It was a one-off mistake, the cook wasn't having a good day. Everyone had that. I went there again today, everything was perfect, no matter what, the change was unbelievable. The food was very very not tasty. We wanted authentic German cuisine... but as a result we got a spoiled evening. The taste of Schnitzel was more rotten, I have never eaten worse duck in my life.

Today I had dinner here on September 18th, 2023 evening with my son and friends. And it was really bad. 1. It takes 30 minutes for service to arrive, even though it feels like 50 people work there. So for ass 2. Today there was tomato cream soup, but it tasted like paprika or chilli sin crane or something. 3. I ordered a VEGETARIAN BURGER... and after 5 minutes the waiter said it was a normal burger, as a vegetarian and a restaurateur (chef) myself, I just have to say that something like that is just embarrassing and really annoying. In my opinion, it was really bad! The service is totally overwhelmed! There are about 15 waitresses running around and no one has a plan or idea. Then I wanted to speak to the service line but no one came. I'm a restaurateur myself and I've never experienced anything like that. I worked here myself 12 years ago and it wasn't like that. The boss should think about it. Absolute disaster. Editing: The team leader came and was very insightful and nice. Nevertheless, you should look for it. And there was another round for free.

Food very tasty, but the menu is always the same. As a vegetarian you have almost no choice here anyway and every time you eat tagliatelle with mushrooms you'll get more than fed up at some point... At another restaurant with German cuisine in Pfullingen, the menu changes at regular intervals, so vegetarians can always find new and great dishes.

Nice, well-kept restaurant. Large parking lot. Several halls for larger parties. Good value for money. Very nice young waitresses.

Goose leg with red cabbage and croquettes - around 30 euros - any good sandwich is more recommended. Hard and dried out tough meat. At least the red cabbage and the croquettes were ok. - the whole thing is just a vague memory of goose leg. This doesn't get any better with a pimped-up decoration. The venison ragout was probably warmed up in the microwave - at least that's how it tasted. Overall, both dishes were not recommended and not inviting for another visit.

Unfortunately, the quality here has deteriorated extremely Service: On a Saturday morning the store was full and the noise was correspondingly loud. I understand that the staff is busy, but we waited over half an hour for the order to be taken and then another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. When asked whether you could have a dish without poached eggs, the staff seemed overwhelmed. At least the request worked that the eggs would at least be on the side. Eat: I only ate 2 small half slices of bread (which were really small) and an avocado cut in half. It's a shame that the bread isn't warmed/toasted or that people try to improve it in other ways. The avocado was warmed up (I had never heard of it before) and tasted strange, something like chestnuts. I can't tell if that was from warming up the avocado. Salt/pepper is not on the table and is not provided with the dish. In my opinion there is a lack of service thought here. The cappuccino was not only way too hot, but also burnt. Anyone who has even a hint of knowledge about coffee knows that the brewing temperature of espresso is important for the right taste. Maybe you could have your machine set up correctly? Toilets: The one women's restroom I was in didn't have a trash can. The toilet was dirty and not from the dirt that comes over the course of a day. You could see that only superficial cleaning was done here. The tiles on the side were smeared with things that I didn't want to take a closer look at. All in all, I have the feeling that a lot of corners have been cut here. Much to the detriment of the quality.
