This is the smelliest, dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty staff, dirty restaurant. Coca-Cola is bottled from liter bottles. it is warm and no longer carbonated. In short: If you love McDonald's, NEVER go there.

Worst McDonald's ever in such a big city

No toilets, just outside the train station where you have to pay. It is questionable whether something like this is even allowed. When I'm here at MC they also have to provide a toilet. Employees are annoyed and there is no friendliness here either. Get out of here quickly

Even though it is a restaurant chain, the employees are extremely friendly and interactive and therefore create their own unique atmosphere. The food is also very good. The drawback is just, that it’s very crowded as it is in a rather large food court of a mall.

I bought my brother a Happy Meal. It was supposed to be a Minecraft toy, but it was from a different collection. Nobody even warned me and my brother was very upset. I don't recommend it

The only issue is that the place is very small other than that everything is fine. Nice and friendly staff, good food they can speak English very well which is nice to have in any store in Germany
