By far the worst branch in the area. When you order at the McDrive, there's almost always something wrong in the bag, or something missing. The fries are often soggy, lukewarm, and taste kind of old. Furthermore, the lady at the McDrive window isn't friendly. You feel like your visit is a burden to her. We've been there several times now, and it's almost always the same. We won't be going to this branch again.

After a small misunderstanding with our order, the employee apologized very kindly and took care of the problem immediately. She also gave us two very funny sayings along the way

Employee in Feuchtwangen Hilpertsweiler formally threatened customers. The man with the long black hair, from the looks of it, was probably the head of the department. After a simple question about the smoking area, which was even started in an extremely polite manner with "I'm sorry," he shouted at us and said whether he had to explain that to us.
