Small snack shop with a good selection. The food is good, and there is always shady seating outside in summer. Recommended for a snack in between. Price-performance ratio is ok.

Doner sandwich €6.50, falafel sandwich €6. I took the latter and it was decent, the salad was fresh, the yogurt-based sauce (comme il faut).

So I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the service, I hadn't been there for a long time but everything was much better on my last visit. After this impression from yesterday, I'd rather not come back, the other fast food restaurants are much cleaner and customers are friendlier. Tables were very dirty and there was leftover food and drinks spilled on the floor, no one cared about that

One of the worst Burger King I've been to. Torn chairs, some dirt everywhere and unmotivated employees. But the burgers and fries still taste good.

Very unfriendly, not a kind word, no smile, you are not treated politely. Food always tastes very, very old, dried out, sour, stale. Never fresh.

An absolute disappointment. Fast food at overpriced prices. Unfortunately, the menu navigation is absolutely misleading. For a burger that you order from the menu, you also get fries and a drink. The drink could not be deselected. If you want to order the burger individually, you don't have the option to order side dishes. I spent about 10 minutes at the terminal and tried out all possible combinations. If I hadn't been accompanied, I wouldn't have continued ordering! For 17€ an absolute disgrace! Small portion, limp fries, the burger tasted good. Unfortunately that was the only positive thing about my visit. You have to pay an additional 15ct deposit for the glass bottles but the waitress said we should just put the bottles in the carriers. No trace of the deposit. This probably doesn't hurt the individual. We didn't get a receipt from the terminal either. The lady behind the counter said we just have to remember the number shown. Unfortunately, the transaction details for card payments that you may need are on receipts. Have you ever heard of a receipt requirement?

Burger was cold, tiny and the cheese wasn't melted, the milkshake wasn't at all up to the 0.4.l mark and the mayo wasn't included. Really bad!

Not a single star if that were possible. Dude, what's the point? I order on lieferando at 7:13 p.m., wait until 8:17 p.m. ONLY to receive the message that my order should arrive at 9:40 p.m. to 9:50 p.m.? There was no warning or message that it might take a little longer today, and when I wanted to cancel my order at customer service, I couldn't because according to the restaurant it was already prepared and being delivered, which can't be TRUE because it should have been there a long time ago if that were the case. That's NOT 5 minutes by car, unfortunately I know that because I've driven the route thousands and thousands of times, both by car and by bike. If your drivers are all busy and the forecast is more than 2 hours then you should put a damn lid on it and don't let any new ones arrive OR at least say something! And if the order was just for me I wouldn't be so mad, but that's really happening NOW, especially when I'm also ordering for my two older parents who are ALSO hungry right now! By the way, it's STILL not there, even though I should have been able to get there by car in the time it took me to type THIS, you liars! update: it's still not there. It's now 10 p.m.

Update: 07. 02. 2025 -------- Unfortunately, this is my second bad experience at this location. I visited the restaurant for a dine-in meal and asked the staff to replace my cup of Pepsi because it was excessively wet from the outside. Instead of addressing the issue properly, he simply poured the drink into another (dry) cup and handed it back to me. I politely requested that he replace both the cup and the drink. At this point, his behavior became unreasonably aggressive—his actions resembled someone throwing a tantrum, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable for someone working in customer service. When I finally received the new cup, I asked why he was acting this way. He refused to engage and instead told me to leave the premises. When I asked to speak with the branch manager, he claimed that he himself was the manager. Since no other staff member intervened or offered assistance, I chose to step away. I find it deeply concerning that someone who claims to be the manager of a McDonald's branch would treat customers with such hostility. A simple cup replacement should never escalate into such an unpleasant situation. If this individual is indeed the manager, it raises serious concerns about the leadership and customer service standards at this location. Initial: ------ Rude and unprofessional people: I was trying to take a picture of the menu (wasn't photographing any of the staff because I am 100% aware of the German laws, and no person was in the line of sign of my cam anyways), and apparently one of the staff workers got offended! She started shouting in German! I explained to her that I am just photographing the menu, and asked her why I am not allowed to go so: no convincing answer was provided; instead, I was treated with rudeness and offensiveness!
