It was just perfect. Best schnitzel and fried potatoes! The zander was very elegant and the beer was really cold :) the waiters are incredibly friendly, especially the waitress <3 I'll be back soon :D

Small but fine menu, very good cuisine (despite the limited staff!), excellent service, cozy atmosphere, if a bit noisy, prices still reasonable - what more could you want? We'd love to come back.

UPDATE 10/29 TODAY we had spare ribs... the best I've ever eaten!! Delicately juicy and MEGA DELICIOUSly seasoned... we'll see each other again soon We were here again today. There was leg of lamb and veal schnitzel... a poem... as always, super tasty and a good portion. Thanks to the new catering, everything is really right here.. delicious food, great ambience and MEGA service.. thanks Stefan (new boss) And another update... Today October 31, 2024.. There were spareribs again... and awesome again!!!. Guys, if you want to eat really tasty food...then come to Schnoors... It's amazing what Chef Stefan and Chef Manni have achieved in the last 3 1/2 years. We have today for the wild weekend from November 22nd. until 24.11. pre-booked!!! For us the Schnoors is an absolute highlight!! There is always a current menu and weekend promotions. MUST BOOK A TABLE!!

Good food, good service and cool location. Kind of strong kitchen smell. Other than that great. Would visit again.

We had heard of this place from YouTube influences. However we were rudely turned away at the door. Not even a polite "yes you can wait for a table." All we got was "No. Full." SO the multiple train rides & walk here was for nothing.

Unfortunately, a regional, traditional inn is once again closing its doors. Solid, lovingly furnished inn with regional cuisine. Here the boss cooks himself. Haksen is delicious, but a bit salty for Korean tastes...

We had a reservation for 8 people at 7pm. Everyone was on time - only the waiters didn't want to talk to us. We waited 30 minutes for the cards and only then were our drink requests accepted. We had our drinks at around 7:50 p.m. and our food at around 8:30 p.m. If we hadn't been with guests, I would have left within the first half hour. The food was good and plentiful - but it's too expensive even for Hamburg standards. The restaurant lives from its history, the photos and the ambience - it does not live from its service. Overall, it was too loud and dark for me, but that could have been passed off as quaint. Overall, an evening that I don't need to repeat.

Wir hatten eine super köstliche Martinsgans mit schmackhaften Beilagen (Rotkohl, Bohnen, Kroketten und herrlicher Soße — wer Rosenkohl möchte, sollte diesen vorab bei der Reservierung bestellen). Unser erwachsener Sohn, der keinen Rotkohl mag, hat ihn probiert und war begeistert. Es war eine Freund dieses Speisen essen zu können. Gruß an die Küche. Faszinierend war der Service. Mit welcher Freundlichkeit und Ruhe die Mitarbeitenden diesen „Ansturm“ bewältigt haben. Tolles Team. Wir freuen uns schon auf das Gänse-Essen im nächste Jahr. Ein Tipp: schon im August reservieren, sonst wird es schwierig. Wobei das ja eigentlich für Corell spricht.

Das ganze Lokal stinkt. Nach Klo, Nach altem Haus, nach Keller, nach Schimmel. In dem Toilettenbereich kan man nicht atmen. Das ist ganz schlimm. Die MA sind freundlich und das Fertigessen ist nix besonderes. Das weiß man aber vorher.

Gut bürgerliche Küche und eine super Abwechslung zu all den Hipster Lokalen ohne Bedienung und mit komischen Wörtern. Essen war sehr lecker und auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Preis Leistung top

Young service team, in a good mood, food was delicious. Ended up there by chance, and definitely on our to do list for every future visit to Hamburg 🧡 Stay exactly the same!!!!
