisiert. Deshalb gibt es hier keine Abweichungen. Diese Filiale macht auch bei den BK Aktionen mit und glänzt zusätzlich mit Sauberkeit.

Nach der Renovierung ein netter King, zum "Essen" muss man wohl nix sagen ..

Diese Burger King Filiale wurde verbesset, top 👍🏼 Vorher: Brötchen oft pappig bzw. älter, Personal seltsam und unprofessionell, die Theke war nicht gepflegt, dreckig. Jetzt: Brötchen bisher jedes mal frisch, Personal professionell und gepflegt, Theke etc wurde erneuert und macht allrs ingesamt einen saubereren Eindruck. Danke 😊

Ich war heute bei dieser Filiale und sie ist momentan wegen Umbau geschlossen! Das sollte man vielleicht auch mal im Internet vermerken und vom außen deutlich sichtbar machen.

Pommes und Burger waren heute kalt und die Burgerbrötchen an der Seite Steinhart, heute war es echt miserable.

Der Burger King im Berliner Nord-Westen bietet das gewöhnliche Angebot der Burger Kette. Bedauerlicherweise kann man nicht via App bestellen, was hier dem Service leider einen Stern entzieht. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr sauberes und gutes Schnellrestaurant in der Nähe der Autobahn und zum ehemaligen Flughafen Tegel.

Die Erwartungen an Fast-Food-Restaurants sollten nicht hoch sein. Aufgrund dessen gehört dieses Restaurant zum Standard, manchmal auch unter dem Standard. Im Drive-in besteht hin und wieder das Problem, da die meisten Mitarbeiter der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig genug sind, sollte man viel Geduld mitnehmen und sich nicht aufregen, wenn man einen Satz 2-3x wiederholen muss.
