In principle, I can agree with the predominantly positive reviews here – the waiters are almost all very friendly and cheerful. I personally prefer the after-work parties because they take place outside and people are spread out there. The Saturday night parties (inside the hall) are actually too crowded for me, and you can hardly dance, but that's certainly a matter of opinion. It's especially unfortunate when other events are taking place at the same time, such as confirmations/youth consecrations – teenagers filming on their cell phones jump back and forth uncontrollably among the dancers, which is rather annoying. A very bitter aftertaste generally results from the fact that the waiters generally take a very long time (sometimes they only come back after 10 minutes or after another reminder to another waiter) to bring the change – and then they even give out the wrong amount. The first time, you think it was an oversight, the second time, you say, "OK, it happens." But when it happens regularly, and like yesterday, you get €1.50 instead of €11.50, you no longer believe it's a coincidence, but rather suspect a way to swindle an extra tip. I won't pay in cash from now on, but only with a card to put a stop to this. Maybe the manager will read this (which he should) and point it out to the waitress.

The service is usually very friendly, the dance evenings are super fun with witty DJs, the food is good at reasonable prices, and the outdoor seating is great. It feels a bit like being in a village. I really enjoy being there. Highly recommended for private parties, too.

Always the same great atmosphere.

I recently visited the Kulturhaus Eutritzsch restaurant and was completely satisfied! The service was extremely friendly. I particularly liked the fact that I was informed of a longer wait right when I ordered, so I could decide for myself whether I wanted to stay – a very fair and thoughtful gesture. My starter, spiced meat, was excellent. The main course – schnitzel with garlic and herder's cheese – was also a delight. My requested side dish change from fried potatoes to fries was easily accommodated. Despite the announced wait of half an hour, both dishes arrived even faster. When serving, the server thanked me again for my patience, which I found very thoughtful. Also great: Card payments were not only accepted, but actively offered. I was also offered a new drink before my first one was completely empty – great service! The outdoor seating area is cozy and looks very well-kept. I would be happy to come back and can highly recommend the Kulturhaus Eutritzsch!

I was there for the after-work party under the stars with a DJ. It was a lovely event. My food took quite a while to prepare.

I didn't know such a large restaurant was hidden away in this garden association in this area. Super nice ambiance and greenery all around. Truly fantastic. As for the service, it took a while to be served, and it also took a long time for the food to arrive (I don't know if anyone was busy inside; it wasn't full outside and most people had already eaten). But the staff was very friendly. As for the food, I was very satisfied. The asparagus was still very crisp, and the sauce and potatoes were delicious. The schnitzel was also well-seasoned, if a bit mushy. Crispy would have been better. My companion's food was delicious, but it arrived cold or lukewarm. (Pasta and Asparagus)

I spent a wonderful May Day in the beer garden. I have a lot of respect for the staff, who kept such a cool head despite the stress of the place, always with a smile and a kind word, and served up truly delicious food so quickly. I haven't seen such a diverse menu of food and drinks in a beer garden in a long time. The atmosphere and music were fantastic. My personal highlight: a freshly tapped Czech beer! 🇨🇿 It brought back a little bit of home for me. 🥲

Once for a dance event, attentive, friendly service. Once for eating outside. Very nice beer garden with lots of space and opportunities for children. When it's full, service is a bit overwhelming. The table is cleared but no order is taken. When it comes to food, the price/performance ratio is not quite there. But I'd love to come back. Addendum based on the owner's reaction: I didn't see any sign and I was served in the beer garden, just like the other guests. I wouldn't have rated the service if it had been self-service. However, he ran through the ranks rather haphazardly. The guests at the same table and at the neighboring table also commented on this. My meal was a salad, you can't go wrong with that 😉 and yes, you can discuss price/performance. But I also stated that I would come back. However, I am reconsidering this due to the rather unfriendly reaction to my generally positive review.

Great That actually describes everything, the staff is super nice and accommodating. When eating there is a clear menu where everyone can find something. We were in the restaurant and ordered spiced meat. The taste was okay, but the cheese content was just way too overwhelming. the cheese layer was extremely thick. When the waiter asked how it tasted, I answered honestly - after all, I was being asked for my opinion. Then I received: “Well then at least everyone got fed.” Shortly afterwards I went to the toilet and the door to the kitchen was open. I had to overhear the waiter making fun of my feedback and saying: 'The customers are getting funnier too.' I addressed this directly because I think that anyone who asks their guests for honest feedback should handle it professionally - and not make fun of it behind their backs. I find such behavior disrespectful and disappointing. For me it was not a pleasant experience and certainly not a service that would make you want to come back

Went to the carnival party on February 8th, 2025, Firlefanz put a lot of effort into it and had a very nice program! A shout out to everyone! We had a lot of fun and we also had a very good view at table 5!! Kudos to the good team at Eutritzsch, they had a lot to do and did everything to our satisfaction! Keep it up and we'll keep coming back.

It wasn't like it was advertised. No flea market. Mulled wine was ok and fritters were delicious.

This restaurant is always worth a visit! Comfortably furnished, the waiters are very friendly and the food tastes simply delicious. The “Endless Duck” offered now in January is also really recommended. You have 3 hours to eat duck and other delicacies from home-style cuisine. A cold draft beer with it - perfect. It doesn't hurt to make a reservation.

We were there for the evening event and were very surprised at how nice and cozy it was. Toilets are clean. The drinks are great and the price is completely reasonable. We want to try brunch now.

I was there on the weekend for the dance party and dancing in the hall in these temperatures without proper ventilation/air conditioning is bad, many guests struggled with the temperatures, also with an entrance fee of 12 €/person... We had to go up despite being assigned seats The waitress was waiting and after 30 (!!!) minutes we desperately "pounced" on a waitress.... The waitress said that was normal... So the location isn't bad and you can definitely do something there , you can tell that time, money and effort went into it! But ..... the organization of the processes is poor, I'm sorry, I think you can expect more given the entrance fee and the prices (I thought it was better the first time 2 months ago, except for the chaotic service) The prices There are quite a few things on the menu... It's amazing how the owner deals with criticism or tips... despite the fact that you've been there for many years. Unobjective, childish and ridiculing... (Criticism or suggestions, some of which are precisely stated, are there to help you improve, or am I seeing something wrong?) For me, that's a sign that there are problems have been known for a long time and nothing has changed due to persistent criticism. ---> What a shame!

It was a really good idea to celebrate my big birthday with the family at the Eutritzsch Cultural Center. Thanks to the entire service team, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed it very much. We celebrated our daughter's start of school at the Eutritzsch Cultural Center and it was simply outstanding! The coffee table was beautifully set, including a special cake for the school child. The cake selection was extensive and the coffee was very good. Everyone also enjoyed the buffet dinner wonderfully. We particularly enjoyed the entertainment: a clown who performed magic, a bouncy castle and a children's disco - the children had a lot of fun! Despite many other companies, the employees were always friendly and relaxed. A big thank you to the team at the Eutritzsch Cultural Center for this unforgettable day!

A really nice, successful evening with friends, music and dancing. Full dance floor. This shows again that the DJ knows what he's doing to get people on the dance floor. The food tasted excellent, even the salad I had was tasty, and at a fair price. Drinks not too expensive. Kudos to the service staff, they ran faster than anyone else in a long time.

The occasion was a sad one, but the Kulturhaus team was really great. Very good food, so-called home-style cooking. Everything was very tasty, served reasonably quickly and all guests were very satisfied. The cultural center has been around for a very long time and has accompanied many generations through the stages of their lives. From baptism to school enrolment, youth consecration, confirmation, prom, wedding, in between the most beautiful garden parties and dance events. Hopefully it will stay that way for a long time

Always worth a visit. We were there with 20 people. There were two more events with large numbers of people taking place. Plus a football evening with 2 large screens and a packed beer garden. As always, the food was great and we never had to wait long. An all-round successful evening. Thanks for that.

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday here. The location is experienced in dealing with larger events and so we felt like we were in good hands right from the start. We have never regretted our decision for a moment. On the contrary! The service is particularly noteworthy here. It's crazy how attentive and courteous all the employees were. Our guests were all thrilled. The BBQ buffet impressed everyone…the ice cream bomb was wonderful! The 50-60€ refers to a total package with service and location as well as BBQ buffet (5:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.) Thank you for everything! We will celebrate with you again. A pity ! For the price it is no longer appropriate to use pork for schnitzel. The taste is therefore the same... Then the side dishes were mixed up. At the end, the warm apple pie came frozen inside... so you know it probably wasn't homemade 🥲 Ambience and staff but friendly hence the 2 stars, 3 deducted for the kitchen. Update 06/23/24 after your comment: A cheek? I was very nice to the staff and even gave a larger tip. Ask for the gentleman who got the swapped food and the frozen cake! And your slightly arrogant comment simply reflects the food 😂 nothing more and nothing less to add. Therefore a star deduction for her cheeky nature.
