I visit this McDonald's branch several times a day because of its proximity to my workplace - and for good reason. The quality of service and friendliness of the staff clearly stand out from other branches. Even the taste of the food seems to be better here. I always enjoy coming here and can only warmly recommend a visit.

Price performance underground. On the way home I was tempted to go to Mac Donald again. I bought 2 double cheeseburgers for just under €8 (I'd rather go to the bakery and buy 2 good sandwiches) for a meal. I fell for it again. But the staff was very friendly and professional.

Normally I'm happy and get what I want. Nevertheless, it shouldn't happen that the cheese is missing from the already expensive Filet O Fish.

When I got chili cheese fries, there were five jalapenos and a teaspoon of cheese on them. That's a disgrace!! The price isn't justified for that amount.

KING'S BEEF DOUBLE 🍔 No comparison in appearance, taste, or nutritional value to McDonald's, which has only had cheap crap since they discontinued the only decent burger they ever had (the Signature Edition). Of course, you can't use the coupon/cheap deals at McDonald's either, otherwise you'll only get something that fills you up but doesn't necessarily taste good 😏 I eat here often; very friendly staff, fast food, and the place and restrooms are always clean. Keep it up!

We were waiting in line and then an employee, an older blonde, came and told us, "This is my workplace" where the cash registers were

This branch definitely has the most incompetent employees in the world. We ordered vegan, plant-based burgers from a delivery service. When they arrived, they had cheese on them. So we had to call and complain. The employee on the phone was very nice and accommodating, but we had to come by ourselves to get our replacement burgers, as there was no delivery service available. When we arrived at the branch, new burgers were prepared. This time, there was no cheese on them, but they did have the sandwich sauce, which we also had removed during the configuration process. So they had to prepare these four burgers a third time. I honestly can't believe the kind of people who work there. 🤣

So this shop is really ruining the good reputation of churros! I have never eaten such bad churros. I was really looking forward to it but they were so bad. You should concentrate on these Turkish balls and not sell them as churros or advertise them just because churros are better known than Turkish balls.

Stop McDonald's. We caught a nice service employee.

One star is still too many! The men's restroom is an absolute disaster. The stench is so pungent it makes your stomach churn – you completely lose your appetite before you even eat. And anyone who goes in after eating will have to seriously restrain themselves from vomiting everything up again. Don't you have money for cleaning staff? This is simply disgusting and absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant. Never again!

I like the kebab with tomato and sweet chili with yogurt (red souce). That was better than ever!

This is the least inviting McDonald's I've seen in the last 30+ years on earth. I actually like going to McDonald's and I've been to far too many of them, but everyone who can should avoid the one in Cannstatt train station. Besides, it's called a burger, the citizens are you my dear reviewers, you don't even know the difference.
