The ambience was nice there, but the prices really skyrocketed and the one service person, a blonde lady, was really tiring because she always barged into conversations and didn't pay any attention, you just get in touch when you want something

Everything was very normal, we had enough food options that tasted good, nothing crazy good or bad at all. But something happened that was a bummer when we wanted to pay, they raised the prices for each person! When we came out, we saw that they had wiped the board outside and written the new price, although it was cheaper per person when we were going in!

Brunch was ok. But 25 euros was definitely not justified. I think the selection is too small.

Finally been to Alberts again after 3 years. The service was super accommodating and there was really something going on inside. But we were able to sit outside when the sun was shining. I had forgotten how loud it is, right at an intersection. Snacked on nachos with chicken strips. You can do it.

Very bad attempt to deceive me! Here's what happened; I ordered tea, which was lukewarm (that can happen). Hot water was made. When I wanted to pay for my tea, €3.50, I was served a bill of €25 for the breakfast buffet! Apparently I got my tea from the breakfast buffet!?! That's right, that's where the waitress sent me! After long discussions about what was taking up my time and my threats to call the police, I was "mercifully" allowed to pay €3.50! This scam shop will never see me again in my life!!!!

Drank 3 cocktails and disappointed 3 times. They taste like nothing and look like nothing either. The Tequila Sunrice was unrecognizable as such, came without cherry and simply tasted of nothing. Too bad. Food was good.

We were at Alberts recently and the evening actually started off quite nicely, but unfortunately it was marred by unprofessional behavior from the waitress. When she dropped the glasses from the tray, they landed directly on me, and instead of properly apologizing, there was only a half-hearted "Sorry." It is simply incomprehensible how in such a situation more attention is paid to the glasses than to the guest who was injured. To make matters worse, the staff became increasingly rude and showed no courtesy - no offer to apologize or do anything to defuse the situation. No cocktail on the house, no gesture of apology. In a restaurant it should be a matter of course to respond to the needs of the guests, especially after an incident like this. Much to my disappointment, after the incident, all of my clothes - including my shoes, trousers, sweater and winter jacket - were soaked. I am really disappointed and more than upset about the way we were treated as guests. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unfortunately makes Alberts completely unrecommendable for me

Of course I give it full marks. And this in every respect. I know this restaurant from the 90s. Back then, however, it was called something else and was a charming Irish pub. It was always nice to spend time there. The staff is impeccable. Whether you stop there in the evening or during the day. The ambience leaves nothing to be desired and the food and drinks are also impressive. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. All in all, I would be happy to come back at any time. If it were possible, I would even give it more than just 5 points. In this restaurant, every euro is more than well spent. Big praise. You are great people 👍👍👍 René Jenning

We drank two delicious cocktails and ate a good apple strudel. I particularly liked the quiet atmosphere.

We went to Alberts for brunch on the 1st of Advent. When we reserved the table by phone, we were told that the brunch costs €25 per person. When we paid, the waitress told us that it costs €30 per person because it is the 1st of Advent. The funny thing is that in the morning the blackboard said €25 and in the afternoon the price was increased to €30 per person. I don't think this buffet (which is kept quite small) is justified. We definitely won't be coming back and won't recommend it to others.

The food was OK. However, the service was extremely disrespectful and wanted to get rid of us due to unfriendliness that never happened.

I haven't been to Alberts in a long time and I wasn't disappointed. The food was solid, the seating was comfortable and the service was very friendly and quick. Late at night the music got a little louder and it became cozy. It's easy to go there.

Arrived, the breakfast menu read: "Mediterranean breakfast with Italian specialties"! I confront the waitress, is this a joke? I don't see anything Italian, except maybe the 3 olives. All the goods are from pre-packaged packages! Aldi, Lidl etc. None of it was fresh or homemade. I was very disappointed! That for 15.90 euros!!! The winemaker asked the kitchen staff and the answer was: "We haven't received any delivery"! We would just be taken for a ride. We were sold cheap goods for expensive Italian goods. Simply ridiculous and sad at the same time. P.S. No accommodation with the price, it was charged in full. There were 2 croissants on top. Service was great, but I don't eat anything here anymore!

The staff is very nice, super friendly and helpful. We never had empty glasses. I can also highly recommend the food, it came very quickly. I had a super tasty burger. The veal schnitzel was also great. I was allowed to eat leftovers 🤣 Good drinks selection. Prices are just... like that Ambiance is great, great sayings on the wall ^^, Only the music was a bit too loud for my taste. Toilets are clean and well maintained, but are down a flight of stairs I can only recommend it, you can also sit outside in the summer. There is also a smoking area outside

We actually wanted brunch, but it wasn't there! It is described somewhat modestly on the internet. Next brunch on August 18th, 2024. As an apology there was a greeting from the kitchen and super friendly staff. We then had breakfast like this and that was also highly recommended. The only thing I have to complain about is the drink prices, 5 euros for 0.4 liters of barrel soda, which is simply too expensive.

I was here for the first time with my mother for Sunday brunch and I was overwhelmed by the food on offer, from the classic rolls with jam to the warm counter with delicious lunch specials and the desserts and cakes were also very tasty. And an extra thumbs up for the 2 very nice service ladies who fulfilled our every wish in a friendly and courteous manner. Thank you very much for a lovely Sunday with you. We went to Albert’s for brunch today. I found it strange that there was no price on the site. It was relatively empty on site and we had super nice service. The brunch cost 25 euros, which I find far too high for the price-performance ratio. Filter coffee and tea were included. If there had been a coffee specialty like cappuccino etc. or a free juice, it would have been something different, but still not worth 25 euros. I found the selection too poor, especially the breakfast selection. I also thought the drinks were overpriced and what surprised me was that they were taken away shortly before 2 p.m. According to the internet, brunch lasts until 3 p.m. There is a small sign in the store, but I only saw it in pictures. Then we were told: last round... I would have liked to eat some more cereal, but it was all gone. There were bowls with yoghurt and red jelly, but you couldn't tell because of the plate on top. All in all, I would only go there for cocktail happy hour, I can't recommend brunch for the price. I was also missing something sweet. Only had frozen cakes.

Delicious and fairly inexpensive steak. Very good service. Deductions for payment options. No acceptance of VISA debit cards (banks' replacement for EC cards). Therefore I probably won't come back. It's a shame actually.

Food good, but quite expensive. Cocktail happy our means you have to take the same cocktail (which are inherently very expensive) twice for the price of one and both are served immediately, so either drink it quickly or the ice in the second one will melt...how stupid ! Our conclusion: we probably won't eat there again!

The brunch buffet is good but for the price there are definitely brunch buffets that have a larger selection.

Very good shop in Reinickendorf. Great staff, prices are good for Berlin and the beer garden is great. We would be happy to come back the next time we visit Berlin.

Mayor the name of the burger can be eaten, although the bun was more like a rusk. The meat was good and the burger was still juicy. The rest you see you can't eat, fries had no taste and no seasoning, sirloin steak was more like a shoe sole and was reminiscent of the taste of a discounter called L and was clearly too expensive for that. Generally beer or spritzers for 5 or 6 euros are very expensive for the area. Call Slow was swimming in some weird sauce and had no taste either. Overall two stars because burger was good apart from the bun. Waiters were nice, place modern and toilet very clean. Overall, I wouldn't go there.

We hadn't been there for a very long time, things have changed for the better, food has improved. Service was very good.

For a long time I had perceived Alberts as a boring system restaurant. But the ultra attentive service and a very well-chosen playlist made a Friday evening a lot sweeter. The cocktails were well mixed and all glasses were served full to the brim.

Cool place to drink cocktails and meet up with friends... The service was initially very, very friendly and accommodating, which was definitely worth a full 5⭐. But unfortunately there was a change in staff and they were anything but friendly...We were also rudely urged to leave before the official closing time, which wasn't possible at all. Therefore unfortunately only the 3 stars.

Cocktails don't taste good, the swimming pool tasted soapy (the waiter said it had to taste like that, there was no substitute), I've been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, I've seen and experienced a lot, this was one of the things I would never recommend !!!If happy hour is offered 2 to 1 then no name alcohol is used and extremely little, for me it was the last time there!

Alberts maintains its excellent reputation. Food poor and drinks watery. No matter how often you come here, it is always satisfactory to unsatisfactory. Too bad about the money.

The food was OK. The salad a little small. What wasn't so nice was that the last round of 9 vodkas we ordered had water in the glasses 7 times.

Unfortunately, prices for cocktails have almost doubled since 2020. But they still taste good and are relatively no more expensive than elsewhere Snacks like nachos or mozzarella sticks are very tasty and recommended for what you get served (lots of cheese!!). I ordered a hamburger, the wrong food was delivered lukewarm, without sauce. The burger looked like it was 2 weeks old, I recommend you don't go there. First and last visit there. I don't even want to talk about the waiters.

You sit very close together and sometimes the food is already cold, but that's not so bad that you don't go there :) . If there were fried potatoes now, it would be the perfect buffet for brunch. There is everything you could want and even without fried potatoes I go there every month now. The staff is also very attentive and super friendly!

The probably foreign waitress with the big butt was very unfriendly. At first she asked if anyone else was coming because she would like to take a table away, we said that we were still waiting. Later that evening when a group entered the restaurant she asked when we were leaving. A no go as a group, we gave little to no tip, of course she took a smoke. Miss the old waiters.

But to be honest, the food is okay, so a lot of it is delicious, but since we had drunk a lot we only wanted nachos with cheese and quacamole sauce. All I can say is only the dip was delicious and the nachos weren't nachos but sour cream chips!😡So the food no go!!!!!

Although it is right on the not so nice Kurt-Schuhmacher Platz, Albert's impresses with wonderful, delicious food. Both in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for dinner. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back. Thank you for the culinary experience and also the feeling that hospitality is still very important in these difficult times.

We've always been very satisfied so far... recently we went to brunch again... the orange juice we ordered was "no longer ok".... in disbelief I got a new glass, which tasted exactly the same... striking was that all the other OJ glasses also went back or only remained sipped. Having to charge for that when everyone else “doesn’t taste ok” is simply not ok.... since I was invited, I unfortunately didn’t know that both glasses (which were returned) were billed. If I had known, I would have addressed it on the spot...

Ich war mit meinen Arbeitskollegen dort und ich muss sagen, es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Service war top. Wir hatten eine hübsche Dame mit Schwarzen Haaren ( fast die Pocahontas). Wenn man so eine Servicekraft hat, dann hat man keine Probleme mehr. Zu dem Essen kann ich ganz ehrlich sagen, es hätte heißer sein können und das Fleisch, was auch etwas angebrannt war teilweise trocken. Das Essen hat jetzt nicht so gut abgeschnitten.

Das Restaurant hat mich total überzeugt Der service war super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei sowohl cocktails als auch das essen waren super. Man wird mich in nächster zeit auf jeden Fall öfters im alberts sehen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden. Tagsüber sehr schön zum gemütlichen sitzen und entspannen und abends eine schöne einladende stimmung um ein paar drinks unter Freunden zu genießen.
