I don't know what there is to complain about here. A friendly restaurant that is straight out of the GDR times. The problems arise from the landlord and that is the city of Leipzig. We should be happy that a place like this still exists and that it is well attended. If the "excavator" is gone, the older people here will have nothing left.

The Reiterklause is a small, rustic restaurant with an associated riding stable. There isn't a large selection of dishes, which isn't a bad thing - a lot of choice doesn't automatically mean a lot of quality. But the few dishes taste good and are affordable. The ambience corresponds to the motto of this hospitality and offers a lot of comfort in the outdoor seating, especially in summer. Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open until 9 p.m. on Saturdays; It's a shame actually.

After a funeral service at the Sellerhausen Cemetery, the first choice as a place for a funeral feast. Unfortunately, permanently closed since December 27th, 2024!!

Es stimmt, in einem Gastraum roch es auffällig. Dieser Geruch hängt offensichtlich mit einem Abwassersystem im Keller zusammen. Wir aßen in historischer Umgebung im zweiten Gastraum frisch zubereitetes Kalbsschnitzel und Lachs mit schmackhaftem Grillgemüse, Kartoffeln und knackigem Salat.
