Gaststätte Reiterklause in Leipzig

Wir waren schon vor zwei Jahren dort zum Essen und waren echt enttäuscht. Die Wirtin war völlig überfordert da sie das komplette Geschäft alleine bearbeitet hat. Heute haben wir einen zweiten Versuch gewagt. Und wieder waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Es herrscht einfach eine unprofessionelle, unorganisierte Atmosphäre. Es waren kaum Gäste vor Ort und mussten dennoch wieder fast zwei Stunden warten. Das Essen war bei unserem ersten Besuch das Einzeige was okay war. Leider im Gegensatz zum heutigen Besuch. Wir hatten zum Beispiel Schnitzel Wiener Art bestellt, bekommen hatten wir Schnitzel im Eimantel. Das Essen war überhaupt nicht gewürzt. Es macht ingesamt keinen guten Eindruck. Die Umgebung und das Lokal an sich sind wunderschön, wird aber leider durch die Gastronomie kaputt gemacht. Man muss echt viel Zeit, Nerven und Toleranz mitbringen.

Unfortunately, a complete disappointment… we had a small team Christmas party there last week. The restaurant used to have tradition and ambiance, but little of that remains. While it's always nice to have dedicated staff in the restaurant industry, things aren't running smoothly there: some of the food was served cold, and the taste left a lot to be desired. The staff started making a fuss at 9 pm, telling us to leave. So, I definitely wouldn't recommend it, sadly!

We went to the premiere of Garden Gnome and Skull. It was very funny, but I'm not really into gun violence. Maybe they should change that part a bit, and I would have liked a happy ending. About the Mückeschlösschen: The food was sensationally delicious. The waitress at our table was very friendly and attentive (I think it was Mrs. Mütze, unfortunately I noticed her name tag too late). Hence the 5 stars. Keep up the good work, we'll be back.
