I order from Kebap House so often, the food tastes really good, delicious sauces and a good selection. The food always arrives warm and delivery doesn't take long. I can only recommend Kebap House. Always happy to order👍🏽

Order via Lieferando was accepted and canceled after 20 minutes without explanation. Unreliable.

It takes them an hour and a half to make two pizzas. Complete disaster, order canceled after an hour and ordered somewhere else.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I ordered a delivery and received completely wrong products. Instead of the food I ordered, I got something completely different. A mistake can happen, but unfortunately customer service was not helpful in solving the problem. It's a shame because I was looking forward to the meal. I probably won't order here again.

Delicious kebab meat. Lahmacun and the pizzas also taste good.

The taste is okay, the employee doesn't look well-groomed, doesn't have an apron and there isn't even a napkin with the kebab...

The food was very good and tasty, but the lady who serves the food is extremely nice. She even gives me an extra lollipop. And very cheap.

Catastrophic. We ordered via Lieferando and waited almost 2 hours for two kebabs and were put off three times with the sentence that the driver would be there in 10 minutes... that's what they call service.

I got a kebab there, it was the smallest kebab I've ever had. If you take half of a kebab and add 1/2 of this mini bread to it, you will get it filled with the ingredients. It is outrageous to charge €8.50 for such a kebab. I'll never go to your kebab again. Say huh?? I didn't order a small kebab but a normal one. I also weigh kebab, this kebab was over 150g less than the normal kebab that I usually get.

We are regular customers and there is no better kebab shop in Karlsruhe that delivers such delicious food across the board. Very tasty and always very friendly and fast service!!

I go there almost every week during my school lunch break and am always very satisfied.
