I think the food is really tasty, she works really well, so you can't complain at all and otherwise there's nothing to complain about. One of the best restaurants in all of Leipzig, great, keep it up

Dark economy with a lot of junk and unkempt corners and ends. The prices seem unreasonable and are reminiscent of a stylish restaurant in a central location. The food found does not seem mature. The emphasis here is obviously on quantity rather than class. Not recommended.

We had Klosmit sauce (children's menu) was very tasty, farmer's breakfast was also very tasty except for the bacon, we also had roast bread very tasty (too small salad) Drinks were very tasty except for the cola, which unfortunately didn't have much carbonation in it. They were still serving us at half past eight. Great respect.

Great economy and there is something for everyone, from schnitzel to curry, everything tasted great! We felt very comfortable and the store has a great atmosphere, which was helped by the very friendly service. Always my pleasure.

We visited the restaurant on the eve of Christmas Eve. Despite the stress, it was a very pleasant experience for us. It's a quaint location. The menu offers something for many tastes, with meat, vegetarian and vegan. Indian dishes are also offered. What we ate was very good and plentiful. And the service was also great. We'll be back!

Exciting ! Good ! Very often, restaurants with different food offerings don't work/a little something from here, a little something from there, often leads to “too little”. BUT ! In this case it is an exciting and thoroughly enriching addition. German and Indian, whether tarte flambée, spiced meat or curry or even Italian/fish or German schnitzel again - and all in a somewhat difficult to grasp but extremely calming and pleasant atmosphere. Inn/pub/coffee… somewhat comparable to a pub in Ireland in the countryside… was very digestible, tasty and pleasant! Fits well with the diversity in Leipzig - and the music is great!

The Indian chef personally served the food, it tasted great! And hats off to the management between cooking and waiting. The atmosphere is typical pub, very familiar and cozy, some people even played cards.

If you want to eat well, this is the right place! I haven't eaten as well as I did there in a long time! Small, cozy restaurant with a rustic atmosphere. The meals are definitely filling and the prices are definitely worth it! We will definitely eat there again!

The restaurant is around the corner from me and the smells and noises of the GoWi sometimes almost waft into the room ^^ so now I went to eat here too. There is a varied selection, including an Indian menu. There are some vegetarian and vegan dishes. The food was solid and tasted good. I would like to highlight the very attentive and friendly service. Drinks and food came super quickly, even though it was very busy at that time (Saturday evening). Gladly again when the opportunity arises :)

It is an economy that visually also has the typical, rustic character of an economy from the inside. The staff is super friendly and attentive and everyone enjoyed the food. Almost all of the food was homemade. The price is certainly ok, although I can say personally and from my experience that the amount of food could be a little larger for the price. There is room for improvement.

The service was very friendly, our order arrived quickly - drinks and our food. We eat here almost every year and are always happy with everything. The food is freshly prepared and tastes super delicious. With the newly built terrace, it tastes even better in the fresh air and every guest has enough space. Local dishes and Indian dishes are offered in the restaurant.

I loved the big variety of options from good German cooking, to Indian dishes and some french-style cuisine. You can even choose your favorites and sort of 'mix' it together to your favourite dish. I especially like to recommend the Indian dishes, the Flammkuchen and the 'Pfifferlingie in Rahmsauce' (creamy mushrooms) - everything is so yummie!!!

Ambience takes getting used to, seems run down, almost dilapidated. Service was nice, friendly and very hard working. Food (German and Indian) solid, but rather lower category. Prices for food and ambience are consistently €5 too high. Probably not again.

Were on the terrace with a pensioner in a wheelchair. The staff responded immediately and set up a place for us. The food was very good and if you don't like Indian there is still a large selection of home cooking. The staff was always quick, friendly and immediately available.

The taste of Indian food has nothing to do with India. A little more courage to choose the right spice mixture would be nice.

Ein schönes Restaurant, welches vom "neuen" indischen Besitzer im alten Stil erhalten wird!

Hier kann man einen sehr gemütlichen und leckeren Abend verbringen. Der Chef ist freundlich und fragt zwischendurch ganz unaufdringlich ob alles ok ist. Auch die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war lecker und preislich passt es definitiv. Wir hatten das Glück, dass das Wetter so schön war, dass wir draußen sitzen konnten.

Wer hier ein deutsches Gasthaus erwartet bekommt die volle Mogelpackung indischer Inhaber. Die Herkunft sollte grundsätzlich kein Problem sein, die Bewirtung ist aber in erster Linie von Unfreundlichkeit geprägt. Es gibt weder ein Bitte noch Danke. Dafür sind auch die Bierpreise ordentlich gepfeffert und das Gohliser Pilsner kommt überhaupt nicht aus Leipzig. Zu guter Letzt ist noch zu erwähnen, dass durch die unklare Linie der Küche es abwechselnd nach deutscher und indischer Küche riecht. Das sollte jeder Gast wissen.

Wer sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen möchte, sollte sich dieses Erlebnis nicht entgehen lassen!

Super Personal und leckeres Essen

Personal sehr freundlich und super schnell .... Essen war in ca 15 Minuten da....

Das Essen war lecker und kam recht schnell. Das Riesenschnitzel am Dienstag war allerdings eher Normalgroß wie in anderen Speisekokalen. Daher darf hier nichts besonderes erwartet werden. Bei großem Hunger empfiehlt sich dann noch eine Nachspeise. Ansonsten sehr urig eingerichtet. Der Service war freundlich und flott.

Leider nicht mehr das urige Lokal, welches man vor der Pandemie besuchen konnte. Habe jetzt standesgemäß mal indisch gegessen, war ok. Das Ambiente, die Erdnüsse usw. sind aber leider dahin :(

Sehr nette Bedienung und am Donnerstagabend auch genügend Platz. Wir konnten eine schöne Runde Skat spielen und die Bierkrüge wurden stets prompt befüllt. Küche hatte sowohl Heimisches als auch Indisches zu bieten.

Nach einer Ewigkeit die Heimat besucht. Da habe ich einen Ort gesucht an dem es Soljanka gibt. Hier bin ich fündig geworden. Also hin... das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Und auch das urige Ambiente hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Wenn ich wieder mal zu Besuch bin, komme ich gern wieder!

Wir gehen immer wieder gern in die GoWi. Leckeres Essen, tolles Ambiente und klasse Service. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, egal was man isst, es schmeckt klasse.

Wir sind schon sehr viele Jahre Stammgäste hier und fühlen uns immer sehr willkommen und wohl. Die Speisen sind sehr lecker und vielseitig. Durch die Ergänzung der indischen Gerichte ist das Angebot noch internationaler geworden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, ein kleiner Plausch mit den Gästen ist auch möglich, ohne dass andere Gäste "vernachlässigt" werden.

Wir gehen häufig in die GoWi und mögen die vielfältige Hausmannskost. Waren nun das erste Mal mit Freunden hier essen .... und auch sie waren begeistert. ROSTBRÄTEL, BAUERNFRÜHSTÜCK... immer wieder sehr, sehr schmackhaft.

Waren am 17.02.23 mit 10 Personen zum Abendbrot. Das Essen ist trotz der Werbung auf der Webseite ,, das A & O ist Frische" weit davon entfernt von Frische. Alle Speisen lagen ohne jede Garnierung mit Salaten oder anderen Beilagen lustlos auf dem Teller. Bratkartoffeln schwammen im Öl. Rostbrätl was dünn und trocken mit 3 (drei) Ringen Zwiebel belegt --einfach schlecht. Auch alle anderen Speisen waren ohne Beilagen und einfach nur schlecht. Bei der Weinbestellung z.B. Weißwein Grauburgunder der Freiburger Winzervereinigung(laut Karte) bekam man Rotkäppchen Grauburgunder (3,99€ bei Netto) für 21,90€ serviert. Nach Reklamation des Weines, man wolle den in der Karte ausgeschriebenen Wein haben, wurde die gleiche Sorte noch einmal gebracht mit dem Hinweis man habe keinen anderen Wein im Lager. Also ausgetrunken und die 3 Flasche bestellt--Pech gehabt Wein alle!!!! Wie gesagt einfach nur schlecht---nie wieder!!!!!!!!

Gemütlich ist es in der Gohliser Wirtschaft in Leipzig. Frische Zutaten lassen die vielseitige Küche glänzen. Neben den bodenständig guten Klassikern (ich hatte heute ein sauleckeres Schnitzel mit wunderbaren Bratkartoffeln und toll zubereiteten Champignons mit Zwiebeln (besonders gut: nicht in Rahmsauce ertränkt)) gibt es ein großes Angebot an Flammkuchen und -für Vegetarier und Fans der exotischen Küche- eine reiche Auswahl an indischen Gerichten. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Wer Schischi sucht, darf woanders hingehen. Ich fühle mich hier einfach nur wohl. Prädikat: besonders empfehlenswert !!

Wir waren schon öfter hier, waren an sich immer zufrieden. In letzter Zeit finde ich es etwas teuer, die tagesgerichte sind aber preiswert und gut.
