Very friendly staff. Lots of small dishes at affordable prices.

Four of us came without a reservation, but they tried very hard to give us a good table; although it was very crowded. Food was great and so was the service. We'd love to come back.

Well, I love eating here, it just tastes great for me. My barrel brew is also available here, so it's perfect all around and in the summer outside in the front garden it's just great. So today, Sunday, sauerbraten with homemade red cabbage and dumplings are a dream.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, but Berlin at night from above is beautiful

Intentaron reservar una mesa, pero dijeron que por regla general no aceptan ninguna reserva, sin embargo nos dijeron que no mucho tiempo esperando seguro. Una vez allí nos preguntaron si teníamos alguna reserva... de una manera totalmente poco profesional y descortés un joven camarero oxigenado nos dijo que podemos esperar aunque sea una hora o más para conseguir una mesa, olvida este lugar ya que son muy descortés y poco profesional, por suerte hay muchos lugares mucho mejores en los vecinos, lástima porque el edificio y los interiores son bonitos pero los humanos por dentro hacen la gran diferencia

We spent a wonderful evening in this quaint and cozy restaurant. The food we all enjoyed was delicious and plentiful. The chef served us personally, and his "Berlin accent" was a bit off-putting for us at first, but he turned out to be extremely courteous, friendly, and competent in his advice and service. We ended up being the last ones in the restaurant and enjoyed a pleasant chat together. We can absolutely recommend this restaurant!

The food was very good, the service terrible. We were served by what I believe was the owners' son, who in addition to always treating us rudely and making us wait a long time for the food, repeatedly ordered us to go pay because the place was about to close (more than half an hour before closing), even though one of us was still finishing her beer. Then, believing that we didn't understand, he also complained about us to another customer. Too bad because the food was good and the owner much more professional. In any case, I don't recommend it.

We came here for dinner after our museum visit. The restaurant is beautifully situated on the banks of the Spree. We had steak au four and Königsberger Klopse. Both were delicious. The dessert, the cold dog, is homemade and highly recommended. The staff is friendly and attentive.
